Abstract

This research was motivated by the unavailability of activity-based electronic teaching materials in the school so that it encourages author to make teaching materials in the form of inquiry-based e-modules. This research aims to determine the feasibility of guided inquiry-based e-modules as teaching materials on fungi material class x high school. The research instrument used is a validation sheet, which includes 5 aspects of the assessment consisting of content feasibility, language, presentation, graphics and effectiveness. The method used in this study is a Research and Development method (R&D) with 3D models (define, design and development). The result of validation by 5 validators obtained a CVI value of 0.96 with a valid criteria. Based on the validation results, it can be concluded that the guided inquiry-based e-modules can be used as teaching materials in the fungi material class X high school. abstrak. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh belum tersedianya bahan ajar elektronik berbasis kegiatan di sekolah, sehingga mendorong penulis untuk membuat bahan ajar berupa e-modul berbasis inkuiri terbimbing. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan e-modul berbasis inkuiri terbimbing sebagai bahan ajar pada materi jamur kelas X SMA. Instrumen yang digunakan pada peneltian ini adalah lembar validasi yang terdiri dari 5 aspek penilaian yaitu, kelayakan isi, kebahasaan, penyajian, kegrafisan dan keefektivan. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model 3D (define, design and development). Hasil validasi oleh 5 orang validator diperoleh nilai CVI (Content Vlidity Indeks) sebesar 0,96 dengan kategori layak/valid. Berdasarkan hasil validasi tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa e-modul berbasis inkuri terbimbing layak digunakan sebagai bahan ajar pada materi jamur kelas X SMA. Abstract

The use of learning media and information that is less varied is the reason for the need to develop video tutorial media. This study aims to determine the development and feasibility of antibacterial test tutorial video media on the sub-material the role of bacteria in tenth grade senior high school. This research uses the Research and Development method, which is a 4D model but is limited to three stages (define, design, develop). The instruments used in this study were validation sheets and validators consisting of 5 people with 4 aspects and 25 assessment criteria. The validation results use Aiken’s V formula to calculate the validity coefficient and test its reliability using the ICC formula. The result indicate that the tutorial video can proceed to the next stage by obtaining a minimum Aiken’s V value of 0,87 and an ICC value of 0,964. Abstrak. Penggunaan media pembelajaran dan informasi yang kurang bervariasi menjadi alasan perlunya dikembangkan media video tutorial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengembangan dan kelayakan media video tutorial uji antibakteri pada Submateri Peranan Bakteri kelas X SMA. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development yaitu model 4D namun dibatasi dengan tiga tahap (define, design, develop). Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu lembar validasi dengan lima validator dengan 4 aspek dan 25 kriteria penilaiannya. Hasil validasi dianalisis menggunakan formula Aiken’s V untuk dihitung koefesien validitasnya dan diuji reliabilitasnya dengan menggunakan rumus ICC. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa video tutorial dinyatakan layak untuk dilanjutkan ke tahap selanjutnya dengan memperoleh nilai minimum Aiken’s V sebesar 0,87 dan nilai reliabilitas ICC sebesar 0,964.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a pocket book on conventional biotechnology sub-material developed from the isolation, characterization, and phylogenetic relationships of lactic acid bacteria in mandai. The research employs a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the ADDIE model. The ADDIE model consists of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. This study utilizes three stages of the ADDIE model: Analysis, Design, and Development. During the analysis stage, needs were identified through interviews with biology teachers in grade X at SMA Negeri 1 Sampit, which revealed the absence of learning media based on local potential. The design stage produced a pocket book design based on the learning outcomes of the Merdeka Curriculum, incorporating conventional biotechnology content, research results on the isolation and characterization of bacteria, and the phylogenetic relationships of lactic acid bacteria. The development stage produced a 9 x 12 cm pocket book consisting of 34 pages, which was then validated by five validators. The validation results showed an average Content Validity Ratio (CVR) of 0.99, which is considered valid. Thus, the pocket book is deemed suitable for use as a learning medium for the sub-subject of Conventional Biotechnology based on local potential at the high school level. Abstract

Electronic magazine learning media is arranged systematically to support learning activities in the Kingdom Monera Sub-material. This research aims to analyze the feasibility of electronic magazine media enriched with the antibacterial test result of bajakah merah stem extract (Spatholobus ferrugineus (Zoll. & Moritzi) Benth.) on the growth of Salmonella typhi. This research uses a quantitative method through several stages, namely creating electronic magazine media, instrument validation, media validation, and data analysis. Instrument validation was carried out by 2 validators using the Guttman scale. Media validation was carried out by 5 validators using a Likert scale with 4 rating scales. Media validation assessment consists of 4 aspects, namely aspects of format, content, language, and media use. The validation result of electronic magazine media were analyzes using the Aiken’s V formula to calculate the validity coefficient and the reliability was tested using the ICC formula. The results obtained show that electronic magazine media obtained an average value of 0.91, but there were still 4 statement items that did not reach the minimum Aiken’s V standard with value of less than 0.87. The result of the reliability test using ICC obtained a value 0f 0.784 in the good category. Electronic magazine media needs to be repaired before being used in learning. Abstrak. Media pembelajaran majalah elektronik disusun secara sistematis untuk mendukung kegiatan pembelajaran pada Sub materi Kingdom Monera. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kelayakan media majalah elektronik yang diperkaya dengan hasil uji antibakteri ekstrak batang bajakah merah (Spatholobus ferrugineus (Zoll. & Moritzi) Benth.) terhadap pertumbuhan Salmonella typhi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif melalui beberapa tahapan yaitu pembuatan media majalah elektronik, validasi instrumen, validasi media, dan analisis data. Validasi instrumen dilakukan oleh 2 orang validator menggunakan skala Guttman. Validasi media dilakukan oleh 5 orang validator menggunakan skala Likert dengan 4 skala penilaian. Penilaian validasi media terdiri dari 4 aspek yaitu aspek format, isi, bahasa, dan penggunaan media. Hasil validasi media majalah elektronik dianalisis menggunakan formula Aiken's V untuk menghitung koefisien validitasnya dan diuji reliabilitasnya menggunakan rumus ICC. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan media majalah elektronik memperoleh nilai rata-rata 0,91 namun masih terdapat 4 butir pernyataan yang tidak mencapai standar minimum Aiken’s V dengan nilai kurang dari 0,87. Hasil uji reliabilitas menggunakan ICC memperoleh nilai 0,784 dengan kategori baik. Media majalah elektronik perlu diperbaiki sebelum digunakan dalam pembelajaran.
