Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bukti secara empiris tentang pengaruh profiabilitas, Dividend,Intellectual capitall terhadap Capital Structure. Datayang digunakan dalam penelitian berdasarkan pada perusahaan yang terdaftar dalam Jakarta Islamic Index pada periode 2019-2022. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan mengunakan metode purposive sampling yang kemudian diperoleh 18 sampel perusahaan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) Hasil pada penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa profitabilitas berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap capital structure. Dividend berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap capital structure. Intelectual Capital tidak berpengaruh terhadap capital structure. Sedangkan intellectual capital sebagai variabel intervening gagal mempengaruhi profitabilitas dan dividend terhadap capital structure.

Abstract

One third of women who have hypertension in pregnancy will continue to have high blood pressure during the postpartum period. Potential adjuvant pharmacological therapy is needed, one of them is purple yam extract which contains flavonoids and dioscorin. This type of research is a quasi experiment. The research respondents consisted of 16 people treated with purple yam extract 320 mg/day and nifedipine 10 mg/day and 16 people were given nifedipin 10 mg/day for 14 days. The results of the study were the systolic of the intervention group decreased by 28.12 mmHg and the control group decreased by 8.94 mmHg with a p-value of 0,000. The diastolic of the intervention group decreased by 18.43 mmHg and the control group decreased by 3.75 mmHg with a p-value of 0,000. The conclusion of this study is purple yam extract has the potential as an alternative therapy to reduce blood pressure in postpartum hypertension.

Abstract

Posyandu cadres play a strategic role in supporting the transformation of primary health services. However, variations in their abilities in measurement, early detection, health education, and record-keeping remain a challenge. This community engagement program aimed to improve cadre skills through a refresher training based on the five core competencies outlined in the 2024 Ministry of Health Posyandu Cadre Skills Guidelines, while also assessing their competencies. The program was conducted from August to November 2025 in the working area of Puskesmas, Brebes District, involving 91 active cadres from 15 posyandu. A competency-based community empowerment approach was applied using hands-on practice, simulations, and field exercises supervised by health professionals. Skill assessments used structured observation checklists across the five core competency areas. Most cadres were at skill levels equivalent to Purwa to Madya, indicating readiness for formal certification. This competency-based training effectively strengthened cadres’ promotive and preventive skills and is recommended as a tiered training model at the puskesmas level to support primary care transformation indicators and accelerate stunting reduction.

Abstract

Dental and oral health problems are often experienced by children with special needs. Limitations in physical and mental development can affect the process of maintaining dental and oral health. Children with special needs in the disabled group have disorders where their body parts are not perfect because they experience disabilities caused by damage to the bones, muscles, and joints so that they do not function normally. The shortcomings of children with physical impairments require parental assistance in maintaining dental and oral health. Providing counseling and giving pocketbooks to parents is an alternative to strengthening the maintenance of dental and oral health for children with physical impairments. This community service activity was carried out at SLB Jepara on a sample of children with physical impairments. The method used in this activity is the Health system approach, namely: Input – Process – Output. The results of the service carried out showed a decrease in the debris index value in children. The good debris index category after implementation was obtained by all respondents. The dental and oral hygiene pocketbook for parents of physically disabled children is used as a tool to increase parents' knowledge about dental and oral health and hygiene.
