Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh sistem pengendalian manajemen dan pengendalian internal terhadap kinerja keuangan pada Klinik XY. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah kinerja keuangan klinik yang belum optimal, ditandai dengan ketidaksesuaian anggaran, lemahnya audit internal, dan kurangnya koordinasi antar unit kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain survei analitik dan pendekatan cross-sectional. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 80 responden yang merupakan karyawan Klinik XY dan dipilih menggunakan teknik total sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner, dan data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem pengendalian manajemen dan pengendalian internal secara simultan maupun parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa penerapan sistem pengendalian yang baik dapat memperkuat efisiensi, akuntabilitas, serta kestabilan keuangan klinik. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi penting bagi manajemen klinik dalam meningkatkan sistem kontrol guna mencapai kinerja keuangan yang lebih baik

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of 5S training (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, Shitsuke) on improving student competency in the Nursing Department of SMK Sehati Karawang. The background of this study is based on the gap in competency between the needs of the health industry and the limited abilities of students, especially in terms of work efficiency, discipline, and practical skills. The method used is a quantitative approach with an experimental design, comparing the competency of students who have participated in 5S training and those who have not. Data were collected through questionnaires and observations of 43 grade XI students. The results showed that 5S training had a significant effect on improving the competency of nursing students. All 5S elements have been proven to provide a positive contribution in shaping technical skills, professional attitudes, and student work efficiency. Thus, 5S training can be used as an effective strategy in supporting the development of human resources in the field of nursing since the vocational high school level.

Abstract

The era of globalization and the rapid development of the beauty industry demands the need for professional human resources in beauty clinics to be very important. The professionalism of human resources in beauty clinics includes aspects such as technical skills, knowledge of beauty procedures, communication skills, service ethics, and compliance with applicable safety standards and regulations. The purpose of this study was to determine the readiness of the training model and handling of obstacles to improve the professionalism of human resources at the Rafa Beauty Clinic. The research design was descriptive qualitative. Participants in this study were the leaders and employees of the Rafa Beauty Clinic. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that the Rafa Beauty Clinic chose the Kirkpatrik Training Model training model. The obstacles faced in training were the small training budget and the slowness of employees in understanding the training material. Efforts to overcome obstacles include increasing the allocation of training budget and periodic evaluation.

Abstract

The level of public awareness of dental and oral health in Indonesia is still relatively low, as indicated by the high prevalence of dental disorders and minimal access to dental health services. This study aims to explore the role of education in increasing public awareness of the importance of dental and oral care. The study used a mixed methods approach with an exploratory sequential design, starting from a qualitative study through in-depth interviews with 10 informants, then continued with a quantitative survey of 60 respondents in the Bonebobakal Health Center work area, Central Sulawesi. The results showed that education delivered by health workers, especially through direct counseling and visual media such as leaflets and videos, was able to increase public knowledge and awareness. However, behavioral changes have not yet occurred evenly. The SEM-PLS model shows that the effectiveness of education is not only influenced by the delivery of information, but also by active community participation. The main obstacles found include the lack of continuity of counseling, limited coverage, and cultural factors and fear of medical procedures. Contextual education, involving local cadres, and utilizing digital media can increase the effectiveness of delivering health messages. These findings emphasize the importance of integrating dental and oral education into the integrated health post program and strengthening the communication capacity of health workers to bridge the gap between knowledge and practice. This study recommends the development of sustainable and community-based educational strategies to improve the quality of life of the community as a whole.

Abstract

Turnover intention is a crucial issue in human resource management. Studies on turnover intention in healthcare facilities are still rare. This study aims to analyze the effects of career development, compensation fairness, and workload on turnover intention. This research design is quantitative research. Data were obtained from questionnaires of 38 respondents and the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression test SPSS version 21. The results of this study indicate that career development does not affect turnover intention, compensation fairness has a significant negative effect on turnover intention, and workload has a significant positive effect on turnover intention. Simultaneously, career development, compensation fairness, and workload have a significant effect on turnover intention. Conclusion: 1. Career development does not affect turnover intention. 2. Compensation equity has a significant negative effect on turnover intention. 3. Workload has a significant effect on turnover intention. 4. Career development, compensation equity, and workload simultaneously affect turnover intention

Abstract

Hospital financial management is influenced by the effectiveness of information systems, one of which is the prescription management process. Manual systems often result in cost inefficiencies, delays in record-keeping, and inaccuracies in drug transaction data. The implementation of an electronic prescription (e- prescription) system is expected to improve efficiency and transparency in hospital financial management. The research question in this study is how effective is the implementation of e-prescriptions in supporting hospital financial management. his study employs a qualitative. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with seven informants at Sentra Medika Cisalak Hospital. Data analysis was conducted using SWOT analysis. The results show that the implementation of the e- prescription system has had a positive impact on hospital financial management. The system accelerates the recording process of drug transactions, reduces administrative errors, and helps the hospital monitor expenditures more accurately and in real time. E-prescriptions also support rational drug use and strengthen procurement systems based on actual needs. However, some initial implementation challenges were identified, including human resource adaptation, initial investment costs, and limited automatic reporting features. The conclusions of this study are: 1. E-prescription implementation is highly effective in drug logistics, distribution, and reporting transparency. 2. The main challenges include the need for initial investment, human resources, system integration, and technical disruptions. 3. E- prescriptions improve drug cost management and reduce financial recording errors.

