Abstract

Micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) are productive economic enterprises that stand alone and are carried out by individuals or business entities that are capable of expanding employment and providing broad economic services to the community. Jatibaru Village is a village with the majority of the population being traders, farmers and MSME actors whose family's source of income is economically derived from selling and farming activities. During the Covid-19 pandemic, MSMEs experienced a significant decrease in turnover. The lack of knowledge, especially in the field of the digital world, is still lacking, they rely more on regular customers who are limited and uncertain. In addition, there is a lack of creativity in utilizing digital tools for online social media which are moving rapidly.

Abstract

The quality of the process and the results of local excellence are greatly influenced by the available resources, known as the 7M, namely Man (labor), Money (capital), Machine (machines), Material (raw materials), Method (method), Marketing ( marketing), and Management (management). If all of these resources are met, the process and results will be optimal, but on the other hand, if something is missing, the results could be less than satisfactory. Apart from being influenced by resources, this process must also pay attention to market conditions, competitors, potential substitutes, and technological developments. Thus, the final result of this process will be a local product or culture that is of high value, unique, and has advantages compared to similar products from other regions. Meanwhile, the role of the academic team is to prepare a more structured workshop/training concept and empower it by improving the quality of human resources based on Islamic education and the potential of local regional wisdom. Abstract

This study discusses interest in using OVO: the role of trust in mediating security and perceived ease of use. Then, the purpose of this study is to determine (1) The effect of security on digital wallets (e-wallets) OVO on interest in using (2) The effect of security on digital wallets (e-wallets) OVO on trust in digital wallet applications (e-wallets) (3) The effect of trust in digital wallets (e-wallets) OVO on interest in using (4) The effect of perceived convenience on digital wallets (e-wallets) OVO on interest in using (5) The effect of security mediated by trust has a significant positive effect on interest in using OVO. The method used in this research is quantitative. The primary data sources used are questionnaires and journals. The sampling technique used was a proportional sampling technique, and sampling in this study was carried out by distributing questionnaires to a total of 100 respondents. The analysis technique used in this research is SmartPLS (Partial et al.) 3.0 with version 3.2.9. The results of this study indicate that (1) the security variable is proven to have no significant effect on interest in using (2) Security is proven to have an influence on trust (3) Trust is proven to have an influence on interest in using (4) Perception of convenience is proven to have no significant effect on interest in using (5) Trust can mediate security on interest in using OVO e-wallets.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effect of entrepreneurial orientation (EO), network, and market orientation on the performance of small businesses (Small Business Performance) in West Java Province. Data was collected from 300 small business owners using a structured questionnaire. The results of multiple regression analysis show that the three independent variables have a significant positive effect on SBP. Market orientation has the strongest effect on SBP, followed by EO and network. The findings show that small business owners who have high levels of EO, network, and market orientation tend to perform better than those who have low levels of these characteristics. Small business owners in West Java Province can improve their performance by investing in developing EO capabilities, networks, and their market orientation. Future research can investigate the role of other variables, such as innovation, technology adoption, and strategic planning, on the performance of small businesses in West Java Province.

Abstract

Seorang pemimpin harus memiliki kemampuan untuk mengarahkan semua anggotanya untuk meraih tujuan dari sebuah organisasi. Begitu juga didalam organisasi perusahaan seorang pemimpin harus mempunyai kemampuan untuk bisa menjadikan perusahaan yang dipimpinnya mencapai visi dan misi perusahaan. Etika seorang pemimpin dibutuhkan untuk memimpin sebuah perusahaan. Pemimpin yang memiliki etika yang baik akan mampu menciptakan budaya organisasi yang sehat, membangun kepercayaan dari semua anggota, dan juga bisa membuat perusahaan mendapatkan tujuan perusahaan sesuai visi dan misi perusahaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengexplorasi bagaimana etika dari seorang pemimpin untuk mempengaruhi keberhasilan organisasi perusahaan dengan tetap berpedoman pada visi dan misi perusahaan. Etika pemimpin ini juga berpengaruh terhadap bagaimana cara seorang pemimpin dalam mengelola pengambilan keputusan dan mengelola hubungan baik dengan anggota karyawan lainnya.

Abstract

Gold is a precious metal that is loved by many people. Precious metals are no stranger to socienty,in general, precious metals that are known to public are precious metals in the form of jewelry. The research objective was to determine the effect of product knowledge, brand image, and lifestyle on Antam's precious metal purchasing decisions. This study uses a quantitative research model, with a sampling method using non-probablity sampling with a purposive sampling technique. The number of samples in this study was 96 which was rounded off to 100 respondents. Methods of data collection by means of observation, interviews, literature study, and distributing questionnaires through the Google Form. . The data analysis method uses validity tests, reliability tests, and multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 25 program assistance. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant positive effect of product knowledge on purchasing decisions for Antam's precious metal consumers, there is a significant positive influence for brand image on purchasing decisions for Antam's precious metal consumers, and there is no significant influence of lifestyle on purchasing decisions for Antam's precious metal consumers. From the results of the research findings that have been carried out, there are two hypotheses that have an effect, and there are one hypotheses that state that they have no effect.

Abstract

Capacity building of human resources through legal literacy understanding in Muktiwari Village aims to provide insights and comprehension in the areas of law and human rights, population administration, and protection of children and women from domestic violence. The legal education provided is expected to enhance legal literacy. The target audience for this activity is approximately 40 members of the Muktiwari Village community. The method used will be through lectures, case examples, and interactive Q&A sessions. Participants in this Community Service activity can benefit by gaining knowledge about (1) human rights as residents of Indonesia, a country governed by the rule of law, (2) the procedures and importance of handling and possessing documentation related to population administration in social and economic life, and (3) being aware of and understanding the actions to be taken by women and children experiencing domestic violence.
