Abstract

Indofood is engaged in the distribution of food and beverages, which faces business competition with several other companies. This study aims to identify patterns and trends in big business data, predict future behavior and trends, and provide insight into ongoing business performance using data mining. This article discusses the application of data mining at PT. Indofood to analyze sales data and see which sales are most in demand by consumers, especially sales of food and beverages. Qualitative and clustering methods are used in this study, and the application applied can assist companies in making decisions to improve product sales models. The benefit is that it makes big data analysis easier and provides insight into processed sales data. In this study, the results obtained in the form of applications that can assist companies in making decisions to create a better product sales model.

Abstract

E-commerce is inseparable from students. They generally always want to live an up to date and consumptive lifestyle, and for that fulfillment, they spend a lot of time with their gadgets to see what items are the latest and available on online shopping sites. the purpose of this research is to find out how the lifestyle changes of e-commerce users in purchasing power among students (Case Study of Management Students, State Islamic University of North Sumatra). This study uses descriptive qualitative research to describe the phenomenon, data, and previous research before drawing conclusions from the current difficulties. The results of the study, E-commerce has also changed the lifestyle of students, which can be seen from consumptive behavior. Consumptive lifestyle in students in terms of appearance and how to get along. Students who have a consumptive lifestyle always look attractive, wear branded fashion, keep up with the times quickly, and have a middle to upper standard of living. In addition, they associate more with people who have the same hobbies.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of implementing the internal control system in the management of facilities and infrastructure at MTsS Al- Abror Muara Soma. This research was conducted at MTsS Al- Abror Muara Soma. This study uses qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques through observation techniques, interviews, and documentation. The research results show that the implementation of the internal control system in the management of facilities and infrastructure at MTsS Al- Abror Muara Soma is less effective. Can be seen by using the checklist method, the result of the calculation are 40% which means it is less effective in implementing the internal control system and 60% the effectiveness cannot be proven for environmental aspects of control, there is no segregation of duties in the coordinator of facilities and infrastructure, namely the existence of multiple positions carried out by the administration, and there is still a lack of concern in maintaining facilities and there are still incomplete and inadequate facilities. For the information and communication aspect, it is proven that the numbering of facilities has not been implemented, manual recording of inventory for each class has not been implemented and there is no recording system for removing facilities and infrastructure that are not longer used or left in stroge, and for the supervision aspect it has not been carried out properly because special staff have not been formed to supervise facilities and infrastructure and have not carried out routine inspections of school facilities.

Abstract

The public service system engaged in self-service, for example, is PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero). However, the service system provided by PT. The Persero in the field conditions are still found to be lacking, so that many consumers complain about the services provided. This condition is caused by the many competitors engaged in shipping services that offer guaranteed package delivery, wider coverage, accuracy and speed to arrive at the destination city and others. The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of service in the delivery of Persero packages at the Sibolga City branch of 22500. The results of this study are that there is an increase in the delivery target each year starting from 2018-2021. The conclusion is the service system provided by PT. Pos Indonesia, the Sibolga City branch, has provided quite good service to consumers. Then in terms of the facilities and infrastructure in the place, it is also good. These facilities and infrastructure are included in the physical evidence indicators. Furthermore, in terms of responsiveness indicators explained that employees always provide various kinds of information at PT. Pos Indonesia Sibolga City branch to consumers. So that the average consumer who came to the place gave a positive response to the services of PT. Pos Indonesia, Sibolga City branch

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent to which the influence of Accuracy (X1), Speed (X2), Security (X3) affects customer satisfaction at Bank BSI KCP S. Parman. This study uses a quantitative approach with sampling using the Non Probability Sampling method. The type of data used in this study is primary data obtained from questionnaires filled out by respondents directly. And secondary data that comes from books, journals, research results, practical work reports and related to the author's research objects. In this study, the population that will be taken is all BSI KCP S. Parman customers in 2022 as many as 9,950 people. The analysis tool uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that the variables Accuracy (X1), Speed (X2), Security (X3) simultaneously affect customer satisfaction using digital banking BSI KCP S. Parman. The coefficient of determination value is 0.741. This means that 74.1% of bank existence is influenced by Accuracy (X1), Speed (X2), and Security (X3), while the remaining 25.9% of customer satisfaction is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

Tujuan riset ini adalah yakni mengenali pengaruh dari customer satisfaction, pengaruh dari brand trust serta pengaruh brand image terhadap brand switching pada mahasiswa FEBI UINSU. Buat mengumpulkan informasi dengan metodologi kuantitatif riset ini, 98 responden diberikan kuesioner. Dengan dorongan perlengkapan IBM SPSS Tipe 23.0, tata cara analisis regresi linier berganda digunakan dalam riset ini. Penemuan riset menampilkan kalau brand switching dipengaruhi secara signifikan oleh customer satisfaction secara parsial, dengan probabilitas sebesar 0,036. Brand trust secara parsial mempengaruhi signifikan terhadap brand switching dengan probabilitas sebesar 0,026. Nilai F < α (0.000 < 0.05) yang signifikan menampilkan kalau secara bertepatan seiring customer satisfaction, brand trust serta brand image memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap brand switching.

