Abstract

Dalam sebuah perusahaan karyawan atau sumber daya manusia yang ada dituntut untuk memberikan kontribusi dan kinerja yang baik terhadap perusahaan dimana tempatnya bekerja, dengan memberikan kontribusi dan kinerja yang baik terhadap perusahaan, perusahaan dapat mencapai target serta visi dan misi yang telah ditetapkan, karena tingkat keberhasilan sebuah perusahaan dapat di ukur lewat kinerja yang diberikan oleh karyawan terhadap perusahaannya. Karyawan pada Perusahaan Hino Kumala Makassar I merasakan adanya stres kerja karena karyawan merasakan dengan adanya beban kerja tersebut dapat mengakibatkan stres kerja yang mana dapat membuat ketegangan dan dapat berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian kuantitatif mengelola data dengan cara statistik dengan menggunakan data yang real dan struktur dengan jelas mulai dari awal hingga pembuatan metode penelitian. sample pada penelitian ini karyawan perusahaan Hino Kumala Makassar I Sebanyak 44 sample. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan variabel stres kerja lebih besar berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dapat dibuktikan dari hasil uji t yaitu dari nilai beta dan dari nilai t hitung variabel stres kerja memiliki nilai tertinggi dibanding dengan variabel beban kerja. Diketahui t hitung variabel beban kerja (X1) adalah 1,588 variabel stres kerja (X2) adalah 4,355. Dari kedua variabel independen tersebut yang memiliki t hitung terbesar adalah variabel stres kerja (X2).

Abstract

The type of research used in this study is a type of correlational research. The research was conducted at the offices of the Investment and PTSP Office of South Buton Regency. According to Sugiyono (2019) population is a generalization area which consists of: objects/subjects that have certain quantities and characteristics set by researchers to study and then draw conclusions. The number of samples for this study was 90. In this study using accidental sampling techniques or other terms Random sampling. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires, observations, and interviews. This study was tested using Lenear Regression Analysis and Moderated Regression Analysis with the SPSS application; the results of this study indicate that communication has a positive and significant influence on government public trust. More interestingly, corporate image is proven to play an important role as a moderator in this relationship. These findings underscore the importance of transparent and open communication, as well as a positive corporate image in building and strengthening positive relations between government and society. The implication of this research is the need for the government to develop an effective communication strategy and maintain a positive image in order to strengthen the level of public trust in the government.

Abstract

The Bulukumba Regency Regional Secretariat Office is an organizational body or agency that provides administrative office services. This institution has a vision, primarily for the people of Bulukumba, who are historical and foremost via optimizing the potential of the region by boosting the people's economy based on democratic and religious government. The goal of this study was to evaluate and assess the effect of Openness to Experience on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) using Job Satisfaction as an intervening variable. This form of research employs quantitative methods. The Regional Secretariat Office provided a sample of 153 respondents for this study. In this study, the measurement scale is a Likert scale. The traditional assumption test, simple regression analysis, and path analysis were employed in this study with the help of IBM SPSS 21 Statistics. The study's findings indicate that openness to experience has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction; openness to experience has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB); and job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Job satisfaction as an intervening variable is significant to organizational citizenship behavior (OCB).

Abstract

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh konflik kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan komunikasi sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini mengambil sampel karyawan di kantor BTN Cabang Makassar. Menggunakan alat analisis SEM-PLS penelitian ini berhasil memberikan bukti empiris bahwa secara tidak langsung komunikasi memengaruhi hubungan variabel lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini juga memberikan bukti empiris bahwa komunikasi secara positif signifikan dapat memengaruhi kinerja karyawam. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi yang terjadi di kantor BTN Cabang Makassar dapat meningkatkan secara langsung kinerja karyawan. Model yang dikembangkan dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh secara langsung dan tidak langsung yang diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi literatur terkait peran komunikasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada lembaga keuangan sejenis bank. Kata Kunci: konflik kerja, lingkungan kerja, komunikasi, kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) determine whether the democratic, consultative, delegative and participative leadership styles have a positive and significant effect on employee performancePT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Makassar Area, (2) Among the four leadership styles mentioned above, which leadership style has the most influence on the performance of PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Makassar Area. This research was surveyed at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Makassar Area. The sample selection used the Stratified Ramdom Sampling method. The variables studied were (1) Employee Performance, (2) Democratic Leadership Style, (3) Consultative, (4) Delegative, and (5) Participatory. Then the data obtained is calculated usingSPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) computer program package.  The results of the study show that (1) simultaneously democratic, delegative, consultative and participatory leadership styles have a positive and significant impact on employee performance at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Makassar Area. (2) partially, democratic leadership style makes the biggest contribution to improving employee performance at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Makassar Area. Therefore, leadership with a democratic leadership style is preferred by employees at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Makassar Area

