Abstract

This research aims to determine the application of work discipline and employee responsibilities at the West Bacukiki District Office, Parepare City. The approach method used is a qualitative descriptive type and data collection techniques use observation and interviews. In this research, primary data sources were used in the form of data obtained in the field during interviews and secondary data in the form of data from important documents at the West Bacukiki District Office, Parepare City. The results of the research show that the implementation of work discipline and employee responsibility at the West Bacukiki Parepare District Office is still not good. This can be seen from leaders and employees who do not comply with office operating hours, employees who do not make the best use of their time in carrying out their duties, not targeting their work, and employees' daily work reports that are not carried out.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengembangan karir, dan pengalaman kerja berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada Unit Layanan Transmisi Gardu Induk (ULTG) Parepare, untuk mengetahui pengembangan karir, dan pengalaman kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja terhadap Karyawan pada Unit Layanan Transmisi Gardu Induk (ULTG) Parepare.Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda dan menggunakan program SPSS for windows 29.0. data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang bersumber dari hasil kuesioner yang telah diisi oleh para responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwan Pengembangan Karir Secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Unit Layanan Transmisi Gardu Induk (ULTG) Parepare, dengan nilai thitung > ttabel 8,131 > ttabel 2,018 dengan signifikan 0,001 > 0,05, secara parsial, Pengalaman Kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada Unit Layanan Transmisi Gardu Induk (ULTG) Parepare. Hal ini hasil pengujian hipotesis uji t dimana thitung < ttabel -1,584 < ttabel 2,018 dengan signifikan > 0,05 ( 0,001 > 0,121). Dan berpengaruh secara Simultan dengan nilai fhitung > ftabel (87,041 > 3,22) dengan nilai signifikan 0,001 < 0,05.

Abstract

This research examines the application of the Masseroi Tondok tradition in the culture of the Seko community in Malimongan Village, Seko District, through a theological approach. Masseroi Tondok, which means "cleaning or organizing the village", is a traditional tradition that contains strong spiritual and social values. The main aim of this research is to explore the theological meaning contained in the implementation of this tradition and its implications for the religious and cultural life of the local community. The method used is descriptive qualitative with a contextual theological approach, through in-depth interviews, participatory observation and literature study. The results of the study show that the Masseroi Tondok tradition not only functions as a traditional ritual, but also reflects divine values, such as gratitude, purity and harmony with nature and fellow humans. This tradition also strengthens cultural identity and builds social solidarity of the Seko community. These findings indicate that there is close integration between theological values ​​and local wisdom in the cultural practices of the Seko community.

Abstract

Radikalisasi menjadi salah satu tantangan besar dalam dunia pendidikan, terutama di lingkungan sekolah yang seyogianya menjadi tempat menanamkan nilai-nilai kedamaian dan toleransi. Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) memiliki peran sentral dalam mencegah penyebaran ideologi radikal di kalangan siswa melalui pendekatan pendidikan yang berlandaskan nilai-nilai damai. Studi literatur ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran guru PAI dalam menanggulangi radikalisasi dengan menekankan pada pendekatan pendidikan berbasis damai. Kajian dilakukan dengan menelaah berbagai hasil penelitian dan literatur ilmiah terkait peran guru, strategi pendidikan damai, serta tantangan yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaannya. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa guru PAI tidak hanya bertugas mengajar aspek kognitif agama, tetapi juga bertanggung jawab dalam pembentukan karakter siswa yang toleran, terbuka, dan mampu hidup berdampingan dalam keberagaman. Strategi yang digunakan antara lain adalah integrasi nilai-nilai damai dalam kurikulum, penggunaan metode pembelajaran dialogis, serta penanaman nilai moderasi beragama. Pendidikan damai mampu menjadi benteng ideologis bagi siswa dalam menghadapi propaganda radikal. Namun, untuk optimalisasi peran ini, guru PAI memerlukan pelatihan berkelanjutan, dukungan kebijakan, dan sinergi dengan stakeholder lain. Dengan demikian, pendidikan agama Islam dapat menjadi sarana efektif dalam membangun generasi muda yang cinta damai dan anti kekerasan.

Abstract

Maternal mortality remains a pressing issue in many developing countries, with postpartum infections being one of the leading causes. In remote regions of Indonesia, such as the highlands of Papua, traditional healing practices are still widely adopted due to limited access to formal health services. Among the Dani tribe in Puncak Jaya District, the use of Dolli or Dolingga (Dodonaea viscosa) leaves for perineal wound care after childbirth is a longstanding cultural tradition. This study aimed to explore the ethnomedical practices, preparation methods, and perceived therapeutic effects of Dolli leaves in managing postpartum perineal wounds among women in the Dani tribe. A qualitative exploratory design was employed. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with 10 postpartum mothers and 2 key informants, including a health official from the Puncak Jaya District Health Office. Thematic content analysis was applied to identify key patterns and cultural meanings associated with the use of Dolli leaves. The use of Dolli leaves is a generational practice, valued for its accessibility and safety. Leaves are wilted over fire to release their oils, then layered (approximately 3 cm thick), and applied externally by having the mother sit or lie on them. Most participants reported improved perineal wound conditions within 1–4 days, characterized by dryness, lack of odor, and absence of infection. Mild abdominal discomfort was noted by some, though no adverse effects were reported. Cultural taboos such as not stepping on the leaves were observed during use. The leaves were also applied for neonatal umbilical cord care. The ethnomedical use of Dolli leaves for postpartum perineal wound healing reflects culturally embedded knowledge with perceived therapeutic benefits. These findings suggest potential for integrating local ethnomedicine into maternal care in resource-limited settings, pending further clinical and pharmacological validation.

