Abstract

A process of buying and selling products, information and services that is carried out electronically by utilizing a computer network is often known as E-commerce and providing ease of payment, namely by using the ShopeePay and Shopee PayLater features. This study aims to find out which independent variables are variables that can influence purchasing decisions for Shopee users and find out which factors are more dominant in influencing purchasing decisions for Shopee users on the use of Shopeepay and Shopee PayLater features. Moreover, the trend of consumer behavior in the future also can be explored from the Zscore. The research method used is the method of Discriminant Analysis. The data collection technique was carried out by surveying 55 respondents through questionnaires. From the equation formed, consumers' tendency to buy or not to make purchases through Shopee E-Commerce is determined by the Customer Satisfaction variable in the transaction. Furthermore, from the Z value, the group that does not make purchases (0) has a Z value = 0.214, while the group that often makes purchases (1) has a Z = -0.207 value. From the equation formed, consumers' tendency to buy or not to make purchases through Shopee E-Commerce is determined by the Customer Satisfaction variable in the transaction. Moreover, from the Z value, the group that does not make purchases (0) has a Z value = 0.214, while the group that often makes purchases (1) has a Z = -0.207 value. From the equation formed, consumers' tendency to buy or not to make purchases through Shopee E-Commerce is determined by the Customer Satisfaction variable in the transaction. Abstract

Waste is an environmental problem that hasn’t been resolved until now. This problem can be overcome with the waste bank program. The success of the waste bank is supported by the high level of community participation. Currently, the level of community participation in Bantul Regency is still low, which is below 50%. The purpose of this research is to investigates what factors that can increase people’s intention and behavior of  participating in waste  bank activities at Bantul Regency. This research using factors from Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) model. Besides of factors from Theory of Planned Behavior this research added other factors like knowledge of how and what, knowledge of the consequences and situational factors used as a measurement tools. The research used 300 samples. The target respondents for this research are members who actively participate in the waste bank activities. The sampling technique is purposive sampling, regression analysis methods is using on this research. The analysis results showed that attitudes, subjective norms, knowledge of how and what, knowledge of consequence and situational factor have a significant effect on the people’s intention to participate in the waste bank programs. Meanwhile the perceived control behavior variable has no significant effect on the people’s intention to participate in the waste bank program. All the factors togethers can explain the intention of 44.7%.

Abstract

Kurikulum OBE merupakan salah satu indikator dalam penilaian akreditasi Program Studi (Prodi) baik akreditasi nasional maupun internasional. Pelaksanaan kurikulum OBE pada Perguruan Tinggi melibatkan perancangan kurikulum, proses belajar mengajar dengan pendekatan student centered learning, dan penilaian capaian pembelajaran. Monitoring dan evaluasi dalam konteks Outcome-Based Education (OBE) memiliki tujuan untuk memastikan efektivitas implementasi sistem pendidikan. Selain itu, juga untuk menilai sejauh mana tujuan pembelajaran yang telah ditetapkan berhasil dicapai; melibatkan penilaian metode pengajaran, keberhasilan strategi pembelajaran, dan penggunaan sumber daya pembelajaran; memberikan umpan balik yang berharga untuk melakukan perbaikan terhadap proses pembelajaran; memastikan konsistensi dalam penerapan kurikulum; membantu menilai kualitas instrumen penilaian, keadilan dalam penilaian, dan sejauh mana penilaian mencerminkan pencapaian tujuan pembelajaran; membantu mengukur sejauh mana siswa terlibat dalam pembelajaran dan apakah metode pengajaran mendorong keterlibatan aktif mahasiswa. Kata kunci: sistem, monitoring dan evaluasi, outcome based education, indikator, rubrik penilaian

