Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the Value of Companies that have been listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) which are affected by Profitability, Sales Distribution, Leverage during the 2020-2022 period. The population in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the IDX in the period 2020-2022. This study used a sample using purposive sampling method so that out of 15 companies, 13 manufacturing companies were found to be able to fulfill the model used as an exploratory test. The SPSS 26 program was used to perform multiple linear regression analysis for this study. The findings show that Firm Value is not significantly affected by Profitability and Leverage. Meanwhile, company size has a significant effect on the share capital structure of manufacturing companies listed on the IDX for the 2020-2022 period.

Abstract

Timely graduation prediction is a crucial issue in higher education, especially when academic, demographic, and behavioral factors interact in complex ways. However, many previous studies rely on default machine learning (ML) parameters and fail to consider the class imbalance problem, leading to suboptimal predictions. This study aims to build a comprehensive framework to evaluate the effectiveness of seven ML algorithms, which are AdaBoost, K-Nearest Neighbors, Naïve Bayes, Neural Network, Random Forest, SVM-RBF, and XGBoost, for predicting graduation on time by incorporating five resampling techniques and hyperparameter tuning. Resampling methods include Random Undersampling (RUS), Random Oversampling (ROS), SMOTENC, and two hybrid approaches (RUS-ROS and SMOTENC-RUS). Hyperparameter tuning was conducted using Grid Search, and model performance was evaluated through cross-validation and hold-out methods. The results show that Random Forest combined with RUS-ROS achieved the best performance, with an average metric score of 0.948. Statistical analysis using PERMANOVA (p = 0.009) and Bonferroni's post-hoc pairwise tests confirmed significant differences between certain models. This study contributes to the educational data mining literature by demonstrating that combining resampling and hyperparameter tuning improves classification performance in imbalanced educational datasets.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) identify research trends in multicultural counseling innovations based on Scopus data from 2019–2025, and (2) explore the decolonization of counseling practices through a systematic analysis of the development of multicultural competence and social justice in counseling psychology. This inquiry is particularly relevant as universal counseling models rooted in Western norms are increasingly regarded as insufficient to address the diverse needs of global societies. The focus is directed toward understanding how decolonization challenges the dominance of Western perspectives, incorporates local wisdom, and promotes the role of counselors as agents of social advocacy. A systematic literature review was conducted on 173 Scopus-indexed articles published between 2019 and 2025, with screening procedures guided by the PRISMA framework. The findings demonstrate that multicultural counseling innovations have advanced through multiple approaches, including culturally responsive cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), systematic adaptation models such as the Southampton Adaptation Framework, and the integration of traditional practices rooted in indigenous communities. The study further reveals that the effectiveness of psychological interventions is largely determined by the extent of cultural adaptation, while inadequate adaptation risks reproducing bias and reinforcing social inequities. In conclusion, decolonizing counseling emerges as a transformative paradigm that emphasizes the integration of indigenous knowledge, critical awareness of systemic injustice, and the counselor’s role as a catalyst for social change. These insights carry significant implications for advancing inclusive counseling theories and developing contextually grounded practices that respond effectively to multicultural societies in the era of globalization.

