Abstract

Lombok Institute of Information and Computer Management (STMIK) is one of the colleges in Central Lombok. In Higher Education there is a set of subjects given to participants in a period of education called the curriculum. Because the curriculum in each tertiary institution is different, a system that can equalize or convert courses is needed. Especially in supporting all lecture activities which in Higher Education must have a conversion system for equalizing subjects along with the number of effective semester credits takes up to two days, the head of study program is required to be able to produce or which is often referred to as a conversion term, both for advanced students and transfer students. The process of converting courses has not resulted in a decision that is a fast and appropriate decision for transfer student lectures. Based on the description above, the author intends to make a design entitled "The Design of Information Systems Conversion for Transfer and Advanced Students (Case Study of STMIK Lombok)".

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effect of using the population and civil registration office Online Service Application (SEMAIK) on the number of population administration (Adminduk) applications at the Population and Civil Registration Office (Disdukcapil) of Central Lombok Regency. The direct impact of the implementation of this application on the number of civil registration applications has not been widely studied empirically. Therefore, this research is important to determine the extent to which the use of the SEMAIK application has an effect on increasing applications for population administration services. The SEMAIK application, as an innovation of the Central Lombok Disdukcapil, is designed to make it easier for citizens to apply for civil registration documents online without the need to visit the Disdukcapil office directly. This research method uses the System Usability Scale (SUS) to assess the level of acceptance and satisfaction of application users. The study involved 48 respondents, resulting in an average SUS score of 73.9, which indicates that the application is in the “Acceptable” satisfaction category with a grade of C and a qualitative assessment between ‘Good’ to “Excellent”.”Data analysis shows that there is an increase in the number of Adminduk applications through the SEMAIK application during the 2021-2023 period, which is correlative with an increase in user satisfaction scores. This result confirms that the level of application acceptance is at a relatively good level. User satisfaction with the SEMAIK application has contributed to an increase in the number of Adminduk document submissions in Central Lombok Regency. This research provides important insights into the importance of usability in public service applications and its implications for the efficiency of population administration services.

Abstract

The performance of the organizations or companiesare based on the qualities possessed by their employee. Both of good or bad employee performance will have an impact on productivity and the impact of profits obtained by the company. Support Vector Machine (SVM) is a machine learning method based on statistical learning theory and can solve high non-linearity, regression, etc. In machine learning, the optimization model is a part for improving the accuracy of the model for data learning. Several techniques are used, one of which is feature selection, namely reducing data dimensions so that it can reduce computation in data modeling. This study aims to apply the method of machine learning to the employee data of the Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) company. The method used is SVM method by increasing the accuracy of learning data by using a feature selection technique using a wrapper algorithm. From the results of the classification test, the average accuracy obtained is 72 percent with a precision value of 71 and the recall value is rounded off to 72 percent, with a combination of SVM and cross-validation. Data obtained from Kaggle data, which consists of training data and testing data. each consisting of 30 columns and 22005 rows in the training data and testing data consisting of 29 col-umns and 6000 rows. The results of this study get a classification score of 82 percent. The precision value obtained is rounded off to 82 percent, a recall of 86 percent and an f1-score of 81 percent.

Abstract

Very rarely the crime can be done early help or handled by the security forces while the perpetrators are still at the scene of the crime. The effort to get help from crime by reporting to the police requires a relatively long time, which is between 30 minutes to 2 hours. To reduce the number of criminal acts and early relief efforts, a tool to send short messages of crime was developed. Development of tools implements the Arduino Uno R3 microcontroller as the main component for program storage. Location coordinates are obtained from the Ubox 160n GPS module. Short messages containing biodata and location coordinates will be sent by the GSM SIM900L module. The destination number will receive a message that can be used to trace the location of the crime through Googlemaps. This tool equipped with a battery that can be recharged with a cell phone charger making this tool portable, practical and efficient. Using this Alat kirim pesan singkat tindak kejahahatan is very time efficient. The sending of a crime message is done in a very short time. By tapping the message directly the Googlemaps application opens and displays the location of the crime.

Abstract

One of the districts that is the central of the economy is Masbagik. The population working in the trading sector as traders in Masbagik Utara Village is almost 70%. Along with the times, buying and selling activities are not only have been done conventionally, but also through e-Commerce. E-Commerce must be supported by adequate information technology infrastructure, namely internet connection in its business processes. Based on observations in the Masbagik Utara Village, businesses using internet connections from well-known ISPs in their business activities, and this is considered to be less economical in the e-Commerce activities. Therefore, research is conducted to analyze, design and implement rt / rw.net by giving the wifi network name "brembuk.net" which is expected to help provide a choice of solutions related to internet connection that will be used by e-Commerce businesses in Masbagik Utara village. The research uses PPDIOO method (Prepare, Plan, Design, Implement, Operate, Optimize). The implementation of the brembuk.net computer network as rt / rw.net to support e-Commerce is one of the way to access cheap and stable internet and unlimited quota to access the internet in doing business for online businesses in Masbagik Utara village.

