Abstract

Handwritten is a unique characteristic because each people has different handwriting. Handwritten can be an object to recognition of someone. In research on handwritten Korean alphabet recognition using the Convolutional Neural Network method with VGG-16 architecture. Data is scanned from 24 Korean handwritten alphabets with 14 kinds of consonants and 10 kinds of vocals on paper with black ink. Data there are two scenarios namely research using original data without binarization and data with binarization which for both scenarios are previously data has been resized. This research uses k-fold cross-validation with a value for k=5 and a confusion matrix. The result showed that both of scenarios are can be recognized with 99,52% accuracy, 95,56% precision, 94,11% recall for first scenario and 99,42% accuracy, 95,94% precision, 93,11% recall for second scenario.

Abstract

Current technological developments in the field of transportation is very rapid, especially on online transportation. The purpose of this research is to know how far the benefits of go-jek service in Palembang City for the users by knowing the magnitude of the effect of knowing the influence of Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease Of Use to the utilization of Go-Jek user service in Palembang city towards the utilization of Go-Jek user service in Palembang city. The research data was collected through observation, questionnaire and interview. By using TAM method (Technology Acceptance Model). The population in this study was 133 respondents, consisting of 46% male respondents and 87% women. The results of the data obtained are then processed using 5 items likert scale statements .., work expectations, high user intentions, multiple regression test results show a very strong relationship between the expectations of vidalable performance, work expectations, each has a positive and significant results (p-value 0.00) of behavioral intentions in using the service of the Project.

Abstract

PT. Singa Perkasa Abadi is a company engaged in the production and sale of iron materials, such as nails, long iron, light steel and barbed wire. Currently, the process of recording the expenditure and entry of goods still uses paper notes, which have the potential to cause errors in recording and calculating stock of goods, and delays in managing stock of goods, and when shipping goods only relying on delivery letters which can cause errors during shipping of goods. This study aims to develop a website-based digitalization solution for stock management in order to reduce errors and loss of recording, increase efficiency and accuracy of recording. By implementing the Iterative development method and using the Laravel and Bootstrap frameworks. The implementation of this system can increase the company's productivity in managing stock of goods more quickly, accurately, and in an organized manner.

Abstract

The high rate of accidents experienced by car drivers or other vehicle operators is often caused by drowsy eyes. Therefore, this research was conducted to design a UI/UX for a driver eye detection system using the Design Thinking method, which consists of five stages: empathy, definition, ideation, prototype, and testing. These stages ensure that the application can be optimally used by users. This application is also expected to help users reduce the risk of accidents caused by drowsiness on the road.

Abstract

The development of technology and information requires students to be able to master the necessary skills. This training aims to improve students' digital literacy in facing rapid technological developments. Website creation is one of the skills from utilizing information and communication technology products. Wix was chosen as a website creation platform because it is drag-and-drop based, user-friendly, and does not require coding skills. This training introduces the basic concepts of website creation, utilization of Wix features, and practice in building a simple online store website. The methods used in this training include training methods and science and technology simulation methods, which combine theory and practice directly. This activity was attended by students and received a positive response. The results of the training showed an increase in students' abilities in utilizing information technology, both for academic and personal purposes. In addition, this training also encourages students' creativity and innovation in self-development in the digital era. Because of that, website development skills should be taught from an early age across various groups in order to prepare students to compete and thrive in the digital era.

Abstract

This training activity aims to improve the understanding of students of SMP Xaverius Maria Palembang regarding the use of artificial intelligence (AI) tools to create digital content, such as graphic design, video, and music. The hands-on practice-based training method is used to provide students with real experience in using AI applications, such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Designer, Luma AI, and Udio AI. The results of the training show that students not only understand the basic concepts of AI, but are also able to produce more innovative and creative content. Evaluation through interactive quizzes shows an increase in student understanding, although there are some challenges in understanding certain technical terms. This training has succeeded in encouraging students to become active and ethical digital creators, supporting their digital literacy to face the era of increasingly developing technology.

