Abstract

The advancement of modern civil engineering, software designed to facilitate and expedite the structural analysis calculation process, especially for seismic analysis, is also becoming increasingly sophisticated. The presence of this software greatly facilitates civil engineers in conducting analyses. Conducting seismic analysis for tall buildings using hand calculations not only consumes a significant amount of time and effort but also increases the risk of calculation errors due to human error. Training and Socialization on the Use of Building Structure Calculation Applications (SAP2000) were conducted offline in the Computer Laboratory Room of the MRK Civil Engineering Department, Faculty of Engineering, Syiah Kuala University. In general, the training and socialization materials on the use of building structure calculation applications, included an Introduction to Application Features, Modeling Steps, Continuous Beam Modeling Tutorial, 2D Frame Modeling Tutorial, and 3D Frame Modeling Tutorial. Based on the monitoring during the training, the participants showed great enthusiasm. They highly appreciated this activity as it provided them with the opportunity to learn about building structure calculations, and there were requests for further training sessions. After the completion of the activity, the participants were asked to fill out a questionnaire regarding the effects of using the application. One of the questions asked was about the participants' understanding after the training, where 100% of the participants reported an improvement in understanding due to the training activities.

Abstract

Abstrak Korosi pada struktur beton betulang dapat mengurangi kinerja struktur dan umur layannya karena volume tulangan yang berkurang. Besarnya jumlah korosi yang dipengaruhi oleh laju korosi dapat digambarkan melalui besarnya densitas arus yang terjadi. Jumlah korosi yang terjadi mempengaruhi perilaku retak pada beton bertulang, oleh karen itu, pada studi ini dilakukan uji eksperimental untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh densitas arus terhadap perilaku retak permukaan beton dari struktur beton bertulang yang mengalami korosi tulangan. Pengujian dilakukan dengan mengaplikasikan variasi densitas arus yaitu 900 µA/cm2, 500 µA/cm2, 200 µA/cm2 and 100 µA/cm2 pada pengujian korosi secara elektrik menggunakan larutan NaCl sebagai elektrolit untuk menghasilkan ion Cl-. Benda uji yang digunakan adalah balok dengan luas penampang 150x150 mm2 dan panjang benda uji 300 mm. Tulangan baja diameter 19 mm digunakan pada tengah penampang. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa perilaku retak dari beton bertulang yang mengalami korosi pada tulangannya memiliki kurva yang bilinear. Selain itu, hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa densitas arus yang rendah memiliki kecepatan retak permukaan beton yang lebih tinggi jika dibandingkan dengan benda uji dengan menggunakan densitas arus yang tinggi. Kata kunci: korosi, beton bertulang, produk korosi, retak, densitas arus Abstract Corrosion in reinforced concrete structure can reduce structure performance and its service life due to rebar mass loss. Corrosion amount influenced by corrosion rate can be figured out by using current density. Corrosion amount influences the crack behavior of reinforced concrete, therefore, in this study, experimental study was performed to evaluate the effect of current density to surface concrete cracking behavior of corroded reinforced concrete structure. Accelerated corrosion test tests were conducted with various current density. It was 900 µA/cm2, 500 µA/cm2, 200 µA/cm2 and 100 µA/cm2. NaCl solution was used as electrolyte to produce ion Cl-. The specimens were beam with cross section area 150x150 mm2 and 300 mm in length. Rebar with diameter 19 mm was applied in the center of specimen. The results showed that cracking behavior of corroded rebar has bilinear curve that shows the effect of corrosion products movement through cracks. Abstract

Continuity of midwifery care (CoMC) is a model of care in which a woman is supported by the same midwife, or a small team of midwives, throughout her pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period. This model has been shown to have several benefits for women and their babies, including reduced rates of intervention, increased satisfaction with care, and improved maternal and neonatal outcomes. This case report describes the experiences of a 21-year-old primiparous woman who received CoMC from a midwife in a community setting. The woman was highly satisfied with the care she received, reporting that she felt empowered and in control of her pregnancy and childbirth experience. She also felt that the midwife was a trusted source of support throughout her journey. In conclusion, this case report provides further evidence of the benefits of CoMC for women and their babies, particularly for young mothers who may require additional support and guidance. It highlights the importance of providing woman-centered care that is responsive to the individual needs of each woman.

