Abstract

This research is entitled "Project-Based Learning Model Oriented Towards Creative Character in Poetry Text Learning for 10th Grade High School Students." Based on the results of research on poetry text learning activities, teachers need to adapt the learning model to effectively implement classroom activities. Therefore, the problem addressed by this research is how to model a creative character-oriented project-based learning approach in teaching poetry texts in 10th-grade high school. The aim of this research is to explain a creative character-oriented project-based learning model for teaching poetry texts. The research method used is Research and Development (RnD). The primary data source comes from expert teachers who validate the Learning Implementation Plan tool. Data collection is conducted by providing a set of question instruments to the validators for assessment. The data analysis technique involves validation analysis and effectiveness analysis, assisted by statistical analysis using Microsoft Excel. The presentation of the collected data includes a narrative description of the Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) after validation by the validators. Conclusions are drawn from the validation results based on questionnaire evidence provided by the three validators. At the final stage, after the lesson plan has been validated, it will be concluded and described. The research results showed that the average score before using the project-based learning model (O1) was 79.80. After using the project-based learning model, the score (O2) increased to 87.30. Data based on regression statistical tests using Microsoft Excel show that the p-value is < 0.005, indicating that H0 is accepted. This data explains that with a p-value of 0.868, there is a significant difference in learning outcomes between before and after using the Project-Based Learning Model.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to develop digital teaching materials for explanatory texts designed for students in junior high school. The following issues represent the primary challenges associated with this research: (1) What is the optimal design of digital teaching materials for critical thinking explanatory texts for junior high school/MTs? (2) What are the outcomes of the implementation of digital teaching materials for critical thinking explanatory texts for junior high school/MTs? This research employs the research and development method (R&D) with the ADDIE model (analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation). The research methodology comprises the following steps: analysis of needs, design of digital teaching materials for explanatory text, development of digital teaching materials for explanatory text, implementation of digital teaching materials for explanatory text, and evaluation of digital teaching materials for explanatory text. In this study, data were collected from the results of validation questionnaires completed by experts in learning models, media, and implementation in learning, as well as from the actual implementation of the learning model. The data were subjected to descriptive analysis using the Likert scale and paired sample t-test. The validation test conducted with material experts yielded a score of 3.5, while the test with media experts returned a score of 3.9. The validation test with Indonesian language teachers also produced a score of 3.9. The implementation of digital teaching materials for critical thinking explanatory texts for junior high school/MTs students prompted positive responses from the students, resulting in a score of 3.5. The findings of this study indicate that digital teaching materials for critical thinking explanations for junior high school/MTs students satisfy the criteria for feasibility in terms of their potential use as a learning model by teachers of Indonesian language subjects on explanatory text material for junior high school/MTs class VIII students.

