<![CDATA[Background of this research is character of teens in Usak Alahan Panjang Kecamatan Lembah Gumanti Kabupaten Solok stil low. This is suspected because parents attention is stil low. The type of this reseach is to description 1) the attention of parents to adolescents, (2) the character of teenagers, and (3) to see whether there is a relationship between parents' attention and youth character in Jorong Usak. Population in this research is 40 people. The technique use for taken sampling is Stratified random sampling as much as 80% of adolescents. Samples in this research was 32 parents. Data collection techniques used were questionnaires, while data collection tools used questionnaires. Technique of data analysis by using formula of percentage and product moment. The result of the research is the attention given by the parents to the children in Jorong Usak Alahan Panjang Kecamatan Lembah Gumanti Solok Regency in the low category, adolescent character in the category is very low, and there is a significant correlation between the attention of the parents to the youth character in Jorong Usak Alahan Panjang Kecamatan Lembah Gumanti Solok District. Suggestions in this study is to parents to need to improve understanding, knowledge, and improve about the attention to adolescents, so that adolescents can show good behavior.Keywords: Parent Attention, Character]]>

<![CDATA[This research is motivated by the low language development of children aged 3-4 years in Air Tawar Barat Village, Padang City. This is suspected to be poor communication in the family with children. This study aims to determine the relationship of communication in the family with the language development of early childhood in Air Tawar Barat Village, Padang City. This research uses a correlational quantitative approach. The study population was 54 mothers with a sample of 27 mothers. Sampling in the study used a simple random sampling technique, namely random sampling from a portion of the population. Research findings (1) communication in the family is categorized as low (2) language development of early childhood is categorized as low (3) there is a significant relationship between communication in the family and language development of early childhood in Air Tawar Barat Village, Padang City. There is a significant relationship between communication in the family and the language development of early childhood in the Village of Air Tawar Barat, Padang City.]]>

<![CDATA[This research is motivated by the success of citizens learning in training to open their own businesses, such as receiving wages for orders from suppliers and neighbors. This study aims to see (1) the intrinsic motivation of the learning population in training (2) the extrinsic motivation of the learning population in the training. The type of this research is descriptive quantitative with the circulation of 20 people studying. The sample from this study is the total population of 20 people. Data collection techniques use questionnaires (questionnaires) and data collection tools are a list of statements. The data analysis technique uses the percentage formula. The results of the study showed that (1) the intrinsic motivation of the learning population in attending the training was high, (2) the extrinsic motivation of extrinsic learning residents in training was high.Keywords: Motivation, Training]]>

<![CDATA[This research was motivated by the low motivation of the participants in participating in the 3 in 1 embroidery pin training at the Padang Industrial Education and Training Center. The goal is to see a picture of the motivation of the participants in following the pinhead embroidery training. This type of research is quantitative with a descriptive approach. The number of respondents in this study was 40 people consisting of training participants for pinhead embroidery training generation II and XIII. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses the percentage formula. The results of this study indicate that the motivation to follow the training participants of the 3 in 1 head embroidery training is still low, namely 71% for 40 respondents.]]>

<![CDATA[This research is background many problems of early childhood deviant behavior in Jorong Koto Nagari Aie Dingin Kecamatan Gumanti valley district Solok district. This is alleged lack of social control of parent to behavior of early child in Jorong Koto Nagari Aie Dingin Kecamatan Gumanti valley district Solok district. This study aims to look at the picture of parental social control and behavior of deviant early childhood in Jorong Koto Nagari Aie Dingin Kecamatan Gumanti valley district Solok district. This research was quantitative correlation type with using propotional random sampling. The data collection technique was a questionnaire and the data collection toll in the form of sheet statement. Data analysis tecniques using the formula persentages and product moment. <![CDATA[This study aims to determine the students' perceptions of the varied lecture methods, to know the description of students' learning outcomes, and to find out the relationship between students' perceptions of the varied lecture methods and learning outcomes. This research is a correlational study with a quantitative approach. The subjects of this study were third grade students at MDTA Darul Hikmah. The population is 27 people and the sample is taken from the whole population using total sampling technique. The data collection tool in this study was a questionnaire. The data analysis techniques used in the study were percentage statistics and serial correlation. The results showed that the students' perceptions of the lecture learning method varied in the unfavorable category. The learning outcomes of students are also in the unfavorable category with an average score of 56.85 in the semester. The results of the price consultation r, it is concluded that r count is greater than r table, that is, there is a significant relationship between students' perceptions of the varied lecture learning method and learning outcomes.Keywords: Perception, Learning Methods, Learning Outcomes]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influenced the entrepreneurial interest of Padang state university students to maintain their business, namely: 1) the influence of the family environment, 2) income expectations, 3) entrepreneurship education. This research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. The subjects of this study were the general chairman of UPKK and members of UPKK who already had their own businesses. Data collection is done by using the method of observation, interviews and documentation. Techniques used in data analysis are data display, data reduction and conclusion making. The results showed that the factors influencing student entrepreneurial interest: 1) Family environment, all informants were supported by their families for entrepreneurship even though not all of the informant's families came from entrepreneurial families. 2) Income expectations all informants said that the income expectation factor made them still maintain their business until now. 3) Entrepreneurship education, the existence of entrepreneurship education on campus makes all informants understand the world of entrepreneurship because learning entrepreneurship education makes informants understand what they will do later with their efforts.Keywords: Entrepreneurial Interest, Factors Affecting Interest]]>

<![CDATA[This research is motivated by the lack of knowledge of high school drop-out youth about Paket C in PKBMTitian Amanah. The purpose of this study is to describe: (1) socialization conducted by PKBM TitianAmanah, (2) knowledge of high school drop out teenagers about Paket C, and (3) relationship between socialization with knowledge of high school drop-out youth about Paket C. Population in this research 40 people and a sample of 30 people. With stratified random sampling sampling technique. Data collectiontechniques is a questionnaire and data collection tool is a questionnaire. Data analysis technique usingpercentage calculation and product moment correlation formula.
