Abstract

Active dynamic archives are very important in an institution, namely as a memory center and presentation of information for leaders to be able to make decisions and formulate policies. To provide accurate and precise information you must have good procedures and an appropriate archive system because archives are well maintained. will be useful in the long term. This research aims to determine active dynamic archive management and the obstacles faced at SDIT Al-Muddatsiriyah Jakarta. The research method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The research data source consists of three informants, namely the school principal, the head of administration, and the administrative staff. This research data collection technique uses interview, observation, and documentation techniques. Data analysis was carried out using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results of this research show that active dynamic archive management consists of creating archives, using archives, maintaining archives, and depreciating archives. SDIT Al-Muddatsiriyah Jakarta has carried out archive management quite well, but there are several factors such as the borrowing stage which are not by borrowing theory. Facilities are also inadequate, and there is no special archive room. Obstacles include a lack of archivists and human resources' understanding of active dynamic archive management, inadequate retrieval of archives, and insufficient attention to archive maintenance. Efforts are being made to improve and pay attention to archive management so that not many are damaged, as well as keeping the archives well and neatly organized.

Abstract

The success of education delivery depends heavily on the quality of supporting elements, particularly educational facilities, which play a strategic role in supporting learning activities and achieving human resource development goals. This research is motivated by a gap in understanding regarding the effectiveness of the management process for facilities and infrastructure in improving learning quality, as well as the need to adapt to the dynamics of modern education. The purpose of this research is to examine the management process for educational facilities and infrastructure and its contribution to improving learning quality, based on the results of a literature review. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative approach with a literature review method, where data was obtained through critical analysis of scientific journals and academic literature. The research findings indicate that the management of educational facilities and infrastructure includes the stages of planning, procurement, inventory, utilization, maintenance, supervision, and disposal. Each stage is interrelated and plays a strategic role in supporting a more effective, efficient, and sustainable learning process. The implications of this research indicate that the management of educational facilities and infrastructure, carried out through a planned and sustainable process, plays a crucial role in supporting the improvement of learning quality.

Abstract

Manajemen sarana dan prasarana pendidikan merupakan salah satu faktor penting dalam menunjang efektivitas proses pembelajaran dan peningkatan mutu pendidikan di sekolah. Dalam konteks tersebut, kepala sekolah memiliki peran strategis sebagai pemimpin dan manajer yang bertanggung jawab terhadap perencanaan, pengadaan, pemanfaatan, pemeliharaan, serta evaluasi sarana dan prasarana pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran kepala sekolah dalam manajemen sarana dan prasarana pendidikan berdasarkan kajian pustaka dari berbagai penelitian terdahulu yang relevan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka dengan menelaah artikel jurnal nasional berbahasa Indonesia yang terbit paling lambat tahun 2020 dan memiliki keterkaitan dengan topik penelitian. Teknik analisis data dilakukan melalui pengumpulan, klasifikasi, dan sintesis temuan penelitian untuk memperoleh gambaran komprehensif mengenai praktik dan kecenderungan pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan oleh kepala sekolah. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa peran kepala sekolah sangat menentukan efektivitas manajemen sarana dan prasarana, terutama dalam aspek perencanaan berbasis kebutuhan, koordinasi dalam pengadaan, pengawasan pemanfaatan, serta evaluasi dan pemeliharaan berkelanjutan. Namun demikian, masih ditemukan kesenjangan kajian yang menunjukkan bahwa beberapa penelitian lebih menekankan aspek administratif dibandingkan peran kepemimpinan strategis kepala sekolah. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi konseptual dalam memperkaya kajian tentang kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam manajemen sarana dan prasarana pendidikan.

Abstract

This article explores the significance of love for the Qur’an as a foundational pillar in shaping individual character and fostering a successful and civilized society. In an increasingly complex socio-religious context, the internalization of Qur’anic values emerges as a strategic necessity to address the moral, social, and spiritual challenges facing the Muslim community. This study employs a qualitative approach through a literature review method, drawing upon a range of academic sources, the Qur’an, scholarly journals, and Islamic educational documents. The findings reveal that love for the Qur’an is expressed not only through its recitation and memorization but also through a deep understanding, appreciation, and application of its values in daily life. Both formal and informal education play a vital role in instilling Qur’anic values from an early age, through the family, schools, and the wider community. A collective strategy that involves individuals, educational institutions, communities, and government actors is essential for effectively implementing Qur’anic teachings within society. Therefore, love for the Qur’an significantly contributes to the development of morally upright individuals and the establishment of a just, inclusive, and civilized society. The study recommends strengthening Qur’anic literacy within educational systems and public policy as a concrete step toward building a sustainable Islamic civilization.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis optimalisasi pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan dalam mendukung peningkatan prestasi peserta didik di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Jam’iyyatul Khair. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Informan penelitian terdiri atas kepala madrasah, wakil kepala madrasah, guru, dan tenaga kependidikan yang terlibat langsung dalam pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana di madrasah telah mencakup tahapan perencanaan, pengadaan, inventarisasi, pemeliharaan, dan evaluasi, namun pelaksanaannya belum sepenuhnya optimal. Keterbatasan anggaran, belum adanya sistem pengelolaan berbasis digital, serta belum terpenuhinya beberapa standar sarana dan prasarana menjadi faktor penghambat dalam mendukung proses pembelajaran secara maksimal. Meskipun demikian, pemanfaatan sarana yang tersedia secara efektif oleh guru berkontribusi positif terhadap kenyamanan belajar dan keterlibatan peserta didik dalam pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa optimalisasi manajemen sarana dan prasarana pendidikan merupakan faktor penting dalam meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran dan prestasi peserta didik secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study discusses the importance of classroom facilities and learning environments in supporting the comfort and effectiveness of the learning process at MTsS Al-Ihsan Pamulang, focusing on the physical condition of classroom facilities and learning environments, the management of facilities and infrastructure, and their implications for the learning process. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with a case study design, while data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that the classroom facilities and learning environment at MTsS Al-Ihsan Pamulang are generally adequate to support the learning process, although they do not fully meet the ideal standards. The management of facilities and infrastructure is still contextual and situational, characterized by unstructured planning, unscheduled maintenance, and a simple inventory system. These conditions have implications for the learning process, in which learning can take place functionally, but the comfort of students and the flexibility of teachers in applying learning strategies are not yet optimal. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the management of facilities and infrastructure so that the adequacy of classrooms and learning environments can be improved continuously. Abstract

