Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to analyse the differences between family visitors and non-family visitors in assessing the importance of the attributes of hilly area tourism and to rank the importance of these attributes. Additionally, it seeks to analyse which performance-related qualities should be preserved and which require improvement. 35 family visitors and 35 non-family visitors were interviewed for 16 qualities as part of this study's survey methodology. Probability sampling was used to choose the sample. Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and the Mann-Whitney test were used for data analysis. When evaluating the value of traits, family visitors and non-family visitors differ in six ways, according to the results of the Mann-Whitney test. Meanwhile, the five attributes with the highest importance rankings in the assessment based on family visitors were comfort while traveling, scenery, air quality, safety while traveling, and food courts. In contrast, the assessment of non-family visitors highlights the five attributes with the highest importance rankings as air quality, scenery, comfort while traveling, tranquillity while traveling, and price. Furthermore, the combined results of the IPA analysis on family visitors and non-family visitors concluded that there were five attributes that need to be improved and nine attributes that need to maintain their performance. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the marketing efficiency of blue swimming crab in Labuhan Maringgai District, East Lampung Regency.  The analytical method used was quantitative descriptive analysis to analyze  marketing channels, marketing margins and marketing efficiency. This research was conducted in Muara Gading Mas Village and Margasari Village, Labuhan Maringgai District, East Lampung Regency. The number of respondents was 60  people including fishermen, breeders, miniplant owners in Labuhan Maringgai District, and UPI in Lampung Province.  Data collection was carried out from November to December 2023. The results of the research show that the marketing channel for blue swimming crab  in Labuhan Maringgai District has two marketing channels, namely marketing channel I (fishermen-miniplant-UPI), and marketing channel II (fisherman-middleman-miniplant-UPI).  Marketing margin for blue swimming crabs in Labuhan Maringgai District, supervisory marketers have a marketing margin of IDR 19.941/kg.  Miniplant marketing margin in marketing channel I is IDR 130.551/kg and Marketing Channel II is IDR 132.047/kg. UPI's marketing margin on marketing channels I and II is IDR 184,000/kg.  The marketing efficiency of blue swimming crab in Labuhan Maringgai District in each marketing channel categorizes as inefficient because the value is more than 5% (Eps > 5%), except for middleman. Keywords: blue swimming crab, efficiency, fisherman, marketing

Abstract

This study aims to determine expenditure and consumption patterns of students living away from home at the Faculty of Agriculture (FP), University of Lampung (Unila) at by a survey method. The research samples consisted of 80 respondents, who were students of the Department of Agribusiness and Agricultural Product Technology. The data collection was conducted in April-May 2024 and analyzed by quantitative and descriptive methods. The results showed that the average of students living away from home total expenditure was Rp1,270,348.00 per month consisted of food expenditure as Rp684,848.00 per month (53.91%) and non-food expenditure as Rp585,500.00 per month (46.09%). The average of Desireable Dietary Pattern (DDP) score of the students living away from home was 52.88, in which the DDP score of female was 53.35, higher than that of male, which was 51.38. The types of food most frequently consumed by students were rice, fried chicken, oil, chicken eggs, and chili sauce. The average energy and protein intake of FP Unila students living away from home was 1,639.4 kcal and 67.8 g, respectively.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze attitudes,osatisfaction, and factors related to sweet soy sauce purchases. The study was conductedoby survey method in which location was determined purposively at the Old Market Culinary Tourism in Tangerang. The number of respondents was 52 food seller consisting of 37 seller who use Benteng SH brand Soy Sauce and 15 seller who use other brands. Research data were analyzed by Fishbein Multiattribute Model to determine the attitudes of food seller, Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) to determine food seller satisfaction towards Benteng SH Brand Soy Sauce, and correlation of Spearman Rank to determine factors related to the number of sweet  soy sauce purchases. The result showed that most of the seller were male (76.9%) with the highest education level of high school (30.7%). Most seller (56%) sold non-soup foods with revenues of Rp5,000,000.00 per week. The results showed that the attitude of food seller towards multiattributes of Benteng SH Brand Soy Sauce was good with Ao value of 175.21. The level of satisfaction of food seller who use Benteng SH Brand Soy Sauce was 93.64%, categorized as very satisfied.  The sweet soy sauce purchase were negatively related to price and positively related to color, ease of access, and location of purchase, all were in the less-related category.

