Abstract

Adanya keinginan dari Pemerintah Kota Jember untuk mengembangkan bandara Notohadinegoro menjadi bandara Embarkasi Haji, maka peneliti melakukan kajian tentang permintaan penumpang pesawat dibandara tersebut, karena untuk haji setahun hanya digunakan sekali. Untuk mengetahui permintaan atau prediksi pertumbuhan penumpang pesawat diperlukan pemodelan, penelitian ini dengan menggunakan dua metode analisis pemodelan yaitu dengan regresi dan jaringan syaraf tiruan, kemudian dibandingkan hasilnya serta untuk mengetahui kelebihan dan kekurangannya pada analisis tersebut. Dengan viabel bebas tunggal PDRB, hasil persamaan yang didapat dari analisis regresi, untuk penumpang datang adalah Y1 = 2669,038 X – 100694,375, dan untuk penumpang berangkat Y2 = 2693,266 X – 101150,266, dan total penumpang pesawat Y3 = 5362,062 X – 201844,641 Sedangkan dari analisis jaringan syaraf tiruan dengan variabel bebas tunggal PDRB tidak didapatkan persamaan baik untuk penumpang datang maupun berangkat, hal ini kemungkinan karena jumlah data maupun variabel yang hanya satu/tunggal, sehingga untuk kajian dengan analisis jaringan syaraf perlu kajian lebih lanjut.

Abstract

Provinsi Jawa Tengah merupakan salah satu provinsi yang cukup strategis dalam upaya pengembangan ekonomi nasional yang perlu didukung dengan adanya jalur pergerakan secara nasional atau internasional baik melalui transportasi darat, laut maupun udara. Transportasi merupakan komponen utama dalam sistem hidup dan kehidupan, sistem pemerintahan, dan sistem kemasyarakatan. Di perkotaan kecenderungan yang terjadi adalah meningkatnya jumlah penduduk yang tinggi karena tingkat kelahiran maupun urbanisasi.Dengan semakin bertambahnya penduduk maka Pemanfaatan BBM sebagai energi di kota maupun negara Indonesia  akan melebihi batas wajar. Oleh karena itu Tiap tahun negara ini harus mengimpor BBM karena kebutuhan masyarakatnya yang tinggi sehingga memberi pengaruh yang kurang baik terhadap neraca perdagangan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang digunakan untuk metode penelitian “Analisis Sistem Transportasi Kota Salatiga ditinjau Terhadap Konsumsi BBM” menggunakan analisi statistik dengan variabel yang mempengaruhi konsumsi BBM. Hasil dari penelitian ini bahwa konsumsi BBM kota Salatiga dipengaruhi oleh bebragai variabel berupa variabel tipologi kota dan variabel sistem transportasi.

Abstract

Beton merupakan bagian konstruksi yang sangat penting, konstruksi yang mememiliki kekuatan maksimal dengan berat yang ringan perlu di kembangkan. Tujuan dari kegiatan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh penambahan abu arang terhadap berat beton dan kuat tekan beton. Komposisi campuran semen yang akan digantikan dengan abu arang sebesar nol%, lima % dan sepuluh% dengan berat beton dan  kuat tekan beton yang diharapkan memiliki mutu fc=20Mpa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode eksperimen untuk pengambilan sampel data. Terdapat masing – masing 30 (tigapuluh) benda uji di setiap persentase penambahan abu arang. Hasil uji kuat tekan beton dengan rentang usia beton 7 hari, 21 hari dan 28 hari dalam kondisi normal tanpa campuran sebesar  20 Mpa. Kuat tekan beton yang dicampur abu arang sebanyak 5 % sebesar 21 Mpa. Pada beton campuran abu arang 10% sebesar 17 Mpa.  Kesimpulan komposisi penambahan agregat abu arang 5% bisa mengurangi berat beton sebesar 3,6% dengan nilai kuat tekan yang memenuhi.

Abstract

The road conditions with potholes, hilly topography, and narrow roads are factors that affect accessibility in the Sikka Regency area. This study aims to examine the level of accessibility of public passenger cars and their effect on the economic development of the community in the research location. This study uses a combined quantitative-qualitative research method with analysis of the level of accessibility and linear regression analysis. The results show that the level of accessibility in Paga District and Bola District is moderate, which means that public passenger car access is not smooth, while the level of accessibility in Magepanda District is very high, which means that access to public passenger cars is very smooth. Then accessibility has a significant effect on the economic development of the community in Paga District and Magepanda District, while accessibility does not have a significant effect on the economic development of the community in Bola District. This condition is caused in addition to the steep topography and damaged road conditions, but also the number of fleets and inadequate conditions that will affect activities to carry out agricultural product sales transactions.

Abstract

Technological developments really help a civil engineering graduate in designing in the civil engineering field. There are a lot of software that can be used to design runway pavement thicknesses, one of them is COMFAA. In this service activity, the service team conducted training about the calculation of the runway pavement thickness at the airport using COMFAA software for civil engineering students and construction workers. The purposes of this service activity are to give deep understanding about the design of pavement layers on airport runways, to develop knowledge in pavement thickness designs, and to enhance the engineering student’s competence in using COMFAA to plan airport pavement layers. The implementation of this service was carried out in Semarang for Civil Engineering students and Construction Actors. The result was an understanding enhancement of runway pavement analysis from 0% to 77%.

