Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran fintech dalam perkembangan UMKM guna pemulihan perekonomian di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder yang diambil dari berbagai jurnal, buku, internet, dan sumber lainnya yang masih terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fintech memberi dampak yang positif untuk UMKM terlebih lagi pada masa pandemi dengan memberi bantuan masyarakat untuk dapat menerima layanan dari lembaga keuangan. Ekonomi nasional dapat pulih dengan adanya dukungan berupa dikuatkannya regulasi terhadap pertumbuhan fintech.

Abstract

Indonesia until the first half of 2021 is still suffering from Covid-19 pandemic. The impact of Catasrophic affects all aspect, including economy. Many people are forced to lose their jobs so that they are unable to fulfill their daily needs, especially food and health needs. This problem also occurs in Bringinbendo village, Taman sub-district, Sidoarjo district, East Java. In order to overcome the economic difficulties that caused by covid 19, a frugal action and innovation needed to develop food and health security that originated from surrounding resourches. The Frugral action that has been take is planting their open space including house yard for vegetables. Through this program, the people of Bringinbendo village empowered and able to supply their daily need from the house yard and recuding the economic distress caused Covid-19.

Abstract

This study aimed to to ascertain the impact of Islamic Performance Index and Operating Efficiency Ratio on the financial performance of Islamic banking for 2016-2020 period. Purposive sampling was used as the empirical methodology. Data analysis was done by using Eviews 12 software and moderated regression analysis (MRA). The findings indicated that while the Islamic income ratio did not have impact on profitability, the profit sharing ratio and operating efficiency ratio had a significant detrimental impact on it. The findings also showed that intellectual capital can influence profitability by reducing the impact of operating efficiency ratio and profit sharing ratio, but it cannot affect profitability by reducing the impact of Islamic income ratio.

Abstract

The issue of leadership succession has always been an interesting issue of all time. Beside the emergence of the issue of succession and power struggles, the problems of empowering the people and sustaining the civilization are also one of the keys of power transitions. One of the most widely known leadership succession in history is the successions that happened after the death of the Prophet Muhammad saw. This episode  was responded variously by many parties of that time. However, Abu Bakar came up with an awareness that the death of the Prophet Muhammad saw was not the end of anything. There is a huge responsibility to continue the islamic civilization that has been built by the Prophet Muhammad saw. Therefore, the caliphate system was developed and established. At the time of Umar as, the caliphate system was enhanced with the establishment of the Shura Council. Dynamic development of the caliphate system has become an interesting study recently. The system was built based on the divine prophetic system. It was then adopted into a system that puts its main concerns for the society. After some time, the system was degraded by the worldly interests of the Umayyad family who turned it into a monarchy system. However, the development of this system through periods can be analyze in order to gain some valuable lessons for the modern leaderships. Isu suksesi kepemimpinan selalu menjadi isu menarik sepanjang masa. Selain munculnya isu suksesi dan perebutan kekuasaan, masalah pemberdayaan masyarakat dan penengah peradaban juga merupakan salah satu kunci transisi kekuasaan. Salah satu suksesi kepemimpinan yang paling banyak dikenal dalam sejarah adalah suksesi yang terjadi setelah kematian Nabi Muhammad saw. Ini banyak ditanggapi oleh banyak pihak. Namun, Abu Bakar muncul dengan kesadaran bahwa kematian Nabi Muhammad saw saw bukanlah akhir dari apapun. Ada tanggung jawab besar untuk melanjutkan peradaban islami yang telah dibangun oleh Nabi Muhammad saw. Oleh karena itu, sistem khilafah dikembangkan dan didirikan. Pada saat Umar, sistem khilafah ditingkatkan dengan pembentukan Dewan Syura. Perkembangan dinamis sistem khilafah telah menjadi studi menarik baru-baru ini. Sistem ini dibangun berdasarkan sistem nubuatan ilahi. Kemudian diadopsi ke dalam sistem yang menempatkan perhatian utamanya bagi masyarakat. Setelah beberapa lama, sistem itu terdegradasi oleh kepentingan duniawi keluarga Umayyah yang mengubahnya menjadi sistem monarki. Namun, pengembangan sistem ini melalui periode dapat dianalisis untuk mendapatkan beberapa pelajaran berharga bagi kepemimpinan modern.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to further analyze the effect of labor regulations in Indonesia on the provision of skilled labor and encourage entrepreneurs to provide labor in Indonesia to improve export quality. This research uses mixed methods, with a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods to be able to provide results and descriptions related to the influence of labor regulations on workforce creation. This study underscores three important things. First, the understanding of business actors towards labor regulations is still low, and some do not yet know it. Second, the limited capacity of business actors (funds, time, and experts) to conduct intensive and unique training in obtaining skilled workers. Third, the government's attention to labor regulations is still relatively low. So far, the routine is the determination of the UMK every year. Overall, this study observes that no derivative regulations are applied at the local level in creating skilled workers, which causes employers to seek to provide skilled workers with available resources.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has had an impact on the leather craft processing industry in Tanggulangin, Sidoarjo. The limitation of all community economic activities has had an extraordinary effect on bag and leather craftsmen in the region such as decreased income, reduced workforce, which has led to business closures. Thus, this study aims to find out craftsmanship resilience efforts using frugal innovation as a solution approach amid limitations. This research used a mix of qualitative and quantitative methods with the Sustainable Livelihood Framework (SLF) analysis tool. The primary data were obtained through interview techniques and secondary data were through the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) Sidoarjo and the Sidoarjokab website. The research objects were the bag and leather craftsmen at the Tanggulangin Intako Center. The results showed that the craftsmen were identified as using 3 frugal principles as a means of resilience. The application of frugal innovation gradually helps craftsmen for resilience to regain economic prosperity after a downturn