Abstract

Beragamnya jenis bunga di alam dengan kemiripan visual yang tinggi sering menyulitkan proses identifikasi, terutama bagi masyarakat awam maupun pelaku budidaya. Proses pengenalan manual cenderung memakan waktu dan tidak akurat. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini mengusulkan pendekatan berbasis pengolahan citra digital dengan menggunakan algoritma K-Nearest Neighbor (K-NN) untuk mengklasifikasikan jenis bunga. Ekstraksi fitur dilakukan dengan metode HSV untuk warna dan GLCM untuk tekstur, sehingga citra bunga dapat direpresentasikan secara lebih menyeluruh. Dataset yang digunakan diperoleh dari situs Kaggle, terdiri dari tujuh kelas bunga dengan rasio pembagian data latih dan uji sebesar 60:40. Pengujian dilakukan pada nilai K=3, K=5, dan K=7, dengan akurasi tertinggi sebesar 67,86% untuk K=3 dan K=5. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi fitur HSV dan GLCM mampu mendukung proses klasifikasi dengan hasil yang cukup baik, meskipun akurasinya masih dapat ditingkatkan dengan jumlah data lebih besar dan pengembangan metode. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi dasar bagi pengembangan sistem klasifikasi objek serupa di bidang botani maupun pengenalan visual berbasis citra lainnya.

Abstract

Phising merupakan salah satu bentuk kejahatan siber yang semakin berkembang, di mana pelaku memanfaatkan situs web palsu untuk mencuri informasi sensitif dari pengguna. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun model deteksi website phising berbasis machine learning menggunakan algoritma Random Forest, dengan pendekatan seleksi fitur berbasis embedded method melalui Mean Decrease Impurity (MDI) yang dihitung dari data out-of-bag (OOB), serta optimasi hyperparameter menggunakan GridSearchCV. Dataset yang digunakan berasal dari Kaggle dengan nama Web Page Phishing Detection yang terdiri atas 87 fitur. Seleksi fitur dilakukan berdasarkan nilai feature importance dengan menerapkan nilai threshold optimal, menghasilkan 62 fitur terpilih. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa model mencapai akurasi sebesar 96,28% dan skor ROC-AUC sebesar 0,9934 setelah proses optimasi. Evaluasi lebih lanjut menunjukkan bahwa model mampu mengidentifikasi website phising secara akurat dan efisien, serta menunjukkan kestabilan yang baik berdasarkan validasi silang dengan akurasi 96,77%. Temuan ini membuktikan bahwa metode MDI-OOB efektif dalam menyaring fitur relevan tanpa menimbulkan bias, dan mampu meningkatkan performa klasifikasi dalam mendeteksi website phising.

Abstract

Kurangnya pemahaman tentang desain antarmuka pengguna (UI) dan pengalaman pengguna (UX) di kalangan remaja menjadi isu penting di era digital. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini difokuskan pada edukasi dasar mengenai UI/UX kepada siswa Sekolah Minggu Dharmakirti sebagai bentuk kontribusi terhadap peningkatan literasi digital sejak dini. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah mengenalkan konsep dasar UI/UX serta memberikan keterampilan praktis dalam merancang antarmuka aplikasi menggunakan Figma. Metode pelaksanaan terdiri dari lima tahap, yaitu perencanaan, identifikasi masalah, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, dan pelaporan. Materi disampaikan melalui penyuluhan interaktif, demonstrasi, dan praktik langsung yang disesuaikan dengan karakteristik peserta usia remaja. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman peserta terhadap konsep UI/UX, disertai dengan antusiasme tinggi dalam mengikuti sesi praktik. Kegiatan ini juga mendorong kreativitas, kolaborasi, dan pola pikir inovatif peserta sebagai bekal menghadapi tantangan abad ke-21. Keberhasilan program menunjukkan bahwa edukasi berbasis teknologi dapat dilakukan secara menyenangkan dan berdampak positif pada pembentukan karakter dan keterampilan digital siswa.

Abstract

Rapid technological developments have changed the way we access information. In the past, search engines such as Google.com required users to select the right keywords and filter the results obtained. However, with the presence of artificial intelligence such as ChatGPT and Suno AI, interactions with technology have changed significantly. Users can now communicate naturally with AI, although understanding how it works and its limitations remains important. The purpose of this activity is to provide students of SMA Xaverius 3 Palembang with an understanding of the concept of AI and prompting techniques in Generative AI, so that they are able to use it wisely to support learning and creative exploration. This activity includes providing materials, AI demos, and evaluations with Quiziz. The results of the activity show that students not only understand the basic theory of AI, but are also able to apply prompting to various AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Designer, and Suno AI.
