Abstract

Endowment practice in Indonesia has been accepted by the societies (customary law) since the first time of Islam comes to Archipelago. It is designated by the establishment of mosques being built on waqf land. Subsequent to Indonesia's liberty, the government issued several regulations regarding waqf, such as Government Regulation No. 28 of 1977 concerning Perwakafan Tanah Milik (Endowment of freehold estate), PMA No. 1 of 1978 concerning Implementing Regulation Government Regulation No. 28 of 1977 concerning waqf lands, Islamic Law Compilation (KHI), and other regulations. Devining to the enahncement of waqf law, it is necessary to review the historical overview deeply to recognize the development of waqf in the Indonesia.

Abstract

This research discusses financing risk management in sharia financing institutions. Financing risk is a risky risk and can lead to systemic risk one of which occurred the global financial crisis. Sharia financing institutions are identical with those risks, so that the application of proactive risk management should be done so as not to be affected. The purpose of this research is to know the risk management of financing at PT XYZ, which in this research is qualitative decriptive. Data analysis used is data reduction, data presentation, verification andconclusion. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of risk management of financing at PT XYZ is categorized not good enough. this means that to create financing risk management it is necessary to apply a reliable and consistent risk management system. Seeing the results of the research that during the period 2014 to 2016 has increased the value of NPF, which requires companies to act quickly to mitigate the value of NPF ratio

Abstract

The main problem of this research is how Islam views the Pasanra (pawn) implementation system. This type of research is qualitative The data source of this research is books and literature related to the problem of this topic. The results of the discussion showed that the Pasanra (pawning) system of a pawner (rahin) came to the pawn recipient (murtahin) to borrow money to meet the needs of the garden as collateral. The right to control / use the estate is in the hands of the pawner (murtahin) until the repayment of the debt. Debt payments do not know the time limit and the contract ends when the pawner (rahin) pays the debt according to the amount of money borrowed.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to find out how to implement the khiyar principle in online buying and selling, case studies of object inconsistencies in the Shopee marketplace and to find out the inhibiting factors for khiyar implementation in online buying and selling case studies of object mismatches. The type of research used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques consist of interviews and documentation. The data obtained will be analyzed in three steps, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of khiyar in online buying and selling in cases of object mismatch in practice has implemented khiyar, although in terms of knowledge and literacy about khiyar both from Shopee, sellers, and buyers do not fully understand about khiyar. On the Shopee marketplace site, the khiyar practices applied are “khiyar aib”, “khiyar syarat”, and “khiyar ru’yah”. Khiyar aib is related to the right of complaint owned by the buyer when receiving a defective item. Khiyar syarat relate to the grace period given by the Shopee to the buyer to make a complaint. And for khiyar ru’yah it relates to the right of complaint owned by the buyer because he cannot see the goods ordered directly when the contract takes place.