Abstract

Samsung mengalami penurunan persentase penjualan sebesar 15,2% menjadi 53,5 juta pada kuartal II tahun 2023 dibandingkan dengan data kuartal II pada 2022 lalu dengan angka penjualan sebesar 63,1 juta. Guna mencegah penurunan penjualan lebih lanjut dan menjaga serta meningkatkan penjualannya di Indonesia, perusahaan Samsung perlu memahami faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian smartphone Samsung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: Pengaruh dari harga, kualitas produk, citra merek dan promosi secara simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian smartphone Samsung, pengaruh secara parsial dan saran apa yang dapat diberikan bagi perusahaan Samsung guna meningkatkan posisinya di pasar smartphone di Indonesia. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan jumlah sampel 200 menggunakan metode convenience sampling. Pengolahan data dengan regresi logistik biner. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah harga, kualitas produk, citra merek dan promosi secara simultan memiliki pengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian sebesar 33,2%. Secara parsial, kualitas produk dan citra merek memiliki pengaruh yang positif signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian smartphone Samsung, dengan persamaan regresi logistik Y (x) = -9,354 + 0,122X2 + 0,244X3. Perusahaan Samsung dapat lebih memperhatikan kualitas produknya, misalkan dengan menambah fitur-fitur canggih di produknya. Kemudian untuk aspek citra merek, Samsung dapat menjadikan artis atau selebgram ternama untuk meningkatkan citra mereknya di mata masyarakat.  ABSTRACTSamsung's sales decreased by 15.2% to 53.5 million in the Q2 of 2023 from 63.1 million in the Q2 of 2022. To prevent a decline in sales and increase sales in Indonesia, Samsung needs to understand the factors that influence people's decisions to buy Samsung smartphones. This research aims to determine the simultaneous influence of price, product quality, brand image, and promotion on the decision to purchase Samsung, as well as their partial effects. Additionally, recommendations are provided for Samsung to improve its position in Indonesia. The data collection method involved using a questionnaire with a sample size of 200, employing convenience sampling. Data processing using binary logistic regression. The results of the study indicate that collectively, price, product quality, brand image, and promotion have a 33.2% influence on the decision to purchase. Partially, product quality and brand image significantly influence the decision to purchase Samsung, with the logistic regression equation Y (x) = -9.354 + 0.122X2 + 0.244X3. Samsung should pay more attention to the quality of its products, such as incorporating advanced features. Additionally, for brand image, Samsung could collaborate with well-known celebrities or influencers to enhance its brand image in the eyes of the public.Keywords: smartphone; price; product quality; brand image; promotion; binary logistic regression

Abstract

AbstractThe implementation of quality control aims to reduce defective products and ensure customersatisfaction. The research was conducted at PT Krama Yudha Ratu Motor, specifically in the productionprocess of painting the Mitsubishi Canter truck cabin. Data on product defects were collected, and aquantitative assessment was carried out using the DMAIC and fuzzy FMEA methods. The objectives ofthis research were to identify dominant defects, analyze their causative factors, and proposeimprovements to the painting process. The research findings showed that sagging was the dominantdefect, occurring in 77 units out of a total of 395 defects in the last three months of 2022. The causes ofsagging included human factors (lack of knowledge and training of operators on the machine), materialfactors (excessive use of thinner during the mixing process), and machine factors (clogging in the airlessgun spray). One specific improvement proposal is to develop work standards for adjusting spray distancebased on the applied paint thickness. Additionally, it is recommended to provide training for operators onmachine operation and production processes across all departments, particularly in the CED paintingdepartment. Regular monitoring is also recommended to ensure better product quality. Therefore, theimplementation of quality control and these improvements aim to reduce product defects and enhancethe quality of the Mitsubishi Canter truck cabin painting production process.Keywords: defective, DMAIC, fuzzy FMEA, painting, quality control, truck cabinAbstrakPenerapan pengendalian kualitas bertujuan mengurangi produk cacat dan memastikan kepuasanpelanggan. Penelitian dilakukan pada PT Krama Yudha Ratu Motor, khususnya pada proses produksipainting cabin truk Mitsubishi Canter. Data tentang kecacatan produk dikumpulkan, dan penilaiandilakukan secara kuantitatif menggunakan metode DMAIC dan fuzzy FMEA. Tujuan penelitian ini adalahmengidentifikasi kecacatan dominan, menganalisis faktor penyebabnya, dan mengusulkan perbaikanpada proses painting. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sagging adalah kecacatan dominan, terjadisebanyak 77 unit dari total 395 kecacatan dalam tiga bulan terakhir Tahun 2022. Penyebab saggingmeliputi faktor manusia (kurangnya pengetahuan dan pelatihan operator pada mesin), faktor material(penggunaan thinner yang berlebihan saat proses pencampuran), dan faktor mesin (sumbatan padaairless gun spray). Salah satu usulan perbaikan yang spesifik adalah mengembangkan standar kerjauntuk menyetel jarak penyemprotan berdasarkan ketebalan cat yang diaplikasikan. Selain itu,disarankan untuk melaksanakan pelatihan operator mengenai pengoperasian mesin dan prosesproduksi di seluruh departemen, terutama di departemen painting CED. Pengawasan rutin jugadirekomendasikan untuk memastikan kualitas produk yang lebih baik. Abstract

