Abstract

This thesis guidance information system was made for the Informatics Education Study Program of STKIP PGRI West Sumatra. The problem raised from this thesis guidance application program is that the guidance is carried out face-to-face and due to Covid19 makes the thesis guidance process constrained due to the implementation of Physical and Social distancing. In addition, the matching of time between students and lecturers hampered the guidance process. So for that a computerized and programmed system was created by making a Mobile-based thesis guidance application. This thesis guidance information system is designed using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) model and uses the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method, which in this method has several stages, namely the planning stage, the analysis stage, the design stage, the implementation stage, the testing stage and the maintenance By using the SDLC method and the UML model, it is expected to be able to produce a Mobile-Based Thesis Guidance Application to overcome problems and to facilitate the guidance process that will be carried out by students and supervisors.

Abstract

Educational games are games that have educational content that is educational. Basic knowledge educational game for early childhood based on android is made for PAUD Tunas Bahari Padang children. Where in the current state of Covid19, PAUD Tunas Bahari Padang children are eliminated from the learning process at school, therefore of course they really need this educational game to learn while playing. This basic knowledge educational game for early childhood based on android is designed using the SDLC model. The SDLC model is a model that has a characteristic that the work of each phase must be done first before moving on to the next phase. Where the phases are analysis, design, code generation, application testing, maintenance and repair. The design of basic knowledge educational games for early childhood based on android in PAUD Tunas Bahari Padang was made using android studio software and designed using photoshop, and the testing used black box testing.

Abstract

Recording at the SMK N 1 Solok Selatan laboratory has been carried out by writing all transactions on paper or in folio notebooks. The difficulty in this recording process is in terms of data storage and retrieval. In addition, a manual filing system can cause some archival data to be lost or tucked away in one place and also cause some items to be lost, and labor officers still have difficulty managing reports of labor goods with frequent duplication of processing item data, and difficulties in updating item data. according to certain conditions. From this problem, an information system for borrowing and returning laboratory goods was designed using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) model and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method which in this model has several stages, namely the planning stage, the analysis stage, the design stage, the implementation stage, the testing phase and the maintenance stage. This information system for borrowing and returning laboratory goods is carried out by testing Blackbox testing and in accordance with this test system can facilitate the process of borrowing and returning goods between members and labor officers when borrowing and returning goods, as well as labor officers with the head of labor in the problem of borrowing reports and return of goods. Keywords: Information systems, Unified Modeling Language (UML), Software  Development Life Cycle (SDLC),Laboratorium.

Abstract

SMK Negeri 1 Timpeh is one of the vocational high schools located in Marga Makmur, Timpeh District, Dharmasraya Regency, which was established in 2014. The school is still a new school. So that the school provides information about the school still manually, of course it takes quite a long time. Smk Negeri 1 Timpeh requires the Web as a medium of information to students and the outside community. Based on the existing problems, a web-based information system was built. For school information at SMK Negeri 1 Timpeh. Information system designed with. The SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) method of PHP programming language and MySQL database. So it was built. A web-based school information system at SMK Negeri 1 Timpeh, Dharmasaraya Regency. with the aim of being a medium to promote the SMK 1 TIMPEH school. The outside community and as a media get very efficient information or news about Smk Negeri 1 Timpeh.

Abstract

Sistem transaksi pada toko MR Bangunan masih menggunakan sistem manual untuk pencatatan transaksi penjualan dan pembelian, pencarian data dan persediaan barang serta pengecekan stok barang yang masih tersedia. Hal ini menyebabkan dampak pada pelaporan keuangan setiap hari, minggu dan bulan yang tidak efisien dan mengalami banyak kendala serta kesalahan karena terlalu banyak menggunakan buku catatan dan ingatan semata. Maka dari itu membangun sistem informasi yang bisa dihandalkan sudah sesuatu yang emergency pada Toko MR Bangunan ini mengingat pendapatannya dalam sehari melebihi sepuluh juta. Metode yang digunakan dalam pembuatan aplikasi adalah V- Model Life Cycle dan tools yang digunakan adalah tools UML (Unified Modelling Language) seperti usecase, sequence dan activity diagram. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini adalah pembuatan aplikasi menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Java dan server dari Xampp yang dilengkapi dengan database MySql. Pengujian menggunakan Black Box Testing, dan menghasilkan tingkat valid hingga >90 % margin error 2.5 %  untuk setiap akses sistem hingga pelaporan lengkap transaksi penjualan dan pembelian, stok barang dan keuangan.