This article discusses the implementation of educational facilities and infrastructure management at the junior high school level and its implications for the learning process. The study was conducted using a descriptive qualitative approach through a literature review, analyzing various relevant references in the form of journal articles, books, and regulations related to facilities and infrastructure standards. The discussion focused on the stages of management, including planning, procurement, inventory, utilization and maintenance, disposal, as well as supervision and evaluation. The synthesis results show that effective implementation is supported by planning based on learning needs, orderly asset administration, and routine maintenance to ensure that facilities remain suitable and ready for use. Common obstacles include budget constraints, inadequate or outdated facilities, and limited human resources and technical competence in infrastructure management. Meanwhile, supporting factors include the commitment of school leaders, collaboration between school members and committees, effective communication, and discipline in management procedures. In general, good infrastructure management has implications for increased learning comfort, support for ICT integration, strengthening of library services, and the creation of a more conducive learning environment.

Abstract

The quality of education is largely determined by the availability and management of adequate facilities and infrastructure. This study aims to analyze the management system for educational facilities and infrastructure and its impact on improving the quality of education in Islamic schools (madrasahs). The research method used a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection techniques through observation, in-depth interviews with madrasah principals and administrative staff, and documentation studies at junior high schools (madrasahs). Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques to illustrate the management patterns implemented. The results indicate that effective management of facilities and infrastructure encompasses four main stages: needs planning based on analysis of real conditions, procurement according to quality standards and priorities, optimal utilization in the learning process, and routine maintenance to maintain functionality. Madrasahs with a structured and systematic management system show significant improvements in the quality of learning, reflected in increased student motivation, teacher teaching effectiveness, and academic achievement. The study's conclusion emphasizes that professional and sustainable management of facilities and infrastructure is a strategic investment for improving the overall quality of education.

Abstract

Transformasi digital yang ditandai dengan meningkatnya penggunaan media sosial dan platform e-commerce di Indonesia telah mendorong perubahan signifikan dalam strategi pemasaran dan pengembangan bisnis, khususnya pada industri fashion lokal. Perkembangan teknologi digital memberikan peluang bagi masyarakat untuk membangun dan mengembangkan usaha secara lebih mudah, efektif, dan kompetitif. Fenomena ini ditunjukkan dengan munculnya berbagai brand lokal yang mampu bersaing dengan brand besar di Indonesia melalui optimalisasi media digital. Salah satu brand lokal yang berkembang melalui media sosial adalah Lafiye, sebuah brand fashion online milik content creator Fira Assegaf atau yang dikenal sebagai Sashfir, yang berdiri sejak tahun 2017. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi branding Lafiye melalui Instagram menggunakan teori strategi branding Van Gelder (2005), sebagaimana dikembangkan dalam penelitian Ramayanti dan Rizka (2020). Teori tersebut mencakup tiga elemen utama, yaitu brand positioning, brand identity, dan brand personality. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif untuk memahami implementasi strategi branding yang dilakukan oleh Lafiye dalam membangun brand awareness. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi branding Lafiye melalui Instagram efektif dalam meningkatkan kesadaran merek serta memperkuat hubungan dengan konsumen. Target audiens Lafiye difokuskan pada konsumen yang menghargai kesederhanaan, kepraktisan, dan keanggunan dalam fashion. Konsistensi penggunaan elemen visual, pesan komunikasi, dan karakter brand pada konten Instagram mampu membentuk citra merek yang kuat dan relevan dengan kebutuhan audiens. Secara keseluruhan, penerapan strategi branding berbasis teori Van Gelder memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap pertumbuhan brand Lafiye, baik dalam memperluas jangkauan pasar digital maupun memperkuat daya saing di industri fashion lokal yang berkelanjutan dan memberdayakan.

Abstract

Promotion is a marketing activity carried out by the company (school) to introduce to the public (community) about the products they have. This study aims to determine the promotion strategy through the marketing mix of educational services at the Nurul Ulum Islamic Boarding School, Blitar Regency, which is a broad unified plan for the long term and is integrated with all available resources and connects strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The data sources were selected purposively and snowball sampling. The research data was collected through interviews, observations, and document studies. Data analysis was carried out with qualitative analysis techniques which included data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Meanwhile, to check the validity of the data, the researcher used triangulation techniques, namely data triangulation and method triangulation. The results of the research conducted by the authors show that the promotion carried out by the Nurul Ulum Islamic Boarding School in Blitar Regency has been carried out well. The implementation of the promotion strategy through the 7P mix (product, price, place, promotion, people, physical evidence, process) went quite well even though there was no planning and special program for each promotional mix activity carried out.
