Abstract

HSP Academy merupakan perusahaan lembaga training yang terletak di Tangerang dan bertujuan untuk membantu dalam mengembangkan sumber daya manusia. HSP Academy sudah terdaftar oleh badan sertifikasi baik nasional maupun internasional. HSP Academy memanfaatkan website perusahaan dalam menunjang pelayanan dan kebutuhan informasi pelanggannya. Untuk menciptakan layanan yang dapat memberikan nilai bagi pelanggan mereka dan juga sebagai pengelolaan jaminan mutu berdasarkan ISO 9001:2015, perlu dilakukan penilaian kualitas layanan website dengan menggunakan metode WebQual 4.0 dan IPA untuk meningkatkan dan mempertahankan kualitas layanan berdasarkan asumsi penggunanya. Metode WebQual 4.0 menilai dengan cakupan masalah Usability, Information Quality dan Service Interaction, metode ini menilai apakah kinerja website sudah sesuai dengan harapan penggunanya. Sedangkan metode IPA digunakan untuk melihat permasalahan mana yang harus dilakukan perbaikan berdasarkan prioritas pada kuadran IPA. Berdasarkan hasil penyebaran kuesioner kepada 118 responden yang merupakan pengguna dari website HSP Academy, hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat 4 atribut pernyataan yang masuk kedalam prioritas utama yaitu tata letak informasi, pembaharuan informasi, informasi yang detail dan informasi yang akurat. Sedangkan terdapat 4 atribut pernyataan yang masuk kedalam prioritas rendah yaitu tampilan website, domain website, informasi dengan format bahasa serta penyampaian kritik dan saran terhadap website. Untuk atribut pernyataan lainnya tidak masuk kedalam prioritas perbaikan karena dinilai memiliki kinerja yang baik untuk dipertahankan. Rekomendasi perbaikan tampilan website pada prioritas utama dan prioritas rendah dibuat berdasarkan pedoman yang ada. AbstractHSP Academy is a training company located in Tangerang and aims to assist in developing human resources. HSP Academy has been registered by both national and international certification bodies. HSP Academy utilizes the company's website to support its customer service and information needs. To create services that can provide value for their customers and also as quality assurance management based on ISO 9001:2015, it is necessary to assess the quality of website services using WebQual 4.0 and IPA methods to improve and maintain service quality based on user assumptions. The WebQual 4.0 method assesses the coverage of Usability, Information Quality and Service Interaction problems. This method assesses whether the website's Performance is in accordance with the expectations of its users. Meanwhile, the IPA method is used to see which problems need improvement based on priority in the quadrant of IPA. Based on the results of distributing questionnaires to 118 respondents who are the users of the HSP Academy website, the results show that there are 4 attributes included in the high priority for improvement, those are information layout, updating of information, detailed information and accurate information. Meanwhile, there are 4 attributes included in low priority for improvement, those are website appearance, website domain, information in language format and the delivery of criticism and suggestions toward the website. The other attributes are not included in the priority for improvement because they are considered to have good Performance and sufficient enough to be maintained. Recommendations for the website’s interface are made based on the existing guidelines.

Abstract

The training program aims to improve students’ ability to operate the Git/GitHub application in collaborative computer programming learning. The partners who are the subject of training activities are three Vocational High Schools of the Computer and Informatics Engineering Expertise Program (SMK TKI) in Malang City and Batu City, East Java Province, Indonesia. The training program was developed with the ASSURE model. The learning strategy used by the training team is peer-to-peer learning. Each vocational school determines 40 students as participants in the training program. Training activity success data were collected using knowledge tests, performance tests, self-evaluation sheets, and questionnaires. The analysis design uses One-Group Pretest-Posttest. The data were analyzed with the One Sample T-test technique. The Posttest value (M=74.88; SD=6.68) is higher than the pretest (M=46.62; SD=9.28). One Sample T-test analysis on the Pretest and Posttest scores yielded t(119)=26.28; p 0.01; d=3.50. The Pretest score significantly differs from the Posttest score, where the effect size score is 3.50, and the p-value is smaller than 0.05 (α).

