Abstract

An e-learning conceptual model is a framework for evaluating the quality of learning systems and outcomes. The results of the BAN-PT assessment show that the values for academic and non-academic achievement indicators are still low, this indicates that there are challenges that need to be overcome in implementing e-learning. This study aims to analyze the role of system quality and self-efficacy on e-learning use and user satisfaction that affect academic performance by developing the D&M IS Success Model. The study was an explanatory quantitative survey design model with 40 structured questionnaire items sent online. 66 respondents were sampled, taken using purposive sampling method with the Taro Yamane formula at a significance level of 10% of the population of undergraduate psychology students of 197 students. PLS-SEM method was used in analyzing the connection of exogenous and endogenous variables simultaneously. The research findings show that the overall q square value of the contribution of exogenous variables to academic performance through use and user satisfaction is 95.4% and exogenous variables affect academic performance by 75%. Self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on use and user satisfaction with t-statistic values of 3.761; 2.422 and p-values of 0.000; 0.016, respectively. User satisfaction has a positive effect on academic performance with a path coefficient value of 0.588. Abstract

he construction sector is a dynamic industry that produces projects in terms of infrastructure and buildings. This sector faces challenges, particularly in worker safety and health (K3) in every project. Statistics show that the increase in fatalities and permanent disability cases due to accidents at construction sites in Indonesia is among the highest compared to other industrial sectors. This study examines the key factors and challenges in meeting occupational safety and health (K3) standards to achieve quality infrastructure. The method used in this study is a literature review conducted through databases such as PubMed, Science Direct, and Google Scholar. After selection, 42 articles were used as sources for analysis in this study. The results indicate that technical aspects, both Internal Risks and Project Risks, are the most influential causes of health and safety risks in a building construction project. Meanwhile, External Non-Technical Risks are the least influential causes of health and safety risks in a building construction project. Risk control can be carried out through good working methods, the use of tools according to warning signs, the appropriate use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and clear explanations of accident risks and risk control methods by the contractor.

Abstract

The Independent Campus Learning (MBKM) is a policy of fulfilling students' rights for study in 3 semesters outside the study program according to each student's interests and abilities. The existence of the new policy cannot be separated from the problems felt by both employees and students as the participants. As a form of support to this policy, the University created a policy implementation strategy to produce quality of  the graduates according to the output targets of MBKM activities. This research aims to find out and identify MBKM implementation strategies at the University X with the research study conducted in March to May 2024. Data collection in this study was carried out by collecting primary data and secondary data with data analysis techniques using fishbone diagrams and strategy formulation using the SWOT method. The research results show that students experience confusion regarding activity information and credit conversion in the MBKM program due to several factors including humans, methods, environment, and equipment. The proposed improvement suggestions refer to the SO strategy by adding MBKM laboratories in each faculty to achieve equal distribution of activity success and quick response in responding to student obstacles as MBKM participants.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the factors that constitute strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in the implementation of K3. The analytical tool used is SWOT analysis. SWOT analysis is carried out in several stages, namely Internal Factor Assessment, External Factor Assessment, creating a SWOT matrix, SWOT Score Calculation, SWOT Analysis Diagram and Internal and External Factor Matrix. The results are 1) Based on the SWOT analysis diagram, it is stated that the strategy to improve the implementation of occupational safety and health in the DPRKP and Cipta Karya Buildings in East Java Province that has been carried out so far is to support an aggressive strategy. 2) Based on the matrix of internal factors and external factors, it is known that the company can be efficient in the various strategies it implements. Companies can also collaborate with other service providers to provide K3 training for construction workers. However, with the condition of the company being in a downsizing cell, the company needs to downsize its investment, so it needs to implement a survival strategy. If linked to alternative strategies formulated through the SWOT matrix, then the alternative strategy that is closely related to survival strategy is the WO strategy alternative. Therefore, the alternative strategy that needs to be implemented by the company is an alternative WO strategy which consists of: (1) developing company work standards in accordance with government regulations regarding K3, (2) providing strict sanctions against construction workers who violate the rules, and (3) improve the flow of accident investigations and reporting.
