Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu: (1) mengetahui gambaran kebutuhan siswa terhadap model konseling Islam berbasis nilai-nilai profetik di SMA Muhammadiyah Pangkep. (2) Mengetahui model konseling Islam yang dapat diterima melalui uji kegunaan, kelayakan, dan ketepatan model konseling Islam berbasis nilai-nilai profetik di SMA Muhammadiyah Pangkep. (3) Mengetahui perbedaan sebelum dan sesudah diberikan layanan dengan penggunaan modul konseling Islam berbasis nilai-nilai profetik terhadap moral awareness siswa SMA Muhammadiyah Pangkep. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development) yang berdasarkan tahapan-tahapan penelitian oleh Borg and Gall. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, angket, dan observasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis data kualitatif dan analisis data kuantitatif, yaitu Wilcoxon. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) Terdapat siswa yang memiliki masalah moral awarenss di SMA Muhammadiyah Pangkep. Sehingga panduan konseling Islam berbasis nilai-nilai profetik sangat dibutuhkan di sekolah. (2) pengembangan model konseling Islam berbasis nilai-nilai profetik yang diterima untuk meningkatkan moral awareness siswa mendapat skala penilaian tinggi dari para ahli dan respon yang sangat baik dari guru bimbingan konseling serta siswa yaitu dapat diterima dan layak untuk digunakan di SMA Muhammadiyah Pangkep. (3) Terdapat perbedaan tingkat kesadaran moral (moral awareness) siswa sebelum dan sesudah di berikan layanan dengan penggunaan modul konseling Islam berbasis nilai-nilai profetik.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk: (1) Mengetahui gambaran kepercayaan diri siswa ; (2) Mengetahui gambaran pelaksanaan Layanan Bimbingan Klasikal Berbasis PBL (Problem Based Learning) terhadap kepercayaan diri siswa; (3) Mengetahui apakah layanan bimbingan klasikal berbasis PBL (Problem Based Learning) dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan diri siswa. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitin eksperimental dengan model Quasi Experimental Design melibatkan 70 siswa SMAN 13 Gowa dipilih secara cluster random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data angket skala kepercayaan diri yang di adaptasi dari peter lautser dan observasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis inferensial, uji hipotesis dengan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Tingkat kepercayaan diri siswa sebelum diberikan treatment layanan bimbingan klasikal berbasis PBL (Problem Based Learning ) berada pada kategori rendah dan setelah diberikan perlakuan berupa layanan bimbingan klasikal berbasis PBL (Problem Based Learning) siswa meningkat atau berada pada kategori tinggi, (2) Pada saat pelaksanaan layanan bimbingan klasikal berbasis PBL (Problem Based Learning) partisispasi siswa berada pada kategori tinggi (3) pengaruh layanan bimbingan klasikal berbasis PBL (Problem Based Learning) dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan diri siswa di SMAN 13 Gowa. Peningkatan kepercayaan diri siswa terlihat pada rajin mengerjakan tugas, menjadi tidak gugup saat berbicara, yakin dengan kemampuanya, bertaggung jawab atas tugas tugas yang diberikan, aktif dan interaktif dalam berkomunikasi

Abstract

This study is a research and development that examine the development of Ice Breaking as BK media to improve the social skills of students. The research objective is (1) To develop ice breaking video media as media that is acceptable BK (accepted), to improve the social skills of students. (2) To determine the effectiveness of video media as media BK ice breaking in improving students' social skills. Results of the research is a guide Ice Breaking and Video. The results showed that the development of the ice breaking video guide acceptabe (received), based on usefulness (utility), accuracy (accuracy), feasibility (faesibility) and relevance in improving the social skills of the students got decent results for use in SMA Negeri 1 Bontonompo. (2) Free video Ice breaking is very effective in improving the social skills of students in SMA Negeri 1 Bontonompo Gowa.

