Abstract

Pengembangan ekonomi lokal di Desa Bontolangkasa dapat dilakukan melalui peningkatan kemampuan dan keterampilan masyarakat dalam mengolah sumber daya alam yang ada. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan kelompok ibu-ibu PKK Bontolangkasa dalam mengoperasikan mesin parut kelapa terintegrasi dan mengolah limbah ampas kelapa menjadi tepung. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah sosialisasi, pelatihan, implementasi teknologi, pendampingan, dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa peserta berhasil mengoperasikan mesin parut kelapa terintegrasi dengan efektif dan memahami cara pengolahan limbah ampas kelapa menjadi tepung alternatif yang dapat digunakan sebagai pengganti tepung terigu. Kegiatan ini juga berhasil membekali peserta dengan keterampilan dalam mendesain kemasan produk dan strategi pemasaran yang efektif. Dengan demikian, kegiatan ini dapat memberdayakan masyarakat dan meningkatkan kualitas hidup keluarga di Desa Bontolangkasa. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini adalah bahwa kelompok ibu-ibu PKK memiliki potensi besar untuk meningkatkan perekonomian keluarga melalui kegiatan produktif dengan memanfaatkan teknologi tepat guna. Saran yang dapat diberikan adalah perlu dilakukan pendampingan dan evaluasi lanjutan untuk memastikan keberlanjutan kegiatan ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis integrasi teknologi digital dalam kegiatan dakwah serta tantangan perencanaannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan jenis penelitian kajian kepustakaan mengumpulkan data dari buku, artikel, dan sumber kredibel dari internet. Teknologi digital telah mengubah paradigma dakwah secara signifikan, memungkinkan jangkauan yang lebih luas melalui media sosial, website, dan platform digital lainnya. Namun, tantangan yang dihadapi meliputi masalah akurasi pesan, kompetensi digital para da'i, serta dampak sosial yang muncul akibat penyebaran informasi yang tidak selalu sesuai dengan ajaran Islam. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi tantangan yang dihadapi dalam memanfaatkan teknologi digital untuk kegiatan dakwah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perencanaan integrasi teknologi digital dalam dakwah sangat terkait dengan teori komunikasi dakwah di era digital. Teori tersebut menekankan pentingnya adaptasi media, pola interaksi, efisiensi penyebaran pesan, serta penyesuaian konten dalam menyampaikan pesan dakwah yang relevan di era digital. Komunikator (da'i) harus mempertimbangkan bagaimana teknologi digital bisa mendukung penyampaian dakwah secara efektif tanpa mengorbankan nilai-nilai spiritual dan pesan inti Islam, terdapat tantangan yang kompleks terkait konten, etika, penerimaan umat, dan pengelolaan informasi.

Abstract

The royalty of religious followers toward their religion in negative ways tend to bear such exclusive ideology which produces internal conflict among interreligious people. As Indonesia today’s condition, different understanding and religious practice become a big trouble which is hard to unite so that it causes unforthcoming political flames. Fundamental problem about that is a problem related to different understandings toward state and religion relationship. In one hand, it said that religion constitutes part of state but in other hand, both religion and state are different instead of undivided things. Looking at such phenomenon.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji implementasi dakwah multikultural di era digital dengan studi kasus pada komunitas Yuk Ngaji Makassar. Pembahasan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis bagaimana strategi dakwah multikultural diterapkan oleh komunitas Yuk Ngaji Makassar dalam membangun ruang pembinaan keislaman yang inklusif di tengah masyarakat yang beragam secara sosial dan budaya serta peran media digital dalam mendukung atau menghambat efektivitas dakwah multikultural yang dijalankan oleh komunitas Yuk Ngaji Makassar di era masyarakat 5.0. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan Studi Literatur terhadapa artikel, buku, observasi, dan analisis konten media sosial yang digunakan oleh Yuk Ngaji Makassar. Temuan utama menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media sosial sebagai platform dakwah memungkinkan terciptanya ruang interaksi yang terbuka dan menyatukan audiens dari berbagai latar belakang budaya. Dengan konten dakwah yang relevan dengan kehidupan sehari-hari, komunitas ini mampu mengatasi tantangan keberagaman dan menyampaikan pesan-pesan yang universal, seperti toleransi, cinta, dan pengembangan diri, yang dapat diterima oleh kalangan muda urban. Hal ini mendukung hipotesis penelitian yang menyatakan bahwa dakwah multikultural dapat dijalankan secara efektif di era digital dan mengonfirmasi bahwa media digital, seperti Instagram, TikTok, dan YouTube, memainkan peran kunci dalam memperluas jangkauan dakwah dan membangun komunitas yang inklusif. Temuan ini menjawab rumusan masalah kedua dengan jelas, yaitu bagaimana media digital mendukung strategi dakwah multikultural yang diterapkan oleh komunitas ini.

Abstract

This article discusses the transformation of dakwah (Islamic preaching) from conventional methods to digital, known as cyberdakwah, in the modern era. Digital dakwah has become a global phenomenon by leveraging internet technology, allowing Islamic messages to be spread more widely and efficiently. Society now has easier access to religious information through social media and search engines like Google, which has replaced the traditional role of scholars in providing religious knowledge. This phenomenon leads to a paradigm shift in acquiring dakwah knowledge, moving from religious scholars and institutions to digital platforms. The article examines the impact of this shift, including the incommensurability between knowledge from scholars and Google, as well as the sudden change in the patterns of seeking religious information. While cyberdakwah holds great potential, challenges arise regarding the superficiality of messages and the lack of personal connection between the preacher and the audience. Therefore, integrating digital and conventional dakwah is seen as essential to ensure that dakwah messages are received more deeply and responsibly.

