Abstract

The rapid population growth in Indonesia has also increased the need for housing, according to data from the Ministry of Home Affairs through the Directorate General of Population and Civil Registry (Dukcapil) as of June 30, 2020, 268,583,016 people. The Ministry of PUPR said that housing needs in Indonesia are still high, to fulfill them not only from the state budget, but must work together with banks, developers, and local governments. Structural analysis carried out on a one-story compartment type residential building located in one Sentul Indah Residence (SIR) housing block in the Bogor Regency area is very important to ensure that building users are in a safe condition. The research was conducted by testing the concrete quality (fc) of existing columns, beams, and obtained concrete quality values sequentially of 30 MPa, 25 MPa, then modeling the existing structure using the ETABS application and obtained the results that the loads acting on the building and the combination of loads based on SNI were declared safe against the influence of external forces on the building by not finding structural elements that experienced over strenght (O/S). The results of the structural analysis plan based on SNI obtained the dimensions of a residential building with a size of 30 meters x 60 meters, reinforced concrete structure. The concrete material used is concrete with a quality (fc) of 30 Mpa. Column dimensions 20x20 cm with 2D12 main reinforcement and shear reinforcement and shear reinforcement diameter 10-70, beam dimensions 15x20 cm with 2D12 main reinforcement and shear reinforcement diameter 10-100.

Abstract

Mosques serve as a place of worship and foster Muslims who live around the mosque, so the function of this can give a positive impact for Muslims' life. Mosques also function as a place for developing people's activities from the time of Prophet Muhammad to the present. It certainly plays important roles so the condition of the mosque, especially the interior, needs to have comfort element in order to get more solemnity when carrying out those activities. Mosque Al-Hidayah is located in Kampung Belentuk RT 001 RW 001, Kelurahan Cimahpar, Kecamatan Bogor Utara, Kota Bogor. This Belentuk village area has a land area of 23 hectares with a Muslim population of 1571 and 807 of them are men. This village has three mosques which Masjid Al-Hidayah is one of them. At this time, mosque Al-Hidayah has land area of 339 m2 with a building area of 128,9 m2 so that the room capacity can only accommodate 106 people. The number of men of Kampun Belantuk are divided into those three mosques of the village, even so, Mosque Al-Hidayah is not able to accommodate the number of people especially on Friday prayer because the number of worshipers is more than the current capacity of the mosque. The result of the analysis shows the need for prayer space is 330 m2 to accommodate 270 worshipers in prayer activities, especially Friday prayers, then the result of the analysis of the existing concrete structure were carried out by means of a concrete bounce test using the Hammer test, it is known that the average value of the concrete quality in the column is fc'=13.34 MPa, the block is equal to fc'=14.41 MPa. It indicates that the quality of the existing concrete of the Al-Hidayah Mosque does not meet the requirements of SNI 2847-2019 Article 19.2 concerning the minimum allowable normal concrete quality, then the design is carried out according to space requirements and a structural analysis is carried out on the planned design. The planned design is based on the existing space and land requirements which are 15 m x 14 m with a height of 3.5 m per floor and structural analysis is declared safe.

Abstract

Waste is one of the factors of environmental damage, especially in campus areas that have a lot of waste generation. Waste is also one of the factors of environmental damage in campus areas because of lecture activities that trigger a lot of waste generation. Green Metric Universitas Indonesia is a green campus program to provide information regarding the conditions and policies of each university in the world in an effort to stop global climate change through one of the waste processing methods. The purpose of the study is to create the Ibn Khaldun University Bogor Campus as a green campus in Bogor City with supporting factors in the provision of a Temporary Shelter (TPS) for Ibn Khaldun University Bogor based on SNI 19-3964-1994, SNI 2847-2019 and SNI 1727-2020. The method used is collecting primary data on land measurements, collecting waste generation data, data on the number of academics at Ibn Khaldun University Bogor and the results of interviews with the Bogor City Environmental Service to then conduct a structural analysis of the planned building using the ETABS V21.0.0 and SPColumn applications based on SNI 2847-2019 (Structural Concrete Requirements for Buildings). The results of the structural analysis of the planned dimensions of the Temporary Shelter (TPS) of Ibn Khaldun University Bogor are planned with a size of 17.5 meters x 6 meters using reinforced concrete material and with a roof covering structure using a concrete roof structure. The specifications of the TPS UIKA Bogor structural material use a concrete quality of 24.9 MPa, a yield strength of 400 MPa (threaded) and 300 MPa (plain) steel reinforcement. The column dimensions are K30x30 cm (bearing area with main reinforcement 4D14, shear reinforcement ø10-150 mm). The dimensions of the main beam are B20x40 cm (bearing area with 2D14 reinforcement, ø10-50 mm shear reinforcement and bearing area with 2D14 reinforcement, ø10-100 mm shear reinforcement). The dimensions of the child beam are B15x25 cm (bearing area with 2D14 reinforcement, ø10-200 mm shear reinforcement). The thickness of the concrete roof slab is 12 cm (two-layer and two-way reinforcement with ø12-100 mm. The output results of the structural analysis of the planned building are purple on the columns with a strength ratio of 0.90 to 0.95 and green on the beams with a ratio of 0.50 to 0.70 which indicates that the structure is safe enough for the working load. The planned budget for the TPS UIKA Bogor building is Rp 262,459,889.

