Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh tingginya hasil belajar yang dimiliki oleh peserta belajar yang mengikuti program paket B setara SMP/MTs di PKBM Farilla Ilmi Kecamatan Koto Tangah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat gambaran perhatian orang tua terhadap anak dalam mengikuti program paket B setara SMP/MTs di PKBM Farilla Ilmi Kecamatan Koto Tangah.Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif deskriftif. Populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 36 orang, sampel terpilih 27 orang yang dijadikan responden. Jenis data penelitian tentanggambaran perhatian orang tua terhadap anak dalam mengikuti program paket B setara SMP/MTs di PKBM Farilla Ilmi Kecamatan Koto Tangah. Sedangkan teknik yang digunakan untuk pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, alat yang digunakan kuisioner, dan teknik analisa data menggunakan rumus persentase. Temuan penelitian ini menjelaskan jika gambaran pembimbingan orang tua terhadap pendidikan anak dalam mengikuti program paket B setara SMP/MTs di PKBM Farilla Ilmi Kecamatan Koto Tangah tergolong sangat baik. Perhatian yang diberikan orang tua terhadap warga belajar sangat baik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya partisipasi peserta dalam mengikuti pelatihan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran penggunaan metode tanya jawab, mengetahui gambaran partisipasi siswa, dan mengetahui hubungan antara penggunaan metode tanya jawab dengan partisipasi peserta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian korelasional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah peserta Program Pendidikan Keterampilan Kerja (PKK) Aplikasi Perkantoran di LKP Perguruan Tinggi Cerdas Kota Padang. Populasi sebanyak 30 orang dan sampel sebanyak 21 orang diambil 70% dari total populasi dengan menggunakan teknik purposive random sampling. Alat pengumpul data dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah korelasi Spearman rho. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan metode tanya jawab termasuk dalam kategori buruk dan partisipasi peserta masih rendah. Hasil konsultasi r hitung menyimpulkan bahwa r hitung lebih besar dari r tabel, yaitu terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara penggunaan metode tanya jawab dengan partisipasi siswa

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh warga belajar dengan motivasi rendah. Hal ini diduga karena kondisi lingkungan yang berpengaruh sehingga pembelajaran kurang kondusif. Hal ini berdampak pada rendahnya semangat belajar masyarakat belajar. Maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Melihat gambaran suasana lingkungan belajar pada program paket c di SPNF Padang Panjang. (2) Melihat gambaran motivasi belajar warga belajar pada program paket c di SPNF Padang Panjang. (3) Untuk mengetahui hubungan suasana lingkungan belajar dengan motivasi warga belajar program paket C di SPNF Padang Panjang. Berdasarkan pokok permasalahan yang akan diteliti, penelitian ini dikelompokkan menjadi penelitian kuantitatif korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh warga belajar yang terdaftar pada program kejar paket C SPNF Padang Panjang tahun ajaran 2019/2020 yang berjumlah 45 orang dan sampel dalam penelitian ini diambil sebanyak 67% atau terdiri dari 30 warga belajar. menggunakan metode stratified random sampling, teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan pernyataan tertulis dan alat pengumpulan data berupa daftar pernyataan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan rumus persentase dan product moment. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Suasana lingkungan belajar program mengejar paket C di SPNF Padang Panjang tergolong kurang baik. (2) Motivasi belajar kejar paket C di SPNF Padang Panjang tergolong rendah (3) Ada hubungan yang signifikan antara suasana lingkungan belajar dengan motivasi belajar program kejar paket C di SPNF Padang Panjang. Peneliti selanjutnya diharapkan dapat meneliti variabel baru sehingga dapat menambah dan memperbanyak variabel yang ada.

Abstract

This study was motivated by the success of the Package C education program in PKBM Farilla Ilmi Kota Padang, as evidenced by the high percentage of attendance of the learning population and satisfying learning citizen test scores. The researcher suspected that the cause of the success of the Package C program was because of the implementation of learning, one of which was seen from Entrepreneurship subjects. This type of study is a quantitative descriptive study. The population in this study were 60 people who studied the Package C program. The sampling technique used was classified as a random sampling of 30 people. The technique of collecting data uses a questionnaire. While the data collection tool uses a list of statements (questionnaires). The data analysis technique uses the percentage formula. The results of the study show that the implementation of learning in the Entrepreneurship subjects in the Package C education program, seen from the learning strategies used by tutors is classified as good.

Abstract

The person who is most responsible for the success of children is their parents. Because children born and raised by parents are the property of parents and cannot be contested. To carry out these heavy obligations, parents must have adequate knowledge and skills in order to achieve what they aspire to be, namely making children pious who are intelligent and of good character. The reality today is that there are still many parents who do not know that their role is very large in educating children so that they do not think and do not even make the maximum effort in educating children. Most parents submit their children's education to other people who are trusted, such as teachers at school, in the course and tutoring, and teachers at the Koran, so they do not pay attention to learning at home. The effect is a lot of personality that is not praiseworthy even failure in learning in school. To overcome this problem, parents and children are coaching through Community Reading Gardens. Abstract

Over time, advances in science and technology are increasingly high but problems are increasing, and challenges are increasing. Likewise, formal, non-formal and informal education always has a weak point on every line. This condition requires educators and educational institutions to think even harder so as not to run over with the progress of the times. Collaboration between institutions and the education environment is absolutely necessary so that there will be no regrets later and children's education can be developed optimally. Abstract

Learning media used by tutors in the learning process at PKBM Farilla Ilmi are very suitable and attract the attention of the learning community. The results of this study found that the compatibility and attractiveness of the media in learning can increase the motivation of students to learn, so that students' understanding increases rapidly. Likewise the interaction between tutors and students and their peers is more increased because the media provided involves a lot of learning in the learning process. This study has a population of Paket C learners equivalent to high school, amounting to 60 people. While the sample is 30 people, which is half of the research target using classified random sampling techniques so that it is representative in representing each class. The results of this study are in accordance with the researchers' expectations expressed in the preliminary section about the success of the Paket C program in achieving high scores in Entrepreneurship subjects.

Abstract

The background of this research is the low performance of Paket C tutor in PKBM Karang Taruna Kembang Delima. This is allegedly due to the low satisfaction of the tutor's work. The purpose of this research is to make the job satisfaction of tutor, to describe the performance of the package tutor, and to see the relationship of job satisfaction with the performance of the Paket C tutor in PKBM Karang Taruna Kembang Delima. This research is correlational research, with population is tutor of Paket C which amounted to 33 people, sample taken 90% from population that is 30 people with sampling technique that is simple random sampling. Data collection techniques used questionnaires, and data collection tools using questionnaires. Data analysis techniques to describe job satisfaction and performance tutor using the formula percentage, and to see the relationship of job satisfaction with the performance tutor technique data analysis using product moment correlation formula. The results of this study indicate that (1) the satisfaction of Paket C tutor in PKBM Karang Taruna Kembang Delima is low category, (2) the performance of tutor of Paket C package in PKBM Karang Taruna Kembang Delima category low, and (3) there is a significant relationship between job satisfaction with the performance of Paket C tutor in PKBM Karang Taruna Kembang Delima. It is suggested to the manager to improve the work satisfaction of tutors in terms of feelings of pleasure in work and a good working environment for the performance of tutors can increase.