Abstract

Covid-19 is a pandemic throughout the world and is evidenced by regulations requiring masks, vaccinations, and PCR swabs related to personal protection to minimize Covid-19 infection. This condition has become the subject of discussion among many circles, one of which is the health protocol when carrying out activities outside the home, especially on public transportation. This triggered the emergence of vaccination programs and masks and PCR swabs in public transportation. In addition, public support for transportation is very high on the grounds of shortening travel time. The purpose of this research is the consumer's assessment of the performance of train services in the new normal era and before the new normal from the aspect of reusability, service quality and marketing mix. The method used is benchmarking by applying the principles of usability, service quality and marketing mix. The collection was carried out through a survey of 120 respondents who had used train services in the new normal era and before the new normal. The result of the research is that the train service before the new normal is superior in the eyes of consumers in terms of usability, service quality, and marketing mix. However, the new normal era trains have higher services than the new normal trains on the efficiency and error indicators in the usability aspect as well as on the tangible indicators in the quality aspect.

Abstract

Hospital development dr. Soeselo Tegal Regency is a hospital effort to improve health services. The operation of the hospital building development will attract and stimulate movement. This issue will affect the smooth flow of traffic when the traffic load increases. Traffic impact analysis is an attempt to minimize the problem. This study aims to measure the traffic performance of dr. Soeselo Tegal Regency currently predicts traffic performance after it operates, calculates parking space requirements and provides several traffic scenarios. The analysis method uses PTV Vissim 22 traffic simulation software for road intersections and sections with Indonesian Road Capacity Manual 1997. The analysis results show that the traffic performance of existing conditions or without hospital development on roads and crossroads is still quite good, with the DS value below 0,75. While the results of the long-term analysis for the next five years with an increase in traffic load, there will be a decrease in traffic performance on the affected roads and intersections. So, to improve traffic performance by doing several traffic scenarios using Vissim software. The best scenario is to widen the road and regulate traffic circulation by implementing one-way streets during peak hours to increase traffic performance. The need and availability of parking space have met the demand for parking with the amount of land provided by Regional General Hospital dr. Soeselo.

Abstract

Abstrak— Perkembangan pembangunan jalan tol di Indonesia meningkat pada beberapa tahunterakhir, hal ini dibuktikan dengan terjadinya peningkatan realisasi jalan tol yang meningkat 34,9%hanya terhitung dari periode waktu akhir tahun 2021 hingga akhir tahun 2022. Namun perkembanganpembangunan jalan tol tersebut memiliki dampak tersendiri dalam keseimbangan antara ekonomi,sosial, dan lingkungan. Tiga hal tersebut merupakan aspek dalam berkelanjutan. Selain itu, diIndonesia belum memiliki standar penilaian tertentu mengenai jalan tol berkelanjutan yang memuatketiga aspek tersebut. Maka penelitian ini membuat instrumen penilaian (assessment tools) yangdibuat dengan cara mensintesa dari beberapa acuan penilaian yang ada di Indonesia. Dari instrumentersebut kemudian digunakan untuk menilai implementasi green highway pada Proyek Jalan TolSemarang-Demak Seksi 2. Hasil penilaian menunjukkan bahwa dari 93 indikator yang masing-masingterbagi dalam 13 sub kategori dan 3 kategori, yang telah memenuhi sebanyak 73 indikator. KategoriTransportasi dan Masyarakat memenuhi 28 indikator atau sebanyak 85%, dalam kategoriPengelolaan Lingkungan telah memenuhi 19 indikator atau sebanyak 73%, dan Aktivitas Konstruksimemenuhi 26 indikator atau sebanyak 76%.

Abstract

A study analyzed research on transportation models for livestock folding containers in relation to sea toll support, utilizing Crossref data and the Publish or Perish 8 software. Searches with keywords "livestock folding container" and "sea toll" from 2014 to 2023 yielded 1,000 publications across 18 document types. The data was categorized and analyzed in Microsoft Excel, with visualization conducted using VOSviewer. Results indicated a steady increase in research topics related to livestock folding containers and sea tolls since 2018. David C. Barret emerged as the most prolific author with 45 publications, while Stephen C. Bishop received the highest citations, totaling 124. The United Kingdom was identified as the leading country in this research area. Key institutions contributing significantly included the Central University of Tamil Nadu, Los Alamos National Lab, and the Scottish Center for Production Animal Health. Consistent research themes since 2018 included container, cargo, livestock, toll, Northern Sea Route, ship, vessel, transportation, sea transport, and container transportation. This study highlights the growing interest in optimizing livestock transport through innovative container designs and efficient sea toll strategies.

Abstract

Population growth has made transportation in Indonesia, especially in the city of Semarang, also growing, one of the public transportation currently being developed in the city of Semarang is the BRT. Of the 7 operating corridors, BRT corridor IV (four) encountered many obstacles and problems, including the small number of bus passengers so that the revenue from the fares that were collected did not cover operational costs. This study aims to find out about the existing service standards for BRT in Corridor IV Semarang; Analyzing the performance and service of BRT buses in Corridor IV Semarang based on the number of passengers, travel speed, load factor, headway, and number of fleets; and Know the things that need to be fixed on this transportation. The method we use is field observation and secondary data analysis. The results showed that BRT Trans Semarang Corridor IV has 20 fleets with details of 18 operating fleets and 2 fleets for backup. The load factor value is 53% which meets the existing standards, the BRT Trans Semarang Corridor IV headway value is 13.51 minutes which is not in accordance with the existing regulatory requirements. The average speed is 14.68 km/hour which is below the maximum regulation limit and the distance covered is 237.04 km which is not accordance with the standard travel distance.