Abstract

Soft soils in the Rorotan area of North Jakarta frequently encounter significant stability and settlement issues, which can affect the structures situated on them. This study focuses on applying the Prefabricated Vertical Drain (PVD) method to expedite the soil consolidation process, aiming to enhance soil strength and reduce the potential for settlement. The analysis uses boring log data and laboratory test results from the RDF construction project as secondary data and includes calculations of settlement magnitude and consolidation duration. The study results indicate that PVD installation considerably speeds up soil consolidation and improves soil bearing capacity compared to conventional soil improvement techniques. Using Prefabricated Vertical Drains (PVD) of 100 mm x 30 mm and a depth of 12 meters, the consolidation process can be shortened to just a few months. For PVD spacing of 1.5 meters, the consolidation time can be reduced to 6 months. With 1.8 meters spacing, it becomes 12 months; 2 meters spacing requires 15 months; 2.5 meters spacing takes 27 months; and 3 meters spacing needs 39 months. The study highlights a reduction in consolidation time from 277.58 months with a settlement of 0.835 meters to a few months, depending on the spacing used, reflecting a 97.8% reduction in time.

Abstract

Perhitungan jumlah dan luasan tulangan balok beton bertulang dapat dilakukan secara ACI dan dengan menggunakan program STAAD2004. Perancangan jumlah dan luasan tulangan balok beton bertulang menggunakan program STAAD2004 lebih mudah dan praktis dibandingkan dengan cara ACI. Diameter tulangan dan jumlah tulangan balok secara otomatis di proses dalam program STAAD2004, sedangkan secara ACI ditentukan terlebih dahulu dimensi tulangannya. Perancangan untuk beton bertulang dengan menggunakan program STAAD2004 tidak ekonomis. Dari Hasil analisis, selisih rata-rata prosentase luasan tulangan total balok secara ACI, dan dengan menggunakan program STAAD2004 adalah untuk tulangan tarik antara 0,00 % sampai dengan 28,33% dan untuk tulangan tekan antara 27,14 % sampai dengan 38,00 %.

Abstract

Penambahan Super Multidex 568 dan Bestmittel pada campuran beton untuk meningkatkan nilai kuat tekan beton dan pengembangan kuat tekan awal beton. Benda uji bervariasi dengan bahan tambah yang berbeda berdasarkan komposisi. Komposisi campuran bahan tambah yang diteliti adalah 50 cc, 75 cc, dan 100 cc per 50 kg semen. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan, bahwa tambahan bahan Super Multidex 568 pada campuran beton mampu meningkatkan nilai slump sebesar 114% dari nilai slump, tambahan bahan Super Multidex 568 dan Bestmittel mampu meningkatkan nilai kuat tekan rata-rata beton sebesar 22%.

