Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the impact of compensation and motivation on employee performance at PT Pos Indonesia Banjar Unit. PT Pos Indonesia Banjar Unit faces problems related to employee performance that is not optimal due to a disproportionate compensation system and lack of motivation among employees. In this study, the approach used is a survey with a quantitative method that covers the entire population of 37 employees of PT Pos Indonesia Banjar Unit through a saturated sampling technique to evaluate the effect of compensation and motivation on employee performance. Data were processed using SPSS through several stages, including data quality testing (validity and reliability), classical assumption testing (normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity), multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing using partial t-test, simultaneous F-test, and coefficient of determination test to analyze the impact of motivation and compensation on employee performance. The findings of this study indicate that compensation has a partially significant positive impact on employee performance, motivation also has a partially significant positive effect on employee performance, and simultaneously, compensation and work motivation have a significant effect on employee performance at PT Pos Indonesia Banjar Unit. Companies are advised to assess the compensation system to ensure it is in line with the workload, improve motivation programs through awards and open comm.unication, and develop training to increase employee independence and initiative in carrying out tasks

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi dan work-life balance terhadap efikasi diri karyawan di RS Karya Medika Bantar Gebang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 60 responden. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode regresi linier berganda menggunakan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efikasi diri, ditunjukkan oleh nilai t hitung sebesar 2,197 > t tabel 2,001 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,032 < 0,05. Sementara itu, work-life balance secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap efikasi diri, dengan nilai t hitung 1,677 < t tabel 2,001 dan signifikansi 0,099 > 0,05. Secara simultan, budaya organisasi dan work-life balance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efikasi diri karyawan, dengan nilai F hitung sebesar 31,796 > F tabel 4,010 dan signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Nilai koefisien determinasi yang diperoleh melalui R Square sebesar 0,527 menunjukkan bahwa 52.7% variasi efikasi diri dapat dijelaskan oleh kedua variabel independen tersebut, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 47.3% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar model penelitian. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi bahwa penguatan budaya organisasi yang positif dan penciptaan keseimbangan kerja- kehidupan yang sehat memiliki kontribusi penting dalam membentuk keyakinan diri karyawan dalam menjalankan tugasnya.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of work facilities and job satisfaction on employee performance at the Widya Wiwaha Psychology Institute in Bekasi. The background of this research is based on the importance of employees as the main asset of the organization, as well as the significant influence of work facilities and job satisfaction on motivation and performance. The method used is a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires to 35 respondents who are employees of the institution, and analyzed using Statistical Product and Service Solution SPSS version 25. The research results show that work facilities (X1) do not have a significant effect on employee performance (Y) and job satisfaction (X2) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y), such as a comfortable work environment and adequate work tools, which can enhance employee work effectiveness. Similarly, high job satisfaction, demonstrated by good relationships with supervisors and colleagues as well as a conducive work environment, also contributes to increased productivity. Therefore, management needs to pay attention to these two variables as a strategy for sustainable HR performance improvement. This research is expected to serve as a basis for decision-making in improving organizational management, particularly in the psychological services sector.

Abstract

The growth of e-commerce is very rapid in today's era, giving rise to intense competition and efforts to increase consumers in an e-commerce are not easy efforts. Therefore, many advantages are now being offered by e-commerce, including the ease of payment and the many discounts that are provided. So research on these two variables is important to see the effect on consumer purchasing decisions. In this study using 100 sample 3 variables and 15 indicators and using SPSS analysis tools. The results showed that the ease of payment or the ease of payment has an effect on purchasing decisions and discounts also have an effect on consumer purchasing decisions. Therefore efforts to increase ease of payment and discounts are the right strategy for e-commerce to increase sales.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to improve the competence of parents and managers of children with special needs resources in providing education effectively and sustainably. This training was motivated by the still low understanding of institutional managers regarding school resource management, especially in the aspects of planning, utilization, and evaluation of human resources and infrastructure. The activity was carried out on Sunday, October 19, 2025, through the stages of opening, delivery of materials, interactive discussion sessions, filling out questionnaires, and closing. The implementation method involved a participatory approach so that participants could play an active role in the learning process. The implementation of the community service took place in a special room of the Lazama institution. It was attended by approximately 20 participants consisting of special needs school management and parents. The results of the activity showed that participants experienced significant improvements in their understanding of concepts and practical skills in school resource management. Ninety-two percent of participants stated that the training material was highly relevant, 88% stated that their understanding improved, and 85% stated that they were ready to implement the strategies they had learned. The training also encouraged the formation of an internal resource management team at the KAZAMA Institute as a follow-up to the program. This activity not only increased the individual capacity of participants but also strengthened sustainable institutional governance. This community service activity successfully raised new awareness about the importance of collaborative, adaptive, and sustainability-oriented educational resource management, particularly in schools serving children with special needs.

