Abstract

Pemberdayaan UMKM melalui pelatihan budidaya dan pemasaran tanaman hias merupakan strategi penting dalam meningkatkan ekonomi lokal yang berkelanjutan. Program ini bertujuan untuk membangun kapasitas masyarakat dengan mendorong, memotivasi, dan meningkatkan kesadaran akan potensi lokal, khususnya dalam bidang tanaman hias yang memiliki nilai ekonomi tinggi. Tanaman hias dipilih karena fungsinya yang luas sebagai dekorasi dalam dan luar ruangan, serta kontribusinya terhadap sektor hortikultura yang mencapai 5,7% dari PDB. Program ini dilaksanakan di Desa Cihideung, Kabupaten Bandung Barat, yang dikenal sebagai sentra agribisnis tanaman hias. Melalui pelatihan yang terfokus pada teknik budidaya dan strategi pemasaran digital, peserta diharapkan mampu meningkatkan kualitas produk dan memperluas pangsa pasar, yang pada akhirnya berdampak positif pada pendapatan dan kesejahteraan ekonomi lokal. Metode yang digunakan meliputi penyuluhan, pendampingan, dan monitoring untuk menciptakan ekosistem bisnis yang berkelanjutan. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan teknis dalam budidaya dan pemasaran, namun juga mengungkapkan tantangan yang dihadapi peserta, seperti keterbatasan akses teknologi dan modal. Dengan dukungan pemerintah dan lembaga lokal, program ini berpotensi menjadi model pemberdayaan yang efektif dalam memperkuat ekonomi lokal dan meningkatkan daya saing UMKM di pasar nasional dan internasional.

Abstract

Pada penelitian ini, peneliti ingin mencoba meneliti mengenai kontribusi pelayanan fungsional dan teknis pada salah satu Rumah sakit di daerah karawang (RS Lira Medika) dan mengetahui bagaimana kontribusi 2 variabel tersebut terhadap kinerja pelayanan di rumah sakit tersebut. Metode yang dipakai adalah Kuantitatif deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah diketahuinya Kontribusi Pelayanan Fungsional terhadap Kinerja Pelayanan Berkualitas Rumah Sakit Lira Karawang adalah signifikan. Pelayanan Fungsional mempunyai kontribusi terhadap terhadap baik buruknya Kinerja Pelayanan Berkualitas Rumah Sakit Lira Medika Karawang dan berarah positif. Besarnya konstribusi Pelayanan Fungsional terhadap Kinerja Pelayanan Berkualitas Rumah Sakit Lira Karawang sebsar 25,4 % sisanya ditentukan oleh faktor lain. Besarnya konstribusi Pelayanan Teknis terhadap Kinerja Pelayanan Berkualitas Rumah Sakit Lira Medika Karawang sebsar 31,8 % sisanya ditentukan oleh factor lain; kontribusi terhadap terhadap baik buruknya Kinerja Pelayanan Berkualitas Rumah Sakit Lira Medika Karawang dan berarah positif. Besarnya konstribusi Citra terhadap Kinerja Pelayanan Berkualitas Rumah Sakit Lira Medika Karawang sebsar 25,9 % sisanya ditentukan oleh faktor lain; kontribusi terhadap terhadap baik buruknya Kinerja Pelayanan Berkualitas Rumah Sakit Lira Medika Karawang dan berarah positif. Besarnya konstribusi Pelayanan Fungsional, Pelayanan Teknis, dan Citra terhadap Kinerja Pelayanan Berkualitas Rumah Sakit Lira Medika Karawang sebsar 35,4 % sisanya ditentukan oleh faktor lain.

Abstract

Perbedaan status perawat gigi di RSGMP Nala Husada dapat diklasifikan menjadi dua yaitu perawat gigi BKO (Bawah Kendali Operasi) dan perawat gigi Organik. Perbedaan status pegawai tersebut berdampak terhadap pembagian tugas pokok hingga jadwal pemberian salary, sehingga memicu terjadinya konflik internal di dalam organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari budaya, komitmen organisasi, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kedisplinan perawat gigi di RSGMP Nala Husada. Jenis penelitan ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jumlah responden 36 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan purposive sampling dengan kuesioner. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linier berganda menggunakan alat bantu SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel budaya organisasi dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kedisplinan perawat gigi RSGMP Nala Husada (0,019 dan 0,001). Sedangkan variabel komitmen organisasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kedisplinan (0,152). Namun secara simultan ketiga variabel tersebut (budaya, komitmen organisasi dan kepuasan kerja) berpengaruh signikan terhadap kedisiplinan kerja dengan nilai sig 0,000 (< 0.05).