Abstract

This research aims to explain the problem-based learning model assisted by graphic media in learning poetry texts for fourth-grade elementary school students, as well as the process of implementing it in learning. The research was conducted in the 2022/2023 Academic Year, Even Semester, at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-Zaytun, Sandrem Village, Gantar District, Indramayu Regency, with fourth-grade students in West Java Province. This research uses the Research and Development (R&D) method. The research design used is research and development (Research and Development) with the ADDIE model. The steps/phases of development include: Analysis, Design, Development or Production, Implementation or Delivery, and Evaluation. Data collection methods include interviews, questionnaires, observations, written tests, and performance assessments. The results of the research show that the design of a problem-based learning model assisted by graphic media in learning poetry texts for fourth-grade elementary school students is a new learning model developed from a problem-based learning model associated with graphic media, making learning more meaningful. The assessment results of the learning model design and media use were 70.5%, categorized as suitable for use. The learning media expert assessment results of 80% indicate that the learning media is suitable for use. Meanwhile, based on the results of the implementation of the problem-based learning model assisted by graphic media in learning poetry texts, the assessment results were 38 out of 44, or 86.4%, indicating that the implementation of the learning model was very suitable for use. Based on the data above, it is evident that a problem-based learning model assisted by graphic media in learning poetry texts for fourth-grade elementary school students is highly needed.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan desain bahan ajar teks deskripsi digital menggunakan apliksi Kvisoft Flipbook Maker untuk siswa kelas VII SMP, menjelaskan kelayakan bahan ajar teks deskripsi digital menggunakan aplikasi Kvisoft Flipbook Maker untuk siswa kelas VII SMP, dan menjelaskan hasil implementasi bahan ajar teks deskripsi digital menggunakan apliksi Kvisoft Flipbook Maker untuk siswa kelas VII SMP.  Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian dan pengembangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan ADDIE yang terdiri dari lima langkah yaitu analisis, perancangan, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Produk pengembangan penelitian ini adalah bahan ajar teks deskripsi digital. Penelitian diawali dengan analisis kurikulum atau materi, dan analisis kebutuhan siswa terhadap bahan ajar teks deskripsi digital. Dari penelitian ini, bahan ajar teks deskripsi digital dikembangkan melalui validasi ahli, meliputi ahli bahasa Indonesia dan ahli media digital. Hasil penelitian menunjukan desain bahan ajar teks deskripsi digital menggunakan aplikasi Aplikasi Kvisoft Flipbook Maker memiliki struktur e-modul yang terdiri dari; 1) Cover e-modul, 2) Kata Pengantar, 3) Daftar Isi dan peta kedudukan, 4) Bab I Pendahuluan (Kompetensi Isi dan Kompetensi Dasar, deskripsi, prasyarat, petunjuk penggunaan e-modul, tujuan akhir, indikator keberhasilan, dan cek kemampuan), 5) Bab II Pembelajaran (kegiatan pembelajaran I dan II), 6) Bab III Penutup (tes formatif dan soal evaluasi), dan 7) Daftar Pustaka. Bahan ajar teks deskripsi menggunakan aplikasi Aplikasi Kvisoft Flipbook Maker dapat dikatakan layak, karena hasil validasi bahan ajar E-Modul tersebut menunjukan validasi ukuran E-Modul untuk materi teks deskripsi memiliki kriteria sangat baik. Hasil implementasi bahan ajar teks deskripsi menggunakan aplikasi Aplikasi Kvisoft Flipbook Maker menunjukan ada perbedaan rata-rata antara hasil Pre Test dengan Post Test yang artinya terdapat pengaruh implementasi bahan ajar e-modul teks deskripsi menggunakan Aplikasi Kvisoft Flipbook Maker terhadap hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

