Abstract

Abstract :This study aims to determine the effect of media images chain on the ability to know the concept of numbers in children aged 4-5 years in TK Negeri Pembina Rengat Barat District Indragiri Hulu. The population in this study that children B2 classes totaling 20 children and sample in this study amounted to 20 children. The method used pre-experimental design with one group pretest posttest design that experiments conducted on one group alone with no comparison group. This type of instrument used in this study is to use the observation and documentation to take notes about events that occurred during the treatment given. Based on the results obtained by testing the hypothesis that there are significant media image chain on the ability to know the concept of numbers in children aged 4-5 years in TK Negeri Pembina Rengat Barat District Indragiri Hulu. Thus known t count (18.523) or significance (0.000), because sig < 0.05, it can be concluded that there are differences in the ability to know the concept of numbers on students significant before and after using media images chain in the learning. Hypothesis testing can be seen on t = 18.523 > table = 1,729. It has been suggested that there are significant differences in the results between the pretest and posttest. Media influence on ability to know your chain drawing numbers concept in children aged 4-5 years in TK Negeri Pembina Rengat Barat District Indragiri Hulu amounted to 72.48%.Key Words: Recognize the Concept of Number, medium chain pictures

Abstract

Abstract: This descriptive study aims to reveal the personality of the teacher competency kindergarten Talamau at Subdistrict of West Pasaman. The sample in this study is a kindergarten teacher Talamau at Subdistrict of West Pasaman many as 49 teachers. The data collection technique using a questionnaire containing statements about the competence of the teacher's personality Early Childhood Education. Analysis data technique using large-scale testing and analysis of statistical methods with SPSS for Windows Ver. 20. Based on the results of this study concluded that personal competence kindergarten teachers throughout the at Subdistrict Talamau West Pasaman as many as 49 teachers earn a percentage 85.22%, in the category "High" is 81-100%. The highest percentage was in the indicator to two that present themselves as a person who is honest, noble and example for young children and people with a percentage of 88.48% based on the value of the assessment categories can be categorized as "High". While the lowest percentage in the four indicators to show the work ethic, high responsibility, self-confidence and pride in being a teacher 82.04% can be categorized as "high", it can be concluded that personal competence of teachers in kindergarten Se-Pasaman of the at Subdistrict Talamau west belongs to the category "High". This is in accordance with the opinion of Syamsul Bahri Talib (2010) personal competence is a personal capacity reflects the personality of a solid, stable, mature, wise and authoritative, become role models for students, and noble.Key words: Teachers, Personality Competence.

Abstract

Abstract: Based on the results of field observations on the fine motor skills of students have not developed optimally. So it is necessary to implement the montage activity. This study aims to determine the effect of montage activity on fine motor skills of children aged 5-6 years in kindergarten Tunas Melati Kandis, Siak regency. The sample used in this study were 23 students. The data collection techniques used are observation and documentation. Data analysis technique used t-test with SPSS 20.0. The research hypothesis is that montage activity has influence to fine motor ability of age 5-6 years in Tunas Melati Kandis kindergarten. This can be known from the analysis of data obtained thitung = 26.927 and Sig. (2-tailed) = 0.000. Because Sig. (2-tailed) = 0.000 <0,05 hence it can be concluded that there is difference of motoric ability of students significantly after montage activity in learning. So it means Ho is rejected and Ha accepted which means there is a very significant difference between before and after doing experiment with applying montage activity. The influence of montage activity on fine motor ability of children aged 5-6 years in kindergarten Tunas Melati Kandis, Siak regency of 65.10%.Keywords:Fine Motoric Ability, Activity Montage

Abstract : Based on observations while in the field related to the achievement motivation and work discipline Kindergarten Teacher In New Simpang Village District of Pekanbaru City Handsome encountered symptoms such as: the majority of teachers do not perform their duties in a timely, Some teachers there who do not make the teaching, lack of vigor in the process teaching students, teachers do not care about the students who lack the spirit of learning, it can be seen from many of the students were playing around, sleep, and out of, noisier, and storytelling in the learning process but the teachers do not care about them, and less communicative teacher led to the impression of a teacher has closed personalities, this situation causes the distance between teacher and pupil. And based on the linearity test can be seen that the value of the significance of the Linearity of 0.000. Because of the significance of less than 0.05, it can be concluded that the variables of achievement motivation to discipline teachers working relationship exists erat.Dari simple correlation analysis (r) obtained correlation between achievement motivation and discipline teachers (r) is 0.696 with probability 0.000. therefore the probability of <0.05 (0.000 <0.05), then Ho is rejected This suggests that there is a strong relationship with the achievement motivation and work discipline. While the direction of the relationship is positive, meaning that the higher the higher the achievement motivation. discipline of teachers. The coefficient of determination is generated is equal to r2 = 0484, p = 0.000 (p <0.05), it can be seen that the influence of achievement motivation 48.4% of the labor discipline teachers.Key word: Achievement Motivation, Work Discipline Teachers

Abstract

Abstarck: This research aims to describe the Interpersonal Intelligence Caregivers in the nursery in Tampan sub-district Pekanbaru. Population and sample in this research are 45 caregivers who were in the day care in Tampan sub-district Pekanbaru.The data collection techniques that use a questionnaire with a model statement. The data analysis using the percentage formula. Indicators of social sensitivity at 84.62% was obtained from 45 caregivers in the day care, while that of indicators Social Insight percentage values obtained 84.37% of the 45 caregivers in the day care in Tampan sub-district Pekanbaru.Thus it can be concluded that the over all percentage indicator on the analysis of interpersonal intelligence caregivers in the day care in Tampan sub-district Pekanbaru has a percentage of 85.65% which is classified in the category of "High", because it is in the category ratings between 81-100% were categorized as "High". It can be concluded that interpersonal intelligence caregivers in the day care in Tampan subdistrict Pekanbaru are "High".Key Words: Caregivers , interpersonal intelegence

