Abstract

The main problem in the following research is that the implementation of employee performance at PT. Sarana Bhuana Jaya is classified as inadequate. The purpose of this research is to evaluate how employees behave and the importance of habits that exist on the results of employee performance at PT. Sarana Bhuana Jaya. Based on this problem, the problem is classified into a number of sub-problems, namely 1). Does organizational culture and individual behavior have an impact on employee performance at PT. Bhuana Jaya Facilities. 2). Which variable has the most impact on employee performance at PT. Bhuana Jaya Facilities. This type of research includes quantitative research using an associative research approach whose purpose is to test the correlation of 2 or more variables. The data collection methods used were questionnaires, reference searches, documentation, and observations to determine the actual facts to support the results. Multiple regression analysis using the SPSS Version 22 program was used to describe the effects of a number of independent variables (X) on the dependent variable (Y). The results explain that individual behavior has a significant and positive impact on employee performance and organizational culture has a significant and positive impact on employee performance. And It turns out that individual behavior has an impact but not significant on employee performance while organizational culture variables have a significant impact on employee performance. Implications for the theory and practice are discussed.

Abstract

This research is eksploratif. This research is intended to make the exposure study systematically,factual, and accurate information on the facts - the facts and the nature - the nature of a particularpopulation. This study used 95 study respondents. There are three variables in this study are: two (2)independent variables (X1 and X2) and 1 (one) in which the dependent variable Leadership (X1) andWork environment (X2) as independent variables and Employee Performance (Y) as variable bound.From the data processing has been found that answers the following hypothesis; there is Leadershipinfluence (X1) on Employee Performance (Y), with the degree of influence (R-square) of 28.9%,.There is the influence of Work environment (X2) toward Employee Performance (Y), with the degreeof influence of 28.3%. There is the influence of leadership (X1) and work environment (X2) bysimultans toward Employee Performance (Y), with the degree of influence of 29.6%.

Abstract

Karang Taruna is a forum for the younger generation to develop organizations. The lack of independence of Karang Taruna members in efforts to develop the Karang Taruna organization needs to be corrected. The Community Service activity program of the Faculty of Economics, As-Syafi'iyah Islamic University is how to develop organizational ethics, communication and activity programs within the organization. The enrichment training for Karang Taruna management in Cikarageman village was attended by 18 members of Karang Taruna in Cikarageman Village. Participants can understand well the material being taught and hope that this activity can be continued to the implementation stage in the organization they own, so that the youth organization can run well with the programs they have and can develop existing human resources in the Cikarageman Village environment

Abstract

This community service aims to train and implement financial education from an early age through the management of Holiday Allowances (THR) for children in Sukasetia Village. The method used is collaboration with participators involving a series of interactive activities such as educational games, financial simulations and discussions. The results of community service activities show that direct and practical financial education has succeeded in improving children's financial understanding and behavior. Children are enthusiastic and happy in wanting to save, and can make wise financial management decisions. From the results of the briefing and simulation provided by the community service team, it is suggested that a contextual educational approach, involving the active participation of parents, is effective in developing children's financial literacy. The conclusion of this community service emphasizes the importance of financial education from an early age to prepare children to face economic challenges in the future. It is recommended that this financial education program be implemented more widely, especially in rural communities, to increase financial literacy nationally.

Abstract

Mosques are a non-profit religious institution. Mosques are not only places of worship but also places for social activities. In today's mosque management, it is not only about the physical activities of the mosque but also more complex matters, such as mosque financial management. Financial management of mosques is also very important because the funds obtained from mosques come from infaq and sodagoh funds which must be recorded in an accountable manner and reported to the community regularly. However, there are still many mosques that have not implemented systematic financial management. This community service aims to implement a financial management system for non-profit institutions. Training on mosque financial management was carried out with partners from the Mosque Prosperity Council (DKM) and women administrators of the Al Muhajirin Taklim Council (MTM). Training participants are people who are active as administrators. The training will be held at the Muhajirin Mosque which is located at Villa Nusa Indah 1 Bojong Kulur. Implementation of the service begins with gathering information regarding participants' financial management needs, followed by the importance of creating a dawn alms program as input for mosque infaq funds, and creating a financial reporting program. After the training is carried out, the next stage is to review the extent to which the material provided can be implemented by the participants.