Abstract

Clinical Pathway (CP) penting untuk mengurangi biaya, lama perawatan serta dapat meningkatkan mutu pelayanan pasien, terutama pada era asuransi Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN). Tujuan studi ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh angka kepatuhan terhadap CP dan lama perawatan terhadap efisiensi biaya perawatan pasien sectio cesarean (SC). Studi cross sectional menggunakan data primer di RS Edelweiss bulan Juli-September 2024. Tingkat kepatuhan CP berkorelasi positif secara signifikan terhadap GPM (r=0.558, p<0.001), dan lama perawatan berkorelasi secara negatif secara signifikan terhadap GPM (r=-0.467, p<0.001). Hasil analisa regresi linier didapatkan tingkat kepatuhan CP dan lama perawatan secara simultan mempengaruhi GPM (F=10,221, p<0.001). Kepatuhan terhadap penggunaan Clinical Pathway serta pengelolaan lama perawatan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap efisiensi biaya pada pasien sectio caesarean (SC). Keunggulan dari penelitian ini yaitu relevansi topik yang diteliti dengan situasi manajemen RS saat ini dan menggunakan metode kuantitatif memungkinkan pengukuran yang objektif terhadap variabel-variabel yang diteliti, seperti biaya, lama perawatan, dan tingkat kepatuhan. Kata Kunci: kepatuhan terhadap clinical pathway, lama perawatan, efisiensi biaya ABSTRACT Clinical Pathways (CP) are crucial for reducing costs and length of stay while improving patient service quality, especially in the era of the National Health Insurance (JKN). This study aims to determine the effect of compliance rates with CP and length of stay on cost efficiency for patients undergoing cesarean section (CS). A cross-sectional study was conducted using primary data at Edelweiss Hospital from July to September 2024. A significant positive correlation was found between CP compliance and GPM (r=0.558, p<0.001), while length of stay had a significant negative correlation with GPM (r=-0.467, p<0.001). Linear regression analysis showed that both CP compliance and length of stay significantly influenced GPM (F=10.221, p<0.001). Compliance with the use of Clinical Pathways and management of length of stay significantly affects cost efficiency for patients undergoing cesarean section (CS) at Edelweiss Hospital Bandung. Abstract

Improving the quality of services in an effort to provide public services is the main concern of the government, especially optimal health services to ensure decent living conditions for all people. Doctors as human resources who have a very important role in hospitals so they need management attention to manage/nurture so that they can carry out their work well so that they can contribute to the performance/progress of the hospital. The purpose of this study is to find out the management factors that affect the job satisfaction of doctors at Level III Hospital Brawijaya Surabaya. The population of this study is 42 doctors. The sampling technique used is the sample to be conducted is the total population. The type of research used by the author is a qualitative approach that is descriptive analysis. Statistical instruments in a quantitative way with univariate, bivariate and multivariate methods, using the chi square test and logistic regression test using the enter method. Based on the results of the study, there was an influence of clarity of medical services, suitability of medical services, leadership decision-making, leadership support, leadership responsiveness, workplace cleanliness, workplace comfort, completeness of infrastructure, and promotion opportunities on doctors' job satisfaction by 36.3% while the remaining 63.7% (100% - 36.3%). There are joint effects on doctors' job satisfaction Management factors which include clarity of medical services, workplace cleanliness and workplace comfort, affect together on doctors' job satisfaction Management factors that most affect doctors' job satisfaction at Level III Hospital Brawijaya Surabaya are the clarity of medical services.

Abstract

El Tari Air Force Base Hospital (RS TNI AU Lanud El Tari) is one of the health facilities in Kupang City, NTT Province with the status of a Class D Pratama Hospital. RS TNI AU Lanud El Tari has general medical services, emergency services, nursing services, primary laboratory services, radiology services and pharmacy services. However, according to the monthly report from March 2022 to March 2023, the total number of outpatient visits at the RS TNI AU Lanud El Tari was only 843 visits. In fact, in BPJS capitation, family register card that registered at RS TNI AU Lanud El Tari reached 997 families. In this regard, the researcher wants to know more about the influence of the marketing mix on the loyalty of outpatients at the RS TNI AU Lanud El Tari. The research variables include product, place, people, promotion, price, process and physical evidence. The population in this study were 843 outpatient polyclinic patients visiting the RS TNI AU Lanud El Tari in 2022 - 2023. Data was collected through a validated questionnaire that performed using the SPSS Test. The results of this research are: product, process and physical evidence have a significant relationship with patient loyalty to outpatient services at the RS TNI AU Lanud El Tari. Meanwhile, place, people, promotion and price do not have a significant relationship with patient loyalty in outpatient services at the RS TNI AU Lanud El Tari.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of new employee orientation and training on knowledge of hospital profiles and products, so that it can improve employee performance at RSIA Sentul Cikampek. The low level of public satisfaction with the service time provided is caused by the fact that employees generally have not received sufficient orientation and training related to their work so that the time required to carry out their duties is longer and this causes patient complaints related to service. This research was conducted in the RSIA Sentul Cikampek environment, Jalan Ahmad Yani No.16, South Cikampek Village, Cikampek District, Karawang Regency. The research used is quantitative descriptive research using a survey method with a questionnaire. The population in this study was 164 employees working within the RSIA Sentul Cikampek environment with the sample limited to employees with less than 1 year of service. The minimum number of samples taken was 30 respondents.

