Abstract

Pada masa lampau di Nusantara ini,dikenal adanya istilah 5 (lima) "S" singkatandari : Saudagar, Saudara, Syahbandar, Sufi,dan Sastrawan. Istilah tersebut melahirkanpola-pola interaksi sosial di kalangan masyarakatMuslim maupun masyarakat nonMuslim. Kehadiran para Saudagar Muslimdi bumi Nusantara ini, dimungkinkan berperanganda. Disatu sisi mereka secaraprofesional berperan sebagai pedagang, danpada sisi lain mereka berperan mengembangsuatu missi (Dakwatul Islamiyah). Padamasa kini di Ujungpandang sebutan Saudagardigantikan oleh sebutah Pengusaha. Merekaada pada kategori golongan Perusahaan/-Perdagangan Besar, Perdagangan Menengah,dan Perdagangan Kecil. Dalamorganisasi professi mereka tergabung dalam :KADIN (Kamar Dagang Indonesia), HIPMI(Himpunan Pengusaha Muda Indonesia),GAPENSI (Gabungan Pengusaha NasionalIndonesia), dan Perhimpunan Pengusaha danPedagang Kecil. Baik pada masa lampaumaupun di masa kini, kondisi kemitraanantara golongan aqniya (hartawan) dengangolongan umara' (Pemerintah) harmonis, atasdasar prinsip ukhuwah dan prinsip ta'awun.Namun sampai kini belum ada suatu penelitianyang mampu mengungkap tentang ethoskerja yang dimiliki para pengusaha (Saudagar)muslim di masa lampau kaitannyadengan faham theologis yang mereka anut.

Abstract

Satu hal yang menarik bahwa, asalmula dibukanya lahan persawahan danperkebunan sertapemukiman DesaMedewi,diprakarsai oleh orang-orang Islam. Sejakpemerintahan secara resmi dari tahun 1941sampai dengan tahun 1945 dikepalai olehorang Islam.Ada dua umat yang mendiami wilayahDesa Medewi, di wilayah Desa Adat dihunioleh mayoritas Umat Hindu, disebagiankecil wilayah Desa (Kelurahan) dinas dihunioleh minoritas Umat Islam.Masyarakat adalah suatu satuankehidupan sosial manusia yang menempatisuatu wilayah tertentu, yang keteraturandalam kehidupan sosial tersebut telahdimungkinkan karena adanya seperangkatpranata-pranata sosial yang telah menjaditradisi dan kebudayaan yang mereka milikibersama. Abstract

Salah satu gejala yang menonjoldewasa ini adalah munculnya pluralismeagama. Pluralisme agama dibarengidengan timbulnya pluralitas teologi,filsafat, sistem nilai ideologi dan pandanganhidup. Peter L. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan permasalahan yang terdapat dalam proses transportasi ikan yaitu kematian, yang dapat menurunkan mutu ikan itu sendiri. Salah satu faktor yang mengakibatkan kematian ikan saat transportasi adalah stres yang umumnya ditimbulkan oleh kepanikan ikan itu sendiri. Untuk mengurangi stres, selama dalam wadah pengangkutan sebaiknya ikan dibuat pasif. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan treatment khusus yaitu anestesi ikan. Banyak cara yang dapat dilakukan untuk anestesi ikan yaitu dengan penggunaan bahan kimia, kejut listrik, atau penggunaan suhu rendah. Namun cara yang paling mudah dan tidak menimbulkan residu berbahaya adalah anestesi menggunakan suhu rendah. Ikan memiliki lama waktu pingsan yang berbeda-beda terhadap pemberian suhu rendah, tergantung dari jenis, ukuran, dan umur ikan itu sendiri. Penelitian ini menggunakan 4 (empat) jenis ikan yang berbeda yakni ikan mas, ikan patin, ikan lele, dan ikan gurame. Suhu rendah yang diberikan 8 0C. Ikan yang sudah pingsan disadarkan dalam media bersuhu normal. Ikan dengan waktu pingsan paling lama termasuk perlakuan terbaik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ikan yang membutuhkan waktu pingsan paling lama adalah ikan mas yaitu selama 410 detik, sedangkan ikan yang memiliki waktu paling cepat untuk pingsan adalah ikan patin yaitu selama 95,5 detik.

Abstract

Dalam penelitian ini, penulis melakukan penelitian untuk menerapkan metode Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) dalam Pemilihan Kepala Sekolah Terbaik dan membangun aplikasi dalam penerapan metode tersebut. Kepala Sekolah mempunyai peran yang sangat besar dalam mendukung peningkatan kualitas pendidikan di sekolah. Peran kepala sekolah dalam mengembangkan suasana sekolah yang nyaman dan kondusif bagi proses belajar mengajar melalui pengelolaan manajerial yang profesional merupakan kebutuhan utama suatu sekolah untuk meraih prestasi dalam rangka menghasilkan sumberdaya manusia yang unggul dan berdaya saing. Mengingat fungsi strategis kepala sekolah yang berprestasi dalam meningkatkan kualitas lembaga yang dipimpinnya. Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) merupakan bagian dari sistem informasi berbasis komputer yang intraktif yang berguna untuk mendukung pengambilan suatu keputusan. Adapun hasil penelitian ini adalah Untuk menerapkan metode analytic hierarchy process (AHP) dalam sistem pendukung keputusan pemilihan kepala sekolah terbaik tingkat Kabupaten Deli Serdang harus mengikuti langkah pengerjaan AHP dengan melakukan perbandingan nilai setiap kriteria untuk mengahasilkan matriks perbandingan kriteria, Matriks Bobot Prioritas Kriteria, Matriks Konsistensi Kriteria selanjutnya menetapkan nilai skala perbandingan lokasi berdasarkan masing-masing kriteria. Setelah menemukan bobot dari masing-masing kriteria terhadap alternatif yang sudah ditentukan, langkah selanjutnya adalah mengalikan bobot dari masing,masing kriteria dengan bobot dari masing-masing alternatif, kemudian hasil perkalian tersebut dijumlahkan perbaris. Sehingga didapatkan total prioritas global. Untuk membangun sistem pendukung keputusan pemilihan kepala sekolah terbaik dengan menggunakan matode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) adaalah pertama penulis melakukan analisa kebutuhan sistem, melakukan perhitungan dengan metode AHP, perancangan sistem dengan UML, perancangan basisdata, perancangan user interface, dan pembangaunan sistem berbasis web.Kata Kunci : SPK, AHP, Pemilihan

