Abstract

Coronary Artery Disease (CAD) is leading cause of mortality worldwide. Catheterization using the transradial arterial (TRA) technique has been able to reduce morbidity and mortality rates from CAD, but this procedure also contributes to the occurrence of complications. The aim of this study was to search literature and analyse articles discussing the use of hand exercise on improving limb function in patients posttransradial cardiac catheterization. Methods: The design used was a systematic review with PRISMA adaptation. Articles were searched using databases: ScienceDirect, ProQuest, PubMed, Scopus and Hand Searching in Google Scholar. The keywords of article search were using “Coronary artery disease” AND “transradial artery catheterization” OR “Trans cardiac Catheterization” AND “hand exercise” AND “limb function. In the initial stage of information search on 5 October 2023, the total number of articles obtained before selection was carried out based on inclusion and exclusion criteria was 7273 articles. From the five databases used, selection was then carried out according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The inclusion criteria were research articles published in the last 10 years (2013-2023); use English; a journal article and open access; Involves adult respondents and full text articles. Exclusion criteria were encyclopedia articles, book chapters, conferences, correspondence, editorials, news, practice guidelines, protocols, systematic reviews, literature reviews and meta analysis. The results are discussing 7 articles published from 2013-2023. Conclusions Hand exercises are useful for restoring limb function within two hours after the procedure and over a long period of time.

Telenursing is one of the nurse efforts to provide nursing care remotely, especially education and monitoring of CAD patients. This literature study aims to see the effectiveness of implementing telenursing on the condition of CAD patients which has implications for the patient's quality of life. The database was collected from open source online journals including Pubmed, Science Direct, Proquest, Clinical Key Nursing, and Willey Online Library. Articles were searched using the keywords telenursing, telemonitoring, teleeducation, quality of life, and coronary artery disease. The articles used were articles from the last 5 years from 2019 to 2024 with an initial number of 241 and 9 articles analyzed. Forms of telenursing in this literature study include application-based telenursing, telephone reminders, telephone follow-up and via messages. All research studies in the study show that telenursing has a significant impact on the quality of life of CAD patients. All types of telenursing have an impact on the patient's quality of life. Kualitas hidup pada pasien coronary artery disease (CAD) umumnya mengalami penurunan. Perawat perlu melakukan intervensi keperawatan yang komperehensif meskipun klien sudah keluar rumah sakit atau dirumah. Telenursing merupakan salah satu upaya perawat untuk memberikan asuhan keperawatan dengan jarak jauh, khususnya edukasi dan monitoring pada pasien CAD. Studi literature ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan pengaruh telenursing terhadap kualitas hidup pada pasien CAD. Database dikumpulkan dari jurnal online open source meliputi Pubmed, Science Direct, Proquest, Clinical Key Nursing, dan Willey Online Library. Artikel dicari menggunakan kata kunci telenursing, telemonitoring, teleeducation, quality of life, dan coronary artery disease. Bentuk telenursing dalam studi literature ini antara lain telenursing berbasis aplikasi, telephone reminder, follow up telephone dan melalui pesan. Semua studi penelitian dalam studi menunjukkan bahwa telenursing memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kualitas hidup pasien CAD. Semua jenis telenursing yang memiliki pengaruh terhadap kualitas hidup pasien. Perawat dengan dukungan dari pemerintah diharapkan dapat menerapkan telenursing yang komperehensif dan terintegrasi dengan program rehabilitasi jantung untuk meningkatan kualitas hidup pada pasien CAD

Abstract

Dyspnoea is the most common and distressing symptom of lung disease, and it causes uncomfortable feelings. Dyspnoea occurs in patients with lung diseases such as lung cancer, COPD, asthma and tuberculosis. Positioning that can reduce shortness of breath in COPD patients is the tripod position and breathing exercises, namely lip breathing exercises, which can affect oxygen saturation. The aim of study is to determine the effectiveness of the application of forward leaning position and pursed lip breathing on dypsnea in patients with lung disease. Pursed lips breathing exercises and a tripod position significantly improved symptoms of shortness of breath and strengthened respiratory muscles. To determine the effectiveness of applying the forward leaning position and pursed lip breathing for dyspnea in patients with lung disease. This research is quantitative with a quasi-experimental design with a pretest-posttest design approach without a control group design. The inclusion criteria for adult patients ≥ 18 years, patients with lung disease: COPD, Asthma, Tuberculosis and Lung Cancer and moderate to severe dyspnea at rest as measured by the Modified Borg Dyspnea Scale (MBDS ≥3). The number of samples was 30 people. The results of the analysis using the Wilcoxon Test and the results obtained were that providing a forward leaning position (FLP) and Pursed Lips Breathing (PLB) breathing exercises in patients with lung disease could significantly reduce the degree of dyspnea. The application of a combination of forward-leaning positions and pursed lips breathing exercises can have an effect on reducing the degree of dyspnea in patients.

