Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas model Problem Based Learning (PBL) terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar fisika siswa SMP. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuasi eksperimen dengan desain pretest-posttest control group design. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 60 siswa kelas VIII yang dibagi menjadi dua kelas: eksperimen dan kontrol. Instrumen penelitian berupa tes hasil belajar berjumlah 20 soal pilihan ganda yang telah divalidasi ahli. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji-t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara rata-rata nilai posttest kelas eksperimen dan kontrol. Rata-rata nilai posttest kelas eksperimen adalah 84,1 sedangkan kelas kontrol hanya 73,3. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa model PBL efektif meningkatkan hasil belajar fisika. Oleh karena itu, model ini direkomendasikan sebagai alternatif pembelajaran yang inovatif di SMP

Abstract

This study aims to develop student worksheets (LKS) based on valid discovery learning. Theresearch method used is research and development using the Dick and Carry development model. The Dick and Carey development model consists of 10 stages, namely identifying teaching objectives, conducting instructional analysis, identifying initial behavior/student characteristics, formulating performance goals, developing benchmark reference tests, developing teaching strategies, developing or selecting teaching, designing andimplementing formative evaluations, writing teaching tools and revisions. The data collection instrument in this study used a validation questionnaire, which consisted of language, media, and material validation. The type of data in this study is primary data obtained directly from the validator through testing the validity of student worksheets (LKS) based on discovery learning. The results of this research and development resulted in a discovery learning-based Student Worksheet (LKS) with a percentage value of material eligibility of 81.94% included in the very good category, media feasibility of 86.40% included in the very good category, and language feasibility of 75% in the good category.Based on the findings in this study, it can be concluded that the student worksheets (LKS)based on discovery learning are appropriate for use as learning media.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of the development of quick response code-assisted learning modules on mechanical wave material in terms of validity. This research is a research and development R&D (Research andDevelopment) using a 4D development model which has a development stage consisting of 4 stages of development, namely: Define (defining), Design (planning), Development (development), and Dissemination (deployment). Data collectiontechniques in the form of a module validity questionnaire. The subject of this research is class XI SMA Negeri 1 Muara Beliti. The validity assessment obtained was material validation = 43, media validation = 34, and language validation = 20 with an average score of 0,87 in the very valid category after the quick response code-assisted learning module was validated by experts. thus it can be concluded that the quick response code learning module is valid, so this learning module can be used in learning.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the feasibility of guided inquiry-based student worksheets on the topics of temperature, heat, and expansion. The approach used in this study was the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). Feasibility was tested by asking experts in the fields of subject matter, media, and language to fill out a questionnaire designed to determine the feasibility of the product being developed. The subject matter expert validation scored 43 in the excellent category, the media expert validation scored 48 in the excellent category, and the language expert validation scored 69 in the excellent category, so that this guided inquiry-based student worksheet is considered very feasible and can be used as teaching material by students and teachers. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan panduan praktikum Fisika Dasar I berbasis inkuiri terintegrasi kearifan lokal yang layak digunakan dalam kegiatan praktikum mahasiswa Pendidikan Fisika Universitas PGRI Silampari. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development) dengan menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE yang terdiri atas lima tahapan, yaitu Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, dan Evaluate. Data diperoleh melalui lembar validasi yang dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan skala Likert 1–5. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa panduan praktikum Fisika Dasar I yang dikembangkan telah memenuhi kriteria kelayakan. Aspek media memperoleh nilai rata-rata 55 dengan kategori sangat baik (A), aspek bahasa memperoleh nilai 41 dengan kategori sangat baik (A), dan aspek materi memperoleh nilai 81 dengan kategori sangat baik (A). Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa panduan praktikum Fisika Dasar I berbasis inkuiri terintegrasi kearifan lokal dinyatakan sangat layak untuk digunakan sebagai bahan ajar dalam kegiatan praktikum. Panduan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis, pemahaman konsep, dan motivasi belajar mahasiswa melalui pembelajaran yang kontekstual dan bermakna.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di Desa Pendingan, Kecamatan Muara Lakitan, sebagai respons terhadap melimpahnya limbah kelapa sawit yang belum dimanfaatkan dan masih dibakar terbuka sehingga menimbulkan pencemaran lingkungan. Program ini bertujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat dalam mengolah tandan kosong dan pelepah sawit menjadi briket sebagai energi terbarukan. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi sosialisasi, pelatihan teknis pembuatan briket, serta pendampingan dan evaluasi melalui angket keterampilan. Hasil angket menunjukkan peningkatan kemampuan peserta dalam mengenali bahan, melakukan karbonisasi, mencampur dan mencetak briket, serta memahami keselamatan kerja, dengan rata-rata peningkatan keterampilan sebesar 60,1%. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa program berhasil memberdayakan masyarakat secara teknis dan meningkatkan pemanfaatan limbah sawit berbasis energi terbarukan.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a physics E- Module based on Discovery Learning assisted by the 3D PageFlip Professional application on practical moving wave and stationary wave material. This research is an R&D (Research and Development) development research using a 4D development model consisting of Define, Design, Development, and Disseminate. At the development stage there is a practicality test and the research subjects are physics teachers and students. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire that is distributed during the practicality test. The practicality test results that have been obtained are 92% for the physics teacher practicality trial with very practical criteria, a practicality score of 87% is obtained for the limited group practicality trial with very practical criteria, and a practicality score is 83% for the large group trial. with very practical criteria. So it can be concluded that the E- Module physics based on Discovery Learning assisted by the 3D PageFlip Professional application on traveling wave and stationary wave material through a practicality test using a questionnaire instrument.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to improve the skills of 18 members of the farmers’ group in Tongkok Village, Lahat Regency, in utilizing coffee husk waste as a raw material for renewable energy in the form of bioethanol. The implementation methods include socialization, technical training, and evaluation through pre-test and post-test questionnaires to measure participants’ skill improvement. From 70 kg of dried coffee husk waste, the fermentation process and three-stage distillation produced approximately 5 liters of bioethanol with an ethanol content of around 70%, which has the potential to be used as an alternative household-scale energy source. The skill evaluation results show that 83% of the participants are in the high category based on the skill interpretation table, indicating that they have successfully mastered the skills required for bioethanol production. Thus, this activity has effectively improved the community’s ability to process coffee husk waste into a valuable product.