Abstract

Human Resource Management (HRM) has an important role in achieving competitive advantage in the coffeeshop business. This research identifies the important role of HR management in creating competitive advantage through several key aspects including HR planning, recruitment and selection, training and development, compensation and evaluation. Having qualified and competent employees is very important to be able to provide the best service for customers. By improving the ability of coffeeshop employees, in addition to being able to provide high-quality services, this will be an advantage to distinguish them from competitors. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with 4 research subjects. The result is that to achieve a competitive advantage, HR management must play an active role in managing human resources strategically. By doing good HR planning, proper recruitment and selection, employee development, and effective performance evaluation, the coffeeshop business can achieve a sustainable competitive advantage in this increasingly competitive market.

Abstract

The employee stock ownership program known as ESOP is one of the efforts for companies to retain their best employees as well as to increase their work commitment which is a form of employee organizational commitment. As owners of company shares, of course, employees have expectations of the stock price so that they can benefit from the share ownership while increasing satisfaction with employee stock ownership. This research was conducted on employees at PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk, as one of the largest telecommunications operators in Indonesia, implemented the ESOP policy in June 2013. This study aims to examine the effect of employee stock price expectations on employee stock ownership satisfaction and examine the effect of these two variables on employee organizational commitment. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis, correlation analysis and path analysis. The results showed that the expectation of employee stock price had a significant positive effect on employee stock ownership satisfaction, employee share ownership satisfaction and employee stock price expectations had a significant positive effect on employee organizational commitment.

Abstract

FAITH ARIFIN. The Effect of Quality of Human Resources (HR), Motivation and Compensation on Employee Performance at the Enrekang District Office, Enrekang Regency. This study aims to determine: (1) the effect of the quality of human resources, Partial and Simultaneous Motivation and Compensation on employee performance at the Enrekang sub-district office, Enrekang district. This research was conducted at the Enrekang sub-district office, Enrekang Regency, which is located at Jalan Jendral Sudirman No. 25, Batili. This research method is a quantitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and observation methods. Data analysis in this study used validation test techniques, reliability and multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS for Windows version 25 application, with a total sample of 23 respondents. The results of this study indicate that: 1) The quality of human resources has a partial effect on employee performance at the Enrekang sub-district office, Enrekang Regency which is characterized by a count value that is greater than t table, namely 2,217 > 2,093 . 2) Motivation has a partial effect on employee performance at the Enrekang sub-district office, Enrekang Regency which is characterized by a count value that is greater than t table, namely 2,834 > 2,093. 3) Compensation has a partial effect on employee performance at the Enrekang sub-district office, Enrekang Regency which is characterized by a count value that is greater than t table, namely 5,445 > 2,093 . 4) Quality of Human Resources, Motivation and Compensation simultaneously influence employee performance at the Enrekang sub-district office,

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of differentiation strategy, price, and product quality on purchasing decisions at Papa Ong coffee shop. The research method used is associative with multiple linear regression data analysis techniques. The research sample was taken randomly from consumers who visited the Papa Ong coffee shop. There were 50 respondents. The results of the data analysis showed that the differentiation strategy had a positive and significant influence on consumer purchasing decisions at the Papa Ong coffee shop. In addition, price also has a significant influence on purchasing decisions, where prices that are competitive and in accordance with the value provided by coffee shop products are important factors in influencing consumer purchasing decisions. Furthermore, product quality is also proven to have a significant influence on purchasing decisions, with consumers tending to choose products that have satisfactory quality. This research makes an important contribution to the understanding of the factors that influence consumer purchasing decisions at coffee shops. The practical implication of this research is that the Papa Ong coffee shop needs to pay attention to a unique differentiation strategy, set appropriate prices, and maintain product quality in order to influence consumer purchasing decisions more effectively.