Abstract

Perubahan perilaku pemasaran dari konvensional ke digital tidak diimbangi oleh keberadaan pelaku UMKM dalam menggunakan digital marketing, padahal UMKM dipercaya mampu memacu perekonomian Indonesia. Pemanfaatan konsep pemasaran berbasis teknologi digital menjadi harapan bagi UMKM untuk berkembang menjadi pusat kekuatan ekonomi. Media promosi digital marketing diharapkan menjadi pilihan yang efektif bagi pelaku UMKM dalam mengembangkan bisnis dan menjangkau pasar nasional maupun internasional. Media promosi konvensional yang banyak membutuhkan biaya dan jauh lebih rumit, dengan sendirinya, tidak lagi menjadi perhatian utama bagi pelaku UMKM karena adanya digital marketing. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengintegrasikan penggunaan media sosial dalam strategi pemasaran UMKM, (2) meningkatkan pemahaman mengenai signifikansi pemasaran digital untuk peningkatan visibilitas produk, dan (3) mendorong inovasi dalam strategi pemasaran guna mencapai segmentasi pasar yang lebih luas. Setelah sesi teori dan praktik dilaksanakan peserta dapat mengetahui platform digital pengembangan bisnis dan membuat serta mengelola akun media sosial untuk keperluan bisnis. Peserta pelatihan membutuhkan adanya kontinuitas dalam pendampingan, setelah kegiatan ini.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kredit bermasalah pada KSP Bina Warga Saluyu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian ini mengetahui cara penanganan kredit bermasalah dengan cara reschedulling, surat teguran dan memberikan SP 1 dalam tiga bulan, dan faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan kredit bermasalah dibagi menjadi dua faktor yaitu faktor internal dan faktor eksternal, dimana faktor internal anggota yang tidak jujur dan jaminan dalam meminjam hanya menggunakan surat berharga seperti sertifikat atau BPKB, dan fotocopy anggota koperasi, sedangkan dari faktor eksternal adalah banyaknya anggota yang meminjam diluar KSP Bina Warga Saluyu.

Abstract

Consumer goods have direct demand characteristics, meaning that consumers are the determinants of purchasing consumer goods. On the other hand, the pricing of consumer goods is determined by retailers, not by producers. Under these conditions, the production and operational costs for producing goods must be as small as possible so that the retailer's selling price to the public can be accepted by consumers.The purpose of this study is to see the effect of increasing production costs and operating costs of pharmaceutical companies in Indonesia in the period 2016 to 2018. The research method is carried out by processing quarterly data on production costs, operating costs, and net income of two pharmaceutical companies in Indonesia during that period. The linearity test of the relationship was carried out by Spearman, Kendall, and Pearson correlation analysis. Meanwhile, to get the relationship, multiple regression was carried out using the Ordinary Least Square and Weighted Least Square methods From the data analysis, using the OLS method, the coefficient values ??of the increase in production costs and operating costs are 0.393 and 0.002. Meanwhile, the WLS method obtained the coefficient values ??of 0.382 and 0.010. This study concludes that there is a potential for increasing profits which is dominated by production factors. In this case, there is the potential to increase the company's profit by increasing production capacity.

