Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji peran krusial dakwah Islam dalam mendorong rekonsiliasi sosial di tengah meningkatnya polarisasi sosial, politik, dan keagamaan di Indonesia kontemporer, yang khususnya semakin intensif setelah pemilihan presiden tahun 2014 dan 2019. Polarisasi ini, yang lebih bersifat afektif daripada ideologis, telah mengikis kohesi sosial, memicu ujaran kebencian dan disinformasi, serta merusak kepercayaan terhadap lembaga-lembaga demokrasi. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian ini mengonseptualisasi ulang dakwah sebagai proses komunikasi sosial, transendental, dan holistik, yang bergerak melampaui model-model konvensional yang bersifat eksklusif. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dakwah yang berakar pada prinsip-prinsip inti Islam seperti rahmatan lil ‘alamin (rahmat bagi semesta alam), ukhuwah (persaudaraan), musyawarah, dan al-'adl wal iḥsān (keadilan dan kebajikan), menawarkan landasan teologis dan sosiologis yang kokoh bagi pembangunan perdamaian. Strategi kontemporer yang efektif mencakup kontra-narasi digital yang proaktif, dialog antariman yang empatik, edukasi literasi perdamaian, serta dakwah bil-ḥāl (dakwah melalui tindakan nyata) secara budaya dan sosial. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa dengan merangkul strategi yang inklusif dan adaptif ini, dakwah dapat secara efektif memitigasi ketegangan, melawan narasi kebencian, dan membangun kembali kohesi sosial, sehingga mengubah konflik menjadi harmoni serta menumbuhkan ruang publik yang sehat.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Implementation of Da'wah and Work Culture and its Correlation in Increasing Work Productivity within the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Majene Regency. Qualitative research with naturalistic type, data collection is carried out by observation, interview, and documentation. Primary data sources are obtained from employees of the Majen district gama ministry, secondary data from relevant articles.  The results showed that the implementation of da'wah and work culture at the Majene Regency Ministry of Religious Affairs Office had been realized but the level of implementation was different between one work culture and another, on average the easiest work culture to implement was exemplary and what was considered difficult was innovation, it was also found that da'wah and work culture were correlated to increase the productivity of the work of stakeholders.

Abstract

Usaha mikro kecil menengah (UMKM) memiliki peran penting dalam mendukung perekonomian lokal, termasuk usaha rumah tangga pengolahan abon telur di Kabupaten Bone. Mitra kegiatan ini menghadapi berbagai kendala, seperti keterbatasan pemasaran yang hanya mengandalkan WhatsApp story, belum adanya pencatatan keuangan, serta lemahnya legalitas dan branding produk. Program pemberdayaan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas mitra melalui pemanfaatan e-commerce, pelatihan manajemen usaha, pengembangan desain kemasan, serta pendampingan pengurusan legalitas usaha. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi sosialisasi, pelatihan, penerapan teknologi, serta pendampingan berkelanjutan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam keterampilan mitra mengoperasikan e-commerce, pembukuan keuangan sederhana, pengemasan produk, serta pengurusan legalitas. Kegiatan ini mendukung pencapaian Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) terutama tujuan 8 (Pekerjaan Layak dan Pertumbuhan Ekonomi) dan tujuan 9 (Inovasi dan Infrastruktur). Dengan demikian, program ini mampu meningkatkan daya saing UMKM lokal, memberdayakan perempuan, serta memperkuat ekonomi masyarakat.