Abstract

Di era globalisasi ini, masyarakat mempunyai peran yang sangat penting dalam mencerdaskan serta memajukan negara. Dalam hal ini literasi sangatlah diperlukan karena membaca adalah kegiatan yang sangat bermanfaat dan sangat penting dalam kehidupan kita. Banyak orang yang sukses dan cerdas karena kecintaan mereka terhadap buku. Perpustakaan sebagai jantung dari pengetahuan memiliki peran yang sangat penting terhadap perkembangan pendidikan dan budaya membaca. Perpustakaan merupakan suatu ruangan atau bagian dari gedung yang berisi buku-buku koleksi yang diatur dan disususun sedemikian rupa sehingga mudah untuk dicari dan dipergunakan apabila sewaktu-waktu diperlukan oleh pembaca. Perpustakaan berfungsi sebagai wahana pendidikan, penelitian, pelestarian, informasi, dan rekreasi untuk meningkatkan kecerdasan dan keberdayaan bangsa. Perpustakaan yang terorganisir secara baik dan sistematis secara langsung ataupun tidak langsung dapat memberikan kemudahan bagi proses belajar mengajar di sekolah atau tempat perpustakaan tersebut berada. Mengingat pentingnya perpustakaan sebagai penunjang pendidikan masyarakat, maka MEES ( Mahasiswa Entrepreneurship Ekonomi Syariah ) berupaya untuk membangun dan mendirikan perpustakaan untuk masyarakat yang belum mempunyai fasilitas perpustakaan di daerahnya. Daerah yang dipilih untuk dibangun perpustakaan berlokasi di desa Tenggun Dajjah Kecamatan Klampis Kabupaten Bangkalan.

Abstract

Pandemic covid-19 mempengaruhi berbagai bidang kehidupan manusia dari bidang ekonomi, sosial, pendidikan, lingkungan, kesehatan, bahkan sampai religius. Ini semua bisa dilihat bahwa kita dibatasi beraktifitas yang tujuanya adalah untuk menekan laju penularan. Namun hal seperti ini masih bisa disiasati dengan semua aktifitas dilakukan secara online, misalnya dalam dunia pendidikan yang dahulunya dilakukan secara luring atau tatap muka secara langsung dalam satu ruangan kelas kini berubah menjadi dilakukan secara daring. Masyarakat Desa Kradenanrejo, Kecamatan Kedungping, Kabupaten Lamongan mengalami hal yang sama. Yang pada saat pendemi ini banyak anak-anak yang aktifitas belajarnya dilakukan secara online tanpa adanya tatap muka. Akan tetapi tidak sedikit anak yang menjalankan tugasnya sebagai pelajar dan malah mengunakan kesempatan online ini untuk bermaian game maupun sosial media. Maka dari itu perlunya ada pemantauan dan sosialisasi yang dilakukan untuk masyarakat Desa terhadap pentingnya pendidikan di masa pandemic. Dari itu penulis mengajak masyarakat setempat ikut dalam partisipatoris kegiatan dengan cara mengunakan metode pengabdian PRA (Participatory Rural Apprasional). Penulis menjadi fasilitator bagi masyarakat desa untuk menyusun program belajar Online Bersama (ONSAM). Kegiatan ini dimaksudkan sebagai penunjang proses pembelajaran anak atau peserta didik yang harus melakukan pembelajar online. Maka dari itu selain perlu adanya sosialisasi terhadap masyarakat Desa, juga perlu adanya pelatihan kepada pemuda desa setempat untuk membantu mengajar peserta didik. Harapan dari kegiatan ini adalah anak-anak desa dapat memperoleh pendidikandengan semestinya

Abstract

The first detected COVID-19 was in China, this virus has spread worldwide rapidly. COVID-19 is caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus (Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Corona Virus-2) or an acute infection that attacks the respiratory system. COVID-19 examination can be carried out by X-rays. The X-ray images will be identified using a CAD system or Computer-Aided Diagnosis. CAD has three processes consisting of preprocessing, feature extraction, and classification. This study compares 200 X-ray image data of COVID-19 data and 200 X-ray image data of non-COVID-19 data. Both groups of data were divided using the K-fold Cross Validation method where the K value used is 10 so that the distribution of training data is 90% and testing is 10%. The epoch used is 5 with 4 parameters (contrast, correlation, energy, and homogeneity). In the feature extraction process, GLCM is used by comparing every angle in the feature extraction, while Adaptive Neuro Fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS) is used for classification. The best results were obtained from GLCM at an angle of 0° with an accuracy value of 0.90, a sensitivity of 0.85 and a specificity of 0.95. This shows that the use of GLCM and ANFIS for COVID-19 detection performs well.
