Abstract

Developments in the field of technology at this time provide a significant contribution and influence to the world of government. Management of government data such as data on employees, communities and other elements so that the process of conveying information becomes faster and more structured. With the assistance of optimizing observation activities carried out with students who get higher knowledge. The implementation method goes through several stages starting with the observation or observation stage, the activity implementation stage and the evaluation or monitoring stage. The obstacle experienced was that the participants just found out about the report, and they did not understand employee data reports. Because they are not used to only recording incoming and outgoing data that is used to achieve the many planned activities, the utilization of computer operator assistance in the personnel department is good so that it is very easy to receive important information and programs. Services are carried out informally and flexibly. Giving material begins with introducing recording and bookkeeping to participants, then also explaining the importance of ability or knowledge in implementing counselling activities. Increasing the level of understanding of computer operators about the importance of recording employee data reports in the office, utilization and use of computer resources is carried out according to the method that has been planned, namely through the stages of data collection, implementation of activities and evaluation. Participants gave positive responses to the activities that had been carried out.

Abstract

For the smooth running of the administration of E-KTP making, the sub-district head must always coordinate with the lower level government, in this case, all staff within the sub-district area and all staff within their respective sub-districts to provide operator assistants. In the method section, the methods used to achieve the goals are to be carried out in community service activities. This section must contain the methods’ stages, including preparation, implementation and evaluation. This section also contains complete information about the activities carried out at each stage in the method. The role of the operator's assistant in the implementation of making E-KTP eases the operator's work, expediting the service for making E-KTP so that long queues can be fewer for people who want to make E-KTP.

Abstract

Pelatihan Microsoft Word sebagai upaya peningkatan literasi digital siswa dilaksanakan di MA Darul Kamilin, Desa Bakan, Kecamatan Janapria, Kabupaten Lombok Tengah, Nusa Tenggara Barat, pada tanggal 7–9 Agustus 2025. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 11 siswa dari kelas X, XI, dan XII yang memiliki kemampuan dasar komputer yang masih terbatas. Tujuan utama kegiatan ini adalah memberikan pemahaman dan keterampilan dasar dalam menggunakan aplikasi Microsoft Word untuk mendukung aktivitas akademik siswa. Pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan melalui beberapa tahapan, yaitu perencanaan, pra-pelatihan melalui pretest, penyampaian materi, praktik langsung, serta evaluasi menggunakan posttest. Selama kegiatan, peserta mendapatkan bimbingan langsung dalam mengetik, mengatur format teks, membuat tabel, serta menyisipkan gambar. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan yang signifikan, di mana nilai rata-rata pretest sebesar 32,73 meningkat menjadi 80,91 pada posttest dengan capaian rata-rata 72%. Hasil tersebut membuktikan bahwa pelatihan memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan kemampuan siswa dalam mengoperasikan Microsoft Word dan memanfaatkan teknologi digital dalam kegiatan belajar. Selain peningkatan keterampilan teknis, pelatihan ini juga mendorong motivasi belajar dan kepercayaan diri siswa dalam menggunakan komputer secara mandiri. Dengan demikian, pelatihan Microsoft Word dapat direkomendasikan sebagai salah satu program berkelanjutan yang efektif dalam meningkatkan literasi digital di lingkungan sekolah, khususnya bagi lembaga pendidikan berbasis madrasah yang masih menghadapi keterbatasan dalam pemanfaatan teknologi informasi.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah mengubah cara lembaga pendidikan dalam menyampaikan informasi kepada masyarakat. Banyak sekolah masih mengandalkan cara manual seperti papan pengumuman dan brosur, sehingga informasi kurang efektif tersampaikan kepada siswa, orang tua, dan masyarakat luas. Berdasarkan kondisi tersebut, kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan sebuah website profil sekolah sebagai media informasi dan publikasi yang terintegrasi. Metode kegiatan meliputi analisis kebutuhan melalui wawancara dengan pihak sekolah, perancangan alur sistem menggunakan flowchart, implementasi website menggunakan framework Laravel dan MySQL, serta pengujian fungsionalitas menggunakan metode blackbox testing. Hasil dari kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa website yang dikembangkan mampu menyajikan berbagai informasi sekolah secara real-time, mulai dari profil sekolah, jurusan, kegiatan, galeri, hingga pengumuman penting. Selain itu, fitur dashboard admin memudahkan pengelolaan konten tanpa perlu keterampilan teknis yang tinggi. Respon dari pihak sekolah sangat positif karena website ini meningkatkan efektivitas komunikasi dan citra sekolah di mata masyarakat. Kesimpulannya, pengembangan website profil sekolah sebagai media informasi dan publikasi terbukti menjadi solusi efektif dalam mendukung transformasi digital lembaga pendidikan, serta berpotensi untuk dikembangkan lebih lanjut sesuai kebutuhan sekolah.

