Abstract

This research aims to analyze attitudes,osatisfaction, and factors related to sweet soy sauce purchases. The study was conductedoby survey method in which location was determined purposively at the Old Market Culinary Tourism in Tangerang. The number of respondents was 52 food seller consisting of 37 seller who use Benteng SH brand Soy Sauce and 15 seller who use other brands. Research data were analyzed by Fishbein Multiattribute Model to determine the attitudes of food seller, Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) to determine food seller satisfaction towards Benteng SH Brand Soy Sauce, and correlation of Spearman Rank to determine factors related to the number of sweet  soy sauce purchases. The result showed that most of the seller were male (76.9%) with the highest education level of high school (30.7%). Most seller (56%) sold non-soup foods with revenues of Rp5,000,000.00 per week. The results showed that the attitude of food seller towards multiattributes of Benteng SH Brand Soy Sauce was good with Ao value of 175.21. The level of satisfaction of food seller who use Benteng SH Brand Soy Sauce was 93.64%, categorized as very satisfied.  The sweet soy sauce purchase were negatively related to price and positively related to color, ease of access, and location of purchase, all were in the less-related category.

Abstract

The Women Farmers Group (KWT) is one of the farmer institutions in empowering women to support agricultural development programs. The target of the activity is KWT Harapan Kita, Sinar Harapan Village, Rajabasa Jaya Urban Village, Rajabasa Sub-District, Bandar Lampung City which has a productive business of processing food made from local food. Food processing made from local food raw materials is a strategic activity in accelerating food diversification in the community. This activity aims to increase the resource capacity of KWT Harapan Kita by increasing: 1) Knowledge of diversification of food and local food ingredients; 2) Knowledge and skills of local food processing; 3) Knowledge and skills of orderly administration and determination of product selling prices; and 4) Knowledge and understanding of the halal assurance system for products and halal certificate for KWT’s food products. The methods to be used are counseling, training, mentoring, and demonstrations. The results of the activity show that the knowledge and understanding of KWT Harapan Kita about local food diversification, orderly administration and determination of product selling prices, and halal certification of products has increased by 60,11%, and 20 types of local food processed products of KWT Harapan Kita got halal certification of LPPOM MUI with number 02100018190121. In the future, KWT Harapan Kita needs to be assisted to promote product development that has been carried out and certified so that the market opportunities will open and increase.

Abstract

Kawasan hutan memiliki potensi sumber daya pangan yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk mendukung pemenuhan kebutuhan pangan masyarakat di sekitarnya. Masyarakat yang tinggal di sekitar kawasan hutan umumnya memiliki interaksi yang tinggi dengan sumber daya alam setempat, namun kondisi ketahanan pangan rumah tangga mereka masih menjadi permasalahan yang perlu mendapat perhatian. Desa Wiyono, Kabupaten Pesawaran, yang berada di sekitar kawasan Taman Hutan Raya Wan Abdul Rachman, merupakan salah satu wilayah dengan tingkat ketergantungan masyarakat yang cukup tinggi terhadap kawasan hutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pola konsumsi rumah tangga dan status ketahanan pangan masyarakat Desa Wiyono. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada Juni–Agustus 2025 menggunakan pendekatan mixed method dalam bentuk studi kasus yang mengombinasikan metode kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Analisis pola konsumsi rumah tangga dilakukan secara deskriptif kualitatif, sedangkan analisis status ketahanan pangan masyarakat mengacu pada matriks Johnson dan Toole. Penelitian melibatkan 60 rumah tangga responden yang bermukim di sekitar kawasan Tahura WAR. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proporsi pengeluaran pangan mencapai 54% dari total pengeluaran rumah tangga per bulan, dengan rata-rata pengeluaran pangan sebesar Rp1.149.637 dan pengeluaran nonpangan sebesar Rp982.903. Kondisi tersebut mengindikasikan bahwa tingkat kesejahteraan rumah tangga di sekitar kawasan Tahura WAR masih relatif rendah. Analisis status ketahanan pangan menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 26% rumah tangga tergolong tahan pangan, 15% rentan pangan, 12% rawan pangan, dan 37% kurang pangan. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa kondisi ketahanan pangan masyarakat Desa Wiyono berada pada kategori yang memprihatinkan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan upaya pendampingan melalui peningkatan literasi pangan dan gizi masyarakat dengan menekankan pemanfaatan sumber pangan lokal yang tersedia di kawasan sekitar hutan.

Abstract

This research aimed  to analyze consumer preferences and consumption patterns regarding organic vegetables at Superindo Kemiling Bandar Lampung City. This research utilized a descriptive quantitative approach through a survey method  involving 50 housewife respondents who were selected purposively . Data analysis was conducted by the Fishbein multi-attribute model to measure consumer preferences and Rank Spearman correlation to examine correlations between research variables. Research results indicated that consumer preferences of organic vegetables were classified as very positive with a total attitude score (Ao) of 166.46. The leaf integrity attribute emerges as the main priority while parking area width was  being the lowest score. Consumption pattern showed  that the majority of respondents purchased 6 bundles of organic vegetables per month with stir-frying being the most common processing method. The primary reason for consumption was  dominated by food safety (54%) and taste factors. Education, income, and family size have significant correlation to consumption patterns and the reasons for choosing vegetable processing methods. An increase in family size was proven to shift the primary consumer motivation from taste aspects toward considerations of time and energy efficiency as well as family traditions. This pattern demonstrated  that larger household needed  demand practical meal presentation without neglecting long-standing habitual values.   Keywords:  : consumer patterns, consumption preferences, organic vegetables
