Abstract

Training to Build Youth Integrity in the Mental Revolution in Bunut Village aims to achieve an evaluation mechanism, so that it can be seen how far the progress and efforts of these activities have been achieved. Likewise in this activity it also refers to the goals to be achieved, both the targets to be achieved in this activity and the final goal in the form of positive change impacts that arise with this activity. The positive results or impacts that arise can be in the form of changes in behavior or attitudes that are good, especially teenagers. High integrity will produce people who are disciplined and care about their surroundings and have integrity values that are the difference between people who have integrity or not. A person with a character of integrity will become a superior human being and will withstand the trials of life that he faces.

Abstract

Mentalitas radikal ini adalah cara berpikir bahwa hanya golongannya sendirilah yang benar. Dari mentalitas inilah muncul apa yang disebut dengan ideologi takfiri. Sebuah struktur mental yang telah terbentuk dalam pandangan dan keyakinan bahwa pemahaman dan tindakan pengkafiran yang mereka lakukan terhadap kelompok lain yang tidak sepandangan dengan mereka merupakan sesuatu yang benar dan sesuai dengan ajaran agama yang murni. Faham ini memposisikan umat lain sebagai sesat dan harus dibasmi termasuk dengan menggunakan pendekatan kekerasan. Implikasi dari pendekatan ini sangat berpotensi merusak keutuhan bangsa. Pendidikan agama memiliki peran sentral dalam membentuk cara pandang setiap peserta didik dalam memahami dan mengamalkan agama yang penuh dengan kedamaian bukan permusuhan, kedengkian serta kekerasan. Dibutuhkan formulasi pendidikan Islam yang dapat menangkal penyebaran idologi ini bagi generasi muda. Dengan perspektif interdisiplin, multidisiplin dan transdisiplin dibutuhkan pendidikan Islam yang melibatkan pengetahuan bayani, irfani dan burhani sebagai scientific skill dan humanistis thougt dengan menjadi pengetahuan irfani sebagai corak keberagamaan yang intersubjektif untuk menjembatani corak keberagamaan yang objektif dan subjektif.