Abstract

The ability to design a structured and feasible business plan is one of the critical factors for the sustainability of start-ups, especially those run by young entrepreneurs with limited managerial experience. This study aims to explore the role of mentoring in assisting young start-ups in preparing comprehensive business plans, with a case study on a micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME) producing Thai snack products. Using a qualitative approach, data were collected through mentoring sessions, in-depth interviews, and observation of the business planning process. Improving entrepreneurs’ understanding of market analysis, financial projection, product positioning, and risk management. Moreover, mentoring enhances the confidence and strategic decision-making abilities of young business owners. The case study of the Thai snack MSME demonstrates that structured mentoring not only improves the quality of the business plan but also increases the potential for business growth and sustainability. This research contributes to the literature on entrepreneurship education and provides practical insights into how mentoring programs can be optimized to strengthen the competitiveness of young start-ups in the food industry.

Abstract

Health is the most important thing in life. Clinics play a role in increasing awareness of the importance of health and disease prevention measures. The type and quality of clinical services determines the superiority of the service which has an impact on the number of patient visits, however there has been a decline in the number of patient visits in the last few months. This condition is caused by several factors including internal factors and external factors, so an appropriate marketing strategy is needed to increase the number of patient visits. This research method is descriptive qualitative using SWOT analysis. Based on the results of this research, it shows that the clinic's marketing strategy is in quadrant III, namely by taking advantage of existing opportunities and developing internally. Marketing strategies include product strategy using system of products strategies, price strategy using economic strategies, place strategy with affordable access, promotion strategy using viral marketing strategies, physical evidence strategy using smart hospitals, people strategy by providing training, and process strategies using process focus strategy.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini berjudul Memupuk Sikap Mental Wirausaha Melalui Pelatihan Soft Skill Bagi Para Pelaku UMKM Di Desa Lengkong Kabupaten Bandung. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk mensosialisasikan tentang soft skill yang merupakan salah satu kemampuan dasar yang diperlukan untuk menjalankan usaha. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan adalah metode ceramah, diskusi, dan tanya jawab. Hasil dari kegiatan abdimas ini adalah para pelaku UMKM di Desa Lengkong mendapat pengetahuan tentang soft skill yang dapat digunakan untuk memupuk sikap mental wirausaha. Simpulannya, melalui pelatihan ini para pelaku UMKM mengetahui tentang soft skill apa saja yang dibutuhkan oleh pelaku UMKM, yang mencakup etika bisnis, budaya kerja, sikap positif, kreatifitas dan integritas.

Abstract

Indonesia adalah satu negara yang berpenduduk besar sehingga jumlah pangan yang dibutuhkan juga besar. Usaha pemenuhan pangan menjadi persoalan penting bagi Bangsa Indonesia. Tingkat pertumbuhan penduduk harus disikapi secara serius untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pangan bangsa Indonesia sehingga ketahanan pangan dapat terwujud. Potensi pembangunan peternakan memiliki prospek yang baik dimasa depan karena permintaan produk yang berasal dari ternak akan terus meningkat serta sektor peternakan juga memiliki peranan penting dalam perekonomian di Indonesia, salah satu produk peternakan yang memiliki peran penting adalah telur. Telur merupakan sumber protein dan lemak hewani yang murah dan mudah didapatkan. Metode dalam menganalisis masalah dalam hal ini yaitu dengan melakukan survey tempat dan wawancara dengan pemilik usaha Ayam Petelur tepatnya berada di Kp. Cilitung Jelekong. Hasil yang diperoleh berdasarkan wawancara, bahwa dalam perternakan memiliki Kendala terutama pakan. Karna hampir 50% beban yang paling berat yaitu beban pakan, karna pakan yang diperoleh tergantung dari Import. Berdasarkan kendala tersebut, ada beberapa cara yang telah diperoleh kelompok dari berbagai jurnal penelitian yang dapat dilakukan untuk tetap memenuhi kebutuhan pangan dengan cara lain yaitu dapat memberikan pakan Ayam berupa tepung dan daun kelor memberikan efek terbaik terhadap penampilan produksi dan dan kualitas telur ayam petelur. Pisang kapok juga dapat dijadikan sebagai pakan Ayam Petelur sebagai pengganti tepung jagung. Dan cara lain juga dengan menambahkan Herbafit dalam pakan Ayam. Berdasarkan uraian diatas, diharapkan dapat membantu para pelaku Usaha Ayam Petelur dalam mengatasi kendala yang dihadapi sehingga dapat mengembangkan usaha dan tetap mempertahankan kualitas dari Ayam Petelur.