Cerpen merupakan karya sastra yang memiliki berbagai nilai kehidupan berupa norma-norma sosial dan perilaku sebagai sumber kearifan lokal. Kearifan lokal berkaitan dengan sebuah budaya yang tidak lepas dari suatu kelompok masyarakat dan tumbuh dari pemikiran nenekmoyang yang telah diwariskan pada generasi berikutnya. Cerpen-cerpen dalam Senyum Karyamin mayoritas berlatar belakang perdesaan yang diwarnai dengan segela bentuk kesederhanaan hidup serta penuh dengan ironi. Data penelitian ini berpusat pada empat teks cerpen dari buku kumpulan cerpen Senyum Karyamin karya Ahamd Tohari, yaitu : (1) Si Minem Beranak Bayi; (2) Syukuran Sutabawor; (3) Wangon Jatilawang; dan (4) Pengemis dan Sholawat Badar. Adapun pendekatannya melalui antropologi sastra. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai kearifan lokal yang terdapat dalam empat cerpen Senyum Karyamin, meliputi: (a) Nilai kepercayaan yaitu seperangkat kepercayaan, ajaran-ajaran, keyakinan yang mengarah pada tingkah laku manusia terhadap Tuhan Yang Maha Esa. (b) Kesenian yaitu nilai estetika yang dapat ditangkap oleh pancaindera. (c) Adat istiadat  yaitu kebiasaan yang dianggap baik oleh masyarakat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui kelaikan dan keefektifan model sinektik dengan media audiovisual dalam pembelajaran teks cerita inspiratif yang dalam implementasinya diharapkan dapat meningkatkan daya serap siswa dalam pembelajaran, adapun audiovisual yang dimaksud dalam penelitian ini adalah video. Landasan pengembangan model pembelajaran yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model desain ADDIE (Analysis-Design-Develop-Implement-Evaluate) yang memiliki lima tahapan proses sebagai berikut: 1) Melakukan analisis produk yang akan dikembangkan meliputi penelitian dan pengumpulan informasi. 2) Merancang produk awal yaitu perangkat pembelajaran yang didesain mengikuti langkah-langkah model sinektik. 3) Mengembangkan produk dengan validasi ahli dan revisi. 4) Tahap uji coba lapangan skala kecil dan revisi produk, pada tahap ini produk diujicobakan dengan cara diterapkan dalam pembelajaran kelas eksperimen. 5) Tahap evaluasi produk, pada tahap ini dilaksanakan evaluasi produk berdasarkan data temuan saat implementasi. Validator ahli materi bahasa Indonesia memberikan  skor kelaikan aspek desain pembelajaran dengan model sinektik pada interval 88,89% yang berarti sangat layak dan pada interval 76,36% untuk aspek desain materi video pembelajaran teks cerita inspiratif yang berarti layak. Sedangkan validator ahli multimedia memberikan skor kelaikan aspek desain media audiovisual (video pembelajaran) pada interval 80% yang berarti layak. Berdasarkan tabel output hasil uji-t, diperoleh nilai sig = 0,001, yang berarti lebih kecil dari α 0,05, dengan demikian, Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Hasil analisis deskriptif melalui uji-t juga menyatakan bahwa nilai rerata posttest lebih besar dan berbeda secara signifikan dengan nilai pretest (82.67 > 77.52; dan t hitung 3,634 > t tabel 2,037). Ini  berarti terjadi peningkatan kemampuan daya serap siswa sesudah penerapan model sinektik dengan audiovisual dalam pembelajaran teks cerita inspiratif. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pada penelitian ini penerapan model sinektik dengan audiovisual dalam pembelajaran teks cerita  inspiratif layak dan efektif meningkatkan kemampuan daya serap siswa dalam pembelajaran.

Abstract

The language of use, mostly Indonesian, in the general public (lay on the subject of Indonesian grammar) is not optimal. This happens because the rules of Indonesian language are not yet good and effective. These discrepancies are often found in all fields, such as public spaces and administrative institutions (correspondence). This needs to be understood. Therefore, efforts are needed to improve it. One way of coaching and socializing about the use of Indonesian. Efforts to foster and develop Indonesian language, both in their position as national languages and languages, need to be increased, before the global era and free trade era as it is today. This replaces the position and function of the Indonesian language to become more stable so that the Indonesian language can become a means of modern communication and be able to place itself parallel with other modern languages in the world. Through the Tri Dharma program of Higher Education, Community Service, the fostering and dissemination of Indonesian language aims to provide insight and understanding of the use of Indonesian language that is good and right. In addition, a language development and assistance program is provided by the Language Board of the Ministry of Education and Culture. Abstract

This research aims to develop digital teaching materials for short story texts containing critical-thinking characters for junior high school students. This study used the research and development method with the ADDIE model, which includes five research stages: design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The data used were the results of expert validation of teaching materials and the results of implementation of the use of teaching materials for students. The data collection technique used a questionnaire, which was then analyzed descriptively and qualitatively. As a result of the analysis of short story text materials based on structure and content containing critical character content, five short stories were selected, namely Jono dan Kepala Sekolah, Di Penghujung Minggu, Radio 109.1 FM, Permainan Takdir, and Kode Ujian. Based on the validation results, the structure of the teaching materials consists of Title, Foreword, Learning Instructions, and Learning Introduction; Learning activity 1 contains listening elements, learning activity 2 contains reading and viewing elements, learning activity 3 contains speaking and presenting elements, learning activity 4 contains writing elements. Summary, evaluation, reflection, glossary and bibliography. The results of the implementation of teaching materials in two schools, each school using three classes, were obtained: an average score of 81.2, which can be concluded that the digital teaching materials of short story texts containing critical thinking which were implemented for class IX students can be said to be very suitable for use in Indonesian language learning.