Abstract

The quality and continuity of cocoa beans supply is determined really stakeholders in related to the cocoa supply chain. In general, the activity of cocoa beans production has not been efficient yet to compete as raw materials for domestic and foreign industries. In order for cocoa commodities in West Sulawesi province can compete and increase the income of cocoa farmers, so it is necessary to increase the role of main stakeholders and to support the cocoa supply chain especially those support the improvement of cocoa beans productivity. The objective of study is to analyse the position and role of stakeholder in the cocoa bean supply chain. The method used to identify the stakeholders position / structure is Interpretative Structural Modelling (ISM) method, and the role of stakeholders by survey method is to identify the cocoa bean supply chain that becomes the object of research. The results of the study indicate that famers are the most important stakeholders who need to get the attention of other stakeholders in the sustainability of the cocoa supply chain. Marketing institutions (collectors, wholesalers, processing industries, exporters), government / agricultural extension workers, still have few roles in the supply chain of cocoa commodities. The roles as expected of marketing institutions are partnership especially price guarantees and costs support of increasing farmers' garden productivity. The expected roles of governmental extension institution, Non Governmental Organization, college, and banking are to improve the knowledge of farming management through intensive assistance and the capital fulfilment of farmer through soft loan facility, also determining the basic price (minimum price) of cocoa bean among actors who is regulated for and controlled by government.

Abstract

In determining human concepts and Islamic education that are appropriate, comprehensive, ideal and integral, it becomes a moral responsibility for every education expert to develop theories as the paradigm of Islamic education that he formulated, as practiced by the popular education figure, Syed Muhammad Naquib Al-Attas. For Al-Attas, humans are creatures consisting of two elements, namely physical and spiritual. What is very important to develop according to him is the spiritual side, because if the spiritual side is established and knows the nature of life's purpose, the greater the potential to become a civilized human being. So that it will provide instructions on education, both in theory and practice. So it is expected that an expert in exploring and developing the concept of education must first study and examine the nature of human beings and their environment, this will affect the pattern of solving the educational problems they face. For Al-Attas the proper term for Islamic education is ta'dib not tarbiyyah or ta'lim because according to al-Attas the structure of the concept of ta'dib includes the elements of science (ilm), instruction (ta'lim) and good coaching (tarbyiyah). The term ta'dib is not only limited to cognitive aspects, but also includes spiritual education.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the improvement of the quality of Human Resources is an absolute requirement so that the competence of the younger generation is able to compete inclusively in the era of society 5.0 and the industrial revolution 4.0 with special needs that cannot be separated from the influence of communication through technological sophistication and renewal. The communication function is a step in improving the quality of resources that are neatly integrated in the economic education of the younger generation. The method in this study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive research, by obtaining as complete information as possible through interviews, observation and documentation studies. This research was conducted in a higher education in Bandung. The findings of the research inform that the implementation of the communication function for the realization of superior HR in the 5.0 era in Economics education is 1) not maximally felt, so there is still a lot of need for guidance in the realization of superior HR in the 5.0 era, 2) the embodiment of superior HR in the 5.0 era has excellent programs from the field of education 3) improving the quality of entrepreneurs and superior human resource performance in the 5.0 era.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has significantly impacted employees by necessitating the adoption of remote work arrangements, resulting in a decline in their performance, effectiveness, and efficiency. The employees of a distributor company in Bandung witnessed a decrease in their performance after the company transitioned to a Work From Office arrangement. The observation of the attendance recapitulation for 2021 reveals that 179 employees were absent due to various reasons such as illness, leave, or unauthorized absence. The aforementioned numerical values undeniably impact the productivity of every individual employed at the distributor organization. Employee discipline is crucial in fostering motivation and enhancing performance in subsequent periods. The study utilized a quantitative research methodology characterized by a descriptive and verificative design. The study utilized a sample size of 50 participants employed at a distributor company in Bandung. The participants were selected through the implementation of stratified random sampling. The primary data for this study gather via questionnaires administered directly to employees of the distributor company. According to the study results, all of the statement items demonstrated validity, as indicated by values exceeding 0.30. Additionally, these items deem reliable, as evidenced by values surpassing 0.60. The motivation variable achieved a score of 0.979, the discipline variable attained a score of 0.975, and the employee performance variable obtained a score of 0.983. The t-test results showed that the calculated t-value was 4.218 with a significant level of 0.000 and 3.902 with a significant level of 0.000, exceeding the t-table value of 2.001. The R Square value indicated that 78.9% of employee performance is influenced by motivation and discipline, while the remaining 21.1% represented other unexplored factors. Furthermore, motivation had a total effect of 41.17%, while discipline had a greater influence with a total effect of 37.71%. The distributor company in Bandung should prioritize motivation by continuously providing incentives that enhance employee performance and implementing discipline regulations agreed upon by the company and employees. It is anticipated that implementing these measures will result in enhanced employee performance within the distributor company located in Bandung.