Abstract

This study discusses the development of a multicultural counseling model based on 4S cultural values to terminate moral degradation among adolescents which is one of the factors that cause various social problems. This study generally aims to present a multicultural counseling service guide for guidance and counseling teachers. The specific objectives of this study are: 1) To describe students' needs for a multicultural counseling model based on 4S cultural values "(sipakatau, sipakainge, sipakalebbi, siri na pacce)" in terminating moral degradation among them. 2) To describe the ideal multicultural counseling model based on 4S cultural values "(sipakatau, sipakainge, sipakalebbi, siri na pacce)" through a feasibility test, usability test, and accuracy test so that it can be applied to terminate moral degradation among students 3) To identify if there are differences before and after the implementation of multicultural counseling services based on 4S cultural values "(sipakatau, sipakainge, sipakalebbi, siri na pacce)". The study was carried out through a Research and Development approach from Borg & Gold. Data were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. Quantitative data from paired observations were analyzed using the Wilcoxon test to identify whether they were different or not. The Wilcoxon test using SPSS version 22 for Pre-Test and Post-Test data showed that students' moral awareness increased after participating in multicultural counseling activities based on 4S culture. The study is authentically reported by authors and has not been published in any journal.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui: (1) gambaran pelaksanaan penggunaan media booklet melalui layanan bimbingan klasikal untuk menurunkan prokrastinasi akademik mahasiswa STKIP Andi Matappa, (2) penggunaan media booklet melalui layanan bimbingan klasikal efektif untuk menurunkan prokrastinasi akademik mahasiswa STKIP Andi Matappa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen dengan bentuk one grup pre-test dan post-test terhadap 18 sampel penelitian yang merupakan mahasiswa bimbingan dan konseling angkatan 2017 STKIP Andi Matappa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu angket dan observasi. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan untuk membuktikan hipotesis adalah Uji Wilcoxon’s Signed Rank Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) pelaksanaan penggunaan media booklet melalui layanan bimbingan klasikal memberikan pengaruh yang positif dalam menurunkan prokrastinasi akademik mahasiswa STKIP Andi Matappa, yang terlihat dari aspek-aspek yang diobservasi pada saat penggunaan media booklet melalui layanan bimbingan klasikal yang mengalami peningkatan pada setiap pertemuan. Peningkatan keaktifan tersebut mengindikasikan bahwa mahasiswa menerima penggunaan media booklet melalui layanan bimbingan klasikal, (2) penggunaan media booklet melalui layanan bimbingan klasikal efektif untuk menurunkan prokrastinasi akademik mahasiswa STKIP Andi Matappa.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui: (1) model media konseling berbasis booklet digital dapat diterima melalui uji kegunaan, kelayakan, dan ketepatan dalam mengurangi perilaku menyontek mahasiswa di STKIP Andi Matappa, (2) gambaran pelaksanaan pengembangan media konseling berbasis booklet digital dalam mengurangi perilaku menyontek mahasiswa di STKIP Andi Matappa, (3) Pengembangan media konseling berbasis booklet digital efektif dalam mengurangi perilaku menyontek mahasiswa di STKIP Andi Matappa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development) yang berdasarkan tahapan-tahapan penelitian oleh Borg and Gall. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara, angket dan observasi. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan untuk membuktikan hipotesis adalah uji Wilcoxon’s Signed Rank Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Model media konseling berbasis booklet digital yang diterima dalam penelitian ini yaitu booklet digital dengan judul “Menghapus Budaya Menyontek, Menyelematkan Generasi Muda” beserta panduan penggunaannya, (2) Gambaran pelaksanaan konseling kelompok menggunakan media konseling berbasis booklet digital memberikan pengaruh yang postif dalam mengurangi perilaku menyontek mahasiswa STKIP Andi Matappa, yang terlihat dari aspek-aspek yang diobservasi pada saat pemberian treatment (perlakuan) yang mengalami peningkatan pada setiap pertemuan. Peningkatan keaktifan pada setiap pertemuan mengindikasikan bahwa mahasiswa menerima pengembangan media konseling berbasis booklet digital dalam mengurangi perilaku menyontek mahasiswa, (3) Pengembangan media konseling berbasis booklet digital efektif dalam mengurangi perilaku menyontek mahasiswa di STKIP Andi Matappa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor penyebab dan dampak dari ganguan pengendalian emosi di SMAN 9 Makassar. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif. Bentuk penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi langsung, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dan observasi yang dilakukan ciri siswa yang mempunyai sifat gangguan dalam mengendalikan emosi yang dimiliki adalah karena pola asuh orang tua dan karakteristik yang dimiliki oleh subyek. Alternatif Solusi yang diberikan terdiri 3 yaitu Teknik relaksasi, Pendekatan Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) yaitu menggunakan teknik Art Therapy dan Self talk dan solusi yang diberikan adalah dengan menggunakan teknik relaksasi.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis tren dan arah penelitian terkait Project-Based Learning (PjBL) dalam pendidikan kewirausahaan yang terindeks di Scopus. Secara khusus, tujuan penelitian meliputi: (1) mengidentifikasi tren publikasi PjBL dalam pendidikan kewirausahaan sepuluh tahun terakhir, (2) menelusuri perkembangan tren penelitian periode 2003–2025, (3) memetakan topik dominan dalam kajian PjBL dan kewirausahaan, (4) mengeksplorasi keterbatasan serta peluang riset masa depan, dan (5) merumuskan kerangka konseptual integrasi PjBL dan Adversity Quotient (AQ) dalam membentuk kompetensi kewirausahaan yang tangguh dan adaptif. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan pedoman PRISMA berbasis data Scopus yang menghasilkan 221 terbitan 2003-2025 sebagai artikel awal. Setelah penyaringan dengan kriteria inklusi–eksklusi, kemudian Analisis bibliometris menggunakan aplikasi RStudi , OpenRefine dan Biblioshny. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tren publikasi meningkat signifikan sejak 2015 dan mencapai puncak pada 2024. Tema penelitian berevolusi dari fokus manajemen proyek ke integrasi pengalaman nyata, keterampilan abad ke-21, digitalisasi, Ethno-STEM, hingga self-efficacy sebagai landasan teoritis. Tantangan masih terlihat pada minimnya integrasi social enterprise, startup, dan kolaborasi global, terutama di negara berkembang. Namun, peluang riset terbuka pada inovasi digital, kurikulum berbasis proyek, serta perluasan jejaring internasional. Secara konseptual, integrasi PjBL dan AQ berpotensi membentuk kompetensi kewirausahaan kreatif, resilien, dan adaptif, relevan dengan tantangan pendidikan abad ke-21.

