Abstract

Abstract: The background of the research which is conducted at children age 5-6 year at GBKP Tunas Harapan Kindergarten is the low of children’s scrutinize. The research aims to prove that there is an effect of Audio Visual Media (Film Animation) for the skill scrutinize. This research used quantitative research by using experiment and one group pretest-posttest design. The subjects of the research are 18 childrens. The data collecting method used are observation and documentation. The data analysis used is parametric statistics test, t-test related by using SPSS Windows ver 22. Based on the result of the data analysis about the ability scrutinize in the first observation (pre-test) and the observation conducted after the treatment (post-test) by used audio visual media (film animation)earned value tarithnetic = 26,113 and value ttable = 2,110. It can be seen the price tarithnetic = 26,113 greather than ttable = 2,110. The conclusion of research shows that audio visual media (film animation) affect the age 5-6 years group children’s scrutinize skill at TK GBKP Tunas Harapan kindergarten, it is proven that the audio visual media (film animation) can help the children in training their scrutinize skill.Key Words: Audio Visual Media (Film Animation), Scrutinize Skill

Abstract

Abstract: The study was conducted in early childhood Al Mubarokah Desa Makmur Sejahtera Kec. Gunung Sahilan. The school is located approximately 80 km from the capital of Kampar regency, Riau Province. This research was conducted at the school due to lack of numeracy among children aged 4-5 years. For the class was chosen as a place to study. Application of stick figures to improve numeracy initial 4-5 year olds conducted in groups. Each cycle exercisable three times and gained 73.8% in value. Thus researchers did not continue to the next cycle. So playing stick figure can increase a child's ability to count starting at the age of 4-5 years early childhood Al-Mubarikah Makmur Sejahtera District Sahilan Kampar regency. Activity bet stick figures in the first cycle and the second meeting I and II play stick figures mentioned by the 1-10 sequentially properly, breaks down the numbers as instructed teachers, learn concepts and a lot of little things, recognize the concept of number, and count the number of have been grouped. That play with stick figures can improve numeracy initial 4-5 year olds in pre-school Al-Mubarikah Makmur Sejahtera District Sahilan Kampar regency. Percentage increase in numeracy initial 4-5 year olds by playing strategy stick figures in Al-ECD Mubarokah Makmur Sejahtera District Sahilan Kampar is 41.3% from the first cycle to the second cycle and 90.7% from the previous cycle to cycle.Keywords: Beginner Numeracy Strategy Play Stick Figures

Abstract

Abstract : This research was aimed to know the effect of welfare towards the commitment of teachers working in kindergarten Village Harjosari Sukajadi District of Pekanbaru. This research was used quantitative research. The population of research as 122 people. Considering the large population, the determination of number the sample was done by using Solvin opinion in order to obtains a sample of 55 people. Data collection technique was used a questionnaire on the likert scale. Data analyzed technique simple linear regression techniques with statistical methods SPSS for Windows version 17. simple regression analysis is used to determine whether or not the effect of welfare on the commitment of teachers working in kindergarten Village Harjosari Sukajadi District of the city of Pekanbaru. Based on the research results obtained by value t count> t table (9775> 2007) then Ho is rejected, it means that there is a significant effect between the welfare of teachers with teachers' work commitments. So in this case can be concluded that the welfare of teachers affect the commitment of the teachers working in kindergarten Village Harjosari Sukajadi District of the city of Pekanbaru. Determinant coefficient value (R Square) of 0643. This means that the influence of teachers' welfare to work commitment of teachers in kindergarten Village Harjosari Sukajadi District of Pekanbaru City amounted to 64.3% while the remaining amount (100% - 64.3 = 35.7%) is influenced by other variables that are outside of a teacher's welfare variables.Keywords : Welfare, Work Commitment

Abstract

Abstract: This research is to know how the description of TPA management a district in Tampan Pekanbaru City, subject of research in this research is 42 principals of TPA Tampan district of Pekanbaru City with 8 indicators. The method used is descriptive quantitative method to know the description of management of TPA. Data collection technique is using questionnaire. Based on the results of data analysis obtained the percentage of 8 indicators are: The physical indicators of TPA in Tampan district of Pekanbaru City is (69,64%) then TPA in Tampan district of Pekanbaru City has been categorized as good (G). Indicator of toys and equipment of TPA in Tampan district of Pekanbaru City is (57,54%) so that the TPA of Tampan district of Pekanbaru City has been categorized as good (G). The indicator ratio of baby sitters of TPA in Tampan district of Pekanbaru City is (55,06%) then the TPA of Tampan district of Pekanbaru City has been categorized as less (L). Indicators of daily activities of TPA in Tampan district of Pekanbaru City is (63,09%) then the TPA in Tampan district of Pekanbaru City has been categorized as good (G). The indicator of qualification of baby sitters in TPA in Tampan district of Pekanbaru City is (64,88%) then the TPA in Tampan district has been categorized as good (G). Indicator of adult’s interaction of TPA in Tampan district of Pekanbaru City is (83,63%) then TPA in Tampan district of Pekanbaru City has been categorized as excellent (E). Indicator of the relationship with the parents of TPA in Tampan district of Pekanbaru City is (64,88%) then the TPA in Tampan district of Pekanbaru City has been categorized as good (G). Abstract:This research aim to know the influence of pictured letters card game to motivation learn in recognizing letters in children aged 4-5 years at paud as-shifa citra pekanbaru. Population of this reseacrh was paud as-shifa citrapekanbaru child’s, sample of researchare 20 childs. Method of research was experiment which this research tries to look for this research aim to know the influence of pictured letters card game to motivation learn in recognizing letters in children aged 4-5 years at paud as-shifa citra pekanbaru. Instrumental of this research used observation sheet. Data anlisa tech used utilizes scale test-driving and statistical methods analysis with SPSS For's program ver's Windows 20. The result of this research that acquired available the influence of pictured letters card game to motivation learn in recognizing letters in children aged 4-5 years at paud as-shifa citra pekanbaru. Obtained value t tabel with df 19 in taraf signifikansi 5% (2-tailed) of 2,093. This known t count (17,472)>t table (2,093) or signifikansi (0,000)<0,05. Abstract