Abstract

Pengelolaan sampah menjadi sesuatu yang bermanfaat sangatlah penting dilakukan terutama untuk sampah rumah tangga yang setiap harinya selalu ada. Fasilitas pengolahan sampah organik perlu untuk disediakan agar sampah dapat bermanfaat untuk pertanian. Selain itu, warga desa sukasetia juga belum pernah mendapatkan edukasi yang cukup mengenai pengolahan sampah menggunakan teknologi tepat guna. Untuk merespon permasalahan tersebut, maka ibu-ibu PKK dan karang taruna perlu diberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan untuk mengelola sampah organik yaitu berupa eco enzyme. Tujuan dari pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah dapat mengatasi permasalahan yang dihadapi yaitu permasalahan penumpukan sampah organik dari dapur berupa sisa sayuran dan buah-buahan. Eco enzyme dibuat dari sampah organik, molase, dan air dengan rasio 3:1:10. Bahan dicampur di dalam wadah plastik kapasitas 10 Liter dan dibiarkan mengalami fermentasi spontan selama 3 bulan hingga cairan eco enzyme bisa dipanen. Berdasarkan evaluasi kegiatan dengan diikuti sebanyak 12 peserta menyatakan puas terkait adanya kegiatan pengelolaan sampah organik menjadi eco enzyme. Tingkat pemahaman peserta terhadap topik mencapai 80%, yang menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar peserta dapat memahami prinsip-prinsip dan praktik produksi enzim ramah lingkungan Kegiatan mampu memberikan edukasi efektif kepada warga desa sukasetia.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain real evidence about the influence of "leadership style, work discipline, and career development efforts on employee productivity levels at PT Yuri 8 Sejahtera". Data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to 97 employees who work in the company. Data analysis in this study involves the use of multiple regression and correlation tests. Furthermore, the model was tested for suitability through regression fit test, coefficient of determination (R²) test, F test for simultaneous, and t test for partial. As a first step, the validity and reliability of the data were tested to ensure the research instruments were consistent and accurate. From the results of analysis and hypothesis testing, it is evident that leadership style (X1), work discipline (X2), and career development (X3) have a positive and significant influence on employee work productivity (Y). Each variable shows a significance value below 0.05 and the tcount value is above the ttable. These three factors explain 96.6% of the variation in work productivity, the remaining 3.4% is influenced by other factors not included in this study. Thus, organizations need to develop integrated strategic policies in terms of leadership, discipline, and career development as part of the human resource management system. Therefore, improvement in these three aspects is highly recommended to encourage more optimal work productivity.

Abstract

Tingginya minat penggunaan jasa pengiriman barang yang ada dikota Bandar Lampung membuat jasa pengiriman menjadi sebuah kebutuhan. Hal utama yang menyebabkan timbulnya pelanggaran mengenai kepentingan konsumen ialah dikarenakan sangat minimnya kualitas kesadaran dari konsumen akan haknya. Pengaruh tarif asuransi perlindungan konsumen terhadap minat konsumen menggunakan asuransi pada J&T Express CP Urip Sumoharjo Bandar Lampung harus diketahui. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh tarif asuransi perindungan konsumen terhadap minat konsumen menggunakan asuransi pada J&T Express CP Urip Sumoharjo Bandar Lampung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kuesioner yang digunakan valid dan reliabel, serta hasil asumsi klasik menunjukkan data menyebar normal. Uji hipotesis menunjukkan tarif asuransi memberikan pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap Minat Konsumen Menggunakan Asuransi pada J&T Express CP Urip Sumoharjo Bandar Lampung