Abstract

Karakter jujur penting diperhatikan pada generasi penerus. Hal tersebut perlu ditindak lanjuti dengan sebuah penelitian pendidikan agar menghasilkan sebuah produk pendidikan salah satunya bahan ajar. Adapun tujuan penelitiannya adalah dapat mengetahui hasil analisis pengembangan dan implementasi bahan ajar digital teks biografi tokoh sahabat Rasulullah yang berkarakter unggul jujur pada siswa kelas 10 SMA/MA. Penelitian dikembangan menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan model ADDIE. Produk yang dihasilkan dikembangan dengan aplikasi Canva, Fliphtml5, dan Google Drive. Bahan ajar dinyatakan sangat valid berdasarkan validator ahli bahan ajar digital teks biografi dengan nilai validasi materi 4,56, validasi bahasa 4,69 dan validasi desain 4,54. Kemudian setelah diimplementasikan mendapatkan nilai dari kelompok kecil 69,33% dan lapangan 69,77% serta hasil pembelajaran medapatkan nilai rata rata 84,35 dengan persentase 86% sangat baik dan 14% baik. Berdasarkan penilaian tersebut bahan ajar yang telah dikembangkan dinyatakan layak dan praktis untuk digunakan. Diharapkan hasil produk yang dikembangkan dapat menguatkan karakter jujur generasi penerus.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the fundamental problem of the limitations of visually impaired students in accessing written information, especially in the process of reading which is a key skill in learning. Artificial intelligence supersense (AIS) technology based on android smartphones (SA) through a constructivism approach is present to accommodate the gap experienced by visually impaired students. This study aims to determine the development of the application of SA-based AIS technology through a constructivism approach to the reading ability of visually impaired students and describe the perception of visually impaired students towards the use of SA-based AIS technology through a constructivism approach. The research method used is single subject research. The research subject was chosen purposively based on the character of the research subject who had difficulty reading the exposition text. This research instrument uses tests, questionnaires, videos, and photos. The data analysis technique used with the A-B research design. The results of the study show that the development of the application of SA-based AIS through the constructivism approach can improve the ability to read exposition texts of visually impaired students and students' perception of the use of exposition texts. AbstrakPenelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh permasalahan mendasar keterbatasan mahasiswa tunanetra dalam mengakses informasi tertulis, terutama dalam proses membaca yang menjadi keterampilan kunci dalam pembelajaran. Teknologi artificial intelegence supersense (AIS) berbasis smartphone android (SA) melalui pendekatan konstruktivisme hadir untuk mengakomodasi kesenjangan yang dialami mahasiswa tunanetra. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui perkembangan penerapan teknologi AIS berbasis SA melalui pendekatan konstruktivisme terhadap kemampuan membaca mahasiswa tunanetra dan mendeskripsikan persepsi mahasiswa tunanetra terhadap penggunaan teknologi AIS berbasis SA melalui pendekatan konstruktivisme. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah single subject research. Subjek penelitian dipilih secara purposif    berdasarkan karakter subjek penelitian yang mengalami kesulitan dalam membaca teks eksposisi. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan tes, angket, video, dan foto. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dengan desain penelitian A-B. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perkembangan penerapan AIS berbasis SA melalui pendekatan konstruktivisme dapat meningkatkan kemampuan membaca teks eksposisi mahasiswa tunanetra dan persepsi mahasiswa terhadap penggunaan terknologi AIS berbasis SA sangat positif yakni mengatasi hambatan aksesibilitas     bagi penyandang disabilitas netra.
