Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM) merupakan sekelas usaha swasta dari masyarakat yang dapat menciptakan lapangan kerja. Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM) pada tingkat daerah menjadi tumpuan bagi masyarakat daerah karena dinamika ekonomi usahanya dapat berhubungan dengan aktivitas masyarakat disekitar usahanya. Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM) menjadi mitra bagi masyarakat daerah dalam meningkatkan pendapatan. Pengabdian Masyarakat ini dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pengusaha kecil dan menengah teknik tata kelola pemasaran Rengginang di Desa Karangsari Kecamatan Cikarang Barat Kabupaten Bekasi Provinsi Jawa Barat.

Consumer impulsivity is one of the reasons for impulse purchases. A purchase decision made on the spur of the moment without prior forethought is called an impulse buy, and it can happen to consumers who shop physically as well as those who shop online or through social media. In the TikTok Store, this study intends to explore the function of positive emotion as a mediator of shopping habits and hedonic shopping motivation for impulsive purchases. A total of 138 respondents were included in the quantitative research model employed for this study. SmartPLS 3.2.9 data processing software was used to process the research, and a Google Form was used to collect the data. Purposive sampling is used with non-probability sampling in the sampling procedure. This study discovered that there is a direct and significant positive effect of shopping lifestyle on positive emotion in TikTok Shop customers, that there is no significant effect of hedonic shopping motivation on impulse buying in TikTok Shop customers, and that the role of positive emotion as a mediator of shopping lifestyle for impulse buying in TikTok Shop customers has no significant.

The development of Internet Technology in the business world and the industrial world took place very quickly in the modern and post-millennial era , namely after the 2000s. Technology has generally made our lives simpler and more practical with the term world in the palm of your hand just by mastering Technology and the Internet. . Several technological model innovations such as the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and technology readiness index (TRI), especially the development of social media technology for user, can help business development. The purpose of this study is to identify the use of technology and analyze the influence of technology and the internet on the use of social media on Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in the District Bekasi. The output of this research is the implementation of IoT-based technology on Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Bekasi Regency. The application of technology and the Internet to Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises can provide convenience and usefulness when running a business in the era of globalization and modernization. In order to be a sustainable solution, this IoT-based technology model will be patented to make it easier for user to adopt technology so that socio-economic improvements occur. Perusahaan farmasi mengalami pertumbuhan yang cukup signifikan selama periode pandemi covid-19. Kondisi ini dapat mempengaruhi kebijakan perusahaan dalam struktur permodalannya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pengelolaan struktur modal perusahaan farmasibaikselama pandemi covid-19 maupun sebelum covid-19. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan farmasi yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2017-2021. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling terkait dan didapatkan ada 11 perusahaan. Pengujian dilakukan melalui regresi data panel dan diperoleh model efek tetap sebagai model terbaik digunakan untuk menganalisis dampak dari masing-masing variabel. Variabel internal meliputi firm size, likuiditas dan profitabilitas berdamapak terhadap penggunaan utang. Firm size berdampak pada peningkatan rasio utang. Likuidiatas dan profitabilitas berdampak terhadap penurunan rasio utang. Faktor eksternal perusahaan meliputi pertumbuhan ekonomi dan tingkat inflasi tidak berdampak terhadap rasio utang. Pertumbuhan ekonomi berkorelasi dengan tingkat inflasi.

ABSTRACT The skills and expertise of Human Resources (HR) are important factors that should be possessed by Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Managing HR and improving it is a must for MSME actors. In addition, as a readiness to respond to open markets and respond to business challenges in the digital era, MSMEs must be able to adapt to dynamic market developments. Therefore this study aims to provide knowledge related to HR competence and its improvement, the object and target of the research are MSME actors in Bekasi Regency, West Java Province. The method used is descriptive statistics used to identify the factors inhibiting the growth of MSMEs in Bekasi district. Likewise secondary data processing is also proposed in this study. Therefore the results of the study revealed that the most common obstacle hindering the growth of MSMEs in Bekasi district was the lack of efforts to increase human resources. Understanding the obstacles that are factors in increasing MSME growth will be a reference for policy makers in finding design programs to stimulate MSME actors in business competition that can increase the value of macroeconomic growth. ABSTRAK Kecakapan serta keahlian Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) merupakan faktor penting yang seharusnya dimiliki oleh pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM). Mengelola SDM dan meningkatkannya merupakan sebuah keharusan untuk dimiliki oleh pelaku UMKM. Selain itu, sebagai kesiapan mrespon pasar terbuka dan menjawab tantangan bisnis era digital, UMKM harus mampu beradaptasi dalam perkembangan pasar yang dinamis. Karenanya penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan terkait kompetensi SDM dan peningkatannya, objek dan sasaran penelitian yaitu para pelaku UMKM di Kabupaten bekasi propinsi Jawa barat. Metode yang digunakan adalah statistic deskriptif yang digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor penghambat pertumbuhan UMKM di kabupaten bekasi. Begitu juga pengolahan data sekunder juga diajukan dalam penelitian ini. Karenanya hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa kendala yang paling umum menghambat pertumbuhan UMKM di kabupaten bekasi adalah kurangnya upaya peningkatan sumber daya manusia. Memahami hambatan yang menjadi faktor peningkatan pertumbuhan UMKM akan menjadi acuan bagi pembuat kebijakan dalam menemukan program rancangan untuk menstimulasi pelaku UMKM dalam persaingan bisnis yang dapat meningkatkan nilai pertumbuhan ekonomi secara makro.

