Abstract

Partnerships with companies or sponsorships cannot be separated in the implementation of sporting events; even sponsorship is a significant investment given by companies in the sports industry. However, every company has considerations before sponsoring a sporting event, one of the influencing factors is the attitude of the organizing committee to the company that is a potential sponsor. The purpose of this study is to demonstrate the importance of the committee's attitude toward the company's decision to sponsor a sporting event. By using quantitative descriptive research and survey methods, this study collected data from 33 companies that met the criteria of having sponsored a sporting event and were willing to participate in the study by completing a willingness sheet. The data is taken from a questionnaire filled out by the Company Owner or the company's Marketing Department by first answering questions about the duration of work in the company. Then, respondents responded to statements that came from four indicators, namely the relationship between the committee and the company, the company's interest in the committee, the committee provided a sense of comfort for the company in working together, and the company felt benefited from working together, with the answer strongly agree, agree, disagree, and strongly disagree. After that, the data was analyzed using excel and shown in graph on percentages to explain that the indicator of comfort in working together plays the highest role with a total of 42.42% strongly agree and 48.48% agree. Indirectly, this facet provides information to future sports organizers to assist them in obtaining funding for sports events through a win-win situation or mutualistic relationship.

Abstract

Returning to the face-to-face learning system for physical education, the researchers got several responses and responses from the stakeholders, one of which was the teacher. The purpose of this study was to determine the perceptions of physical education teachers in carrying out face-to-face learning activities in the post-pandemic. The method used is descriptive quantitative research. Data collection was carried out using a list of main questions that were used to guide this research, one of which was, "How do teachers respond to the return of the face-to-face system after the pandemic, which requires students to return to school to attend physical education directly?" The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study found one point that represents the response of teachers' perceptions about the advantages and disadvantages of learning activities from their point of view in conceptualizing the offline physical education learning approach by paying attention to identical prevention patterns in the post-pandemic period. The conclusions of this study indicate that teachers have a variety of views that contain elements of strengths and weaknesses in carrying out physical education learning activities with a face-to-face system after spending a long time during the pandemic using an online system. Next, the researcher's suggestion for further research is that a special study can be carried out on how to design a learning approach that is relevant to the post-pandemic conditions of physical education in elementary schools.

Abstract

This study examines the collective expression of fanaticism of Persipa Pati supporters through the "Diurus Cah-Cah" movement. Research problems include how forms of collective fanaticism are formed, the driving factors for the emergence of movements, and their impact on the sustainability of the club. This study aims to analyze forms of collective expression, identify causative factors, and assess their impact. The approach used was qualitative descriptive with a purposive sampling technique of 15 informants consisting of supporters, management, fans, and the community. Data was collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, and tested by triangulation. Data analysis was carried out through the stages of reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that collective fanaticism is formed through three main aspects, namely social solidarity, dynamics of collective consciousness, and social integrity and stability. Solidarity is seen through shared activities such as chant, choreography, and social activities. This movement is driven by a sense of belonging, disillusionment with management, and the collective identity of supporters. In addition, this movement has a positive impact by increasing supporter involvement, harmonious relationship with management, and contributing to team performance. It can be concluded that supporters' fanaticism is not only emotional, but also a constructive collective force in supporting the sustainability and development of football clubs.

Abstract

One of the basic techniques in badminton is serving, which is an important shooting at the beginning of a rally and maintains the pattern or while determining tempo and opportunities to control the game. The purpose of this study is to analyze the difference in effect between short serve and long serve on the effectiveness of rallies and point acquisition in 2025 Semarang Regency Championship. For the purpose of this study, a quantitative approach with a non-experimental observational comparative design was used. The research sample was 14 athletes in the Men's Beginner Singles (TPA-UTAMA) category, using a total sampling technique. Data were collected through systematic observation and video documentation of the matches. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, normality test, homogeneity test, and Paired Sample t-Test hypothesis test by using SPSS 26 software. The results: Short serve 51.63±20.60 Long serve 48.36±20.60 The average point and the average score of 53.06±8.49 were the same for both methods of acquiring points by rallying from attackers The normality test results revealed that all variables were normally distributed (p > 0.05) and the homogeneity test showed that there was heteroskedasticity between the variances (p 0.05). Such results suggest that both serve methods contribute relatively evenly to the success of rallies and point scoring. And at the regional training level, a match's success is based more on how solid the overall game is than what type of serve is being used. Real match data allow to evaluate these parameters and build a more complete training program.