Abstract

Pengembangan sistem terintegrasi yang dirancang khusus untuk memonitor dan mengelola operasional E-Business. Dengan pertumbuhan pesat perdagangan elektronik, kebutuhan akan solusi yang efisien dan terpadu dalam mengelola aspek-aspek kritis bisnis online semakin mendesak. Sistem yang diusulkan dalam penelitian ini menggabungkan teknologi informasi dan konsep manajemen untuk menciptakan platform yang dapat memantau sekaligus mengelola berbagai aspek e-business, seperti inventaris, transaksi, dan interaksi pelanggan. Melalui integrasi data dan fungsionalitas yang canggih, sistem ini memungkinkan pemilik bisnis dan pengelola untuk mengakses informasi secara real-time, membuat keputusan yang lebih cepat dan akurat, serta meningkatkan efisiensi operasional. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan melibatkan analisis kebutuhan bisnis, desain arsitektur sistem, implementasi teknologi terkini, dan pengujian menyeluruh untuk memastikan kehandalan dan keamanan sistem. Artikel ini juga menyoroti manfaat sistem terintegrasi dalam meningkatkan pengalaman pengguna dan meningkatkan daya saing bisnis online. Dengan adopsi teknologi ini, diharapkan perusahaan e-business dapat meningkatkan produktivitas, mengoptimalkan proses bisnis, dan memberikan layanan yang lebih baik kepada pelanggan mereka. Kesimpulannya, pengembangan sistem terintegrasi untuk monitoring dan pengelolaan e-business dapat menjadi langkah strategis dalam menghadapi tantangan dan memanfaatkan peluang di era perdagangan elektronik yang terus berkembang.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang pemetaan strategi E-Business dan bagaimana strategi tersebut dapat meningkatkan daya saing perusahaan. Dalam era digital saat ini, perusahaan perlu memanfaatkan potensi teknologi informasi dan internet untuk tetap kompetitif. Pemetaan strategi E-Business melibatkan proses identifikasi dan penentuan langkah-langkah yang tepat untuk meningkatkan kinerja bisnis di dunia online. Dalam artikel ini, akan dibahas pendahuluan untuk memberikan latar belakang mengenai pentingnya pemetaan strategi E-Business, dan beberapa penjelasan mengenai konsep strategi E-Business, metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi iilteratur dengan menganalisis beberapa kasus yg terkait , hasil dan pembahasan dari penelitian ini yaitu adanya penerapan E-Business disuatu perusahaan dapat meningkatkan daya saing perusahaan.

Abstract

Meningkatnya industri fashion mendorong pelaku bisnis untuk terus meningkatkan kreativitas dan inovasi guna memperbaiki kualitas produk mereka agar sesuai dengan harapan konsumen dan memberikan kepuasan bagi konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dimensi kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan konsumen di Toko Fashion Grosir Muslim. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah campuran (mix method) yang menggabungkan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan menggunakan non probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling, didapat sampel sebanyak 96 responden dihitung dengan menggunakan formula Lemeshow. Proses analisis data melibatkan beberapa uji statistic seperti uji instumen penelitian (uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas), uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji t, dan uji koefisien determinasi dengan alat analisis yang digunakan yaitu perangkat lunak SPSS versi 29. Hasil penelitian didapat bahwa dimensi kualitas produk memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, dilihat dari nilai thitung sebesar 10,601 yang lebih besar dari ttabel 1,985, dengan signifikansi sebesar 0,001 yang lebih kecil dari 0,05. Sedangkan hasil wawancara mendalam menunjukkan secara umum konsisten dengan hasil data kuantitatif.

Abstract

In developing countries, MSMEs represent the largest economic sector capable of absorbing a significant proportion of the labor force. Currently, MSMEs are driven by a wave of creative economy that transforms natural resources that have no economic value into high-value products. As a result, people's income increases due to this economic activity. One of the creative MSMEs, the bamboo craft industry in Binjai city, is known as the center of the bamboo craft industry. However, the overall income of MSME players in the area has not shown a significant increase. This research aims to analyze the business strategies used and view them from an Islamic economic perspective. The research method is qualitative research with a SWOT analysis. Primary data was obtained from 10 bamboo craft MSME players in Binjai, while secondary data came from scientific publications and BPS of Binjai city. The results indicated that the business strategy employed by bamboo craft MSMEs in Binjai City is consistent with Islamic economic principles. The strategy derived from the SWOT analysis is the SO strategy, which focuses on capitalizing on market opportunities and optimizing strengths for product development. This research offers insights into how the creative economy can drive MSMEs and enhance community income, as well as how business strategies can be aligned with Islamic economic values to achieve sustainable success.