Abstract

This research aims at identifying cognitive counseling intervention models to overcome students’ internet addiction at the Vocational High School Makassar. Besides, this study aims at determining the effectiveness of cognitive counseling to overcome students’ internet addiction at the Vocational High School Makassar. The research method was an experiment using the pretest-posttest control group design. The samples were 60 students divided into two groups, namely 30 experimental groups and 30 control groups. The data were collected data using the questionnaire. The data were then analyzed using descriptive analysis to obtain an overview of the level of students’ internet dependence before and after giving cognitive counseling interventions. The hypotheses were tested using t-test. There are some results in this study. First, the description of internet use behavior shows that there are indications that students are addicted to using the internet. It can be seen based on the time in accessing the internet, the objects used, and the types accessed when they use the internet. The level of internet addiction of students is in the high category. Second, the implementation of cognitive counseling interventions has a significant effect on decreasing the level of internet addiction. It is evident from the results of the posttest in the experimental group, which is lower than the control group. Third, the cognitive counseling intervention is effective to reduce students’ internet addiction of the Vocational High School Makassar.

Abstract

The aims of the study are (1) to explore the influence of years of service on the counselor personal competence in the Era of Industry 4.0 in South Sulawesi; (2) to investigate the influence of counselor age on their personal competence in the Era of Industry 4.0 in South Sulawesi; and (3) to explore the influence of education level on the counselor personal competence in the Era of Industry 4.0 in South Sulawesi. The study employed a survey method using a questionnaire and data were analyzed descriptively with Anova and Multivariate. The validity and reliability of the questionnaire and the homogeneity of variables were priorly tested. The study involved 215 teachers from Junior High School, Senior High School, and Vocational High School in South Sulawesi. The findings indicate that the years of service influences the counselor's personal competence in the Era of Industry 4.0. Based on the Test of Between-Subjects Effect analysis, the longer they work, the better their personal competence in providing guidance and counseling services. Results of post hoc Test Multiple Comparisons analysis between years of service and personal competence and competence of era 4.0 shows that productive service years results in good personal competence in implementing the service from the 2nd  to the 20th years., and the ideal workers in the era of industry 4.0 is the new counselor. (2) Educational level influences the Counselor Personal Competence in the Era of Industry 4.0 according to the Test of Between-Subjects Effect. Thus, it is clear that the higher the educational level of the counselor, the better they are in providing guidance and counseling to students; (3) the age of Guidance and Counseling Teachers/ Counselor influences their personal competence in era 4.0. Based on the Test of Between-Subjects Effect, teachers’ ages are highly influential to increase the service in the era 4.0.berarti which means that it is directly proportional to the years of service. In this case, the more years the counselor works, and the older they are, the better they provide guidance and counseling service.

Abstract

This research examined the influence of group counseling using behavioral rehearsal techniques to overcome students’ social anxiety. This research used the quantitative method with a quasi-experimental design namely Matching-Only Design. The study involved 30 students for the control group and 30 students for the experimental group selected through purposive sampling.  Data were collected using a questionnaire that had been validated. They were then analyzed using normality testing, homogeneity, data nominality testing, gain score and hypothesis testing. The findings of this research indicated that group counseling through behavioral rehearsal techniques could overcome the problem of social anxiety experienced by students. In the pretest, the research showed that the social anxiety level of students in the experimental group was in the high category, and the control group was in the medium category. While the posttests of both experimental and control groups were in the very low category. Behavioral rehearsal techniques should be informational and practical in the development of knowledge, especially in dealing with the problems of social anxiety.