AbstrakPersaingan dalam dunia industri saat ini semakin meningkat pesat. Industri dalam negeri tidak hanya bersaing dengan sesama produk lokal namun juga dengan produk impor yang masuk ke Indonesia. Karena persaingan yang semakin luas, setiap perusahaan termasuk industri gula juga harus selalu menjaga dan meningkatkan kualitasnya. Pabrik Gula Trangkil merupakan salah satu unit pabrik gula yang berada di bawah naungan PT Kebon Agung. PT Kebon Agung berlokasi di Desa Trangkil, Kecamatan Trangkil, Kabupaten Pati, Jawa Tengah. Produk utama yang dihasilkan PG Trangkil adalah Gula Kristal Putih (GKP). Hasil produksi gula di PG Trangkil tidak selalu menghasilkan gula yang sesuai dengan spesifikasi SNI Gula 3140.3:2010. Hal ini disebabkan adanya faktor-faktor yang dapat menyebabkan penurunan kualitas produksi gula. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pengendalian kualitas proses produksi dengan menganalisis kemampuan multivariat proses produksi gula apakah proses yang dilakukan PG Trangkil sudah cukup memenuhi keinginan pelanggan. Selain itu penelitian ini juga memberikan saran dan rekomendasi perbaikan dari identifikasi penyebab permasalahan agar proses produksi gula lebih mumpuni dan hasil produksi dapat sesuai dengan SNI gula.Kata kunci: kontrol kualitas, proses kapabilitas, multivariat, T 2HotellingAbstractCompetition in the industrial world is currently increasing rapidly. The domestic industry does not only compete with fellow local products but also imported products that come to Indonesia. Due to the increasingly widespread competition, every company including the sugar industry must also always maintain and improve its quality. Trangkil Sugar Factory is one of the sugar factory units under the auspices of PT Kebon Agung. PT Kebon Agung is located in Trangkil Village, Trangkil District, Pati Regency, Central Java. The main product produced by PG Trangkil is White Crystal Sugar (GKP). The results of sugar production at PG Trangkil do not always produce sugar that is in accordance with the specifications of SNI Sugar 3140.3:2010. This is due to factors that can cause a decrease in the quality of sugar production. This study aims to control the quality of the production process by analyzing the multivariate capability of the sugar production process whether the process carried out by PG Trangkil is sufficient to meet customer desires. In addition, this study also provides suggestions and recommendations for improvement from the identification of the causes of problems so that the sugar production process is more capable and the production results can be in accordance with the SNI for sugar.Keyowrds: quality control, capacility process, multivariat, T 2Hotelling