Abstract

Data mining dapat diterapkan pada bidang lembaga atau institusi Pendidikan dan sering disebut juga dengan Educational Data Mining (EDM) yaitu sebuah pengembangan metode dalam mengeksplorasi jenis tipe data pendidikan yang bersifat unik yang bertujuan untuk mempelajari dalam memahami kinerja siswa dan pengaturan lingkungan di tempat siswa belajar. Data mining juga dapat dimanfaatkan untuk analisa seleksi atribut untuk prediksi kegagalan belajar mahasiswa pada perkuliahan. Salah satunya kegagalan dalam menyelesaikan skripsi dengan menggunakan algoritme naïve bayes. Tahapan penelitian ini dimulai dari pengumpulan data, preproses data, implementasi algoritme naïve bayes, pengujian, dan analisa hasil. Data yang digunakan sebanyak 500 data untuk mahasiswa angkatan 2012-2015 dengan 24 atribut. Akurasi tertinggi yaitu algoritme naive bayes dengan menggunakan data latih yang menunjukkan hasil 412 prediksi benar dengan akurasi sebesar 82.4% dan 88 prediksi salah dengan presentasi sebesar 17.6%. Sedangkan hasil seleksi atribut yang telah dilakukan terdapat Lama P2 merupakan atribut dengan rankinging teratas yang mempengaruhi hasil klasifikasi. Abstract Data mining can be applied to the field of educational institutions or institutions and is often referred to as Educational Data Mining (EDM), which is a method development in exploring unique types of educational data types that aim to study in understanding student performance and environmental settings in which students learn. Data mining can also be used to analyze attribute selection for predicting student learning failure in lectures. One of them is the failure in completing the thesis using the naïve Bayes algorithm. The stages of this research started from data collection, data preprocessing, implementation of the Naïve Bayes algorithm, testing, and analysis of the results. The data used is as much as 500 data for students class 2012-2015 with 24 attributes. The highest accuracy is the Naive Bayes algorithm using data training which shows the results of 412 correct predictions with an accuracy of 82.4% and 88 false predictions with a presentation of 17.6%. Meanwhile, the result of attribute selection that has been carried out is that the Old P2 is the attribute with the top ranking that affects the classification results.

Abstract

Early detection can minimize the risk of crop failure and can be the determinant of the strategic control efforts.The detection that existed so far is still done manually, and knowledge of disease and pest of onion plant still lacking . The number of plant disease pests of onion is also quite a lot and make enough trouble for farmer detect that attacks. The utilization of the expert system detection process becomes easier and faster. Farmer can detect pest and plant disease early and independently as well. On the research of this kind of disease pest that can be detected as many as five pests diseases using methods of Iterative dichotomezer 3 (ID3) with 23 input from users of symptoms. The method is used to analyze the data of pest and plant disease of onion crops where as the result of system accuracy test between the detection and the result of Iterative dichotomezer 3 (ID3) method calculation has the accuracy level of 80% which use 20 data training and 20 data test.

Abstract

The process of drafting schedules manually felt less efficient because it takes a long time. The problem of drafting the schedule will be complex if the number of components is larger amount of data from each component. The expected schedule is not just a schedule that does not clash, but a schedule that can adapt to some constraints that must be met within the schedule. Genetic Algorithms are algorithms that are iterative, self-adjusting and probabilistic algorithms in search for global optimization. The process of chromosome initialization generated from teacher assignment data by integer representation of each gene containing randomly generated assignment codes. Each chromosome with the highest fitness value is a representation of the subject schedule solution. From the testing process that has been done, has obtained the parameters of Genetic Algorithm is the best population number is 100, the value of the combination of Cr and Mr is 0.5 and 0.5, and the number of generations as much as 1000. The process of finding solutions using these parameters obtained the value of fitness that is 0.9977.

Abstract

Dogs are one of the most popular pets in the world. Dogs are easily attacked by disease. When the dogs are attacked by disease it will certainly cause certain symptoms. People who keep dogs mostly do not know the various diseases experienced by the dog. Implementation that can know the various diseases of dogs from the data of the symptoms experienced by the dog can be done, so that dog owners and veterinarians can be more easily to know the illness they suffered. In this application applied Dempster-Shafer method because this method was known from one of the same symptoms can be known more than one disease that exists. With this method also can overcome the problems. The accuracy of this system is 85.53% which means the system can run well because the result of the system closely matches the actual field facts.