Abstract

Abstract: Basednon the result of observations in the field skills in the rough motor of children are not yet improve optimally. So, it is needed to apply traditional throw sandals game. This research of applying traditional throw sandals game to skills in the rough motor 4-5 years old children at Aisyiyah V kindergarten Pekanbaru City. The kind of this research is ekspriment with design on group pretest posttest design. Sample of this research are 15 children. Technique to college data is using observation. Technique of data analysis is using t-test with using SPSS 18.0 program. Based on the results obtained by testing the hypothesis tcount = 11,374 and Sig = 0,000 with ttable = 1,761 because tcount > ttable with taraf sig < 0,05. So, Ho refused and Ha accepted that means there are very significant different between before and after doing the game with traditional throw sandals game. Partly big the effect of traditional throw sandals game toward skills in the rough motor 4-5 years old children at Aisyiyah V kindergarten Pekanbaru City amount to 63,91%.Key Words: Skills Rough Motor, Throw Sandals

Abstract

Abstract: The background of this research is lacking improving children's ability to fine motor, some children may not be able to use their fine motor properly, cutting can not, following the pattern of undeveloped child, in imitating the form of images provided can not, stick drawing and coloring still crossed the line, therefore, necessary efforts to improve fine motor skills of children, through sewing. the purpose of this research was to determine whether there is an increase in the fine motor skills of children through tailoring activities and to determine how the increase that occurred. This type of research is classroom action research conducted in two (2) cycles. data collection tool used in this study is in the form of observation sheet. the number of samples in this study were 16 children consisting of 7 boys and 9 girls. Based analysis of the assessment process there was an increase of 2 cycles. an increase that occurred from before the action to 33,33% cycle 1, cycle 1 to cycle 2 at 43.20%, and the increase before the cycle to cycle 2 at 90.93%. The results of these studies can be concluded that by tailoring activities can improve fine motor skills of children aged 5-6 years in kindergarten Aisyiyah Bagan Hulu district bangko rokan districts downstream.Keywords: Fine Motor, Sewing

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims: 1) To determine the child's knowledge of science before the application of the experimental method. 2) To know the scientific knowledge of the child after adoption of the experimental method. 3) To determine how much influence the experimental method to the scientific knowledge of the child. The benefits of this research there are theoretical and practical. This type of research used in this research is the experimental approach of a study that sought influence of certain variables on other variables in strictly controlled conditions. The research sample is graders B2 consisting of 26 children, consisting of 12 men and 14 women. Collecting data using observation and documentation. Based on the survey results revealed that 1) the ability of science knowledge children aged 4-5 years in KB Tauladan Syafitri Pekanbaru before treatment is given in the form of an experimental method is low. 2) The ability of science knowledge children aged 4-5 years in KB Tauladan Syafitri Pekanbaru City after being given treatment in the form of an experimental method has increased and is high. 3) The experimental method has a significant impact on the ability of science knowledge children aged 4-5 years in KB Tauladan Syafitri Pekanbaru. It can be seen that there are differences related to increase the scientific knowledge of the child before and after treatment. 4) The experimental method has the effect of 27.88% in the ability of science knowledge children aged 4-5 years in KB Tauladan Syafitri Pekanbaru.Keywords: Experimental Methods, Knowledge Science2

Abstract

Abstract: Based on observations in the field it can be seen that the science ability of children aged 4-5 years has not developed optimally. So the need to use a rainbow bridge game. This observation aims to determine the influence of the rainbow bridge game on the early science skills. This observation is done in TK Pembina 1 Pekanbaru. This observation use experiment method with design one group pre-test post-test design with total samples 21 childrens. Data collection techniques used are observation. Data analysis techniques use t-test with use spss programme windows version. 20. Results of data analysis obtained t arithmetic = 2,086 with sig. 0,00 < 0,05. It can be concluded that there are differences in early sciene skills before and after the rainbow bridge game. The effect given by the rainbow bridge game is based on the formula N gain of 61,15%.Keywords: Early Science, Rainbow Bridge Game

Abstract

Abstract: The research aims to determine the effect on the ability of word games clothesline recognize letters in children aged 4-5 years in TK Islam Integrated Insan Utama 2 Subdistrict of Tampan Pekanbaru city. The subjects in this study is children aged 4-5 years who totaled 14 people. The method used pre-experimental design with one group pretest posttest design that experiments conducted on one group alone with no comparison group. The technique of collecting the data in this research is observasion with observasion sheet. Based on the results obtained by testing the hypothesis that there is an influence on the ability of word games clothesline recognize letters in children aged 4-5 years in TK Islam Integrated Insan Utama 2 Subdistrict of Tampan Pekanbaru city. Retrieved t-count of 14.057 with the table = 1,770 then we can conclude that there are differences in the ability to know the letters were significant before and after using the word clothesline game. So it means that can be concluded influence clothesline word game on the ability to know the letters in children aged 4-5 years in TK Islam Integrated Insan Utama 2 Subdistrict of Tampan Pekanbaru City, with great influence 54.62%.Keywords : Recognize Letters, Clothesline Word