Abstract

This service aims to detect Hepatitis B and Syphilis in pregnant women. The form of activity is to screen pregnant women using the Hepatitis B and Syphilis Rapid Diagnosis test kit, then pre and post screening counseling is provided. screening activity  from May 16 to June 16, 2024.. The results of the service were obtained from 87 pregnant women who were screened, 4 people tested positive for Hepatitis B (4.6%) and 5 people tested positive for Syphilis (5.7%), this result is considered high. Pregnant women with the highest positive hepatitis B are <25 years old, Papuan ethnicity, high school education, highest pregnant women's occupation Housewives (IRT) and unmarried status. Pregnant women with the highest positive Sphylis are <25 years old, Papuan tribe, junior high school graduation education, the highest private pregnant women's occupation and unmarried status.

Abstract

This screening aims to detect people with Hypertension and Diabetes Mellitus in Residents of RT 09 RW 04 Vim Village, Abepura District. The method is to check blood pressure using digital tension and blood glucose test using Rapid Diagnostic Test. The results of the service found that the proportion of people who suffer from Hypertension is 73% > 40 years old, 62.3% of Non-Papuan tribes, 100% of civil servants and self-employed workers, and 63% of family history of Hypertension. The highest mothers with DM are >40 years old 18.9%, Papuan ethnicity 16.7%, private employment 22.2%, and there is a family history of DM as much as 15.8%. Respondents who had HT were 60%, and mothers who were DM 13.8%. Early detection is needed regularly, to prevent HT and DM diseases from complications with other diseases.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk pengaruh pendekatan saintifik terhadap keterampilan berpikir kritis dalam pemecahan masalah pada pelajaran IPS muris kelas V. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif-eksperimen dengan teknik pengambilan sampel (sampling purposive). Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis statistic deskriptif. Dan perhitungan statistic yaitu uji normalitas dan uji homogenitas dengan menggunakan Kolmogorov-Smirnov dan Levene’s test. Setelah itu dilakukan uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji Paired sampel test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mean kelas eksperimen yaitu 82,86 sedangkan mean kelas kontrol 68,14. Berdasarkan analisis data dengan uji Paired sampel test. yang dilakukan pada taraf kepercayaan 95% diperoleh hasil 0,000 < 0,05 yang berarti H0 ditolak. Untuk mengetahui keterampilan berpikir kritis antara kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol maka dilakukan uji N-Gain menggunakan rumus N-Gain. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan diperoleh hasil, untuk kelas eksperimen sebesar 0,58 yang menunjukan peningkatan pemahaman dengan kategori sedang. Kemudian untuk kelas kontrol diperoleh rata-rata N-Gain sebesar 0,25 yang menunjukan peningkatan pemahaman dengan kategori rendah. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa kedua kelas memiliki perbedaan keterampilan berpikir kritis. Berdasarkan uji hipotesis dan uji N-Gain tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa pendekatan saintifik berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan berpikir kritis dalam pemecahan masalah pada pelajaran IPS pada murid kelas V SDN Bulurokeng 1 Kota Makassar.Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk pengaruh pendekatan saintifik terhadap keterampilan berpikir kritis dalam pemecahan masalah pada pelajaran IPS muris kelas V. Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine the evaluation of the supplementary feeding program for malnourished and malnourished toddlers from the input aspect, process aspect and output aspect in the Dosay Community Health Center Working Area, Jayapura Regency. The type of research used is descriptive using qualitative methods, with a case study approach. The results of this research state that in the input aspect there are still obstacles to financing. This is proven by the provision of optimal and innovative services by community health center officers to malnourished toddlers in providing local supplementary food, in addition to weighing toddlers' weights every time officers deliver food. The output of this activity has been achieved from the nutrition officer's report in December 2023 that as many as 5 (five) toddlers who took part in this program, in semesters 2 (two) and 3 (three) experienced weight gain and were declared to have returned to normal nutritional status.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the efforts of two elementary schools, namely Inpres Doyo Baru and Besum State Elementary Schools in Jayapura Regency, in implementing School Health Efforts. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach. Data collection was carried out through in-depth interviews with 12 informants, consisting of 10 key informants, 6 main informants, and 3 additional informants. The results of this study reveal that both schools integrate health education in the curriculum, especially in subjects sports physical Education and health and Scouts. A school environment that is free from bullying and violence, as well as the availability of clean and well-maintained toilets, also supports the creation of a healthy learning environment. Support from School Operational Assistance funds and active participation from various parties, including the government, non-government organizations and the community, are important factors in the smooth running of the School Health Business program. The efforts of the Inpres Doyo Baru and Besum State Elementary Schools in implementing School Health Efforts show their commitment to building a healthy and quality young generation.