Abstract

Website-based Artificial Intelligence (AI) transformation among mompreneurs has enhanced business performance opportunities; however, gaps in digital economic law compliance awareness persist. This study examines the effects of AI integration and entrepreneurial attitudes on mompreneur business performance, with self-efficacy as a mediating variable within an economic law compliance framework. A quantitative design employing Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was applied to 400 MSME mompreneurs in Makassar City selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using structured questionnaires measuring AI integration, entrepreneurial attitudes, self-efficacy, and business performance. Measurement model validation (loading, CR, AVE) and structural model estimation (β, t-value, p-value) were conducted alongside mediation analysis. SEM results reveal significant effects of AI integration on self-efficacy (β = 0.52), entrepreneurial attitudes on self-efficacy (β = 0.71), AI integration on business performance (β = 0.74), entrepreneurial attitudes on business performance (β = 0.83), and self-efficacy on business performance (β = 0.80). Findings confirm self-efficacy as a partial mediator strengthening technological and behavioral influences on performance outcomes. AI integration and entrepreneurial attitudes are primary predictors of mompreneur performance, with self-efficacy functioning as a reinforcing psychological mechanism. From an economic law perspective, effective AI adoption must be accompanied by compliance with electronic transaction, personal data protection, and MSME regulatory frameworks to ensure sustainable digital entrepreneurship. Policy initiatives should integrate AI capability development, entrepreneurial self-efficacy enhancement, and digital economic law compliance education for mompreneurs to foster productive and legally compliant MSME ecosystems.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh kualitas layanan dan kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Rumah Makan Buguri di Kota Makassar. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif dan analisis regresi linear berganda untuk menguji hubungan antar variabel. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner terhadap 100 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik accidental sampling, yaitu konsumen yang telah berkunjung dan makan di tempat minimal tiga kali. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan dan kualitas produk secara parsial maupun simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Secara parsial, kualitas layanan memiliki pengaruh paling dominan dibandingkan kualitas produk, yang ditunjukkan oleh nilai koefisien regresi yang lebih tinggi. Secara simultan, kedua variabel mampu menjelaskan 74,7% variasi kepuasan konsumen, yang menunjukkan kuatnya kontribusi faktor layanan dan produk dalam membentuk pengalaman konsumsi. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa dalam industri kuliner yang kompetitif, peningkatan kualitas layanan dan konsistensi kualitas produk merupakan faktor kunci dalam menciptakan kepuasan konsumen. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi empiris bagi pengembangan strategi pemasaran berbasis kualitas guna meningkatkan daya saing usaha kuliner di tingkat lokal.

Abstract

This research is focused on the main subject, namely how to use digital media in increasing the effectiveness of da'wah: A case study of the Da'wah Institute of the Muhammadiyah Regional Executive of South Sulawesi, The formulation of the research problem is: what is the form of the use of digital media carried out by the Da'wah Institute of the Muhammadiyah Regional Executive of South Sulawesi? What is the impact of the use of digital media on the reach and effectiveness of da'wah messages by the da'wah institution of the Muhammadiyah Regional Executive of South Sulawesi? What is the response and involvement of the younger generation to the da'wah content delivered through digital media by the Da'wah Institute of the Muhammadiyah Regional Executive of South Sulawesi? This study used a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study method on the Muhammadiyah Da'wah Institute of South Sulawesi which has introduced digital da'wah as a tool for spreading da'wah. Primary data is collected by researchers directly from the original source. Meanwhile, secondary data is obtained from existing sources such as books from magazines and other sources. The results of the study show that the South Sulawesi Muhammadiyah da'wah institution actively utilizes various digital platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and podcasts as a means of disseminating creative and contextual religious messages. The use of digital media has been proven to significantly increase the reach of the audience, especially among urban and younger generations.

Abstract

General Background: Marriage harmony requires effective interpersonal communication, particularly amid increasing household conflicts in urban communities. Specific Background: The Religious Affairs Office (KUA) in Biringkanaya Makassar provides marriage consultation services where registrars (penghulu) act as mediators through structured communication. Knowledge Gap: Studies have rarely examined the specific interpersonal communication strategies of penghulu in practical consultation contexts. Aims: This study analyzes communication stages, forms, supporting factors, and obstacles in marriage consultation. Results: Findings show a staged process consisting of building trust, exploring problems, clarifying and reflecting issues, and facilitating solutions and commitments. Communication forms include persuasive verbal, empathetic nonverbal, and religious symbolic communication. Supporting factors involve registrar credibility, institutional legitimacy, and alignment with religious values, while obstacles include emotional instability, cultural and educational differences, and limited time. Novelty: The integration of empathetic communication with religious values emerges as a key strategy to foster openness and resolve domestic conflicts. Implications: The study contributes to interpersonal communication theory and provides practical guidance for improving marriage consultation services in religious institutions.