Abstract

Penerapaan teknologi informasi pada sebuah organisasi atau dalam proses bisnis suatu instansi adalah aset yang sangat berharga, dimana peranan teknologi informasi mampu mengubah kinerja para pekerja atau karyawan. Penerapan teknologi informasi yang signifikan ini tentu harus diimbangi dengan pengaturan dan pengelolaan yang tepat, sehingga kerugian-kerugian yang mungkin akan terjadi dapat dihindari atau diminimalisir semaksimal mungkin maka di perlukan audit. Proses audit bertujuan untuk menilai kinerja teknologi informasi pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Lombok Tengah menggunakan Framework COBIT 4.1 yang terdiri dari 5 tahapan yakni identifikasi business goals, identifikasi information technology (IT) goald, identifikasi information technology (IT) process, identifikasi control objectives, dan perhitungan maturity level. Hasil proses audit berupa rekomendasi dan perbaikan teknologi informasi. Berdasarkan hasil audit didapatkan hasil penerapan information technology governance, rata-rata 3. Pada maturity level ini, secara keseluruhan proses penerapan IT governance berada pada skala 3, yaitu defined prosess, merupakan tahap dimana selurus proses telah didokumentasikan melalui pelatihan serta dilaksanakan sesuai dengan metode pengembangan sistem terkomputerisasi yang baik, namun belum ada evaluasi terhadap sistem tersebut sehingga mungkin akan terjadi penyimpangan, terdapat 12 information technology process berada pada level defined prosess dan 2 berada pada level repeatable.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital yang semakin pesat menuntut peserta didik untuk memiliki kompetensi literasi digital yang memadai, termasuk keterampilan dalam bidang desain grafis. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kreativitas serta kemampuan desain grafis siswa-siswi Iwan Bongkot melalui pelatihan pemanfaatan aplikasi Canva. Pelaksanaan kegiatan mencakup penyampaian materi mengenai konsep dasar desain grafis, pengenalan dan demonstrasi fitur-fitur Canva, serta praktik langsung pembuatan desain poster. Proses evaluasi dilakukan melalui observasi terhadap partisipasi siswa dan penilaian terhadap hasil karya yang dihasilkan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman siswa terhadap prinsip-prinsip dasar desain, seperti komposisi, tipografi, dan pemilihan warna. Selain itu, kreativitas serta kepercayaan diri siswa dalam menghasilkan karya visual juga mengalami peningkatan. Dengan demikian, pelatihan desain grafis berbasis Canva memberikan kontribusi positif dalam penguatan literasi digital dan pengembangan kreativitas siswa sebagai bekal dalam menghadapi tantangan era digital

Abstract

Proses penyampaian informasi kelulusan siswa di SMKN 1 Praya Timur sebelumnya masih dilakukan secara manual melalui papan pengumuman dan pemberitahuan langsung di sekolah. Metode tersebut dinilai kurang efektif karena menimbulkan kerumunan siswa, keterlambatan informasi, keterbatasan akses bagi siswa yang berada di luar sekolah, serta belum menjamin keamanan dan privasi data kelulusan. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun website cek kelulusan siswa sebagai sarana informasi hasil kelulusan yang cepat, akurat, dan mudah diakses secara daring. Metode kegiatan yang digunakan meliputi tahapan identifikasi permasalahan, analisis kebutuhan sistem, perancangan alur sistem, implementasi sistem, serta pengujian dan evaluasi. Website dikembangkan menggunakan framework Laravel sebagai backend dan Bootstrap sebagai frontend untuk menghasilkan sistem yang aman, responsif, dan mudah digunakan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa website cek kelulusan berhasil diimplementasikan dengan fitur utama berupa pencarian kelulusan berbasis Nomor Induk Siswa (NIS), manajemen data kelulusan oleh admin, serta tampilan hasil kelulusan secara personal. Pengujian sistem menggunakan metode blackbox testing menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fungsi berjalan sesuai dengan perancangan. Evaluasi bersama pihak sekolah menunjukkan respon positif karena sistem mampu meningkatkan efisiensi penyampaian informasi kelulusan, mengurangi kerumunan siswa, serta mendukung digitalisasi layanan akademik di SMKN 1 Praya Timur. Dengan demikian, website cek kelulusan ini dapat dijadikan solusi alternatif dalam penyampaian informasi kelulusan siswa berbasis teknologi informasi.

Abstract

This study examines generative artificial intelligence (AI) adoption in higher education by integrating interface quality, algorithmic transparency, and trust within a Human-AI Interaction framework. The study addresses limitations of traditional technology acceptance models, which often overlook psychological and relational factors in AI-enabled environments. Data were collected through a cross-sectional survey of 195 respondents, including students, lecturers, and administrative staff from higher education institutions in West Nusa Tenggara, Indonesia, within a cross-sectional regional sample, and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results show that Trust in AI is the strongest predictor of Behavioral Intention (β = 0.623, p < 0.001), followed by Perceived Usefulness (β = 0.270, p < 0.05). Interface Quality significantly affects Perceived Ease of Use (β = 0.803), while Algorithmic Transparency strongly influences Perceived Control (β = 0.824) and Perceived Usefulness (β = 0.562). AI Anxiety was not found to have a significant direct or moderating effect. The model demonstrates substantial explanatory power (R² = 0.710) and strong predictive relevance. This study proposes an integrated dual-path model combining cognitive and affective mechanisms to explain generative AI adoption in higher education. The findings emphasize that AI systems should be designed not only for functionality, but also for trust, transparency, and user confidence.

Abstract

Decision Support System (DSS) is a system that can help someone in making decisions and is also an approach to support decision making on a particular problem. One of the methods in the decision support system is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method, which is a method for making scientific and rational decisions to provide solutions to multi-criteria and complex problems with various alternatives. In this research, the author tries to apply the AHP method to determine the location of new housing developments in Lombok Tengah District. The criteria used for consideration are land conditions, facilities, social and economic conditions, and land availability. The results of this study can prove that DSS with the AHP method is able to assist developers in determining the choice of new housing development locations in Lombok Tengah District.