Abstract

Bungo acolytes Pairs of clinics and Padang Sarai average visitors per day, approximately 20-30 people from all types of immunization conducted each month. Both the clinics served respectively by 2 medical personnel, in charge of conducting immunization, treatment against the patient and make a report in priodik every month that are reported to the parent of clinics Down Vera. See the occurred situation of limited medical personnel because of the patient's medical treatment and serving and making a report. This has resulted in a report given to the parent of clinics are often late, so leadership received reports of discontent and lack of quality of service perceived by the community. Thus goals for improving the health of children is also not achieved, so there is nothing for kids healthy, intelligent and powerful will be difficult to obtain. To fix the issue, designed and created, applied and used application program information system-based database for the management of immunization. The methods used in the implementation and use of the application program information system namely immunization management application program installed on the laptop will be used by the Midwife clinics as administrator, and then stop the manual systems and use application program management of the immunization clinic services to enter data that is recorded on the books of registration and status of patients into a program application, the system will process and store data on immunization database. This application can do a search based on the number of patient data patient medical recam. The system aims to administer immunization, improve the quality of child health care in creating healthy Indonesia children, smart and strong especially at Bungo Acolytes Puskemas Pairs and clinics Maid field. Application programs can also help the activities of a midwife for the management of immunization data, generate reports, reports of patient registration patient examination, immunization and participant card status card to patient immunization, stored into the database, it can be given whenever required by the direction of clinics Down Vera with a quick, precise and accurate.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem informasi pendataan arsip ijazah di SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Padang karena pada SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Padang dalam pendataan arsip serta pembuatan laporan masih secara manual. Pemanfaatan sistem informasi berbasis web dapat meminimalisir penggunaan waktu, karena proses sudah dilakukan secara terkomputerisasi. Analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan konsep SDLC (Software Development Life Cyrcle). Perancangan sistem dibuat dengan bahasa permodelan menggunakan UML (Unified Modeling Language). Sistem informasi pendataan arsip ijazah dibuat menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP, Javascript, HTML, CSS dengan menggunakan database MYSQL serta pengujian blacbox, pengujian whitebox dan pengujian beta. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian Bahwa sistem informasi yang dirancang dapat mempermudah admin tata usaha dalam pendataan arsip ijazah serta pembuatan laporan. Kata kunci: MySQL, Arsip, SDLC, UML, Web

Abstract

Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan – SMAK Padang berupaya dalam membantu peningkatan karir alumni dengan menyediakan informasi lowongan pekerjaan yang dapat membantu alumni untuk memasuki dunia kerja. Akan tetapi, penyebaran informasi tersebut masih dilakukan secara manual. Penelitian ini bertujuan agar tersedianya sebuah media sistem informasi tentang pengembangan karir CDC sebagai mediator untuk membantu lulusan SMK SMAK Padang dalam mendapatkan informasi mengenai lowongan pekerjaan secara langsung. Metode yang digunakan SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) dengan menggunakan pendekatan air terjun (Waterfall Appoarch) yang memiliki 4 tahapan diantaranya : analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, pembuatan program, pengujian perangkat lunak dan implementasi sistem. Pengujian dilakukan dengan blackbox testing dan beta testing. Hasil yang didapat adalah bahwa sistem informasi Career Development Center yang dibuat “sangat baik” dengan persentase penilaian “95,3%”.

Abstract

Kementerian Agama Kota Padang saat ini masih menggunakan cara manual dalam pengelolaan surat masuk dan surat keluar serta pembuatan laporan belum terkomputerisasi, sehingga memerlukan banyak waktu. Pemanfaatan sistem informasi bebasis web dapat dimanfaatkan untuk meminimalisir penggunaan waktu, karena sudah dilakukan secara terkomputerisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Menghasilkan Sistem Informasi Pengarsipan Surat Masuk dan Surat Keluar dikementerian Agama Kota Padang dan membantu pendataan, penyediaan informasi sehingga proses kinerja di dapat meningkat dan lebih baik. Analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan konsep SDLC. Perancangan sistem dibuat dengan bahasa permodelan menggunakan UML. Sistem informasi pengarsipan surat masuk dan surat keluar dibuat menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP, menggunakan database MYSQL. Pegujian sistem mengunakan pengujian Alpha dan Beta, Untuk Pengujian Alpha yaitu Teknik Black Box Testing yang mana hasil pengujian Valid dan untuk pengujian beta sangat baik dengan rata-rata nilai 90,09%. Penelitian ini telah menghasilkan sebuah Sistem Informasi Pengarsipan Surat Masuk dan Surat Keluar di Kementerian Agama Kota Padang Kata kunci: Pengarsipan, Sistem Informasi, Surat Masuk, Surat Keluar, SDLC

Abstract

Praktik kerja lapangan (PKL) di SMK Negeri 1 Sintuk Toboh Gadang terkendala pada saat sulitnya monitoring kegiatan sisw PKL.Sehingga sering terjadi ketidakjujuran siswa dalam pengisian absensi dan logbook kegiatan harian. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang sistem informasi monitoring praktik kerja lapangan (PKL) Berbasis Web di SMK Negeri 1 Sintuk Toboh Gadang dalam pemantauan atau monitoring, evaluasi, serta penilaian. Pemanfaatan sistem informasi monitoring berbasis web dapat memudahkan pembimbing dan panitia PKL dalam memonitoring dan evaluasi kegiatan siswa saat berada di lokasi PKL. Sistem informasi ini menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem dengan Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) metode waterfall. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian Alpha (Whitebox dan Blackbox testing) memperoleh hasil valid pasa setiap komponen yang diuji. Selanjutnya berdasarkan hasil pengujian beta pada validasi tenaga ahli memperoleh hasil persentase nilai rata-rata 86,5% dengan keterangan sangat baik dan kuesioner penilaian pengguna memperoleh nilai rata-rata 90,84% keterangan sangat baik. Berdasarkan hasil dapat dideskripsikan bahwa sistem informasi yang dirancang merupakan kebutuhan fungsional yang diharapkan untuk tidak terjadi kesalahan, serta menjadi bahan evaluasi bagi pihak sekolah.
