Abstract

This study departs from asset growth in Islamic banks which has decreased in the last four years even though assets have increased every year. This research is structured to be the basis for making policies to increase the growth of assets of Islamic banks. The research design used is quantitative with the help of smart PLS ver.3.3. The number of samples is 94 people from a population of 123 employees of Islamic Banks Serang and Cilegon Branch Offices with supervisory positions and above. The sample selection in this study uses probability sampling, so that all branch offices of Islamic banks in Cilegon and Serang as well as all supervisory work units have the same opportunity to be selected as samples. The results indicate that the ones that have the biggest influence in increasing the growth of Islamic bank assets are the financing to deposit ratio and non-performing financing. This can be seen from the path coefficient value resulting from this study between financing to deposit ratio on asset growth has a coefficient value of 2.818 and non-performing financing on asset growth has a coefficient value of 3.767. Thus, both financing to deposit ratio and non-performing financing influence increasing the growth of assets of Islamic banks. The results of this study emphasize to bankers to maintain the quality of financing to remain smooth and avoid non-performing financing.

Abstract

The processing and utilization program of banana in the village of Bulakan is motivated by the efforts to restore the family's economy after the Sunda Strait tsunami disaster. One of the great potentials that has not been well utilized for economic purposes in the village of Bulakan is banana. The solution offered is the processing and utilization of bananas to be processed products. The purpose of this program is to provide both knowledge and skills to the people of Bulakan Village in processing bananas into crunchy chocolate bananas so that the management of processed banana products becomes a good and sustainable management system as well as improving the economy. The method used to overcome these problems through the problem identification, socialization, training in the cultivation of bananas, marketing, reflection and evaluation. The program was carried out in July 2019 in Bulakan Village, Cinangka District, Serang Regency, Banten. An important change in society is changing the community paradigm from selling bananas directly to processing bananas into crunchy chocolate banana products.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to examine the effect of inclusive leadership on employee well-being and task performance, with psychological safety as a mediating variable, in the context of hybrid work among public-sector employees. Methodology: This study employed a quantitative explanatory research design using a survey method. Data were collected from 235 civil servants working in eight districts/cities in Banten Province, Indonesia. A structured questionnaire with a Likert scale was used as the measurement instrument. Data analysis was conducted using partial least squares–structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 4 software. Results: Inclusive leadership had a positive and significant effect on psychological safety, employee well-being, and task performance. Psychological safety significantly affects employee well-being and task performance and partially mediates the relationship between inclusive leadership and both outcome variables. Conclusions: This study is limited by its cross-sectional design, reliance on self-reported data, and focus on public sector employees within a single province. Limitations: This study is limited by its cross-sectional design, reliance on self-reported data, and focus on public sector employees within a single province Contributions: This study contributes to the fields of leadership studies, human resource management, and public administration by extending inclusive leadership theory to hybrid work settings in the public sector and by providing practical insights into leadership development and employee well-being initiatives.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Some shipping companies in Indonesia are still not optimal in using Standard Operating Procedures according to the International Safety Management Code and are not updated regularly according to changes that occur in the company's operations. In addition, the lack of good seamanship in getting sufficient training in terms of basic maritime knowledge, practical skills. This study aims to analyze the influence of crew certification and seafarer skills on the operational performance of several shipping companies with standard operating procedures as intervening variables. This study uses the Structural Equation Model method based on Partial Least Squares and uses a sample of 86 crew members from three shipping companies. The results show that crew certification influences the operational performance of shipping companies, while good seamanship does not. Additionally, SOP does not influence the operational performance of shipping companies, though good seamanship does affect SOP. SOP also influences the operational performance of shipping companies, but it does not mediate the relationship between crew certification and operational performance, nor does it mediate the relationship between good seamanship and operational performance of shipping companies.