This study discusses interest in using OVO: the role of trust in mediating security and perceived ease of use. Then, the purpose of this study is to determine (1) The effect of security on digital wallets (e-wallets) OVO on interest in using (2) The effect of security on digital wallets (e-wallets) OVO on trust in digital wallet applications (e-wallets) (3) The effect of trust in digital wallets (e-wallets) OVO on interest in using (4) The effect of perceived convenience on digital wallets (e-wallets) OVO on interest in using (5) The effect of security mediated by trust has a significant positive effect on interest in using OVO. The method used in this research is quantitative. The primary data sources used are questionnaires and journals. The sampling technique used was a proportional sampling technique, and sampling in this study was carried out by distributing questionnaires to a total of 100 respondents. The analysis technique used in this research is SmartPLS (Partial et al.) 3.0 with version 3.2.9. The results of this study indicate that (1) the security variable is proven to have no significant effect on interest in using (2) Security is proven to have an influence on trust (3) Trust is proven to have an influence on interest in using (4) Perception of convenience is proven to have no significant effect on interest in using (5) Trust can mediate security on interest in using OVO e-wallets.

Situ Rawa Binong merupakan wisata air yang berada di Desa Hegarmukti Kecamatan Cikarang Pusat Kabupaten Bekasi. Rawa Binong berada di lokasi yang strategis, lokasinya dekat dengan pusat keramaian Kawasan Meikarta dan Kawasan Jababeka Cikarang. Dengan posisi yang strategis seharusnya mampu membuat situ Rawa Binong menjadi salah satu tempat wisata favorit di Cikarang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan strategi pengembangan wisata situ Rawa Binong melalui daya tarik alternatif agrowisata jambu kristal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif untuk mengetahui potensi dan jumlah kunjungan pada wisata situ Rawa Binong melalui agrowisata jambu kristal dan analisis SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) untuk melihat lingkungan internal yaitu kekuatan dan kelemahan serta lingkungan eksternal yaitu peluang dan ancaman agrowisata jambu kristal di Kawasan wisata situ Rawa Binong Desa Hegarmukti Kecamatan Cikarang Pusat Kabupaten Bekasi.

The purpose of this study was to determine the direct and indirect effects of online store atmosphere and shopping lifestyle on impulse buying decisions through positive emotions. Online store atmosphere and shopping lifestyle on impulse buying decisions through positive emotions. The population in this study were shopee marketplace users. Sampling using purposive sampling technique of 100 respondents. The data collection method used is a questionnaire. The analysis method in this study uses a structural model processed SMARTPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study indicate that the variables. Online store atmosphere and lifestyle have no significant effect on impulse buying, while positive emotions affect impulse buying, and shopping lifestyle affects positive emotions. While indirectly shopping lifestyle and positive emotions affect impulse buying. Suggestions for online stores should maximize attractive store arrangements so that consumers are encouraged to make impulse purchases.

Technical guidance activities for credit proposals and financial reports are carried out to increase the entrepreneurial skills of business actors, especially MSMEs (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises). This activity refers to follow-up activities for the establishment of well-known MSMEs (Bekasi Keren/Bekasi Regency). Bimtek activities are one way to increase the ability of MSMEs to increase their potential and become superior MSMEs, not only from the products produced but from the literacy/knowledge they possess. This activity was carried out in collaboration with the MSMEs, and Cooperative Service as well as LPPM Pelita Bangsa University. The implementation time will be 11-14 October 2021 at the Java Palace Hotel Jababeka. The participants of the activity amounted to 200 (two hundred) MSMEs participants. The material presented is in the form of a credit application proposal and the preparation of financial reports. The output of technical guidance is in the form of an assessment on the post-test which is carried out after the training is held. For credit application proposal materials and financial reports, 106 respondents filled out the post-test link with a score of 60-100 as many as 91% or 91 participants, while 9% got a score of 0-50 or as many as 9 people. It can be concluded that the level of understanding of the material is very well received by the participants of the technical guidance.

The writing of this community service journal is the result of activities carried out to be able to provide socialization of the importance of understanding digital literacy in the face of learning in the 21st century era.