Abstract

Health insurance is a fundamental right guaranteed by the Indonesian government. However, coverage among female workers aged 25–29 remains low with significant disparities across regions. This cross-sectional study aims to analyze access to health insurance among female workers aged 25–29 in Indonesia and identify factors contributing to these gaps. The study used secondary data from the 2017 Indonesian Demographic and Health Survey (SDKI), involving 8,394 women who met the inclusion criteria, focusing on health insurance ownership status. Descriptive analysis was conducted to assess the distribution of coverage proportions across regions, with bias control performed through data selection and multi-layered validation of the 2017 IDHS data. The main variables included health insurance ownership and respondents' age. Among all respondents, only 30.50% had health insurance, while 69.50% lacked coverage. Higher coverage rates were observed in Aceh, West Java, and West Sulawesi. This study highlights the urgent need for more equitable health insurance distribution particularly in areas with limited access to healthcare coverage. Strengthening healthcare infrastructure, reinforcing health insurance policies, increasing public awareness, and optimizing the National Health Insurance Program (JKN) are essential steps to achieving comprehensive coverage.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how the geopolitical dynamics of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan influenced its support for Palestine in the context of the Israeli–Palestinian conflict. Using a geopolitical approach, this study examines Jordanian–Palestinian relations before and after the normalization of Jordanian-Israeli relations in 1994, as well as Jordan's response to changes in the regional political landscape, including post-Abraham Accords. This study uses a qualitative method based on literature analysis to examine the political, economic, and strategic factors that shape Jordan's foreign policy. The results show that Jordan's strategic geographical position, limited resources, and historical role as the custodian of Jerusalem's holy sites greatly influenced the direction of its policy. Although Jordan has established pragmatic cooperation with Israel for stability and economic interests, the country maintains diplomatic support for the Palestinians, especially regarding the issue of Jerusalem and the rights of the Palestinian people. The study concludes that regional geopolitics significantly shape and limit Jordan's foreign policy space.

Abstract

UMKM merupakan salah satu penopang utama perekonomian Indonesia, namun masih banyak yang menghadapi keterbatasan dalam memanfaatkan pemasaran digital secara optimal. Permasalahan ini juga dialami oleh UMKM Tahu Akbar di Desa Cimandala, Kecamatan Sukaraja, Kabupaten Bogor, yang hingga kini masih mengandalkan akun pribadi pemilik untuk promosi serta belum memiliki website resmi.  Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan mendukung penerapan digitalisasi pemasaran agar UMKM mampu meningkatkan citra profesional, memperluas jangkauan pasar, dan memperkuat daya saing. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi wawancara dan pemetaan kebutuhan, pembuatan akun bisnis Instagram dan TikTok, pelatihan pengelolaan konten, strategi branding, serta pemanfaatan fitur insight, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan pengembangan website resmi yang memuat profil usaha, katalog produk, harga, kontak, dan informasi pendukung lain. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan keterampilan pelaku usaha dalam mengelola media digital secara mandiri, peningkatan jumlah pengikut sebesar ±50 di Instagram dan ±500 di TikTok, serta peningkatan interaksi konsumen yang lebih aktif terhadap konten yang dipublikasikan. Website resmi juga telah berfungsi sebagai kanal informasi produk yang lebih kredibel dan terstruktur. Dengan demikian, digitalisasi pemasaran terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan eksistensi dan profesionalitas UMKM, meskipun masih terdapat kendala berupa keterbatasan perangkat, jaringan internet, dan durasi pelatihan yang singkat.
