Abstract

Penelitian deskriptif ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui deskripsi aktivitas fisik dan pola hidup sehat para siswa SMA di kota Surabaya selama masa pandemi Covid-19. Sebanyak 30 siswa kelas XI di sebuah sekolah swasta menjadi subjek penelitian yang dipilih menggunakan teknik quota random sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara terstruktur melalui google meet. Sebanyak 14 pertanyaan diajukan kepada siswa saat wawancara. Fokus pertanyaan tersebut untuk mengeksplorasi kebiasaan aktivitas fisik dan pola hidup sehat para siswa. Analisis data dilakukan melalui empat langkah, yaitu: transkip wawancara, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan simpulan. Pertanyaan yang mengandung informasi kuantitatif selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan persentase. Hasil analisis informasi kuantitatif dapat dijelaskan bahwa mayoritas siswa (90%) sudah menerapkan pola hidup sehat dan aktif; semua siswa (100%) menyatakan bahwa pandemi Covid-19 tidak mengurangi efektivitas pelaksanaan pola hidup sehat dan aktif; hanya sebanyak 23% siswa yang melakukan aktivitas fisik sesuai rekomendasi WHO yaitu beraktivitas fisik lebih dari 1 jam sehari. Kombinasi hasil analisis kuantitatif dan kualitatif menunjukkan bahwa para siswa cenderung memiliki keaktifan yang berbeda sebelum dan saat pandemi (80%), mereka menyebutkan bahwa aktivitas fisik saat pandemi lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan sebelum pandemi. Selain itu, jenis aktivitas fisik yang dilakukan semakin variatif dan banyak.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the improvement of learning motivation and the result of passing down learning in volleyball game through applying cooperative learning method Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) in class V SD Raden Patah. The type of research used in this study is Classroom Action Research (CAR). Working procedures taken in this PTK is a cycle, which consists of four stages, namely the planning (planning), the stage of action (action), observation (observation) and reflection stage (reflection). The result of the research shows that in cycle 1 students’ learning motivation and learning result of passing under volleyball as many as 20 students (65%) have achieved minimum mastery criteria (KKM) and the remaining 11 students (35%) have not reached KKM. In Cycle II the students’ learning motivation and learning outcomes of passing under the volleyball were 27 students (87%) had achieved KKM scores and 4 students (13%) had not reached KKM scores. Based on the results of the study of passing out learning under volleyball by using STAD type cooperative learning model can increase the interest and motivation of learning to passing learning process under volleyball so as to achieve KKM value. Improvement of learning outcomes of students of grade V SD Raden Patah Surabaya can be seen from each aspect during cycle I and cycle II. Psychomotor value in cycle I reaching KKM as much as 65%, while in cycle II reach 87%. Results of cognitive assessment during the first cycle as much as 74% and increased in cycle II to 94%. Based on the above analysis, it can be concluded that through cooperative learning model type STAD can improve learning motivation and learning outcomes passing under volleyball on subjects PJOK in grade V students Semester II SD Raden Patah Surabaya Lesson Year 2017/2018.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to increase performance softball UKM students with exercise ascending method and exercise 40% loads method. There is thirty-three students selected accordance will be conducted pretest to determine division of a group ascending, exercise 40% loads method  or the control group. Push up for 60 second to measure arm muscle strength level. Will be given exercise on 6 weeks for each group and treatment 3 times of a week. Test results paired sample t-test show a method of ascending significant influence on the variables strength of arm muscles, group of 40% loads methods significant influence on the variables strength of arm muscles. It can be concluded that  the exercise of ascending method and exercise of 40% loads methods effective to improve the components physical condition strength of arm muscles, this can happening because the duration less of exercise and high student activity, see the whole subject is a student of physical education who join on UKM softball UNESA.

Abstract

The effectiveness of implementing Pengenalan Lapangan Persekolahan, a new program of introduction to teaching internship, for PE students, is still questionable, starting from its impact on teaching skills, learning effectiveness, and students' teaching load. Meanwhile, this point is significant in Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM). For this reason, this analytic study will criticize MBKM by providing evidence of the effectiveness of existing internships in the form of teaching skills, learning effectiveness, and students' teaching load. A total of 32 students were selected using consecutive sampling. Teaching skills were measured by observing 12 indicators and learning effectiveness was measured using Formative Class Evaluation (FCE) instrument. Anova Repeated Measure was used to analyse the data. The results show that the new program of introduction to teaching internship is not practical, proved by the progressive improvement of teaching skills followed by the ineffectiveness of the learning process. Students feel they have an overload teaching schedule, so that self-development activities are minimal, even though the tutor teachers have guided optimally. It can be concluded that the new program of introduction to teaching internship is less effective because of the overload teaching schedule in such limited time. It is then expected that the longer internship duration would enrich students' experiences under supervision and more comprehensive teaching load regulation.

Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini yaitu siswa lebih cenderung bermalas-malasan saat pelajaran PJOK di sekolah, hal ini dikarenakan pelajaran PJOK dilakukan di siang hari, sehingga siswa lebih memilih untuk berteduh di bawah pohon. Kurangnya bersemangatnya siswa dalam pelajaran PJOK mengakibatkan siswa cenderung tidak sungguh-sungguh saat melakukan aktivitas PJOK. Rumusan masalah œAdakah Hubungan Antara Tingkat Aktivitas Luar Jam Pelajaran PJOK dengan Kondisi  Kebugaran Jasmani Siswa SMP Negeri 6 Surabaya di Kelas VII?. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survei dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan teknik random sampling dengan sampel sebanyak 325 siswa.  Variabel penelitian ini adalah aktivitas diluar sekolah sebagai variabel bebas dan tingkat kebugaran jasmani sebagai variabel terikat. Penelitian ini menggunakan Tes Kebugaran Jasmani Indonesia yang diukur menggunakan Multistage Fitness Test. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dengan persentase. Perhitungan dalam analisis menggunakan bantuan SPSS 21.0 dengan data menghasilkan persentase pencapaian yang selanjutnya diinterpretasikan dengan kalimat. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, deskripsi, pengujian hasil penelitian, dan pembahasan, dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara tingkat aktivitas fisik diluar Jam Pelajaran PJOK dengan kondisi kebugaran jasmani siswa SMP Negeri 6 Surabaya kelas VIII.  Menunjukkan hasil rxy = 0.331 dan nilai sig. = 0.008, bermakna ada hubungan yang signifikan antara tingkat aktivitas fisik dengan kondisi kebugaran jasmani  dengan kategori rendah.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how many variables of physical test items are dominant and effectively used in the sport of muaythai regional training center of east java 100. This type of research is quantitative with a development research approach. This research was conducted in 3 stages, namely stage I tabulating the test items that have been determined by the team of East Java experts, stage II processing data and reducing test items that do not meet statistical prerequisites, stage III factor analysis of all test items that meet statistical prerequisites. . The data is processed using the application (SPSS, in stage I all the results of the physical tests totaling 16 test items are entered into SPSS and processed by factor analysis, there are two variables reduced and not included in the next factor rotation, stage II thetest is carried out. Kaiser Meyer Olkin Measure of Sampling (KMO) the result is 0.640> 0.5 with the results of the barletts test 201.084 with a significance of 0.000, there is 1 variable with MSA <0.5, namely Sit and reach (S&R) of 0.493, on the communality table. Based on the results of the communality test there are two variables <0.5 variable (X5) Chin Up 0.476 and (X16) Sit and Reach 0.368 these variables do not meet the requirements of communality and must be removed from the test Stage III Bartlett Test of Sphericiry is 183.067 at a significance of 0.000 with a KMO of 0.669. The conclusionfrom the results of the factor analysis of the item physical test items for muaythai in this study, there are 5 factors that are formed from 12 variables (+ 2 sub-variables formed from variable X14) which are correlated, from the initial 16 items on physical tests (with 5 sub-variables formed from 2 variables). The dominant factor for the formation of physical test items for muaythai is items related to leg and leg muscles (square jump, wattbike, kneel-up, triple jump and hamstring), the second dominant factor is the abdominal muscles which are represented by two items (sit ups). and a russian twist).

Abstract

Every parent's motivation for their child must be different and varied, but all of them are positive things for a child's development. In this pandemic era too, there are many sports activities carried out by various regions and various groups in Indonesia. One of them is the participation of their children from the age of 6 to 15 years, with boys and girls, and their ideal body weight in cycling activities. In this study, the authors examined a cycling activity as well as many parents who accompanied their children from the beginning to the end of the activity. The purpose of the study was to analyze the level of motivation of parents to involve their children in cycling sports activities. Descriptive quantitative research methods and data analysis using analysis with Likert scale calculation techniques. The results of this study indicate that 66.7%% of parents do cycling activities only to fill useful free time, 29.2% indicate for motor development, and 12.5% ​​to increase body immunity. It can be concluded that the level of motivation of parents to involve their children in cycling activities to fill their spare time is included in the important category (66.7%).