Abstract

Kurang Energi Kronis adalah keadaan malnutrisi dimana tidak tercukupinya zat gizi dalam waktu lama yang berdampak buruk terutama pada wanita usia subur. Kejadian kurang energi kronis pada wanita usa subur usia 15- 49 tahun di Indonesia pada tahun 2018 ditemukan 36,93%. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis hubungan asupan energi, vitamin C dan anemia dengan kejadian kurang energi kronis pada remaja putri dengan menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel penelitian 75 remaja putri usia 18-22 tahun di asrama STIKes Baitul Hikmah dari 92 responden. Penelitian dilakukan pada Juni 2024, dengan menilai asupan energi dan vitamin C menggunakan kuesioner food recall 24 jam, anemia berdasarkan hasil pemeriksaan Hb dan kurang energi kronis dengan pengkuran LILA. Analisis chi square bila tidak memenuhi syarat digunakan Uji fisher’s exact tes dengan nilai signifikansi α = 0,005. Hasil uji fisher’s exact tes menunjukan tidak ada hubungan tingkat asupan energi (p-value = 1,000), terdapat hubungan asupan vitamin C (p-value = 0,001) dan terdapat hubungan anemia (p-value=0,000) dengan kejadian krang eneri kronis pada remaja putri. Disimpulkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan asupan energi, terdapat hubungan asupan vitamin C dan anemia dengan kejadian kurang energi kronis pada remaja putri di asrama. Apabila kurang energi kronis terus berlanjut hingga memasuki fase kehamilan akan berdampak terhadap kesehatan dan keselamatan ibu dan bayi serta kualitas bayi yang dilahirkan.

Abstract

Pasien postpartum memerlukan asupan zat gizi yang cukup untuk membantu proses penyembuhan dan produksi ASI, karena itu makanan yang disajikan selama di rumah sakit seharusnya dihabiskan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis determinan sisa makanan pasien postpartum kelas III di RSUD Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek Provinsi Lampung. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode deskriptif kuantitatif yaitu crossectional survei dengan melibatkan 75 sampel. Data diambil pada bulan november-desember 2024, dianalisis univariat, bivariat (chi-square) dan multivariat (regresi logistik). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik pasien postpartum sebagian besar (64 %) berpendidikan menengah, multipara (80 %), dan suku jawa (69,3 %). Pasien memiliki kebiasaan makan dengan tingkat kecukupan energi tidak baik (26,7 %), selain itu selera makannya kurang (24 %) dan mengonsumsi makanan dari luar rumah sakit (61,3 %). Pasien mendapatkan konseling gizi (69,3 %) dan rata-rata persepsinya terhadap besar porsi makan, waktu penyajian serta sikap pramusaji baik. Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan tidak ada hubungan umur, pendidikan, paritas, suku, MLRS, kebiasaan makan, konseling gizi, besar porsi, waktu penyajian, sikap pramusaji dengan sisa makanan. Terdapat hubungan selera makan dengan sisa makanan pasien postpartum (p value 0,020), dan selera makan merupakan variabel sangat berpengaruh dengan OR 5,850.

Abstract

This study was conducted to address the need for a clear understanding of visitor satisfaction levels and the key determinants influencing satisfaction at Marina Beach, Kalianda District, South Lampung Regency. In the context of increasing competition among tourist destinations, identifying the core factors that shape visitor satisfaction is essential for improving service quality and destination competitiveness. Therefore, this study aims to measure visitor satisfaction and determine the dominant factors affecting it. A survey method was applied to 70 visitors. Visitor satisfaction was analyzed using the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), while factor analysis was employed to identify the dominant influencing factors. The results indicate “satisfied”, with a CSI score of 77,10%. Five dominant factors were identified: accessibility and security; public facilities; information and services; comfort and attractiveness; and entertainment and attractions. These findings demonstrate that improvements in accessibility, security, and supporting facilities will yield the most significant impact on enhancing visitor satisfaction. The results provide an empirical basis for prioritizing resource allocation and strengthening Marina Beach’s competitive position as a sustainable tourism destination

Abstract

The Women Farmers Group (KWT) is one of the farmer institutions in empowering women to support agricultural development programs. The target of the activity is KWT Harapan Kita, Sinar Harapan Village, Rajabasa Jaya Urban Village, Rajabasa Sub-District, Bandar Lampung City which has a productive business of processing food made from local food. Food processing made from local food raw materials is a strategic activity in accelerating food diversification in the community. This activity aims to increase the resource capacity of KWT Harapan Kita by increasing: 1) Knowledge of diversification of food and local food ingredients; 2) Knowledge and skills of local food processing; 3) Knowledge and skills of orderly administration and determination of product selling prices; and 4) Knowledge and understanding of the halal assurance system for products and halal certificate for KWT’s food products. The methods to be used are counseling, training, mentoring, and demonstrations. The results of the activity show that the knowledge and understanding of KWT Harapan Kita about local food diversification, orderly administration and determination of product selling prices, and halal certification of products has increased by 60,11%, and 20 types of local food processed products of KWT Harapan Kita got halal certification of LPPOM MUI with number 02100018190121. In the future, KWT Harapan Kita needs to be assisted to promote product development that has been carried out and certified so that the market opportunities will open and increase.