Abstract

Background: Transradial access is a widely used technique during coronary angiography procedures in diagnosing coronary heart disease. Prolonged use of compression bands can cause physical discomfort such as pain, hematoma and radial artery occlusion. Accelerated compression band removal is expected to provide the best balance in achieving hemostasis and minimizing the risk of these complications. Purpose: To determine the effect of early release of compression bands on the risk of complications after transradial coronary angiography. Method: A systematic review conducted based on the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta Analyses (PRISMA) guidelines. Articles were sourced from ScienceDirect, Scopus, and ProQuest databases from 2016-2025. Inclusion criteria included studies with randomized controlled trials, quasi-experiments, and cohort studies evaluating the effect of early compression band removal on the incidence of complications of pain, hematoma and radial artery occlusion. Nine studies were assessed using the Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI) and presented using a narrative and quantitative approach. Results: The search found 4 studies with randomized controlled trial designs and 5 cohort studies involving a total of 9.854 patients. The study findings showed that the rate of pain, hematoma and radial artery occlusion was lower in the early compression band release protocol (2 hours) compared to a duration of > 4 hours. The risk of bleeding increased with a faster release duration (<2 hours). The analysis showed that the early compression band release protocol was effective in reducing the risk of possible complications. Conclusion: An optimal early compression band release protocol can improve patient comfort and safety and minimize the risk of complications related to transradial coronary angiography procedures. Further studies are needed to ensure the safety and effectiveness of the early compression band release protocol in other procedures that use transradial as the primary access.   Keywords: Complications; Compression Band; Early Discharge; Post Transradial Coronary Angiography.   Pendahuluan: Akses transradial menjadi teknik yang banyak digunakan selama prosedur angiografi koroner dalam mendiagnosis penyakit jantung koroner. Penggunaan gelang kompresi berkepanjangan dapat menimbulkan ketidaknyamanan fisik, seperti nyeri, hematoma, dan oklusi arteri radial. Pelepasan gelang kompresi dengan durasi yang dipercepat diharapkan memberikan keseimbangan terbaik dalam mencapai hemostasis dan meminimalkan risiko komplikasi. Tujuan: Untuk Pengaruh pelepasan dini gelang kompresi terhadap risiko komplikasi pasca angiografi koroner transradial. Metode: Tinjauan sistematis yang dilakukan berdasarkan pedoman Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta Analyses (PRISMA). Artikel berasal dari basis data ScienceDirect, Scopus, dan ProQuest yang terbit pada tahun 2016-2025. Kriteria inklusi meliputi studi dengan uji coba terkontrol acak, kuasi eksperimen, dan studi kohort yang mengevaluasi pengaruh pelepasan dini gelang kompresi terhadap kejadian komplikasi nyeri, hematoma, dan oklusi arteri radial. 9 studi dinilai biasnya menggunakan Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI) dan disajikan menggunakan pendekatan naratif dan kuantitatif. Hasil: Penelusuran didapatkan 4 studi dengan desain uji coba terkontrol acak dan 5 studi kohort yang melibatkan total 9,854 pasien. Temuan studi menunjukkan bahwa tingkat nyeri, hematoma, dan oklusi arteri radial lebih rendah pada protokol pelepasan dini gelang kompresi (2 jam) dibandingkan dengan durasi >4 jam. Risiko perdarahan meningkat pada durasi pelepasan yang lebih cepat (<2 jam). Analisis menunjukkan protokol pelepasan dini gelang kompresi efektif menurunkan risiko komplikasi yang mungkin terjadi. Simpulan: Protokol pelepasan dini gelang kompresi yang optimal dapat meningkatkan kenyamanan dan keselamatan pasien serta meminimalkan risiko komplikasi terkait prosedur angiografi koroner transradial. Studi lebih lanjut diperlukan guna memastikan keamanan dan keefektifan protokol pelepasan dini gelang kompresi pada prosedur lain yang menggunakan transradial sebagai akses utamanya.   Kata Kunci: Gelang Kompresi; Komplikasi; Pasca Angiografi Koroner Transradial; Pelepasan Dini.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine how Transformational Leadership is Teacher Performance. Research methods; descriptive analysis, quantitative approach, product moment correlation analysis techniques, determination and regression. Data collected through questionnaires. The population in this study were teachers in two elementary schools in East Bogor City, totaling 54 people, with a total sample of 34 respondents with simple random sampling technique. The results showed a significant relationship between transformational leadership and teacher teaching performance. The recommendation to improve teacher performance is to improve the dimensions of intellectual stimulation and the sensitivity of individual principals and teacher participation in training to improve teacher professional competence.

Abstract

Abstract: The implementation of the independent curriculum as an effort to improve the quality of education in Indonesia. This curriculum aims to provide more freedom to schools in designing and implementing the curriculum according to the needs and characteristics of each school. This service is carried out to implement the independent curriculum at SMA Swasta Daerah Air Joman. Data were collected through interviews with principals, teachers and students who have used the independent curriculum. In addition, observations were also conducted to observe the learning process in the classroom. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the implementation of the curriculum in this school faces various challenges. Although there is freedom in designing the curriculum, the school experiences obstacles in developing learning materials that are relevant to local needs. In addition, improving the quality of teachers and support from schools and the government are also important factors in the success of this curriculum. They have a strong commitment to improving the quality of education, collaborating with various parties, and conducting regular monitoring and evaluation of the implementation of the curriculum. This study concludes that the independent curriculum in schools requires a strong commitment, support from various parties, and adaptation to the characteristics of the school and its environment. In addition, increasing teacher capacity must also be considered so that the curriculum can be successful and have a positive impact on education in Indonesia. Keywords: independent curriculum, indonesian language learning  Abstrak: Pelaksanaan kurikulum merdeka sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia. Kurikulum ini bertujuan untuk memberikan kebebasan lebih kepada sekolah dalam merancang dan mengimplementasikan kurikulum sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan karakteristik masing-masing sekolah. Pengabdian ini dilakukan untuk mengimplementasikan kurikulum merdeka di SMA Swasta Daerah Air Joman. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dengan kepala sekolah, guru dan siswa yang telah menggunakan kurikulum merdeka. Selain itu observasi juga dilakukan untuk mengamati proses pembelajaran di kelas. Berdasarkan hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi kurikulum di sekolah ini menghadapi berbagai tantangan. Walaupun ada kebebasan dalam merancang kurikulum, tetapi sekolah mengalami kendala dalam mengembangkan materi pembelajaran yang relevan dengan kebutuhan lokal. Selain itu peningkatan kualitas guru dan dukungan dari pihak sekolah dan pemerintah juga menjadi faktor penting dalam keberhasilan kurikulum ini. Mereka memiliki komitmen yang kuat untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan, berkolaborasi dengan berbagai pihak, dan melakukan pemantauan serta evaluasi secara berkala terhadap pelaksanaan kurikulum. kegiatan ini menyimpulkan bahwa kurikulum merdeka di sekolahmembutuhkan komitmen yang kuat, dukungan dari berbagai pihak, dan adaptasi terhadap karakteristik sekolah dan lingkungannya. Selain itu peningkatan kapasitas guru juga harus di perhatikan agar kurikulum dapat berhasil dan memberikan dampak positif pada pendidikan di Indonesia. Kata kunci: kurikulum merdeka, pembelajaran bahasa indonesia

