Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research discus how the influence of compensation and the satisfaction of working against turnover intention on employees of PT Multi Abadi Sejahtera. Data obtained through survey by spreading questionnaires to 62 employees in PT Multi Abadi Sejahtera company. The sample collection technique used is the census of sampling, while the data analysis instrument uses is the multiple linear regression. The methodology used in this research is a method of the quantitative analysis with the using primary data such as questionnaires, interview observation, and the study of literature. The data be treated with SPSS 13.0 for windows to ease in knowing how much and how the relation and the influence of compensation and job satisfaction of turnover intention in PT Multi Abadi Sejahtera. The research result this indicates that variable free, compensation (X1) and job satisfaction (X2) positive and significant effect on variable bound turnover intention (Y). Based on the result analysis of the data and the testing of hypotheses with the result R 0,697. Which means of compensation and job satisfaction there was a relation strong, meanwhile R square of 48,6% means variable compesantion and job satisfaction influence of turnover intention and the rest 51,4% influenced by other variables. It is expected that the PT Multi Abadi Sejahtera can be maintain and increase compensation and job satisfaction so turnover intention can be better.Keywords: compensation, job satisfaction, turnover intentionABSTRACTPenelitian ini membahas bagaimana Pengaruh dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Turnover Intention karyawan pada PT Multi Abadi Sejahtera. Data diperoleh melalui survei dengan menyebarkan kuisioner kepada 62 karyawan PT Multi Abadi Sejahtera. Teknis pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sensus sampling, sedangkan alat analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode analisis kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data primer seperti kuisioner, wawancara observasi, dan studi kepustakaan. Data tersebut diolah dengan SPSS 13.0 for windows untuk mempermudah dalam mengetahui seberapa besar dan bagaimana hubungan serta pengaruh kompensasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap turnover intention pada PT Multi Abadi Sejahtera. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variable bebas, kompensasi (X1) dan kepuasan kerja (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variable bebas, kompensasi (X1) dan keputusan kerja (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variable terikat turnover intention (Y). Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dan pengujian hipotesis dengan hasil R sebesar 0,697. Yang berarti antara kompensasi dan kepuasan kerja terdapat hubungan yang kuat, sedangkan R square sebesar 48,6% yang berarti variable kompensasi dan kepuasan kerja mempengaruhi turnover intention dan sisanya sebesar 51,4% dipengaruhi oleh variable-variable lain. Diharapkan pihak PT Multi Abadi Sejahtera mampu mempertahankan dan meningkatkan kompensasi dan kepuasan kerja sehingga turnover intention bisa lebih baik.Keywords: Kompensasi, Kepuasan Kerja, turnover intention

Abstract

                                                  ABSTRACTThis research was made with the background because of a lack of awareness of importance ofenterprise education and job training to support employee performance and lack of awareness ofthe company in building a working environment that is conducive to improve employee performance.Moreover, the purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an influence of education andtraining and work environment on the performance of employees of PT Inplasco Prima Surya. Thedata required in this study, obtained through questionnaires using saturated or census samplingmethod to 50 (fifty) PT Inplasco Prima Surya. From all the combine input data that has been collected,data got analysis using SPSS program to determine the results of the research hypothesis. Theanalysis carried out from the validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, test multiple linearregression analysis, and hypothesis with the following results: (1) education and vocational trainingaffect the performance of employees, (2) work environment affect the performance employees, and(3) educational and job training also work environment simultaneously affect the performance of theemployee. By knowing with the effect on the performance of PT Inplasco Prima Surya employees,this research can as be a reference for the PT Inplasco Prima Surya in how to improving employeesperformance.Keywords: education and job training, work environment, employee perfomance, human resources                                                 ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dibuat dengan latar belakang karena kurangnya kesadaran perusahaan akan pentingnyapendidikan dan pelatihan kerja untuk menunjang kinerja karyawan serta kurangnya kesadaranperusahaan dalam membangun lingkungan kerja yang kondusif untuk dapat meningkatkan kinerjakaryawan. Selain itu tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruhpendidikan dan pelatihan kerja serta lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Inplasco PrimaSurya. Data yang diperlukan dalam penelitian ini, diperoleh melalui kuesioner dengan menggunakanmetode sampling jenuh atau sensus terhadap 50 (lima puluh) orang karyawan PT Inplasco PrimaSurya. Dari data-data yang telah dikumpulkan, dilakukan analisis data menggunakan program SPSSguna mengetahui hasil hipotesis penelitian. Adapun analisis yang dilakukan mulai dari uji validitas,uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji analisis regresi linear berganda, dan uji hipotesis dengan hasilsebagai berikut: (1) pendidikan dan pelatihan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, (2)lingkungan kerja berpengaruhi terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan (3) pendidikan dan pelatihan kerjaserta lingkungan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dengan mengetahuipengaruh terhadap kerja karyawanPT Inplasco Prima Surya, penelitian ini dapat menjadi acuan bagiPT Inplasco Prima Surya dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan.Kata kunci: pendidikan dan pelatihan kerja, lingkungan kerja, kinerja karyawan, sumber dayamanusia

