Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the implementation of online learning on university students majoring in economic education at Halu Oleo University, Kendari. This type of research was a case study research. The informants in this study consisted of Economic Education students who were taken using the Purposive Sampling technique (n=100 students). The data were collected through questionnaires, interviews and documentation.  The data analysis used data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. Test the validity of the data using triangulation techniques. The findings of this study were the implementation of online learning for Economic Education students was as follows: the learning applications most often used by Economic Education students were zoom meetings, WhatsApp groups and google classroom. Regarding the availability of learning time, students felt that it was enough, although it cannot be denied that sometimes it was also not enough. To access online learning, Economics Education students used a private packet connection type with less stable network quality. Economic education students' learning readiness was quite good, but the concentration and involvement of students were not good and the ability to understand learning materials is also still lacking.  This study concluded that online learning in university could be used a variation of device technology which was designed by a teacher or used from the internet.

Abstract

Kelompok ibu rumah tangga dan wanita muda anggota PKK Kelurahan Padaleu Kota  Kendari, menjadi mitra  kegiatan pengabdian ini. Permasalahan yang dihadapi adalah meningkatnya  volume sampah yang menyebabkan pencemaran lingkungan serta rendahnya keterampilan masyarakat dalam mengolah sampah menjadi produk bernilai ekonomi. Padahal, sampah memiliki potensi sebagai sumber peluang usaha yang menguntungkan. Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan memberikan solusi melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan manajemen ecopreneurship untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat dalam mengolah sampah menjadi produk kerajinan tangan bernilai jual. Kegiatan dilakukan melalui edukasi kewirausahaan berbasis lingkungan, pelatihan dan pendampingan produksi kerajinan, pemasaran digital, serta literasi keuangan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan tingkat keberhasilan pelatihan mencapai 100%, dengan peningkatan: (1) pengetahuan manajemen ecopreneurship sebesar 80%, (2) Pengetahuan pemasaran digital sebesar 70%, (3) kemampuan perhitungan harga pokok produksi sebesar 85%, (4) minat berwirausaha sebesar 50%. Selain itu, evaluasi akhir dari program ini menghasilkan terbentuknya 2 (dua) kelompok usaha  home industry, berkontribusi pada pencemaran lingkungan, serta meningkatkan pendapatan dan ekonomi keluarga.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of creativity in fostering entrepreneurial interest among Grade XI students at SMK Negeri 3 Muna. Creativity is one of the core values of entrepreneurship education, realized through the KIK (Creativity, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship) subject with a focus on practical bag-making using traditional Muna woven fabric. The study employed a descriptive qualitative approach. Research subjects consisted of the Vice Principal for Curriculum, KIK subject teachers, and Grade XI Fashion Design students. Data were collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. Data analysis followed the Miles and Huberman model through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, with validity tested through source and technique triangulation. The results show that creativity is implemented through four concrete forms: (1) freedom of expression in product design and sewing; (2) creative idea development based on the local potential of Muna woven fabric; (3) creative product packaging with student-branded labels; and (4) creative marketing through bazaars and exhibitions. Creativity systematically applied in KIK learning has proven to foster students' entrepreneurial interest, evidenced by increased enthusiasm, courage in marketing products, self-confidence, and the emergence of desire to start independent businesses.