Abstract

This study evaluates the role of business policy in sustaining competitive advantage within the manufacturing industry by examining three key strategic dimensions: Policy Design, Policy Implementation, and Innovation & Sustainability. Using a quantitative approach and Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), the study collected data from 120 manufacturing employees and assessed the measurement and structural models through reliability testing, validity assessments, and bootstrapping procedures. The results indicate that all constructs demonstrated strong reliability and validity, with indicator loadings exceeding recommended thresholds and HTMT values confirming discriminant validity. Structural model analysis reveals that Policy Design, Policy Implementation, and Innovation & Sustainability each have significant positive effects on Sustained Competitive Advantage, collectively explaining 67.3% of its variance. These findings highlight the importance of strategic alignment, effective execution, and continuous innovation in building long-term competitiveness. The study contributes to strategic management literature by providing empirical evidence on how business policy frameworks and innovation-driven practices jointly enhance competitiveness in the manufacturing sector. Practical implications suggest that firms should prioritize coherent policy development, strengthen implementation mechanisms, and integrate sustainability into innovation strategies to achieve durable competitive advantage.

Abstract

The concept of divine justice is a central theme in Islamic theological discourse and is closely related to issues of divine will, human freedom, and moral responsibility. Differences in human conditions such as social inequality, suffering, and disasters have generated ongoing theological debates regarding the meaning and manifestation of God’s justice. This study aims to analyze and compare the concept of divine justice as articulated by three major Islamic theological schools, namely Muʿtazilah, Ashʿariyah, and Maturidiyah. This research employs a qualitative approach based on library research. The data are derived from primary sources consisting of classical Islamic theological works and secondary sources including scholarly books and academic journal articles relevant to the topic. Data analysis is conducted using a descriptive comparative method to examine similarities and differences among the theological perspectives based on their epistemological and doctrinal foundations. The findings reveal that Muʿtazilah understands divine justice through a rational framework that affirms full human freedom and asserts that God is obligated to act justly according to rational standards. In contrast, Ashʿariyah conceives divine justice as entirely grounded in God’s absolute will and power, which cannot be evaluated by human reason. Meanwhile, Maturidiyah adopts a moderate position by recognizing the capacity of reason to discern moral values while ultimately subordinating it to the authority of revelation. This study demonstrates that differing conceptions of divine justice reflect the diversity of Islamic theological approaches in addressing the relationship between divine sovereignty and human moral responsibility.

Abstract

Generasi Z (Gen Z) merupakan kelompok masyarakat muda yang tumbuh di tengah arus digitalisasi global dan memiliki peran strategis dalam mewujudkan visi Indonesia Emas 2045. Sebagai generasi penerus, Gen Z diharapkan menjadi agen perubahan yang produktif, kreatif, dan berakhlak mulia. Namun, realitas menunjukkan adanya gejala dekadensi moral akibat pengaruh globalisasi budaya, banjir informasi, serta lemahnya pendidikan nilai. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan library research untuk mengkaji karakteristik Gen Z, tantangan dakwah yang dihadapi, serta model dakwah yang relevan dalam konteks digital. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa karakter Gen Z yang figital, realistis, mandiri, dan kritis menuntut inovasi dalam metode dakwah. Tantangan utama yang dihadapi dakwah kepada Gen Z meliputi perubahan pola religiusitas, dominasi budaya digital, krisis identitas moral, menurunnya otoritas tokoh agama, serta meningkatnya isu kesehatan mental. Oleh karena itu, dakwah yang efektif bagi Gen Z harus adaptif terhadap budaya digital, bersifat dialogis dan empatik, berbasis keteladanan, serta mampu menghadirkan nilai spiritual dalam bahasa dan media yang relevan bagi kehidupan mereka. Kajian ini menegaskan bahwa keberhasilan dakwah kepada Gen Z tidak hanya bergantung pada isi pesan, tetapi juga pada cara dan medium penyampaiannya yang sesuai dengan karakter generasi digital.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of entrepreneurial orientation, market sensing, and dynamic capabilities on competitive advantage in firms operating within dynamic and highly competitive industries. Using a quantitative research design, data were collected from managerial-level respondents through a structured Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results show that all three constructs significantly and positively affect competitive advantage, with dynamic capabilities demonstrating the strongest influence, followed by entrepreneurial orientation and market sensing. These findings indicate that competitive advantage stems not only from proactive and innovative strategic orientation but also from the firm’s ability to interpret market signals and continually reconfigure internal resources to adapt to environmental shifts. The study contributes to strategic management literature by highlighting the integrative role of entrepreneurial behavior, environmental intelligence, and organizational adaptability in shaping competitive outcomes. Practical implications suggest that managers should cultivate a balanced approach that enhances strategic posture, strengthens market-driven decision-making processes, and builds robust dynamic capabilities to sustain superior performance.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of corporate governance, business ethics, and regulatory compliance on sustainable business performance. Drawing on agency theory, stakeholder theory, and institutional theory, the study adopts a quantitative research approach using a cross-sectional survey design. Data were collected through structured questionnaires administered to managers and senior executives across selected organizations, resulting in 287 valid responses. Corporate governance, business ethics, and regulatory compliance were measured using established multi-item scales, while sustainable business performance was assessed across economic, social, and environmental dimensions. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and multiple regression techniques. The results reveal that corporate governance, business ethics, and regulatory compliance all have positive and statistically significant effects on sustainable business performance. Among the three predictors, business ethics emerged as the strongest determinant, followed by corporate governance and regulatory compliance. The findings suggest that sustainable business performance is best achieved through an integrated approach that combines effective governance structures, ethical organizational culture, and proactive regulatory compliance. The study contributes to the existing literature by providing empirical evidence on the combined influence of governance, ethics, and compliance on sustainability and offers practical insights for managers and policymakers aiming to enhance long-term organizational performance.