Abstract

Curriculum demands that continue to develop provide challenges for educators to continue updating digital capabilities that really support independent curriculum learning. The use of digital is able to change the paradigm from focusing on printed books towards using digital books with good quality content, attractive, interactive and cost-effective design and appearance. The importance of digital books can make it easier for students to use them anywhere and anytime. One application that can use digital books is Kvisoft Flipbook Maker. However, the phenomenon that occurs in the field is that the majority of students do not know and are not able to design teaching modules using the Kvisoft flipbook maker application. Because the training activities carried out by the community service team aim to improve teachers' abilities in creating and designing teaching modules using the Kvisoft flipbook maker application. The service was carried out at MTS Islamiyyah Sei Kamah II with 30 teachers involved in taking part in training activities. The training went smoothly, the students were very enthusiastic and focused in participating in the training. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effectiveness of using puzzle media to improve the ability to recognize letters in children of PAUD Al-Hidayah, Banjar Village. The method used in this study is classroom action research which is carried out in two cycles. The number of children in this study was 35 students. The implementation of using puzzle media has been carried out and is running well. Children at PAUD Al-Hidayah, Banjar Village have been able to mention the symbols of letters they know and the shape of letters. The results of this study indicate that learning with puzzle media has an increase in the percentage value of the ability to recognize letters, namely, in the initial condition of 35.70%. Then in cycle 1 the average percentage increased to 61.10%, and the average percentage in cycle II was able to increase to 83.73%. From the data above, it is clear that puzzle media can improve the ability to recognize letters in Early Childhood. Keywords: Puzzle Media, Recognizing Letters, Early Childhood.

Abstract

The city of Bengkulu, which borders the Indian Ocean, has unique weather and climate. The ENSO phenomenon in 2023 will also strengthen the impact of monsoon winds on weather parameters in Bengkulu City. This research aims to analyze the influence of monsoon winds on air humidity, cloud cover and rainfall in Bengkulu City during 2022-2024. Data including wind speed and direction, humidity, cloud cover, and rainfall, were analyzed using WRPLOT View, ArcGIS, Panoply, and Excel software. The method used is descriptive, quantitative and statistical analysis. The results show that during the Northwest Monsoon (January 2022–2024), the dominant winds are from the northwest and northeast with cloud cover (80%) and the highest rainfall is 449 mm/month and the lowest is 208 mm/month. In Transition Monsoon I (April 2022–2024), the wind direction is from the northwest, the highest humidity is 94%, cloud cover (75%) and rainfall is medium to high. In the Southeast Season (August 2022), the wind direction varies greatly with the highest (95%) and lowest (77%) air humidity and the highest rainfall of 558 mm/month. Meanwhile, August and October 2023 will see a decrease in rainfall, where the rainfall will be 10 – 84 mm/month due to the El Niño phenomenon. Transition Season II (October 2022 and 2024) the wind direction varies greatly, namely from the southeast, northwest and north, rainfall varies from low to high. The highest correlation coefficient for rainfall with humidity was 0.45 at the Bengkulu Climatology Station and the lowest was 0.22 at the Bengkulu University Station. The highest correlation with cloud cover was 0.67 at Tanjung Agung Station and the lowest was 0.53 at Bengkulu Climatology Station. This study reveals that the northwest monsoon contributes to high humidity and rainfall, and El Niño will reduce rainfall significantly in 2023. These results indicate that monitoring seasonal winds is very important for predicting hydrometeorological disasters in Bengkulu City.