Perusahaan XYZ is a servicecompany engaged in water distribution, in which thereare issues with the quality of the production water. Based on calculations, a Defects Per MillionOpportunities (DPMO) value of 2.465.277,7778 with aprocess sigma value of 2.1855 was obtained. Thepurpose of this study is to improve the quality of theproduction water. This quality improvement is carriedout using the six sigma method with the Define,Measure, Analyze, Improve concept. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam upaya untuk mengoptimalkan kegiatan penentuan kebijakan perawatanuntuk perwatana mesin Blower pada Lane Produksi SPS 3 terutama pada lini untuk produksi 600 ml diPlant PT Tirta Investama Klaten. Permasalahan yang dihadapi perusahaan yaitu sering terjadinyadowntime sebagai akibat dari terjadinya kerusakan mesin Blower selama produksi bulan Desember2022. Manfaat penelitian ini adalah dapat menjadi sumber informasi bagi industri yang akanmelakukan perawatan dengan metode RCM. Dalam metodologi penelitian ini menggunakan metodeobservasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan RCM dengan tujuan mementukan interval waktupemeliharaan dengan membuat analisis fungsi sitem serta kegagalan untuk kemudian dianalisis denganFMECA dan LTA. Hasil analisis ini berupa nilai RPN komponen preform loader, wheel, dan moldsebagai komponen kritis pada sistem. Dilakukam perhitungan untuk menghitung analisis keandalandengan mengitung Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) dan Mean Time to Failure (MTTF) setiap komponenuntuk kemudian ditentukan kebijakan maintenance dengan hasil 2 komponen dilakukan scheduledrestoration task, dan 1 komponen dilakukan scheduled discard task. Kata kunci: Maintenance Task, RCM, MTTR dan MTTF, FMECA, LTA ABSTRACT This research was conducted in an effort to optimize the activities for maintenance of the Blowermachine in Production Lane SPS 3, particularly in the line for producing 600 ml at PT Tirta InvestamaKlaten Plant. The problem faced by the company is the frequent downtime resulting from Blowermachine damage during production in December 2022. The benefit of this research is to serve as aninformation source for industries that will perform maintenance using the RCM method. The researchmethodology employed observation, interviews, documentation, and RCM to determine themaintenance interval by conducting a functional system analysis and failure analysis using FMECAand LTA. The analysis results indicate the Risk Priority Number (RPN) values for the preform loader,wheel, and mold components as critical components in the system. Reliability analysis was performedby calculating the Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) and Mean Time to Failure (MTTF) for eachcomponent, which then determined the maintenance policy. The results show that scheduled restorationtasks are to be carried out for 2 components, while a scheduled discard task is to be performed for 1component. Abstract

Abstrak Air minum yang sehat merupakan salah satu kebutuhan dasar bagi kualitas dan keberlangsungan hidupmanusia. Situasi tersebut menjadikan Indonesia sebagai tempat yang strategis bagi perusahaan consumergoods untuk memasarkan produknya. Salah satu perusahaan yang menjual produk air bersih untukkonsumsi adalah PT Tirta Investama. PT Tirta Investama merupakan anak perusahaan Danone yangmenjual produk air minum dalam kemasan dengan merek Aqua. Secara umum PT Tirta Investama memilikiberbagai produk Aqua yang diproduksi, seperti Aqua 220 ml, 330 ml, 600 ml, 1500 ml dan galon.PT TirtaInvestama memproduksi botol kemasannya sendiri. Dalam proses pembuatannya, botol ini diberi labeldengan mesin modern yaitu mesin labeling. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapanTotal Productivity pada PT Tirta Investama, mengetahui nilai Overall Efficiency (OEE) mesin labeling,mengetahui faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan efisiensi mesin labeling menurun. akibat enam kerugianutama yang menyebabkan Mengidentifikasi akar penyebab kegagalan dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yangpaling mempengaruhi kegagalan tersebut. Hasil yang diperoleh pada penelitian ini adalah nilai efisiensitotal (OEE) sebesar 68,911%. Nilai efisiensi ini kecil. Nilai OEE yang rendah dari mesin pelabelan inidisebabkan oleh kinerja, efisiensi, dan ketersediaan yang rendah. Dikarenakan rendahnya nilai efisiensimaka diberikan saran dan ide yang dapat direkomendasikan untuk meningkatkan nilai OEE dari mesinlabeling. PT Tirta Investama is a subsidiary of Danone that sells bottled drinking water productsunder the Aqua brand. In general, PT Tirta Investama has a variety of A qua products produced, such asAqua 22 0 ml, 330 ml, 600 ml, 1500 ml and gallons. PT Tirta Investama produces its own bottles. In themanufacturing process, this bottle is labeled with a modern machine, namely a labeling machine. Thepurpose of this study is to determine the application of Total Productivity in PT Tirta Investama, find outthe value of the Overall Efficiency (OEE) of the labeling machine, find out the factors that cause theefficiency of the labeling machine to decrease. due to six major losses that cause Identify the root cause ofthe failure and analyze the factors that most influence the failure. The results obtained in this study are thetotal efficiency value (OEE) of 68.911%. This efficiency value is small. The low OEE value of this labelingengine is due to low performance, efficiency, and availability. Due to the low efficiency value, suggestionsand ideas are given that can be recommended to increase the OEE value of the labeling machine. Abstract