Abstract

Water is a natural resource that needed by all living things. Humans, animals, and plants need water to survive. Unlike animals and plants, humans need clean water to survive. Becoming a challenge for all PDAM Indonesia to keep sufficient number of demand for clean water supply, not to mention PDAM Malang City. Prediction done in this research use Exponential Smoothing method. Exponential Smoothing is a method that continuously performs forecasting improvements by taking the average value of smoothing past values from time expanding data in exponential way. In this research, we will compare three Exponential Smoothing methods: Single Exponential Smoothing (SES), Double Exponential Smoothing (DES), and Triple Exponential Smoothing (TES) used to obtain prediction result and evaluate prediction result with Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE). The smallest MAPE was obtained when using Single Exponential Smoothing (SES) method when value ɑ = 0.2 with MAPE value 3.992, Double Exponential Smoothing (DES) method when value ɑ = 0.1 with MAPE value 4.932, and Triple Exponential Smoothing method TES) when the value of ɑ = 0.1, β = 0.1, and γ = 0.6 with MAPE value of 6.733. With the MAPE value below 10, the Exponential Smoothing method to predict the amount of water requirement included into the category is very good.

Abstract

Fire occurrence rates in Indonesia increases every year. Fire occurence which increases every year proves that people doesn't really care about the said disaster. Hotspot can be used to identify the event of fire. Fire can be observed through satellite by detecting hotspot on Earth surface. That's why, there is a need for research to predict the number of hotspot which identify fire disaster in a certain time. This research proposes and creates program to predict the number of hotspot occured in Java island using Fuzzy Time Series. The data used is hotspot data in Java island from January 2012 to December 2016. Testing is done to know the accuracy of the number of hotspot prediction in monthly and 10 days period. The best monthly hotspot prediction has MAPE value of 37,128% with the parameter of training data = 80%, testing data = 100%, and the number of interval = 22. The best 10 days period hotspot prediction has MAPE value of 64,4429% with the parameter of training data = 100%, testing data = 20%, and the number of interval = 6. Further research can be done to repair the MAPE from the prediction result.

Abstract

An online media company in the field of entertainment and creative industries has many categories of articles that are presented to readers, this will lead to excess material articles to be prepared by the authors. Effectiveness in the event of a news must be for the company there is a fairly. The editor-in-chief is responsible for the articles presented in the media. Obviously the company already has a category of articles presented through the criteria of entertainment and creative industries. The choice of articles is expected to maximize the visitors who read the pages of the website, so the company will benefit from the traffic that much as well. Analytic Hierarchy Process is one of the decision making methods that can provide suggestions to make category decisions from the required criteria. Hierarchical Process Hierarchy Process is a hierarchy with input of human assemblies. The Analytic Hierarchy Process procession is the use of pairwise comparison matrices to compare the relative weights between criteria and alternatives. A criterion will be compared with other criteria in terms of importance to the goal. In this research have accuration result 65,625%. The result of the process Analytic Hierarchy Process can be an efficient and effective solution in the decision categories of articles to be presented.

Abstract

Zakat can be one way done in effort to increase social welfare and was one of the important role in economic community empowerment. Other benefits of zakat is to help reduce poverty and also can reduce the social inequality in society. But the problems encountered by these institutions in distributing zakat is the inaccuracy in choosing a recipient of zakat. The inaccuracy in choosing a zakat recipient occurs because the zakat management agency still provides subjective assessments. It is causing loss to the people who are more eligible to receive the zakat. The SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) is one of the methods in decision support system that can be used to create a system that can determine the recipient of zakat. There are 4 criteria used in determining zakat recipient in this research, there are family status, family income, total dependents and value report card. Based on the accuracy testing that has been done by using 60 test data, obtained the best accuracy of 90%. The SAW method can be applied properly in determining the recipient of zakat.