Abstract

In the midst of the government's less than optimal role in reducing poverty in Indonesia, the birth of many fundraising platforms (Crowdfunding) which are engaged in social and are able to become media in carrying out social fundraising properly, Crowdfunding is a fundraising activity that can be used to raise money from the community then distributed to those in need. This research is a research using a quantitative approach. The population of this study is people who have used Kitabisa.com at least once. The sampling technique used nonprobability sampling with purposive sampling, the number of samples was 277 respondents. The data analysis technique used is the Classical Assumption Test, and Hypothesis Testing using the SPSS 21 program. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Religiosity has a positive and significant effect on Interest in Giving Alms Via Kitabisa.com. 2) Trust has a positive and significant effect on interest in giving alms via Kitabisa.com. 3) Convenience has a positive and significant effect on interest in giving alms via Kitabisa.com.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of sharia service quality, price and customer satisfaction on repurchase interest at Kheyla Mart. The approach taken in this study is a quantitative approach. The sampling method was based on Morgen's table, the respondents in this study amounted to 278 customers. The data used was taken through the distribution of questionnaires. This study uses SEM analysis techniques using a test tool, namely SMARPLS. The results of the study showed that simultaneously the variables of sharia service quality (X1), price (X2) and customer satisfaction (X3) had an effect on repurchase interest (Y). In particular, each variable of sharia service quality, price and customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on repurchase interest at Kheyla Mart.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh sistem layanan jemput zakat, layanan via transfer dan layanan konter zakat terhadap preferensi muzakki dalam membayar zakat di dompet dhuafa sulawesi selatan. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan mengumpulkan data berupa angka kemudian di uji untuk menegetahui kebenarannya. Metode pengambilan sampel atau responden dari penelitian ini adalah menggunakan teknik probability sampling dengan menggunakan metode simple random sampling yang mana rumus yang digunakan dalam menentukan sampel yaitu rumus Krejeice dan Morgen sehingga sampel yang dibutuhkan dalam penelitian ini yaitu  291 respondeng yang mana responden tersebut merupakan muzakki dari dompet dhuafa sulawesi selatan. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder, data primer sendiri diperoleh langsung dari sumber utama dengan melakukan penyebaran kuesioner melalui google form kepada para responden, kemudian untuk data sekundernya diperoleh dari jurnal, website dan juga artiker yang berhubungan dengan penelitian ini serta dokumentasi yang mendukung penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis SEM dengan menggunakan alat uji yaitu SmarPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa masing-masing variabel layanan jemput zakat, layanan via transfer dan layanan konter zakat berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap preferensi muzakki dalam membayar zakat di Dompet Dhuafa Sulawesi Selatan.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the development of trends in Islamic fintech studies published in journals under the SINTA category. This paper uses the bibliometric method with Harzing's Publish or Perish analysis tools to collect 121 article metadata on Google Scholar and R Studio and VOSviewer to analyze bibliographic data obtained automatically. The results show that the number of publications on Islamic fintech has increased significantly. The results of the bibliometric analysis found that the authors tend to use the term "sharia fintech" rather than "Islamic fintech." Several research themes that may develop in the future are those related to mobile banking, financial performance, and Internet banking. This study contributes to future research and provides scientific novelty in the assessment of Islamic fintech publications in Indonesia, which are practically and theoretically very important for academics.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the development of research on the influence of halal awareness on purchasing decisions for halal products in Indonesia. The method used is meta-analysis by reviewing 9 studies published in 2018-2023 with the help of the OpenMEE application. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive influence from halal awareness on purchase decisions with a p-value obtained of 0.002 and an estimated value of 0.404, which indicates that the strength of the relationship is in the weak category. It was also found that the most significant average effect size was in the halal cosmetics subgroups with a fairly high estimated value so that it was concluded that halal consumer awareness was more visible in the halal cosmetic industry type.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh religiusitas, kesadaran sosial dan pengetahuan terhadap minat menjadi volunteer di Dompet Dhuafa Sulawesi Selatan, dengan motivasi sebagai variabel moderasi. Penelitian dilatar belakangi oleh penurunan jumlah volunteer dari 2021 hingga 2024. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif asosiatif kausal. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah probability sampling, dengan jumlah 136 responden volunteer Dompet Dhuafa. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang dikumpul melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan teknik Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan software smartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa religiusitas dan kesadaran sosial memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat seseorang untuk bergabung sebagai volunteer. Sementara itu, pengetahuan ditemukan tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap minat tersebut. Selanjutnya, motivasi terbukti mampu memperkuat hubungan antara religiusitas dan kesadaran sosial dengan minat menjadi volunteer. Bahkan, motivasi juga memperkuat pengaruh pengetahuan terhadap minat, meskipun pengetahuan secara langsung tidak signifikan. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa dorongan internal atau motivasi memiliki peran penting dalam menjembatani nilai-nilai religius, kepedulian sosial, dan pengetahuan individu dalam mendorong keterlibatan mereka sebagai relawan di lembaga filantropi Islam. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi bagi lembaga seperti Dompet Dhuafa dalam menyusun strategi penguatan relawan berbasis nilai-nilai personal dan motivasional.