Abstract

Background: The prevalence of acute coronary syndrome (ACS), which is the most critical ischemic heart disease and is the main source of morbidity and mortality worldwide, increases significantly every year in Indonesia, including Balinese young adults. Identification of modifiable risk factors, such as smoking habits, consuming alcohol, and processed food, is culturally important for making primary prevention strategies, the occurrence of attacks, and secondary prevention to reduce readmissions.Objectives: This study aims to identify modifiable factors using a cultural approach associated with the incidence of ACS in Balinese young adults.Methods: This is a quantitative cross-sectional study. A total of 150 eligible respondents were recruited consecutively at the Integrated Heart Service Centre of Prof. Dr. I.G.N.G Ngoerah General Hospital, Bali. Data were collected using validated questionnaires on socio-demographics, diet (SQ-FFQ), physical activity (GPAQ), alcohol use (AUDIT), psychological status (DASS-42), and sleep quality (PSQI). Independent variables included hypertension, diabetes, dyslipidemia, hyperuricemia, lifestyle, and psychosocial factors, with ACS incidence as the outcome. Data were analysed with descriptive statistics, chi-square, and logistic regression (p < 0.05).Results: Results showed a significant relationship between hypertension, high salt intake, and sleep quality. Hypertension demonstrated the strongest statistical association with ACS among the variables included in the model (OR = 6.785, 95% CI: 2.429 - 18.956). The Nagelkerke R² value was 0.449, indicating a moderately strong predictive model. This shows that hypertension, risky diet, and poor sleep quality contribute to 44.9% of the explained variance in the incidence of ACS among young adults. Conclusion: Risk factors contribute to the high prevalence of hypertension in Bali, including a high salt and fat diet in Balinese cuisine, poor sleep habits, and traditional activities in Bali. Recommendations for future research include exploring cardio-social factors and culturally based prevention and control strategies for ACS in young adults in Bali.

Abstract

Program rehabilitasi jantung (CR) harus diberikan untuk mengurangi risiko kematian dan rawat inap ulang serta meningkatkan kualitas hidup pada pasien yang telah menjalani revaskularisasi jantung. Metode CR yang inovatif akan meningkatkan kepatuhan jangka panjang terhadap gaya hidup aktif yang berkelanjutan pada kebugaran fisik yang berhubungan dengan kesehatan terutama kesehatan jantung, sehingga mengurangi morbiditas dan mortalitas pasien. Media elektronik (telemonitoring) menjadi alternatif yang aman untuk memperluas jangkauan CR berbasis rumah, dengan pendampingan jarak jauh dan pengawasan tidak langsung daripada program CR. Tujuan penulisan ini untuk memberikan gagasan dari hasil literature review mengenai rehabilitasi jantung di rumah dengan menggunakan telemonitoring pada pasien post revaskularisasi jantung dan kelayakan penggunaan telemonitoring pada CR fase II. Penelusuran artikel dilakukan pada mesin pencarian google scholar dengan menyaring artikel berdasarkan kata kunci, tahun terbit artikel, judul artikel, abstrak dan isi keseluruhan artikel, menghasilan 10 jurnal yang kemudian dijadikan tinjauan literatur. Teknologi terkini mengenai home-based cardiac rehabilitation untuk pasien post revaskularisasi kardiovaskuler mulai diterapkan di berbagai negara. Teknologi seluler yang dapat digunakan untuk home-based cardiac rehabilitation fase II meliputi aplikasi kesehatan seluler, website kesehatan, dan aplikasi pesan (chat, telepon, dan panggilan video). Penerapan teknologi seluler ini dapat terapkan dalam home-based cardiac rehabilitation fase II karena efektif, efisien, murah, dan bermanfaat.