Abstract

Introduction: Pain is one of the conditions experienced by patients after Coronary Artery Bypass Graft (CABG). It affects physical function, professional life, relationships and family life, social life, sleep patterns, and mood. Foot massage which is one of the complementary therapies can be done by pressing the reflective area of the foot to release endorphins so that pain will be reduced. This study aimed to review the effect of foot massage on the pain level of patients with post-CABG patients. Methods: Systematic review was used using 5 databases namely: ProQuest, ScienceDirect, Google Scholar, ClinicalKey Nursing, and Sage Journal. Articles were selected with the criteria of having been published within the 2018-2022, using English or Indonesian, and patients in the first phase. The Articles were evaluated using JBI and ended up with 5 articles. Results: The results showed that the total number of respondents in this study was 331 people with the majority is male (64.35%). Five articles showed a significant effect between foot massage and pain in patients after CABG with a p-value (p < 0.05). Conclusion: Foot massage can improve hemodynamic status and reduce pain in CABG patients. Feelings of relaxation and decreased stress are associated effectively to affect hemodynamic status and pain.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengulas tren pengaduan konsumen terhadap sektor perbankan sepanjang tahun 2023, dengan fokus khusus pada kasus-kasus pengaduan yang diajukan ke Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK). Pendekatan kualitatif digunakan untuk merinci jenis pengaduan yang paling umum, produk atau layanan yang sering menjadi sorotan, serta respons dan langkah-langkah yang diambil oleh OJK dalam menanggapi pengaduan konsumen. Analisis data mengungkapkan bahwa jenis pengaduan terkait pelayanan nasabah, terutama dalam penanganan transaksi, informasi yang tidak jelas, dan masalah teknis pada platform perbankan digital, mendominasi tren sepanjang tahun tersebut. Produk kartu kredit dengan biaya tersembunyi dan produk tabungan dengan ketentuan yang kurang transparan juga menonjol sebagai fokus utama pengaduan. Respons OJK terhadap pengaduan terbukti efektif dengan melibatkan investigasi menyeluruh, dialog dengan pihak terkait, dan implementasi sanksi jika diperlukan. Analisis juga mengungkapkan adanya tren perubahan positif, dengan beberapa bank merespon pengaduan dengan meningkatkan kebijakan internal dan memperbarui syarat dan ketentuan produk. Hasil penelitian memberikan wawasan yang mendalam tentang dinamika hubungan antara konsumen dan sektor perbankan, menyoroti tantangan utama yang dihadapi oleh konsumen dan upaya yang dilakukan oleh regulator dan sektor perbankan dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan dan transparansi. Implikasi dan rekomendasi disajikan sebagai panduan untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan dan kepuasan konsumen dalam lingkungan perbankan yang terus berkembang. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting bagi praktisi, regulator, dan peneliti yang tertarik dalam memahami dan meningkatkan hubungan konsumen dan sektor perbankan.

Abstract

Novel Assalamualaikum Calon Imam karya Ima Madaniah tidak hanya memiliki satu konflik cerita, tokoh utama dalam novel ini menghadapi banyak masalah serta pergolakan. Namun dalam prosesnya, tokoh utama juga selalu tegar dan dapat melewati setiap konflik yang dihadapinya dengan tetap selalu melibatkan tuhannya dalam semua yang dihadapinya. Berdasarkan pengamatan peneliti dalam Novel Assalamualaikum Calon Imam karya Ima Madaniah, peneliti mendapati bahwa tokoh utama dalam novel tersebut memiliki keteguhan untuk terus maju dan bangkit walau banyaknya tekanan dan permasalahan yang dihadapinya. Dalam hal ini peneliti tertarik untuk menganalisis Novel Assalamualaikum Calon Imam karya Ima Madaniah dari sudut pandang psikologis. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode literatur review. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian deskriptif. Fokus kajian pada penelitian ini adalah analisis karakter tokoh utama novel Assalamualaikum Calon Imam karya Ima Madaniah. Adapun aspek–aspek yang dikaji yaitu karakter tokoh utama dalam sudut pandang psikologi.

Abstract

Congestive Heart Failure (CHF) is a chronic complex syndrome characterized by the inability of the heart to support the circulation of the peripheral organs and may cause negative effects on the whole human body systems. CHF survivors may develop poor adaptation and quality of life also death. Roy's adaptation theory model-based intervention aid in improving patient adaptation to the fulfillment of physiological needs, self-concept, role function, and interdependence. The purpose of this case study was to apply Roy's adaptation theory model to patients with CHF. The results showed that adaptive mal behavior becomes the priority problem of low cardiac output with focal stimuli: increased afterload, preload, contractility, and changes in heart rate. The history of hypertension, diabetes mellitus, and non-adherence were included in the contextual stimulus. The history of smoking is included in the residual stimulus. Two mechanisms of regulatory and cognitive control are used as nursing interventions. Results showed that the patient performed physiological-physical adaptation had no diuretic injection, was capable to endure fluid restriction, and showed adequate fluid balance. Moreover, patients were also adapted with lifestyle changes supported by their families.