Abstract

Perkembangan industri jasa telah mengalami kemajuan pesat dengan persaingan yang kompetitif termasuk pelayanan jasa dalam bidang kesehatan sangat tergantung pada tingkat kunjungan pasien. RSPAU dr. S. Hardjolukito Yogyakarta sebagai penyedia jasa pelayanan kesehatan harus dapat memberikan pelayanan kesehatan yang memuaskan dimana persepsi yang didapat melebih dari harapan. Tujuan penelitian ini yakni untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pasien atau kualitas pelayanan berdasarkan metode servqual dan metode Importance Performance Analysis, Metode penelitian yakni kualitatif dengan sampel sebanyak 200 pasien rawap inap dengan teknik pengumpulan data kuesioner dan wawancara. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa analisis servqual menunjukkan kualitas pelayanan dinilai berkualitas dan memuaskan. Hasil importance performance analysis menunjukkan nilai kepuasan lebih tinggi dari nilai kepentingan. Faktor yang harus diperbaiki untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pasien yakni ditingkatkan pelayanannya pada bukti fisik dimana dianggap sangat penting namun pasien kecewa / tidak puas. Faktor yang harus dipertahankan dalam menjaga kepuasan pasien yakni reliabilitas (reliability), daya tanggap (responsiveness), jaminan (assurance), dan empati (emphaty), dan bukti fisik (tangibles), dimana dianggap sangat penting dan sangat memuaskan pasien rawat inap. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa persepsi pasien melebihi harapan sehingga memberikan kepuasan yang tinggi.

Abstract

Quality and affordable delivery services are key to reducing maternal and infant mortality rates. This study aims to analyze the influence of individual characteristics, distance, cost, and tangible quality on mothers' decisions regarding the choice of delivery location at the Bonebakal Health Center in Central Sulawesi. The study employed a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design, involving 35 pregnant women as respondents who were selected purposively. Data analysis was carried out using the chi-square test and multiple logistic regression. The results showed that age, education, distance, and tangible quality had a significant influence on the decision to choose a place of delivery (p <0.05). Tangible was the most dominant factor with an OR value of 5.783. In contrast, occupation, income, and cost did not have a significant effect in the final model. The regression model was proven valid and explained 74.5% of the variation in decisions (Nagelkerke R² = 0.745). These results highlight the importance of enhancing the physical quality of delivery facilities and education tailored to maternal characteristics, in order to support the selection of a safe and standardized place of delivery.

Abstract

Strategi pemasaran yang efektif dapat mempengaruhi keinginan dan keputusan pasien dalam memilih tempat untuk berobat. Klinik Darul Amin Demak telah berupaya melakukan pemasaran baik secara konvensional mulut ke mulut maupun secara digital. Namun, jumlah persalinan di Klinik Darul Amin Demak dalam kurun waktu satu tahun terakhir sebagian besar belum mencapai target. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh pemasaran digital dan konvensional mulut ke mulut terhadap keputusan penggunaan jasa persalinan di Klinik Darul Amin Demak dan menganalisis variabel yang lebih dominan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan penggunaan jasa persalinan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan purposive sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebesar 85 dari total populasi 495 ibu hamil. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner dengan uji statistik regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemasaran digital berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan penggunaan jasa persalinan (t hitung 8,869 > t tabel dan sig. 0,000) dan pemasaran konvensional mulut ke mulut berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan penggunaan jasa persalinan (t hitung 2,941 > t tabel dan sig. 0,004). Variabel yang lebih dominan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan penggunaan jasa persalinan adalah pemasaran digital (R=0.698) dibandingkan dengan pemasaran konvensional mulut ke mulut (R=0.301). Klinik Darul Amin Demak perlu meningkatkan efektifitas pemasaran digital dan tetap melakukan pemasaran dari mulut ke mulut yang dikemas sesuai dengan perkembangan teknologi.
