Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melihat hubungan perceived organizational suppport dengan eudaimonic workplace well-being pada karyawan salah hotel berbintang di kota Bukittinggi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional. Responden penelitian adalah karyawan yang bekerja di hotel berbintang di kota Bukittinggi dengan jumlah sampel 97 orang. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu korelasi product moment. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0.530 dengan taraf signifikasi p = 0.001 yang artinya Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Diketahui terdapat hubungan signifikansi posistif antara perceived organizational suppport dengan eudaimonic workplace well-being pada karyawan salah hotel berbintang di kota Bukittinggi.

This study aims to determine the relationship between job autonomy and Employee well-being in creative workers in one of the animation studios in Padang city. This research applies a quantitative approach, with a correlational method. Respondents in this study were 45 workers with total sampling technique. The analysis method used is simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant relationship between job autonomy and Employee well-being. This study aimed to investigate the combined effects of classical music and color on short-term memory performance. A sample of 20 university students as participants was randomly assigned to experimental and control groups. Levene's Test was employed to assess the equality of variances between the groups, yielding a non-significant p-value (0.072 > 0.05), suggesting equal variances. Subsequently, a t-test assuming equal variances showed a non-significant result (p = 0.127 > 0.05). This implies no significant difference in short-term memory performance between the experimental and control groups. The findings contrast with prior research demonstrating the potential of classical music and color to enhance memory. While music's influence on cognition is established, this study suggests that their combined effects might not significantly enhance short-term memory. However, further research is recommended to explore various factors influencing this interaction and its potential applications in education and cognitive therapy. The research findings can serve as a foundation for students to comprehend that not all methods or stimuli will significantly enhance memory performance. Hence, students can become more discerning in selecting learning strategies that align with their preferences and cognitive traits.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji hubungan antara digital mindset dan work engagement. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional. Subjek penelitian adalah generasi X yang berprofesi sebagai guru SD, pemilihan subjek penelitian dilakukan menggunakan teknik total sampling. Data diukur menggunakan alat ukur Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (UWES-9) guna mengukur work engagement, serta alat ukur digital mindset yang dikembangkan oleh Galatia (2023) berdasarkan lima aspek utama dari Lessiak. Dan data di analisis menggunakan uji korelasi pearson product moment dengan bantuan SPSS 27 for windows. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan sebesar 0,661 (p < 0,001) antara digital mindset dan work engagement. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa guru dengan digital mindset yang lebih baik cenderung memiliki keterlibatan kerja yang lebih tinggi. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya pengembangan digital mindset untuk mendukung keterlibatan kerja guru dalam menghadapi tantangan pendidikan berbasis teknologi.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji efektivitas positive self-talk training dan achievement motivation training dalam meningkatkan self-efficacy mahasiswa. Penelitian eksperimental melibatkan 30 mahasiswa yang dibagi menjadi dua kelompok eksperimen dan satu kelompok kontrol. Pengumpulan data menggunakan skala self-efficacy sebelum dan setelah intervensi, dengan analisis statistik menggunakan uji Kruskal-Wallis dan uji Tukey untuk membandingkan efektivitas antar kelompok. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan positive self-talk dan pelatihan achievement motivation terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan self-efficacy mahasiswa secara signifikan dibandingkan kelompok kontrol, meskipun pelatihan positive self-talk sedikit lebih unggul tetapi perbedaannya tidak signifikan secara statistik. Hasil ini memberikan implikasi praktis bagi institusi perguruan tinggi untuk mengintegrasikan program pelatihan positive self-talk dan pelatihan achievement motivation ke dalam kurikulum atau kegiatan kemahasiswaan, karena dapat membantu meningkatkan self-efficacy mahasiswa yang pada akhirnya dapat mendorong peningkatan kinerja akademik, kemampuan manajemen stres, dan motivasi belajar yang lebih positif. Pelatihan bagi tenaga pendidik juga disarankan agar dapat memfasilitasi dan mendorong mahasiswa dalam mengembangkan positive self-talk serta penetapan tujuan akademik yang realistis. Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi empiris penting dalam mengeksplorasi strategi praktis untuk meningkatkan self-efficacy mahasiswa di perguruan tinggi.

Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh Perceived Organizational Support terhadap Meaningful Work dengan Employee well-being sebagai mediator. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey. Skala dalam penelitian ini disebarkan secara online. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah Karyawan Bank di salah satu bank di provinsi Aceh yang berjumlah 110 orang. Analisis data menggunakan structural equation modelling (SEM) dengan Software SmartPLS versi 4. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Perceived Organizational Support memiliki pengaruh terhadap Meaningful Work dan Employee well-being terbukti memediasi antara variabel Perceived Organizational Support dan Meaningful Work.Kata kunci: Perceived Organizational Support, Meaningful Work, Employee well-being, Karyawan Bank.

Background : The quality of early childhood education in Indonesia faces significant challenges, particularly in developing basic numeracy skills, which serve as a foundation for cognitive development. This condition highlights the urgency of identifying the most effective teaching methods. Aim : This study aims to compare the effectiveness of two teaching methods commonly used in early childhood education: the singing method and the snakes and ladders game method. Previous studies have shown that each method can improve early childhood numeracy skills. However, no research has directly compared these two approaches within a single experimental research design. Method : This study employed a quasi-experimental design using a pretest-posttest control group format, involving 30 children divided into three groups: singing, snakes and ladders, and control. Data were collected through observation sheets and analyzed using one-way ANOVA and post hoc tests. Result : The results of the study showed that both approaches were effective in improving numeracy skills; however, the singing method produced a significantly greater improvement compared to the snakes and ladders method and conventional learning (p < 0.05). Conclusion : These findings provide a new contribution in the form of empirical evidence comparing two commonly used learning approaches in early childhood education and can serve as a basis for recommendations in the development of curricula and instructional strategies for early childhood mathematics learning.

The purpose of this study was to determine the contribution of person job fit to employee career commitment. The approach used in this research is quantitative with a correlational design. The subjects who participated in this study were employees who worked at a private company in Duri City, Riau. In determining the research subjects, a saturated sampling technique was used, namely 56 people. Data were measured using a career commitment scale and a person job fit scale. Data were analyzed with the help of SPSS software version 24 for windows using a simple linear regression test. The results of the analysis showed that there was a significant contribution of 0.008 (p <0.05) between person job fit and career commitment. Based on the results of the simple regression analysis, the R square value was obtained of 0.125 which indicated that person job fit had a contribution of 12.5% to employee career commitment. This finding indicates that employees with good person job fit tend to have high career commitment.

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of mindfulness training in reducing academic stress levels in college students. The background of this study is based on the high academic pressure experienced by college students, which can impact mental health, learning motivation, and academic achievement. Mindfulness was chosen as an intervention because this approach focuses on increasing full awareness of the present moment in a non-judgmental manner, which is believed to help individuals manage stress more adaptively. The study population was college students, with a sample of 15 participants selected using a simple random sampling technique. The study was conducted in a psychology laboratory under controlled conditions to minimize confounding factors. The research approach used was quantitative with an experimental design. The academic stress measurement instrument consisted of 31 items compiled based on the theory of Sarafino and Smith, which has been tested for validity and reliability. The research procedure included measuring academic stress levels before and after mindfulness training. Data analysis was carried out using a t-test to examine differences in pre-test and post-test scores, and a correlation test to examine the relationship between mindfulness application and stress reduction. The results showed a significance value of 0.00 (p < 0.05) and a correlation value of 0.991, which means Ha was accepted. These findings indicate a very strong positive relationship between mindfulness training and reduced academic stress levels. Therefore, it can be concluded that mindfulness training is effective in reducing academic stress in college students. The implication of this study is the need for higher education institutions to consider mindfulness training programs as a preventive and curative intervention strategy to maintain student mental health, enabling them to face academic demands more healthily and productively.

The research aims to know how Job Insecurity deals with the turnover dealing in PT. X. employees USES a quantitative approach. Data retrieval techniques using random sampling techniques and procured as many as 216 responders. Data analysis is a simple linear regression analysis with the help of a SPSS sofware 20. After an analysis can be known if its significance is of 0,000 < 0.05 which has an f value of 36,820, then it can be said that the turnover intention rate in PT. X medium. Job Insecurity employees of PT. X also belongs to the medium category. This is in line with expert theories that provide information if Job Insecurity is an aspect that affects turnover intention.