Abstract

Kajian tentang penyusunan arus kas ini, ada tiga alternatif yaitu arus kas pelaksanaan dilapangan (dengan alternatif penerimaan dari uang muka 20 %), kedua adalah alternatif arus kas tanpa modal kerja (Dengan Kesepakatan Penundaan Pembayaran Material Kepada Suplier), ketiga adalah alternatif arus kas dengan modal kerja (Dengan Kesepakatan Penundaan Pembayaran Material Kepada Suplier), Berdasarkan ke tiga alternatif tersebut, diperoleh hasil alternatif terbaik yaitu arus kas dengan modal kerja (Dengan Kesepakatan PenundaanPembayaran Material Kepada Suplier). Dengan memasukan modal kerja, yaitu pada minggu ke-3 sebesar Rp. 5.500.000,00 dan pada minggu ke-8 sebesar Rp. 3.000.000,00 sehingga total modal kerja menjadi sebesar Rp.8.500.000,00. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, diperoleh hasil imbangan positif pada kas minggu ke-3 sebesar Rp. 59.374.,64 dan pada minggu ke-8 sebesar Rp.961.518,32. Dengan demikian arus kas ini dianggap sebagai alternatif terbaik, karena tidak terjadi defisit terhadap kas proyek. Dengan keuntungan sebesar Rp. 59.009.354,77 dikurangi Rp. 8.500.000,00 = Rp. 50.509.354,77.Kurva S pada minggu ke-1 sampai minggu ke-3 tidak megalami kemajuan yang cukup signifikan, kemajuan pekerjaan <1% atau dengan kata lain berjalan sesuai dengan target/rencana, sedangkan pada minggu ke-4 sampai minggu ke-9 mengalami kemajuan pekerjaan yang cukup signifikan hal ini dikarenakan mayoritas dari pekerjaan adalah pekerjaan betonisasai yang menggunakan campuran beton jadi (Readymix). Hal ini juga didukung oleh lancarnya pemasukanbahan material, sehingga mempercepat pencairan termin.

Abstract

ANALISIS TENTANG PENAMBAHAN SERAT TERHADAP KUAT TEKAN BETON. Beton umur 14 hari campuran normal kuat tekan 202,00 kg/cm2, kuat tekan beton dengan penambahan serat sebesar 0,5% adalah 276,45 kg/cm2 dan penambahan serat kawat bendrat 2% adalah 336,14 kg/cm2 terjadi kenaikan 66,41%. Beton umur 28 hari campuran normal kuat tekan 240,00 kg/cm2, kuat tekan beton penambahan serat kawat bendrat sebesar 0,5% adalah 319,00 kg/cm2, naik 33% dari semula dan penambahan serat kawat bendrat 2% adalah 382,30 kg/cm2 terjadi kenaikan 59,29%. Penambahan serat kawat bendrat 2% terjadi kenaikan secara dramatis mampu menaikkan kuat tekan beton baik pada umur umur 14 hari maupun 28 hari.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan membandingkan tegangan aktual dan tegangan ekuivalen padaperhitungan besaran kapasitas balok dengan program MATLAB. Dan dari hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai persentase perbandingan yang cukup kecil antara 0,65 % sampai dengan 1,27 % untuk mutu baja 240 MPa sedangkan mutu baja 400 MPa sebesar 1,03% sampai dengan 2,16 %. Sehingga tegangan ekuivalen layak digunakan sebagai pendekatan tegangan aktual karena hasil persentasekapasitas balok yang didapat tidak terlalu jauh.

Abstract

Struktur jembatan terdiri atas bangunan bawah dan atas. Bangunan bawah jembatan sangat tergantung pada keadaan tanah, sehingga dibutuhkan data penyelidikan tanah yang membutuhkan waktu cukup lama dan biaya cukup besar. Mengingat alasan tersebut, titik berat pada perancangan struktur atas jembatan banyak menggunakan sistem struktur beton prategang. Selain alasan bentang jembatan yang cendrung panjang (30-90 m), pemanfaatan beton prategang pada konstruksi jembatan juga didasari pada keinginan untuk mengendalikan retak yang dapat terjadi. Struktur jembatan yang dihasilkan mempunyai ketahanan yang tinggi terhadap lingkungan.Plat lantai kendaraan pada daerah tumpuan menggunakan tulangan pokok D 16-200 dan tulangan bagi D 13-700, sedangkan di daerah lapangan menggunakan tulangan pokok D 16-200 dan tulangan bagi D 13-700. Plat lantai trotoar menggunakan tulangan pokok D 16-100 dan tulangan bagi D 3-400;Plat injak arah melintang menggunakan tulangan D 13-100 dan Plat injak arah memanjang menggunakan tulangan D16-100. Hasil dimensi dan jarak tulangan dipengaruhi oleh besar kecilnya luas tulangan yang diperlukan dan luas tampang tulangan. Semakin besar tulangan yang diperlukan dan semakin kecil luas tampang tulangan, maka akan semakin panjang jarak tulangan yang diperoleh, dan sebaliknya.