Abstract

Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi informasi yang berkembang pesat, khususnya bagian Kemahasiswaan dan Unit Kegiatan Mahasiswa dalam melakukan pendaftaran anggota dan penyebaran informasi belum memanfaatkan teknologi informasi tersebut secara optimal, karna selama ini bagian Kemahasiswaan dan Unit Kegiatan Mahasiswa dalam melakukan pendaftaran anggota dan penyebaran informasi masih menggunakan cara yang sederhana. Untuk itu bagian Kemahasiswaan dan Unit Kegiatan Mahasiswa membutuhkan suatu sistem informasi yang dapat membantu dalam melakukan pendaftaran anggota dan penyebaran informasi tersebut. di dalam merancang dan membuat sistem informasi kemahasiswaan untuk unit kegiatan mahasiswa berbasis web menggunakan php dan mysql sebagai database, metode perancangan yang digunakan adalah metode SDLC yang meliputi tahap perencanaan, analisis, perancangan, implementasi dan pemeliharaan, pada halaman utama terdapat menu beranda, profil, pendaftaran anggota, galery, komentar, berita, login. untuk keamanan sistem setiap pengguna memiliki username dan password yang berbeda untuk bisa masuk ke sistem. Dengan adanya sistem informasi Kemahasiswaan untuk Unit Kegiatan Mahasiswa berbasis web diharapkan dalam melakukan pendaftaran anggota dan penyebaran informasi khususnya untuk bagian Kemahasiswaan dan Unit Kegiatan Mahasiswa akan menjadi lebih mudah.

Abstract

Kegiatan sosialisasi mengenai Pentingnya Pertolongan Pertama pada Cedera Fisik dan Psikis dilaksanakan sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kesiapsiagaan guru serta staf sekolah dalam menghadapi situasi darurat. Minimnya pemahaman mengenai prosedur pertolongan pertama, baik pada cedera fisik seperti luka, memar, maupun cedera psikis seperti stres dan kecemasan, dapat berdampak pada penanganan yang tidak tepat dan membahayakan kondisi korban. Kegiatan ini meliputi pemaparan materi, diskusi interaktif, demonstrasi sederhana, serta pengisian kuesioner menggunakan barcode sebagai alat evaluasi pemahaman peserta. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan antusiasme serta pemahaman peserta terhadap materi yang disampaikan, ditandai dengan keaktifan dalam sesi tanya jawab dan hasil kuesioner yang menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan. Meskipun terdapat kendala seperti keterlambatan peserta dan masalah jaringan saat pengisian kuesioner, kegiatan tetap berjalan lancar berkat dukungan pihak yayasan, kepala sekolah, serta komitmen peserta. Secara keseluruhan, kegiatan sosialisasi ini berhasil mencapai tujuannya dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kemampuan dasar peserta dalam memberikan pertolongan pertama pada cedera fisik maupun psikis.