Abstract

Kinerja karyawan yang baik dapat dilihat dari pencapaian hasil kerja secara kualitas dan kuantitas karyawan. Budaya organisasi yang sesuai, etika kerja dan loyalitas yang baik akan membatu dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan menjadi lebih baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi, etika kerja, dan loyalitas terhadap kinerja karyawan (non akademis) universitas XYZ. Variabel yang akan di pakai pada penelitian kali ini adalah budaya organisasi sebagai variabel independent/ bebas (X1), etika kerja (X2) dan loyalitas sebagai variabel independent/ bebas (X3) serta Kinerja karyawan sebagai variabel dependent/ terikat (Y). Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik Purposive Sampling. Metode pengambilan data dilakukan dengan cara penyebaran kuisioner kepada 74 responden. Pengukuran indikator variabel kuisioner pada penelitian ini menggunakan Skala Likert. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan terlebih dahulu dilakukan uji asumsi klasik yang meliputi uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji autokorelasi, dan pengujian hipotesis yang digunakan adalah uji signifikan simultan (Uji -F), uji signifikan parsial (Uji- t) dengan menggunakan program SPSS.Kata kunci: budaya organisasi, etika kerja, loyalitas, kinerja karyawan

Abstract

In the universal health coverage era, clinical pathways are generally applied in hospitals for quality and cost control. The utilization of clinical pathways has been widely used and researched. However, limited qualitative research has analyzed the phenomena and challenges for implementing the clinical pathway in Indonesia. This study aims to explore a depth perspective about the challenges in the implementation of the clinical pathway. The results of this study offer alternatives that can complement existing studies and encourage improvement in the use of clinical pathways in Indonesia. This study uses a single case study qualitative approach and descriptive method to describe the challenges of implementing clinical pathways in private hospitals. The challenges encountered were awareness problems, workload imbalances, different perceptions of doctors, and suboptimal hospital management.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze whether the compensation and supervisor support variables mediated by job satisfaction affect employee retention at PT Pradu. The population in this study were 55 employees of the non-academic division. The sampling technique used in this study was total sampling, namely the sampling technique where the number was the same as the population. The type of data used in this study uses primary data which is done by distributing questionnaires directly to Pradu employees. The research data analysis technique used structural equation modeling (SEM) with the Smart PLS (Partial Least Square) version 3.2.7 program. The results of data analysis found that the R-square of the compensation and supervisor support variables in explaining the job satisfaction variable was 0.701 or about 70% and 30% was explained by other factors outside of this study. While the compensation variable, supervisor support, and job satisfaction in explaining the employee retention variable amounted to 0.325 or about 32.5% and 67.5% was explained by other factors outside of this study. A total of 5 hypotheses were accepted and 2 hypotheses were rejected after testing with the limit of t-statistics> t-table 1.96 and P-Value ​

Abstract

This study discusses the effect of celebrity endorsement on purchasing decisions mediated by brand image and perceived brand quality of Ms Glow cosmetic products in North Jakarta. This research was conducted using probability sampling method with the type of simple random sampling. Researchers distributed questionnaires to 100 consumer respondents of Ms Glow in North Jakarta. Data analysis using Smart PLS analysis. Celebrity endorsements by the company are able to influence the brand image of Ms Glow cosmetic products in North Jakarta. The power of celebrity endorsement can increase consumer feelings. Perceived brand quality has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. So it can be said, the perceived brand quality that is felt by consumers is able to influence purchasing decisions for Ms Glow cosmetic products in North Jakarta. Brand image is not able to mediate the influence of celebrity endorsement on purchasing decisions. So it can be said that celebrity endorsements have not been able to form a good brand image in the minds of consumers, so it cannot influence the purchase decision of Ms Glow cosmetic products in North Jakarta. So it can be said, celebrity endorsements that are carried out are able to create the quality of the brand perceived by consumers will increase, so this will have an impact on purchasing decisions for Ms Glow cosmetic products in North Jakarta.

Abstract

This study was conducted to analyze the effect of Electronic Word Of Mouth, Product Quality, and Price on purchase intention. This research was conducted on the Imokey.Id Brand on the Instagram Platform with a sample of 100 respondents from imokey.id followers. This study uses a verification research model with an explanatory survey method, namely the research method for collecting sample data using slovin calculations. This study has the result that electronic word of mouth has an influence on purchase intention while product quality does not have a direct influence on purchase intention and price has an influence on purchase intention.

Abstract

The finance company industry experienced much pressure in 2020 due to the covid-19 pandemic, this condition made business activities and social life almost stopped. This research was conducted at PT. Maybank Indonesia Finance is one of the financing companies in Indonesia that is currently proliferating. Purchasing decisions have an essential meaning for a financial institution because credit is one of the directives of funding by financial institutions to people who want to get an item on credit as the institution's main business. In determining a decision to purchase products and services, consumers perceive the goods and services they buy, such as the perception of the price of an item or service in making a purchase, and consumers can recognize the company's brand awareness. This research was conducted by nonprobability sampling method with purposive sampling type. Researchers distributed questionnaires to 100 Maybank Finance consumer respondents in Indonesia who had purchased Maybank Finance car loans in 2018-2020. The results of the analysis conclude that price perception has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Brand awareness has a positive and significant effect on credit purchasing decisions. Price perception has a positive and significant effect on service quality. Brand awareness has a positive and significant effect on service quality. Service quality has no positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Maybank Finance. Service quality mediating between brand awareness and purchasing decisions is not significant.

Abstract

To survive in the competition, educational institutions must maintain the quality both in terms of the teaching staff used and in terms of the learning provided to students. This study examines the effect of service quality, learning quality, and promotion strategies on parents' decisions in choosing primary schools for their children. Purposive sampling technique was used in the data collection process, where the respondents were the parents of students from ABC primary school as many as 100 respondents. The test results show that the quality of the teaching staff, the quality of the learning methods used, and the school's promotion strategies are essential aspects that parents consider in determining the primary school for their children.
