Abstract

Rendahnya kompetensi massage olahraga di kalangan guru PJOK Kabupaten Banyuwangi dan kurangnya integrasi teknik-teknik manipulasi dalam pembelajaran olahraga, yang membatasi pengembangan keterampilan fisik dan kesejahteraan siswa. pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan guru PJOK terhadap massage olahraga. Kegiatan pengabdian ini diikuti oleh 37 guru PJOK, dari SD, SMP, dan SMA. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi kegiatan, guru menguasai materi massage olahraga sebesar 94.8%, dan 87,4% guru memiliki kemampuan dalam melakukan teknik-teknik massage olahraga. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kompetensi guru PJOK dalam penerapan teknik massage olahraga, sehingga dapat memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap kesejahteraan dan pembelajaran olahraga siswa di Kabupaten Banyuwangi.

Abstract

Sports injuries are a common issue faced by athletes and individuals who are physically active, which can hinder performance and affect quality of life. Effective management and prevention of injuries are crucial in sports, and masase has been recognized as a beneficial method in this regard. This study aims to socialize the techniques of managing sports injuries through masase as a therapeutic intervention. The methods used in this study include providing counseling and training in masase techniques to teachers of the MGMP PJOK SMP in Nganjuk Regency. The results of this socialization are expected to enhance participants' knowledge and skills in managing sports injuries more effectively, as well as to have a positive impact on recovery and injury prevention. This outreach demonstrates that socializing masase as part of a sports injury management strategy can provide participants with knowledge on the prevention and recovery processes for athletes or students before and after physical activities.

Abstract

The first covid-19 case was founded in Indonesia on March 2020. Then, Indonesian government then announced the study from home policy a few weeks afterward. The teaching learning activity needs to be conducted by online teaching. This study aimed to evaluate the online teaching process at Physical Education subject. There were 447 physical education teachers were involved in this study. The Physical Education Online Learning Scale (PEOLS) was developed and used as research instrument in this study. The construct validity and reliability of PEOLS are 63.288 % and α = .880. The data were analyzed by independent t-tens and one-way anova based on gender (male/female), school status (public/private), and age groups. The result, there are significant different on age and teaching place. Younger teachers are facing less difficulties in online teaching (sig. >0.05). Furthermore, the teachers who teach in the public area have more beneficial in their teaching process (sig. >0.05). In Conclusion, the online teaching learning activity during covid-19 pandemic were influenced by the teachers’ capability of using internet and the accessibility of online teaching facility.