Abstract

 In the current IS/IT era, service to consumers is an absolute must to be prepared to survive in business competition. Physical and logical attacks with the aim of disrupting information technology services for individuals/agencies/companies or reducing the performance of IS/IT used. The development of IoT in the industrial revolution 4.0, which is all online, is a challenge in itself, from a negative point of view, all of them are able to carry out attacks on ISP servers, often carried out by hackers. DDoS (Distributed Denial of Service) attacks are the most common attacks. The development of software for DDoS attacks is very much on the internet, including UDP Unicorn software to attack very easily and can be done by anyone. Software for real-time monitoring of DDoS attacks, one of which is the Telegram bot. Telegram is a messaging system centered on security and confidentiality, while bots are computer programs that do certain jobs automatically. Telegram bot is free, lightweight and multiplatform. In the case study, this research contains 10 access points to the internet that will be mitigated from DDoS attacks. In this study, it was found that DDoS attacks caused traffic to become very high/congested by fulfilling upload traffic so that legitimate traffic users could not access the internet, connection to the internet was slow, the traffic was also unnatural, making it unable to connect to wireless devices and making Mikrotik  login page becomes unable to appear. The purpose of this study is to mitigate DDoS attacks with the help of telegram bots so as to facilitate the notification of DDoS attacks in the event of an attack so that it is fast to deal with and find the perpetrators of the attack. The conclusion of this study is that DDoS attacks using UDP unicorn software resulted in a traffic spike of 53.5 Mbps on the upload traffic side, causing traffic for legitimate/authenticated users to slow down. By using telegram bots to know DDoS attacks occur in real time with a success rate of attack detection up to 100% notifications on telegram bots. Mitigation of DDoS attacks takes steps to track users using the torch feature on the routerboard interface menu, trace internet connection lines using wired or wireless transmission media, and ensure always monitoring the proxy interface from winbox.

Abstract

Violations of school rules are often carried out by students, including lack of respect for teachers, students who are not on time, often late for class, skipping classes, jumping fences, smoking and not paying attention to the rules and other regulations in school. This study aims to build a decision support system for sanctions for violations of student discipline that has the ability to analyze each of the criteria and sub-criteria that have been determined by the school. In this case, students who violate school rules will be punished and given sanctions so as to provide an output value of priority intensity which results in a system that provides an assessment of violations against students. The method used in building this decision support system is by combining the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method and the Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique Exploiting Rank (SMARTER) method. Weighting criteria using the AHP method and for ranking using the SMARTER method. The system created can be used to assist in processing data on violations of school rules. With this decision support system, it is hoped that policy makers will have no difficulty in determining what types of actions and sanctions will be given to students who violate school rules.

Abstract

Foreign tourists entering Indonesia in 2017 and 2018 have increased. From the data obtained on the website of the Ministry of Tourism (Kemenpar) the number of foreign tourists in 2017 was 14,039,799, while in 2018 there were 15,806.1, with a comparison of the number of tourists from the two years, the percentage increase in tourists was 12.58%. The data analysis approach using a classification model is a data analysis approach by studying the data and making predictions with the new data. in the classification model, there are many algorithms that can be applied in data analysis, one of which is the Decision Tree algorithm. This study aims to analyze the pattern of tourist visits based on the objects visited by the number of tourists visiting certain tourist objects. From the modeling using the Decesion Tree C4.5 Algorithm and the scenario of splitting the data into three parts, the highest accuracy value was obtained for splitting data of 80:20 for train and testing data and max depth 7, which obtained an accuracy of 94% for train data and 92% for data. testing. Modeling with the Boostrap Aggregating Method, the accuracy score obtained on training data is 93% and testing data is 92. percent. 3 accuracy results from using bagging reduce the accuracy of the C4.5 algorithm on the data training side from 94% to 93 percent, while the accuracy of testing data is still the same, namely 92%.

Abstract

The Mail Archive Management Information System at the Lombok Tengah Education Office was created for the effectiveness and efficiency of storing or managing incoming mail archives and outgoing mail archives at the Education Office. Management of mails that still use the manual method, namely by storing mail archives on folders, makes frequent errors in storage such as: loss of mails, tearing of mails and so on, as well as errors in recording and the duration of data searching. This Mail Archive Management Information System was designed and built using the waterfall method and MVC (Model View Controller) as the programming method, this information system is web-based, created using the PHP framework, namely CodeIgniter, HTML, Javascript, and CSS. As for the server, it uses a default Codeigniter local server. The management of the mail archives generated by the system is able to speed up the data searching process and is able to monitoring the amount of incoming mail, outgoing mail and the number of users using the system.