AbstrakPandemic Covid-19 menyebabkan perkuliahan harus dilakukan secara daring. Universitas Diponegoro telah memiliki platform pembelajaran daring bernama Kulon Undip. Berdasarkan evaluasi Tim Penjaminan Mutu Fakultas Teknik Undip, Kulon Undip kurang diminati oleh dosen dan mahasiswa karena kurang user friendly, dan seringkali digantikan dengan Microsoft Teams. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode usability testing dengan bantuan ISO 9241-11 untuk menguji dan mengevaluasi usability fitur sehingga dapat diketahui fitur mana yang kurang efektif. Berdasarkan hasil usability testing menggunakan metode ISO 9241-11, perancangan website Kulon Undip telah memenuhi aspek usability pada faktor efektivitas dan efisiensi karena efektifitas dan pencarian waktu yang dibutuhkan responden untuk mencapai menu yang dicari rata-rata yaitu efektifitas sebesar 89% dan efisiensi mencapai 16,37 detik. Hal ini tergolong efektif dan efisien karena parameter indikator yang telah ditetapkan untuk efektivitas berada di atas 78% dan efisiensi waktu di bawah 30 detik. Namun hasil tersebut belum bisa dikatakan sangat akurat mengingat banyaknya kegagalan pengujian yang dilakukan oleh banyak responden karena tata letak menu dan panjang halaman beranda yang menyulitkan pengguna untuk menemukan informasi/menu yang mereka cari. Namun, jika dilihat dari aspek seberapa banyak pengguna yang puas menggunakan website Kulon Undip, website ini dinilai sangat buruk. Dari parameter indikator yang telah ditetapkan pada awal penelitian, skor kepuasan pengguna minimal harus mencapai 65 untuk dikatakan berada pada kategori baik. Sedangkan, skor kepuasan pengguna dari website Kulon Undip hanya 27, yang berada pada kategori buruk, hanya 2 poin di atas kategori terburuk. Diponegoro University already has a Kulon Undip online learning platform. According to the Undip Faculty of Engineering's Quality Assurance Team, Undip Kulon is less appealing to lecturers and students since it is not user friendly, and it is frequently replaced by Microsoft Teams. This research use the usability testing approach, as well as ISO 9241-11, to test and assess the usability of features, allowing it to be determined which features are less effective. According to the results of usability testing using the ISO 9241-11 method, the Kulon Undip website design met the usability aspect on the effectiveness and efficiency factors due to the average effectiveness and search time required by respondents to reach the menu sought, namely 89% effectiveness and efficiency reaching 16, 37 seconds. This is considered effective and efficient since the indicator criteria for effectiveness are greater than 78% and the time efficiency is less than 30 seconds. However, given the amount of test failures performed by many responders, these findings cannot be considered highly reliable since the menu arrangement and length of the home page make it difficult for users to discover the information/menu they are searching for. However, in terms of how many pleased consumers utilize the Kulon Undip website, this website is regarded as very poor. To be included in the good category, a minimum user satisfaction score of 65 must be obtained using the indicator criteria established at the start of the study.