Abstract : Initial observation of the food provided by the manager of catering in TK Aisyiyah V Pekanbaru showed that less than optimal quality of foods that contain nutrients such as proteins whose function is to build and repair the body's cells and produce energy, lack of minerals and vitamins in food play a role in motor development as well as growth and intelligence of children in the care of your body to stay healthy, lack of diversity in school breakfast menus, causing burnout and boredom for children. This study aims to describe the nutritional status of the provision of meals ( catering) in TK Aisyiyah V Pekanbaru. The subjects used in this study are 54 children. The data collection techniques were used that observation. Data analysis techniques by collecting data from observations made on food provided catering management in TK Aisyiyah v cities pekanbaru. The results of the three food samples examined showed that the adequacy of energy, protein, carbohydrates, calcium, phosphorus, and vitamin C did not meet the nutritional needs breakfast for ages 1-3 and 4-6 years. Fat and vitamin A are two samples of foods that meet the nutritional needs and one sample of the food does not meet the nutritional needs for ages 1-3 and 4-6 years. Iron is contained 2 food samples that do not meet the nutritional adequacy and 1 sample meet the nutritional adequacy for ages 1-3 years old and does not meet nutrition for ages 4-6 years. Vitamin B contained 2 samples of food that does not meet nutritional needs and one sample does not meet the nutritional adequacy of food for children aged 1-3 years and meet the nutritional adequacy for ages 4-6 years.Keywords : Nutritional Status, Supply of Food

Abstract

ABSTRAKThe purpose of this research is to find out if there is significant motivational difference between accredited and unaccredited teachers who work in kindergarten in Kecamatan Marpoyan Damai Kota Pekanbaru. This is a comparative research writer limited the problem in this research based on accreditation. Writer used likert scale, and collect the data using questionaire. Population in this research is accredited and unaccredited kindergarten teachers in Kecamatan Marpoyan Damai Kota Pekanbaru. The total number is 187 teachers. To choose sample, writer used random sampling, means that writer choose the sample randomly, without lookin at the stratum. The total number is 65 teachers. Variables in this research are, X1: motivation of accredited teachers and X2: motivation of unaccredited teachers. Result shows that there is the difference. It can be seen from t hitung, which is bigger than t tabel (3.43>2.65).So Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Writer concluded that there is significant motivational difference between accredited and unaccredited kindergarten teachers in Kecamatan Marpoyan Damai Kota Pekanbaru.Keywork : work motivation

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of using a mind mapping board the ability to know the form geometry in children aged 4-5 years at kindergarten Pertiwi Pekanbaru city. The population in this research is grade B3 in kindergarten Pertiwi of as many as 21 children and the sample on this research as many as 21 children. The method used pre-experimental with the design one group pre test post design of experiments conducted in one group without the comparison group. This type of instrument used in this study is to use the observation and dokomentasi to take note of the activities of what’s happened in the treatment given, the equipment in use is the camera. Data was analyzed using statistical techniques t-test with SPSS for Windows Release 17.0. Based on the result of the hypothesis that there of the effect of mind mapping board of the ability to know the form geometry in children aged 4-5 years at kindergarten pertiwi pekanbaru city. Obtain value t count of 9,661 with significance 0.000. T table values obtained with df 19 at significance level of 5% (two-tailed) of 2.093. Thus known t count (9.661)> t table (2.093) or significance (0.000) <5% (0.05). It has been suggested that there is a difference in the results between the pretest and posttest significant. It is known that the result of higher than pretest posttest which can be seen from the descriptive statistical variable. The effect of mind mapping board of the ability to know the form geometry in children aged 4-5 years at kindergarten pertiwi Pekanbaru city as much as 26,25%.Key Words: The Ability To Know The Form Geometry, Mind Mapping Board.

Abstract

Abstrak: The aim of this research is to describe the character of early childhood’s teachers at Ujungbatu district of Rokan Hulu. The population in this research is all of earlychilhood’s teachers at district Ujungbatu of Rokan Hulu as many as 106 people in the sample as many as 30 people were taken. This type of research is a descriptive study conducted on a standalone or a single variable. The variables of this research is character’s early childhood teachers at ujungbatu district of Rokan Hulu. the techniques of data collection used questionnaires in the form of Likert scale. The technique of analysis of data using large-scale testing and analysis of statistical methods with SPSS for windows Ver 16. Based on the results of validity and reliabelitas research and studies conducted showed that the character of early childhood teachers at Ujungbatu District of Rokan Hulu consisting of 30 early childhood teachers obtained a score of 2904 with a percentage of 56.27%.Thus the character of early childhood teachers at ujungbatu district of Rokan Hulu is located in the category enough.Key word: character, early childhood’s teachers

Thus known t a (27,496)>t tabel (2,101) or signifikansi (0,000)<5% (0,005).
