<![CDATA[Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh keberhasilan kegiatan randai di Sanggar Seni Mustika Minang Duo Kota Pariaman, terlihat dari banyaknya prestasi yang diraih warga belajar setiap tahun pada kegiatan randai. Penulis menduga disebabkan oleh minat warga belajar yang tinggi mengikuti kegiatan randai. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengungkapkan gambaran minat warga belajar mengikuti kegiatan randai ditinjau dari aspek perhatian, perasaan senang, dan ketertarikan warga belajar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian adalah warga belajar yang mengikuti kegiatan randai sebanyak 35 orang, sampel diambil sebanyak 72% yaitu 25 orang dengan teknik pengambilan sampel stratified random sampling. Teknik pengumpul data adalah angket dengan alat pengumpul data berupa kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan perhitungan persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa minat warga belajar mengikuti kegiatan randai pada aspek perhatian warga belajar sudah sangat baik, perasaan senang warga belajar sangat baik, dan ketertarikan warga belajar sangat baik.]]>

<![CDATA[This research is motivated by the high attendance of the Paket B equality program and the success of the Paket B education program in PKBM Legusa. This research also purpose to describe the tutor's professional competence in the management aspects of the classroom environment, the use of learning methods, the use of instructional media, and the implementation of learning evaluation. This research use descriptive quantitative approach. For supporting this approach, researcher take 50% of the population is 34 people with a sampling technique that is stratified random sampling. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, and data collection tools using questionnaires. Data analysis techniques use a percentage formula. The results showed that the professional competence of tutors in classroom environmental management aspects was very good, the aspects of using the learning method were very good, the aspects of using the learning media were very good, and the evaluation aspects were very good. <![CDATA[This research was motivated by the learning outcomes of citizens studying sociology subjects in the SPNF-SKB Package C program in Pariaman City. The purpose of this study was to determine the differences in the learning outcomes of learning residents on sociology subjects in the SPNF-SKB Package C program in Pariaman City.This type of research is a type of comparative causal research. The population in this study were 50 students of the Pariaman City SPNF-SKB Package C Program. The sample in this study amounted to 40 residents studied using cluster random sampling technique. The data collection technique used is documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive quantitative. Analysis of the data used quantitatively by using the t-test using SPSS16 software.Based on the results of the research on the learning outcomes of the residents of the Package C Program before the pandemic, the highest was in the very good category, amounting to 29 people with a percentage of 72.5%, of the 40 residents studying the Package C Program before the pandemic and the value of learning outcomes for learning residents during the covid pandemic. the highest is the unfavorable category, totaling 19 learning residents with a percentage of 47.5% of the 40 residents studying the Package C Program during the pandemic. So there are differences in the learning outcomes of learning residents before the Covid pandemic with the learning outcomes of learning residents during the Covid pandemic, meaning that the Ha hypothesis is accepted. It is recommended for the department of education outside the school of Padang State University to use the results of this study as a reference in teaching materials for courses. <![CDATA[This research is motivated by the low education of children in Jorong Labuai Kecamatan Koto Balingka Kabupaten Pasaman Barat, this is thought to be one of the causes due to lack of concern for parents. This research aims to: (1) to describe the concerns of parents to children, (2) to describe the success of children's education, and (3) to see whether there is a relationship between parents' concern with the success of children's education. This research includes correlational quantitative research. The population in the research were children who dropped out of school and children who did not continue their education to the level SLTP, SLTA with the age of 13-18 years with a population of 57 people. Sampling technique stratified random sampling. The number of samples in this study is 30 people. Data collection techniques used questionnaires. Technique of data analysis by using formula of percentage and product moment. <![CDATA[The research is motivation by the good sports extracurricular at SMAN 13 Padang. This condition is suspected because the guidance provided by the coach in sports extracurricular activities is quite good. This study aims to see an overview of coaching in sports extracurricular activities at SMAN 13 Padang. This research of type quantitative descriptive. Population in this study were eleven-grade students participating in sports extracurricular activities at SMAN 13 Padang as many as 38 people who were all respondents to the study. Data collection techniques using questionnaires by analyzing data using percentage calculations. The results showed that the picture of coaching in sports extracurricular activities at Padang Public High School 13 was good. <![CDATA[Education game tool is a game tool that aims to develop children’s abilities, this game tool is usually used by PAUD children aged 3 to 6 years. Cognitive development has an important role in children’s success in playing a game because children’s play activities are related to thinking problems. The goals of this research to find out whether the relation between educational toys and cognitive development of early childhood in Parkit, Air Tawar Barat, Padang. Samples were taken by total sampling technique, which amounted to 7 people. The research design has taken Whatsapp interviews, and survey data collected through a questionnaire. <![CDATA[This research was motivated by the success of teenage education in Jorong Sungai Cubadak Kecamatan Akabiluru Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota. This research also purpose to describe parenting care about teenage education with: (1) Fullfilled for the requirement (2) Giving advice and motivation (3) Supervise process of education (4) Process guidance. This research use descriptive quantitative approach. For supporting this approach, researcher take a quesioner and involve with 50 % from 47 teenage partisipants . Data will be submit and analyse with percentage. <![CDATA[This research is motivated by the high learning outcomes obtained by citizens learning in the craft skills training program at PKBM Diknaker. Researchers suspect that the high learning outcomes obtained by learning citizens, are influenced by the high discipline owned by citizens learning handicraft skills in PKBM Diknaker. This can be seen from the discipline of citizens learning mental attitudes, understandings and behavioral attitudes. This study aims to illustrate the discipline of citizens learning in the craft skills training program at PKBM Diknaker. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research. The population in this study totaling 20 people. The sampling technique used was a census, all populations were sampled 20 people. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. While the data analysis technique uses the percentage formula. From the results of the study it was found that: the discipline of learning citizens towards mental attitude was categorized as good, understanding was categorized as good, behavior was categorized as good. <![CDATA[The development of a child’s social in Nagari Koto Lamo Kapur IX District of Lima Puluh Kota Regency is still low. This is assumed because the socialization in the family carried out by the parents is still less effective. This purpose research to see describe the socialization in the family and the development of a child’s social. This research is that by using area random sampling technique. The data collection tool that is used is a questionnaire with data analysis of percentage calculations and using the Product Moment formula to see the relationship of both. The results based on t findings and discussion can be concluded that: (1) socialization in the family has not been done properly. (2) The social development of children is still low. Often there are various problems that occur in dealing with the world of education, starting from the availability of facilities and infrastructure as well as the participation of the roles of various educational actors. Indeed education involves two groups consisting of teachers and students as objects to be taught. Of course, in conducting the learning process in delivering a material, not far from what we know as communication, deeper communication, and aimed at the building can be interpreted as intrapersonal communication.