Abstract

Cabang olahraga renang merupakan satu dari banyak cabang olahraga yang menjadi isi dalam kurikulum sekolah. Mahasiswa calon guru pendidikan jasmani, olahraga, dan kesehatan (PJOK) wajib mendapatkan pengalaman belajar dan mengajar renang saat belajar di universitas. Tetapi tidak jarang mereka menghadapi kesulitan dalam belajar renang sehingga membuat sebagian dari mereka tidak tuntas dalam belajar renang. Aspek kejiwaan diyakini menjadi salah satu faktor yang turut menentukan ketuntasan belajar mereka. Untuk itu, artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan hubungan antara aspek kejiwaan berupa tingkat percaya diri dengan hasil belajar mahasiswa dalam belajar renang. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian korelasi. Sebanyak 117 mahasiswa (75 laki-laki dan 42 perempuan) tuntas mengisi angket percaya diri dan mengikuti tes berenang. Analisis data menggunakan deskriptif statistik, korelasi, dan anova-linearity. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa memiliki tingkat percaya diri yang tinggi (mean= 38.9, SD= 5.806). Terdapat korelasi negatif antara percaya diri dan waktu tempuh renang [r(117)= -0.405, p= 0.000], semakin tinggi tingkat percaya diri semakin cepat mahasiswa berenang. Kontribusi percaya diri terhadap hasil belajar sebesar 16.4%. Hubungan keduanya terjadi secara linear (F= 23.118, p<0.05). Disimpulkan bahwa percaya diri berhasil menjadi prediktor linear untuk hasil belajar renang mahasiswa.

Abstract

Crossectional study ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat aktivitas jasmani siswa dan faktor-faktor yang memengaruhinya selama masa pandemi Covid-19. Seluruh siswa SMP Negeri 2 Taman menjadi populasi (1.188 siswa) penelitian dan diambil sampel sebanyak 347 siswa menggunakan teknik quota cluster random sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket tingkat aktivitas jasmani harian siswa yang dilengkapi dengan pertanyaan seputar sosiodemografi orang tua dan fasilitas olahraga yang ada di lingkungan siswa. Analisis data menggunakan deskriptif statistik, t-test, dan Anova dengan aplikasi SPSS 23. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata aktivitas jasmani siswa sebesar 21,0, siswa yang memiliki tingkat aktivitas jasmani dengan kategori kurang sekali sebanyak 14,1%, kurang 59,1%, cukup 22,8%, tinggi 13%, dan sangat tinggi 0,28%. Faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi tingkat aktivitas jasmani siswa adalah gender (t=3,546, p= 0,000<0,05), kebiasaan orang tua beraktivitas fisik (F=4,575, p=0,011<0,05), frekuensi aktivitas fisik orang tua per minggu (F=6,768, p=0,000<0,05), terlibat dalam cabang olahraga (t=-6,057, p=0,000<0,05), aktivitas fisik siswa saat pandemi (t= -0,690, p=0,000<0,05), frekuensi aktivitas fisik siswa per minggu (F=25,406, p=0,000<0,05), durasi aktivitas fisik siswa per minggu (F=15,415, p=0,000<0,05), fasilitas olahraga (t=-2,568, p=0,011<0,05), standar fasilitas olahraga (t=-2.505, p=0.013). Maka dapat di simpulkan faktor-faktor yang terbukti berpengaruh terhadap tingkat aktivitas jasmani perlu menjadi perhatian dalam upaya meningkatkan keaktifan siswa.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to evaluated the quality graduates of S1 Physical Education in Recreational Health (PJKR) in Gresik, Sidoarjo and Mojokerto areas. The research method used is a survey with data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The subjects of this study were S1 graduates of Recreational Health Physical Education (PJKR), Faculty of Sports Science, States University of Surabaya. The sampling technique used was quota sampling. The sample in this study was 30 students who live in Gresik, Sidoarjo and Mojokerto areas. The results showed that the "Performance" indicator in "Medium" category, the "Time discipline" indicator in "Low" category, the "Consequent" indicator in "Medium" category, the "Professional" indicator in “Medium” category, the “Teamwork” indicator in “Medium” category, the “Loyalty” indicator in “Medium” category, the “Caring” indicator in “Low” category, the “Persistence” indicator in “Medium” category, the “Competent” indicator in “Medium” category and “IT Mastery” in “High” category. The conclusions of this study based on stakeholders assesment in general, graduates quality of Physical Education Health and Recreation (PJKR) there are two indicators that become a reflection to get special attention, namely increasing time discipline and caring.
