Abstract

As Regional General Treasurer, BPKAD is an agency that has responsibility for collecting regional income and channeling regional needs through the Regional General Treasury. In the regional treasury, the region regulates the adequacy of funds to finance regional expenditures. The aim of the research is to find out the work of the state civil apparatus (BPKAD), namely the qualitative method is a methodology that uses content analysis, which requires the transmission of steps in writing to achieve goals and information that is complete and objective, and has certain ways and methods according to the problem. faced. This type of research is direct research and library research. Based on the results of this study it can be concluded that the performance of employees who have performed well at the Regional Office of the Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD) of North Sumatra Province can improve this good performance to also create good jobs that advance positions according to the key indicators of current North Sumatra Province BPKAD employees .And already in good improvement efforts it can be seen that the ability to use working time effectively, the quality of work carried out and employee responsibilities are good. This is because the Regional Economic Development Board administrators are able to communicate with their staff to improve service quality and provide good facilities and infrastructure ideal for advancing the development of the Second sector in the province of North Sumatra and achieving these development goals.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh pengetahuan produk, kepercayaan dan fitur layanan terhadap minat menggunakan e-wallet Dana pada kalangan Mahasiswa-mahasiswi di kota Medan. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari kuesioner. Sampel penelitian ini adalah Mahasiswa-mahasiswi di kota Medan yang berjumlah 100 responden. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Variabel penelitian ini terdiri dari variabel bebas yaitu pengetahuan produk, kepercayaan dan fitur layanan dan variabel terikat yaitu minat menggunakan e-wallet Dana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan produk, kepercayaan dan fitur layanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat menggunakan e-wallet Dana secara simultan. Hasil penelitian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa kepercayaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat, dan fitur layanan berpengaruh signifikan minat.

Abstract

Development in the growing world of business have mande infulencing the world esier. This can be observed in buying goods as desired in a transaction using E-Commerce, regradless of the infulence in the marketing strategy of two E-Commerce. Where in the marketing strategy can be observed in terms of prices, products, promos and service offered. This research method uses qualitative methods based on literature results through sources from previous research results by discussing data based on theory 15 informants. This study aims to determine the E-Commerce application that is in great demand by the respondents in terms of its marketing strategy. The results of this study indicate that the most widely used E-Commerce based on its marketing strategy is shopee. this can be seen in terms of the price offered, the promotions provided, the products sold according to the prcie, and the service provided.

Abstract

Along with the rapid development of technology, business people are required to be able to use the internet as a medium for doing business online in order to increase service effectiveness so that customers can access services easily anywhere and anytime. This study aims to analyze how the role of Pos Giro Mobile (PGM) in carrying out the service process of PT. Indonesian post. The research method used is descriptive by examining what are the benefits and how to introduce PGM to the community as well as what obstacles are passed. The results showed that PT. Pos Indonesia has introduced the Pos Giro Mobile (PGM) product to the public. However, people who lack knowledge of technology become one of the obstacles so that PT. Pos Indonesia decided to socialize directly as well as teach how to use the application.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the challenges of food business by using e-business in the city of Medan and some UINSU students who sell food or small snacks. This study uses qualitatively derifrift by collecting observational data, documentation, and interviews. The results showed: 1) can still sell online at this time (covid 19). 2) The common challenge felt or experienced is, consumers who want to be fast and instant, feel afraid of failing in trying new things such as selling online in times of pandemic like this, must be extra in attracting customers who are not as usual. 3) There is a way to deal with these challenges by promoting merchandise through social media even though it has to increase the cost to do the promotion

Abstract

Almost all corners of the world have been affected or affected by this Covid-19 virus disease, even some countries have set a lockdown status and other anticipations for the spread of the Covid-19 virus. The alternative used in this bold learning activity system is to utilize the internet network, namely the Zoom Meeting and Classroom application. This study aims to determine students' perceptions of the use of internet networks such as zoom meetings and classrooms used and how effective learning is during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research conducted here uses descriptive qualitative research methods. And the results of this study indicate that the zoom application is an application that is very effective and preferred by students because it is easier to use and very efficient when the learning process is bold and shows that some students who give their perception of the application used during learning that are brave are the Zoom Meeting application, namely the application. Zoom Meeting. by 66.7%, followed by the Google Meet application at 22.2% and the Classrom application at 11.1%.

Abstract

With the large number of fans of Roti Ganda outside the Pematang Siantar area, therefore an E-business implementation system is needed in the company. The use of e-business technology facilitates company performance and improves company quality. The application of this technology can expand the company's market share, especially the cost for advertising which is cheap compared to advertising on the street and mass media. There needs to be socialization and in-depth  learning as well as careful preparation before implementing e-business applications. In the process of designing the application of E-Business at a web- based Double Bakery Shop with a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) approach, an explanation or theory is needed that can support and support success in making the information system and to explain to users how the functions and benefits of implementing E-Business are needed. on a web-based Double Bakery with a CRM approach.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the evolution of e-business in the Channel Enhancement stage occurred in one of the largest retail companies in Indonesia. The sample of this research is PT Indomarco Prismatama (Indomaret). In this study, using a case study method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out using literature studies, observation and documentation studies. The results of this study indicate that the company PT Indomarco Prismatama or Indomaret has optimally utilized the development of information technology by implementing it into a website and digital application. Thus, the company has entered and implemented the Channel Enhancement evolution stage to the maximum extent.

Abstract

Changes in people's mindsets in obtaining accurate information are influenced by the rapid advancement of information technology. Currently, one of the most widespread applications of technology is in the field of mapping. Mapping technology is widely used to simplify important tasks. The most widely used mapping technology today is geographic information systems. Geographic Information System (GIS) is a mapping technology trend in the form of computerized information systems designed to work with spatial references. In the current pandemic period, buying and selling products offered are difficult to carry out due to restrictions on social interaction between communities, making it difficult for SMEs to sell their products. The development of information technology, especially the internet, can certainly be used as a medium to overcome these problems. The existence of a website-based information system is intended to support marketing, especially in providing detailed product and price information to consumers. The presence of the COVID-19 pandemic has changed the world with unprecedented challenges and has had a huge impact on daily human activities, resulting in a worsening of the global economy. The COVID-19 pandemic is currently entering its second year, requiring daily activities to be carried out from home. The emergence of the COVID-19 pandemic has also caused business owners to feel a very real decline. In such conditions, a web-based communicative information system is needed, from which it is hoped that problem solving, especially the provision of information about the superior products of SMEs, is needed.

Abstract

The public service system engaged in self-service, for example, is PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero). However, the service system provided by PT. The Persero in the field conditions are still found to be lacking, so that many consumers complain about the services provided. This condition is caused by the many competitors engaged in shipping services that offer guaranteed package delivery, wider coverage, accuracy and speed to arrive at the destination city and others. The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of service in the delivery of Persero packages at the Sibolga City branch of 22500. The results of this study are that there is an increase in the delivery target each year starting from 2018-2021. The conclusion is the service system provided by PT. Pos Indonesia, the Sibolga City branch, has provided quite good service to consumers. Then in terms of the facilities and infrastructure in the place, it is also good. These facilities and infrastructure are included in the physical evidence indicators. Furthermore, in terms of responsiveness indicators explained that employees always provide various kinds of information at PT. Pos Indonesia Sibolga City branch to consumers. So that the average consumer who came to the place gave a positive response to the services of PT. Pos Indonesia, Sibolga City branch..
