Abstract

The problem for teachers with online learning is that they have difficulty controlling learning, while from the students' point of view they have to spend time doing homework with the help of parents or other family members who do not necessarily master the material. To deal with these problems, learning with the Flipped Classroom model can be used. Flipped Classroom is a type of mixed learning in which students independently study material at home or preclass, then practice working on it or practice together with the teacher at school. This service aims to (1) improve the knowledge and skills of teachers in choosing learning videos and making learning videos, either in the form of video tutorials, short films or VPT (Voice Over Power Point) within the TPACK (Technological, Pedagogical, and Content Knowledge) framework to be presented. at preclass; and (2) improving the knowledge and skills of teachers in designing Flipped Classroom learning activities in the form of a one-page lesson plan. Service partners are teachers at MTs. Miftahulfalah Bandung. The service is carried out by training methods using the Flipped Classroom model, where material is given through Google Classroom one week before the mentoring; then assistance in making learning videos and lesson plans is carried out together in class. The results show an increase in teacher knowledge and skills in making learning videos and designing Flipped Classroom learning models.

Abstract

This Community Service Program aims to improve digital literacy and understanding of social media ethics among high school (SMA) or equivalent students in Buahbatu District, Bandung. With the rapid development of technology, students are increasingly exposed to various risks in the digital world, such as cyberbullying, misinformation, and privacy violations. This program is designed to address two main issues: the lack of awareness and knowledge among students about digital security, and the low understanding of ethics in social media usage. Through an interactive educational approach, the program teaches students how to protect themselves in the digital world, including practicing good security habits and effectively managing privacy settings. Additionally, students are taught to understand and apply ethical principles in their social media interactions, including responsibility in sharing content, respecting copyright, and demonstrating empathy toward others. It is expected that after participating in this program, students will be more proactive in safeguarding their digital security and more ethical in their social media usage, thereby reducing incidents such as cyberbullying and the spread of misinformation. The program also aims to foster a more positive social media culture among students, where interactions are based on mutual respect and shared responsibility.

Abstract

Perkembangan internet yang semakin pesat dan merambah ke beberapa bidang, tidak terkecuali bidang pendidikan, tidak terkecuali pada perkembangan media pembelajaran yang juga ikut berkembang dan memunculkan berbagai Jejaring Sosial Pembelajaran (Social Learning Network). Edmodo merupakan sebuah media pembelajaran secara daring yang menggabungkan beberapa fitur Learning Management System dan Social Network menjadi Social Learning Network yang khusus dibuat untuk keperluan pendidikan. Edmodo menyediakan cara yang aman dan mudah untuk berkomunikasi dan berkolaborasi antara siswa dan guru, berbagi konten berupa teks, gambar link, video maupun audio. Metode pelaksanaan PKM dilakukan dalam tiga blok yaitu input, proses dan output sedangkan proses pendampingan guru dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan Design Thinking Approach. yang dipopulerkan oleh David Kelley dan Tim Brown. Proses desain merupakan sebuah proses dengan tahapan-tahapan yang dilakukan berulang-ulang untuk melakukan improvisasi dan menghasilkan pemecahan masalah yang baik. Tahapan-tahapan tersebut diantaranya (1). Empathize, (2). Define, (3). Idea, (4). Prototype dan (5). Test. Target luaran telah dicapai yaitu (1) Artikel berjudul Pendampingan Guru Menggunakan Edmodo dalam Pembelajaran submitted pada Jurnal Pengabdian Tribhakti UNLA Bandung, (2) Dokumentasi pelaksanaan berupa video dan foto, (3) Draft bahan ajar modul berjudul Penggunaan Edmodo dalam Pembelajaran, (4) Peningkatan pengetahuan dan kemampuan guru SMKS Pajajaran 2 Bandung dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran E-learning dengan menggunakan program edmodo sebagai salah satu upaya meningkatkan kualitas proses dan hasil pembelajaran dalam mata pelajaran yang diampu.

Abstract

The problem faced by MTs Miftahulfalah teachers is the difficulty of implementing reflective actions to improve the quality of learning. The solution to the problem using assistance with the design thinking approach in (1) reflecting on the learning that has been carried out; (2) utilizing the results of reflection to improve and develop learning in the subjects being taught; and (3) conducting classroom action research to improve the quality of learning in the subjects being taught. The method used in the form of mentoring groups of two-three teachers by one lecturer, carried out using the Design Thinking Approach with three blocks of input-process- output activities. The results achieved in the form of increasing teacher knowledge and skills in (1) taking reflective action, starting from analyzing the difficulties and learning problems, finding the actions needed to overcome them, making an action plan as outlined in the lesson plan; (2) implementing class actions in accordance with the RPP made; and (3) compiling a best-practice report that contains the best experiences of teachers overcoming learning difficulties, and scientific articles as a means of sharing experiences with other teacher peers.

Abstract

Beberapa jenis UMKM serta pelaku UMKM yang telah ada di desa Sidangpanon dapat dikembangkan karena berdasarkan kondisi eksisting di lapangan, proses bisnis UMKM di desa Sindangpanon masih tradisional dan belum dilakukannya digitalisasi. Pelaku UMKM di Desa Sindangpanon pun belum memiliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan megenai manajemen bisnis yang baik seperti kurangnya pengetahuan akan pentingnya branding, belum dilakukannya promosi secara digital sehingga usaha yang dijalankan tidak dapat berkembang secara maksimal. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang terjadi pada pelaku UMKM di desa Sindangpanon, hal ini dapat menggunakan metode knowledge sharing karena dianggap sebagai cara mendasar untuk mencapai keunggulan kompetitif. Kemampuan dan pengetahuan mengenai branding, perangkat digital dan internet juga perlu dikuasai oleh UMKM agar usaha para pelaku UMKM dapat bertahan di dalam arus persaingan karena dengan branding dan pemasaran digital, pelaku usaha akan dapat dengan mudah menjaring pangsa pasar dan konsumen serta mempertahankan konsumen. Berdasarkan hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat di desa Sindangpanon yang telah dilaksanakan yakni meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan digitalisasi berbisnis dari para pelaku UMKM di desa Sindangpanon. Para pelaku UMKM yang berperan sebagai penggerak roda perekonomian rakyat saat ini di wilayah Sindangpanon dapat saling membantu dalam melakukan sosialisasi atau knowledge sharing secara lanjut terkait dengan pengetahuan dan keterampilan digitalisasi bisnis.

Abstract

The digital transformation of education demands innovative solutions for assessment systems that are still dominated by paper-based tests. MTs. Miftahulfalah Bandung faces challenges such as limited capacity of IT administrators in managing online test applications, teachers’ unfamiliarity with digital question banks, and students’ lack of experience in computer-based examinations. This community service project aimed to strengthen digital capacity through the implementation of the ZYA Computer Based Test (CBT) application. Using the ADDIE instructional design model, the program included needs analysis, training module design, system development, guided workshops, and comprehensive evaluation. Results demonstrated significant improvement in participants’ competencies, with post-test scores rising by 41.67% for IT administrators, 45.45% for teachers, and 56% for students. Participant satisfaction was also high, with an average Likert score of 4.5, indicating strong acceptance of the training. These findings confirm that the ADDIE-based training approach effectively supports the adoption of digital assessment systems in schools. The implications highlight that ZYA CBT can serve as a sustainable solution to enhance digital literacy, efficiency, and readiness for national computer-based assessments.
