Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between anthropometry and biomotor on the performance of young soccer athletes. The sample is football academy athletes from Central Java. The sample is 221 Football Academy Athletes. This research uses total sampling. The selected sample is the 12-year-old group. Researchers directly collected data on the subject. All samples have filled the willingness to be studied. In anthropometry, researchers collected data on height, weight, head circumference, arm circumference, abdominal circumference, thigh circumference, chest circumference, arm length, and leg length. Biomotor components were measured using flexibility, leg strength, agility, coordination, and a 12-minute and 20-meter run. Performance was measured by observation from the researcher. Researchers see the appearance of players in a match The data obtained is processed using descriptive statistics, which include: minimum, maximum, mean, and std. Deviation. Researchers processed the data using normality, homogeneity, and correlation tests—statistical tests using SPSS version 22. There is an anthropometric and bio-motor relationship to the performance of young soccer athletes. There are positively correlated in all positions (Forwards, Backs, Goalkeepers, Centers). The researcher suggested that other groups accomplish further research with a broader range of subjects. Efforts to advance the football sector are expected to continue to be pursued to promote sports development.

The research problem is that the dribbling ability of Salfas Soccer soccer school athletes is still not good so it is still difficult to get past opponents. The aim of this research was to analyze the extent of training methods and agility on the ability to dribble the ball in Salfas Soccer soccer school athletes. This research uses an experimental method with a 2x2 factorial design. The population in this study were 60 athletes from the Salfas Soccer soccer school. The sample for this research was 48 athletes taken using a purposive sampling technique by setting certain criteria (agility). The instruments in this research used the Illinois Agility Test and a ball dribbling ability test. Data analysis in this study used the ANOVA (two-way) test. The results of this study show that 1) There is a significant difference in the influence of the ball feeling circuit training method with fixed ball feeling. 0.002 < 0.05. 2) There is a significant difference in the influence of high agility and low agility on ball dribbling ability 0.000 < 0.05. 3) There is an interaction between high agility trained using the ball feeling circuit training method and ball dribbling ability with results of 0.000 < 0.05. 4) There is an interaction between high agility trained using the fixed ball feeling training method and ball dribbling ability with results of 0.004 < 0.05. 5) There is an interaction between low agility trained using the ball feeling circuit training method and ball dribbling ability with results of 0.002 < 0.05. 6) There is an interaction between low agility trained using the fixed ball feeling training method and ball dribbling ability with results of 0.00 < 0.05. In conclusion, the circuit model ball feeling training method and fixed ball feeling model and high, low agility have a big influence on the ability to dribble the ball.

Abstract

Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL) is one of the unique approaches adopted by the independent curriculum and has been widely applied in various countries, including Indonesia. This study aimed to determine the implementation of the TaRL approach in physical education, especially in teaching specific soccer skills in soccer games. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive design, and the sample included 50 junior high school physical education teachers and 50 seventh-grade students. Data collection techniques included distributing questionnaires, conducting observations, and interviewing participants. The study concluded that, based on observations of PE lessons,76% of teachers had implemented the TaRL approach, and 72,80% of teachers responded positively to its application in achieving phase D learning objectives. Additionally, 88% of students responded positively to using TaRL in learning specific soccer skills. Interviews with several teachers and students supported these findings. The interviews revealed that TaRL enabled teachers to divide and organize class groups more effectively based on the needs and abilities of each student. Several students, particularly female students, reported feeling more comfortable and enjoying the process of learning specific skills and practices through the TaRL approach.

Abstract

Examining the strategies for the advancement of sports development in Papua following the XX National Sports Week (PON) based on the perspective of DISORDA Papua is crucial as sports development must be carried out in a methodical, measurable, and continuous manner. This study aims to assess the policies of sports development programs in Papua post the XX PON. It utilizes qualitative methods involving interviews, observations, and documentation for data collection. The policy analysis methodology employed includes problem formulation, forecasting, recommendations, monitoring, and evaluation. The study involved 5 participants from the Indonesian National Sports Committee (KONI) Papua. The research findings indicate that the sports development program policy in Papua following PON XX demonstrates that the province's sports development program has not been effectively integrated. In general, the policy in Papua Governor Regulation Number 29 of 2020 concerning the Description of Duties and Functions of the Papua Province Sports and Youth Service reveals that the sports development program in Papua province is not yet well integrated.