Abstract

The research aims to analyze the influence of Campus Legal Policy and Campus Religious Culture on Student Resilience, with mediation by using a quantitative approach with Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) via the SmartPLS 4 application. The researchers collected data from 542 students enrolled in various academic programs and utilized validated instruments to measure campus legal policy, campus religious culture, cultural empathy, emotional intelligence, and student resilience. The key findings are as follows: (1) Campus Religious Culture significantly influences Cultural Empathy, Emotional Intelligence, and Student Resilience; (2) Cultural Empathy significantly influences Emotional Intelligence and Student Resilience; (3) Emotional Intelligence positively influences Student Resilience; and (4) Campus Legal Policy significantly impacts Student Resilience, indirectly affecting it through the mediation of Emotional Intelligence and Cultural Empathy. This research highlights the importance of strengthening campus religious culture and promoting students' affective development through empathy and emotional intelligence, thereby enhancing their academic resilience. These findings have practical implications for campus policies that aim to foster character development and psychological well-being.

Abstract

The aim of research to determine: (1) the profile of alumni student guidance and counseling; (2) a waiting period of alumni guidance and counseling; (3) the relevance of courses to the needs of the labor market; (4) the alumni users. This study is a qualitative research using descriptive survey method. The analysis conducted by the percentage and using three stages of data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results of this study through the instrument tracer study provides an overview achievement graduate GPA average of 78% or between 2.75 to 3.50 and there are 22% or 3.50 to 4.00 cum laude. The study period of Prodi Guidance and Counseling alumni is fairly fast 3.5-year study period, there were 13% and 68% of alumni completed the study precisely in the time period in 4 years. Similarly, waiting period to get their first job is very quick, the longest is 5 months with a percentage of 88%. The job mostly occupied by the alumni is as a Guidance and Counseling Teacher (66%). Users suggest competence enhancement of graduates in the field of foreign languages, especially English, skills or personal development skills, and mastery of technology needs to be developed.