Abstract

This research aims to identify the strategies that led to the loss of the Sukun Badak Team in the 2023 Proliga volleyball competition. The type of research used is non-experimental with quantitative descriptive methods. The sample of the study consists of four top-ranked boy volleyball teams, namely Jakarta Lavani Allo Bank (JLAB), Jakarta Bhayangkara Presisi (JBP), Jakarta STIN BIN (JSB), and Surabaya Bin Samator (SBS), and one lowest ranked volley team namely Sukun Badak Club (KSB) at the 2023 Proliga competition. The instrument used is an adapted and modified observation guideline from the FIVB 2005 VIS that measures six playing skills: service, receive, set, spike, block, and dig. The analysis of the research data uses descriptive analysis. Statistic results show the lowest score on serving, setter, and attack techniques when Sukun Badak clubs face JLAB clubs. The number of deadly balls when attacking (kill) is also the least when facing JLab clubs. The conclusion is that three dominant strategies end in the defeat of the Sukun Badak club: service, setting, and attacking.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and measure the effect of using audiovisual media on the quality and stability of IPSI single moves. The weak experimental method was used with a one-group pretest-posttest design protocol. 17 extracurricular pencak silat students were involved in 8 meetings using audiovisuals in learning IPSI single moves. A total of 4 IPSI standard certified assessors assessed students during the pre and post-test using IPSI standard instruments. Descriptive statistical analysis, normality, and t-tests were done using SPSS version 25 software. The results showed that the quality of movement seemed to increase as indicated by a significant decrease in the number of errors (t = 3.96, p = 0.001) but the movement stability did not change (t = 1.00, p = 0.332). This finding explains that audiovisual media is suitable for improving the quality of movement but not the stability of movement. Therefore, in the future, trainers need to find other media to provide appropriate training in improving the stability of movement. In addition, the volume of training needs to be considered in providing an impact on movement stability according to various other relevant sources.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memanfaatkan alat bantu berupa pullbuoy dan swimboard dalam pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar renang gaya bebas. Weak-experimental ini menggunakan desain one group pretest-posttest dalam proses penelitian. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 22 siswa yang terdaftar sebagai anggota ekstrakurikuler renang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling sehingga didapatkan 17 siswa. Penelitian dilakukan sebanyak 4 kali pertemuan dengan rincian pertemuan ke-1 adalah pretest, ke-2 dan 3 adalah treatment, dan ke-4 adalah posttest. Penilaian saat pretest dan posttest dilakukan menggunakan penilaian proses dengan cara observasi oleh 3 penilai. Deskriptif statistik digunakan untuk menentukan kecenderungan distribusi data, normalitas menggunakan Saphiro Wilks, dan uji hipotesis menggunakan Wilcoxon. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh alat bantu pullbuoy dan swimboard terhadap hasil belajar renang gaya bebas siswa SD Muhammadiyah 15 Surabaya. Dibuktikan dengan nilai Z sebesar 3.578 dengan sig. sebesar 0.000<0.05. Berdasarkan hasil penghitungan dapat dijelaskan bahwa besar pengaruh alat bantu pullbuoy dan swimboard terhadap hasil belajar renang gaya bebas siswa SD Muhammadiyah 15 Surabaya sebesar 46%. Pengaruh ini masuk dalam kategori sedang. Disarankan dua hal yaitu: (1) Guru perlu memanfaatkan alat bantu belajar renang pada setiap mengajarkan renang terutama bagi anak yang baru belajar; dan (2) Guru perlu mengembangkan berbagai alat bantu renang agar peserta didik nyaman belajar renang sehingga anak-anak tidak bosan menggunakan alat bantu yang monoton.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the level of interest of 3rd and 4th grade students at Muhammadiyah 4 Elementary School Surabaya in participating in swimming extracurricular activities, analyze differences in interest based on gender, and examine the role of parental support, peers, facilities, and coaches in shaping student interest. The type of research used is non-experimental research with a quantitative descriptive method. The sampling technique used was total sampling, while data analysis used SPSS software with quantitative descriptive methods, Likert scale, t-test, linear regression, ANOVA, and post-hoc test. The study's results indicate a very high (60%) level of student interest. This interest was significantly influenced (p < 0.05) by parental support, peers, availability of facilities, and the role of coaches, with the coach factor being the most dominant. Additionally, the study revealed a difference in interest between male and female students, with female students demonstrating a higher level of interest than male students. Thus, it can be concluded that effective swimming extracurricular coaching cannot rely solely on students' intrinsic interest but is also influenced by extrinsic support that can create a positive, inclusive, and enjoyable learning environment for all students.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan keaktifan dan minat peserta didik pada pembelajaran bola voli melalui pendekatan bermain. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Subyek penelitian yaitu Kelas XI-9 SMA Negeri 1 Sooko, Kabupaten Mojokerto Tahun Pelajaran 2023/2024 berjumlah 33 yang terdiri dari 11 peserta didik laki-laki dan 12 peserta didik perempuan. Dalam penelitian ini guru atau rekan sejawat berperan sebagai observer dan peserta didik berperan sebagai responden. Data minat siswa dikumpulkan melalui angket, sedangkan data aktivitas dicatat pada lembar observasi. Metode analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik persentase digunakan dalam analisis data. Temuan yang diperoleh dari analisis data adalah sebagai berikut; Dengan rata-rata tingkat partisipasi sebesar 55,3% pada siklus I, siswa jelas “kurang aktif” dalam pembelajaran. Siswa “kurang berminat” belajar pada siklus I, rata-rata persentase minat belajarnya sebesar 65,8%. Siswa “aktif” dalam belajar, dibuktikan dengan rata-rata persentase keaktifan siswa dalam belajar pada siklus II sebesar 73,9%. Siswa “aktif” belajar, dibuktikan dengan rata-rata persentase siswa pada siklus II yang menyatakan keinginan belajar (77,5%). Pada siklus II terdapat peningkatan keaktifan peserta didik pada pembelajaran yaitu yang awalnya presentase keaktifan 55,3%, naik sebesar 73,9%, yang artinya “ada peningkatan keaktifan peserta didik dengan pendekatan bermain pada pembelajaran yaitu sebesar 18,6%”. Pada siklus II terdapat peningkatan minat peserta didik pada pembelajaran yaitu yang awalnya presentase minat 65,8%, naik sebesar 77,5%, yang artinya “ada peningkatan minat peserta didik dengan pendekatan bermain pada pembelajaran yaitu sebesar 11,7%”.Kesimpulan hasil penelitian ini adalah di peroleh simpulan bahwa “ada peningkatan keaktifan dan minat peserta didik pada pembelajaran menggunakan pendekatan bermain”, pada peserta didik Kelas XI-9 SMA Negeri 1 Sooko, Kabupaten Mojokerto Tahun Pelajaran 2023/2024

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic brings very complex problems to implementing education and learning in schools. Physical education subjects are one of the many subjects that must make adjustments to the Covid-19 pandemic. Physical education materials need to be studied how learning can be done to carry out the learning process in accordance with government regulations. This research aims to provide information about the management of physical education learning in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic. This research uses literature review methods by using comprehensive strategies such as searching for articles in a database of research journals. The databases used are Pubmed/MEDLINE, Scopus, Web of Science, and Embase. The keywords used in the search are learning models in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic and physical education. A total of 20 articles in the last ten years on used as data and analyzed. Based on the results and discussion of the principles of the management of physical education and model physical education in the era of pandemic covid-19. This study is carried out in the future to understand the learning process that can be done during the Covid-19 pandemic, especially in physical education.