Abstract

Workshop ini diselenggarakan dengan dilatarbelakangi permasalahan kurang adanya pemahaman dan kemampuan anak-anak asuh yayasan Pundi Amal Bakti Ummat kabupaten Bekasi khususnya para remaja dalam mengelola keuangan dan menghindari resiko keuangan yang dihadapi dalam pengelolaan dan pemanfaatan uang yang mereka terima. Workshop bertujuan untuk memberikan bekal kemampuan bagi anak asuh yayasan dalam mengelola risiko keuangan dengan lebih efektif dan berkelanjutan untuk mendukung keberlanjutan dan pertumbuhan mereka nantinya jika suatu saat mereka mengelola keuangan. Materi workshop mencakup pengenalan konsep dasar manajemen risiko keuangan, jenis-jenis risiko keuangan yang mungkin dihadapi, bagaimana mengelola keuangan, dan strategi menghindari risiko keuangan. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi presentasi materi, diskusi interaktif, dan workshop kelompok. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat diadakan secara offline atau tatap muka pada hari libur agar tidak mengganggu waktu bekerja para staf. Hasil kuisioner kegiatan workshop ini menunjukkan score diatas 4.00 yang artinya puas hingga sangat puas, menunjukkan bahwa workshop manajemen resiko keuangan berhasil dipahami anak asuh Yayasan Pundi Amal Bakti Ummat Bekasi, menambah informasi, pengetahuan dan wawasan tentang pengelolaan manajemen resiko keuangan.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of digital marketing experience, engagement, and brand awareness on the purchase intentions of Generation Z in Indonesia. Drawing from the Stimulus–Organism–Response (SOR) and Cognitive–Affective–Conative (CAC) models, this research integrates emotional and behavioral responses to short-form digital marketing content. A quantitative design using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) was employed on 220 active Gen Z social media users. The results reveal that digital marketing experience significantly affects engagement and brand awareness, which in turn drive purchase intention. The findings underscore the importance of emotional engagement and authenticity in enhancing consumer response to short video marketing. The study extends the CAC model into the short video marketing context and offers practical implications for digital marketers.re effective and impactful digital marketing strategies.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of perceived service quality and corporate image on satisfaction and its impact on Indihome customer loyalty. Data collection was carried out on Indihome customers in Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang and Bekasi, using email and google forms during November 2021 for 125 respondents. The research was carried out in the form of field research, using the Simple Random Sampling technique, namely the sampling was carried out randomly without regard to the existing strata in the population. The data collected was analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling with SmartPLS version 3.0 software. The results showed that the perception of service quality was not significant to customer satisfaction, corporate image had a significant effect on customer satisfaction, perceived service quality had a significant effect on customer loyalty, corporate image had a significant effect on customer loyalty, customer satisfaction had a significant effect on customer loyalty, and customer satisfaction significantly mediated influence of Service Quality Perception and corporate image on Customer Loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the mediating effect of customer satisfaction on product quality and service quality variables on customer loyalty at Hanamasa restaurant in Jakarta. Sampling used purposive sampling method, the collected data was processed using SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results showed that customer satisfaction was not significant as a mediating variable on the effect of product quality on loyalty, while on the effect of service quality on loyalty, customer satisfaction became a significant mediating variable. The findings of this study also show that service quality has a significant impact on customer satisfaction, and customer satisfaction has a significant impact on loyalty