Abstract

Tujuan IbM ini untuk memberikan siswa pemahaman dan menilai dirinya terutama potensi yang dimilikinya yang terkait dengan dunia kerja yang akan dipilihnya kelak, dan Siswa mampu merencanakan masa depan secara rasional sesuai dengan potensi dan minat yang dimilikinya. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah : Metode persentase dan ceramah dan tanya jawab, metode diskusi, metode praktek, tersedia stand karir, Aplikasi e-career, konseling individu untuk konsultasi pilihan karir. Sebagai upaya yang dianggap tepat dalam membantu siswa untuk memilih karir  terutama dalam melanjukan studi, dan memilih pekerjaan yang tepat sesuai potensi dan bakat minatnya adalah dengan memberikan bimbingan karir kepada siswa yang lebih kepada informasi dan cara bersikap terhadap pilihan-pilihan studi dan siap berada ditengah masyarakat untu bekerja. Melihat hal tersebut maka solusi yang ditawarkan adalah memberikan Career Day bagi siswa dan guru di SMA Kabupaten Sidrap. Hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan melalui penerapan pemberian kegiatan Career Day bagi Guru dan Siswa berjalan dengan baik, siswa telah memahami dan dapat menilai potensi yang dimilikinya khususnya yang terkait dengan dunia kerja yang akan dipilihnya, Siswa telah mampu merencanakan masa depannya secara rasional sesuai dengan potensi dan minat yang dimilikinya.  Guru telah mengetahui pelayanan bimbingan karir di sekolah, guru BK memberikan layanan karir dan menyusun program bimbingan karir, kemudian mampu melakukan praktek-praktek yang telah diberikan, guru BK juga telah mengetahui berbagai jenis-jenis program layanan bimbingan karir yang dapat diterapkan disekolah masing-masing seperti materi karir, perencanaan masa depan, mengenal bakat dan minat lewat tes, implementasi permen 111 tahun 2014 di sekolah serta koordinasi antar stekholder dalam menyelenggarakan kegiatan bimbingan karir atau mengkolaborasikan dengan unsur-unsur yang lain

Abstract

This community service aims to provide skills for elementary school teachers in using the Flash graphic animation program to create learning media. With good and appropriate media, the delivery of material with special characteristics can be better absorbed by students. The domino effect that is aimed at the future of mastery of these skills so that students' understanding of the material given increases so that it becomes good raw input as well. The service activity consists of two stages, namely the first stage of socialization and the second stage of training. Socialization and training were attended by several teachers (classroom teachers), preferably 30 teachers who filled out a questionnaire distributed by the author. The training material is about the use of Flash animation software, in particular making animation about a process. The training was quite successful, all participants were able to make animation with basic techniques well and develop learning animation independently. In fact, some participants were able to design more complex animations. However, additional efforts are still needed to achieve optimal results because some participants have not been able to make them independently.

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan adalah membentuk kelompok konselor sebaya di sekolah untuk membantu mensosialisasikan peran dan fungsi bimbingan konseling, meningkatkan kompetensi diri (pribadi yang positif) agar mampu menjadi konselor, membantu memecahkan permasalahan teman sebaya melalui kegiatan konseling. Pelaksanakan kegiatan pelatihan konselor sebaya dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan metode pelatihan dan pendampingan, dimana pelaksanaan kedua metode tesebut dilakukan dengan cara: Ceramah/Pemberian Informasi, Role Play, Focused Group Discussion (FGD), Simulasi dan Latihan, Refleksi. Hasil kegiatan pelatihan antara lain: meningkatkan performansi bimbingan konseling melalui kegiatan konseling sebaya, memberikan penghargaan dan perhatian terhadap siswa dengan melakukan kegiatan positif dalam bimbingan konseling di sekolah, mengantisipasi munculnya perilaku negatif remaja (kenakalan remaja), memberikan nilai tambah dalam bidang pengetahuan dan keterampilan untuk siswa sehingga dapat membantu guru bimbingan dan konseling.

Abstract

Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif tentang penerapan manajemen diri dalam mengatasi kesulitan belajar siswa. Hasil penelitian adalah: 1) Pelaksanaan bimbingan manajemen diri merupakan tindakan yang dapat meminimalisasikan kesulitan belajar yang dihadapi siswa, 2) Bimbingan manajemen diri dapat mengatasi kesulitan belajar siswa, dimana terjadi penurunan tingkat kesulitan belajar siswa setelah memperoleh bimbingan manajemen diri di SMP Negeri 1 Makassar. Saran-saran yang diberikan berupa: 1) Guru pembimbing hendaknya lebih intensif dalam melaksanakan kegiatan ini dalam mengantisipasi kecenderungan kesulitan belajar yang dihadapi oleh siswa, 2) Siswa hendaknya berusaha secara optimal memanfaatkan layananan bimbingan dan konseling khususnya layanan bimbingan manajemen diri.
