Abstract

                                                  ABSTRACTThis research was made with the background because of a lack of awareness of importance ofenterprise education and job training to support employee performance and lack of awareness ofthe company in building a working environment that is conducive to improve employee performance.Moreover, the purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an influence of education andtraining and work environment on the performance of employees of PT Inplasco Prima Surya. Thedata required in this study, obtained through questionnaires using saturated or census samplingmethod to 50 (fifty) PT Inplasco Prima Surya. From all the combine input data that has been collected,data got analysis using SPSS program to determine the results of the research hypothesis. Theanalysis carried out from the validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, test multiple linearregression analysis, and hypothesis with the following results: (1) education and vocational trainingaffect the performance of employees, (2) work environment affect the performance employees, and(3) educational and job training also work environment simultaneously affect the performance of theemployee. By knowing with the effect on the performance of PT Inplasco Prima Surya employees,this research can as be a reference for the PT Inplasco Prima Surya in how to improving employeesperformance.Keywords: education and job training, work environment, employee perfomance, human resources                                                 ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dibuat dengan latar belakang karena kurangnya kesadaran perusahaan akan pentingnyapendidikan dan pelatihan kerja untuk menunjang kinerja karyawan serta kurangnya kesadaranperusahaan dalam membangun lingkungan kerja yang kondusif untuk dapat meningkatkan kinerjakaryawan. Selain itu tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruhpendidikan dan pelatihan kerja serta lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Inplasco PrimaSurya. Data yang diperlukan dalam penelitian ini, diperoleh melalui kuesioner dengan menggunakanmetode sampling jenuh atau sensus terhadap 50 (lima puluh) orang karyawan PT Inplasco PrimaSurya. Dari data-data yang telah dikumpulkan, dilakukan analisis data menggunakan program SPSSguna mengetahui hasil hipotesis penelitian. Adapun analisis yang dilakukan mulai dari uji validitas,uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji analisis regresi linear berganda, dan uji hipotesis dengan hasilsebagai berikut: (1) pendidikan dan pelatihan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, (2)lingkungan kerja berpengaruhi terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan (3) pendidikan dan pelatihan kerjaserta lingkungan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dengan mengetahuipengaruh terhadap kerja karyawanPT Inplasco Prima Surya, penelitian ini dapat menjadi acuan bagiPT Inplasco Prima Surya dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan.Kata kunci: pendidikan dan pelatihan kerja, lingkungan kerja, kinerja karyawan, sumber dayamanusia

Abstract

One form of organizational responsibility is in terms of advancing and developing the career of its employees. In educational institutions such as schools, the administrative staff is tasked with maintaining the academic administrative process so that the academic process can run smoothly. This is inseparable from the quality of human resources possessed by schools that have good quality, motivation, and commitment to the institution where they work. Employee career development is one form of rights that quality employees have, this aspect is important because it can provide opportunities for employees and support their welfare.This study aimed to determine organizational culture and commitment mediated by motivation for school administration staff's career development in the South Tangerang Region. Using the purposive sampling technique in this study's data collection, the respondents were administrative staff from schools in the South Tangerang region with 100 respondents. The analysis uses Structural Equation Modeling testing through SmartPLS. The results showed that motivation has a role in mediating the relationship between organizational culture and employee commitment to school administration staff' career development in South Tangerang Region.

Abstract

The increase in the number of motorized vehicles can be seen from the data released by the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) explaining that in 2019 the number of vehicles spread in Indonesia reached more than 133 million units where this number increased by around 5.3% compared to the previous two years. The distribution of the total number of vehicles consists of motorcycles, private cars, freight cars and buses. Of the total number of vehicles circulating in Indonesia in 2020, DKI Jakarta contributed about 17% or 20 million vehicles to the total, where the number of vehicles also increased very significantly compared to the previous year. Another surprising fact is that the number of vehicles circulating in Jakarta exceeds the population of Jakarta based on population census data in 2020 which only reached 10.56 million people. However, in 2020 a decline in sales in new car transactions due to the Covid-19 pandemic was also unavoidable so that it became a challenge for PT Maybank Indonesia Finance, especially for customers who had already made transactions, of course, to maintain retention from these customers so that the intention to make transactions emerged. /buyback through PT Maybank Indonesia Finance, which this requires appropriate and effective strategies. This research is a quantitative study with 111 respondents spread across DKI Jakarta, using SMARTPLS 3.3 data processing. The results of the study show that all of the hypotheses studied in this study have a significant influence, so that PT Maybank Indonesia Finance must pay attention to many things to maintain customer retention for re-transactions.

Abstract

The coronavirus disease in 2019 (COVID 19) becomes the focus of all the countries in the world to finish. This virus is so dangerous that all efforts get done to stop it. Unfortunately, it is impossible to do it, but what can do is by the prevention of its spread. To do it, moreover, the government of Indonesia advises all Indonesians to work from home in all sectors, including education. As one of the responsible higher institutions for educating the students, Universitas Kristen Krida Wacana obeys this suggestion by the work from home for the lecturers to carry on online learning for the students. This study intends to investigate and analyze the online learning quality on the satisfaction of the management students in the faculty of economics and business, taking the subject of human resource management and organizational behavior in 2020. Furthermore, they become the population of this study. By the stratified random sampling method from the community consisting of 76 students and a variance-based structural equation model (SEM), this research grabs 64 students as the sample. It analyzes the collected data associated with latent variables. After testing and analyzing the data, this study infers that the better quality of service online learning, the more satisfied the students. In other words, the implementation of this online learning is successful. Likewise, some practical and theoretical recommendations based on this evidence are available. Abstract

Adanya peningkatan jumlah pasien RSIA Bunda Sejahtera sejak akhir tahun 2017 – 2020 yang didominasi oleh pasien BPJS Kesehatan mendorong pengelola untuk menjaga kualitas pelayanan kesehatan yang diberikan oleh rumah sakit. Tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat adanya hubungan dan pengaruh langsung maupun tidak langsung dari kualitas layanan dan penanganan keluhan terhadap loyalitas dengan dimediasi oleh kepuasan pasien pengguna BPJS Kesehatan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada pasien pengguna BPJS Kesehatan yang berobat di rumah sakit dengan jumlah sampel 100 responden. Perangkat lunak yang digunakan untuk pengolahan data adalah SMART-PLS. Dilakukan uji validitas (Convergent Validity dan Discriminant validity) dan uji reliabilitas (Cronbach’s Alpha  dan Composite Reliability) dengan hasil uji keduanya valid dan reliabel. Kualitas Layanan dan Penanganan Keluhan mempengaruhi Loyalitas sebesar 53,2 % (Nilai R-Square 53,2 %). Pada hasil uji Hipotesis pengaruh langsung seperti kualitas layanan dan penanganan keluhan lebih mempunyai hubungan yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien kecuali kepuasan pasien dan penanganan keluhan terhadap loyalitas tidak mempunyai hubungan yang signifikan (P<0.05). Pada uji Hipotesis pengaruh tidak langsung kualitas layanan dan penanganan keluhan terhadap loyalitas yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan pasien mempunyai hubungan yang  tidak signifikan (P<0.148). Dengan hasil tersebut kami menyarankan untuk pengembangan kinerja rumah sakit sebaiknya lebih memperhatikan hubungan pengaruh langsung kualitas layanan dan penanganan keluhan terhadap kepuasan pasien dan loyalitas.