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “ Pengaruh bauran pemasaran terhadap keputusan pembelian susuDancow Balita”, bertujuan untuk mengetahui baik secara parsial maupun secara simultanpengaruh bauran pemasaran terhadap keputusan pembelian susu Dancow Balita. Metodepenelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian penjelasan (explanatoryresearch). Jenis dan sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Datasekunder yang didapat berupa dokumentasi waktu penelitian, dokumen perusahaan, sejarahperusahaan dan data sekunder lainnya. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner.Populasi di penelitian ini adalah pembeli susu Dancow di Giant Pondok Gede sebanyak 71 orangdan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 61 orang Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini yaitudengan analisis data deskriptif, analisis regresi linier berganda, pengujian hipotesis dengananalisis uji F (simultan), dan uji t (parsial).. Berdasarkan hasil yang di dapat dalam penelitian inidapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara simultan terhadap keputusanpembelian susu Dancow dengan t hitung sebesar 3,747 dengan nilai signifikasi sebesar 0,00. Hargaberpengaruh positf dan signfikan terhadap keputusan pembelian susu Dancow dengan t hitung 3,448dan nilai signifikansi 0,01. rDancow dengan t hitung 3,081 dan nilai signifikansi 0,03. Promosiberpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian susu Dancow dengan t hitung3,146 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,03. Bauran pemasaran secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positifdan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen susu Dancow dengan nilai f hitung117,333 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,00. Koefesien determinasi R 2 sebesar 0,893 dapat diartikan89,3% keputusan pembelian susu Dancow dipengaruhi oleh produk, harga, distribusi danpromosi, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 10,7 % dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.

Abstract

Tenaga pendidik dan sarana prasarana merupakan salah satu unsur yang penting dan harusdi utamakan dalam suatu lembaga pendidikan. Agar tercipta berbagai aktivitas yangberujung pada terciptanya kemudahan dan keberhasilan siswa dalam belajar sehinggaorang tua peserta didik akan merasa puas akan pendidikan yang diterima anaknya,sehingga akan timbul loyalitas orang tua peserta didik terhadap lembaga pendidikantersebut. Untuk mengetahui tingkat loyalitas orang tua peserta didik di SDIT As-Syafi’iyah maka perlu dilakukan Penelitian dengan judul “Pengaruh kinerja tenagapendidik dan sarana prasarana terhadap loyalitas orang tua peserta didik di SDIT As-Syafi’iyah”. Dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 52 orang.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Regresi dan Korelasi Berganda. Hasildari olah data menggunakan Regresi dan Korelasi Berganda didapat hasil persamaan,yaitu Y = 13,482 + 0,213 X 1 + 0,418 X 2. Maka, dari hasil persamaan tersebut di dapatlahNilai a = 13,482 yang berarti, jika tidak ada perubahan dari variabel kinerja tenagapendidik (X 1 ) dan sarana prasarana (X 2 ), maka nilai untuk loyalitas orang tua pesertadidik (Y) sebesar 13,482. Nilai b 1 = 0,213 yang artinya setiap penambahan satu skor ataunilai pada kinerja tenaga pendidik, maka loyalitas orang tua peserta didik akan mengalamiperubahan skor sebesar 0,213 (X 1 ) pada saat variabel sarana prasarana = 0. Nilai b 2 =0,418 yang artinya setiap penambahan satu skor atau nilai pada sarana prasarana makaloyalitas orang tua peserta didik akan mengalami perubahan skor sebesar 0,418 (X 2 ) padasaat variabel kinerja tenaga pendidik = 0. Dari hasil uji korelasi berganda antara variabelkinerja tenaga pendidik (X 1 ) dan sarana prasarana (X 2 ) terhadap loyalitas orang tuapeserta didik (Y) didapat nilai korelasi sebesar 0,509 yang mana korelasi ini dinyatakankuat dan positif. Dari hasil perhitungan uji F didapat hasil nilai signifikansi 0,001, lebihkecil dari 0,05 sedangkan dengan tingkat siginifikan yaitu α = 5% dan didapat nilai F hitung= 8,564 dengan nilai F tabel = 3,18. Dikarenakan hasil nilai F hitung > F tabel (8,564 > 3,18)artinya kinerja tenaga pendidik dan sarana prasarana berpengaruh positif dan signifikanterhadap loyalitas orang tua peserta didik, jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa hipotesaditerima.Hasil penelitian secara serentak dari pengaruh kinerja tenaga pendidik dan saranaprasarana terhadap loyalitas orang tua peserta didik diperoleh 25,9 %. Sedangkan sisanyayakni 74,1 % dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak turut diteliti dalam penelitian ini.
